I ordered a chilli cheese pastrami burrito....& I went back a few hrs later & ordered a carne asada. Both items was excellent...& not tooo pricey.

Haven't been here 'in a minute.' It seems like BH may be under new management. Still, my last order tasted good. I got they're Pastrami Burrito. Not many Burger joints have them on their menu. But I did have to perform an oil change on my Pastrami Burrito before I could enjoy it. Hey that's life. Every once and awhile you gotta slide some grease across your lips.

•Brolly Hut • I fell in love with their unique sign first, then their amazing burgers, French toast and Vanilla Milkshake • I went there every day on my stay in LA and I loved it, the food is amazing and the staff is absolutely lovely. Missing it already so much, I wish I had a Brolly hut in Germany ☺️

First time here. Food was good and average price. Large selection. The pastrami sandwich was a good choice, but it was on the greedy side on the pastrami. Fries and Onion rings was fresh, hot and seasoned well.

MID at BEST...I only came here because another review stated "BEST BURGER", but the patty was dry, flavorless & burnt. I called my order in & was told 7 mins, I arrived almost 20 mins later & my food wasn't ready. The fries were great, the fried zucchini not so much... they were falling apart. Their ranch is amazing & their Sprite hits hard like McDonald's Sprite, lol! I'll try another item next time, the burger just wasn't a hit. The staff was nice despite everything else. To the person who wrote that review about the burger, I hope you step on a lego while running at full speed for lying & making me waste my money as well as my time! Lol

Don’t do it - my husband and I got food poisoning from here. He had the pastrami and I had a bacon cheeseburger, we both had fries. Pastrami was a weird thicker cut, burger tasted like cardboard, fries were meh…stomachs were in shambles when we woke up the next morning.

This place has charbroiled burgers. Forreal. Not the type that is fake charbroiled. The meat has a nice crisp on the outside. It's an all American burger. The price is reasonable. The fries were a little inconsistent, some soggy. I see the menu is quite diverse but I've only has the cheese burger. If you're a burger fan and looking for fast food, I recommend this place

Here now and the customer service was really horrible 😑. I'm from HOUSTON and always willing to give new/different business the benefit of the doubt. But you really have to pay attention to the reviews. I checked reviews while I was in the parking lot. I stopped because of the traffic of cars. It was like 8 people in the back but the front lobby needed to be cleaned. Everyone was relaxing like it was nothing to do. But I asked for more ketchup because they only gave me 3 packs. She looked surprised because I asked and then threw 2 more in the bag 🎒 and was like there. BAD EXPERIENCE FOR THE 1 ST TIME. This place needs Chic fil a TRAINING.(SERIOUSLY).... I don't understand why businesses get mad because you want you food a certain way. THE BURGER 🍔 I GIVE IT A 4 OUT OF 10. I SAID NO UNIONS, NO LETTUCE AND SHE DID THE OPPOSITE. IF THEY CAN PUT THEIR FEELING ASIDE THEN MAYBE THEY CAN GET THE ORDER RIGHT. ***this place on the burger 🍔 special is more QUANTITY OVER QUALITY**** I WOULD PERFCT AND DO BOTH. I grew around the corner from this place and have been coming here for years, and I enjoy the food from Brolly Hut. With saying that, they have their issues. Food: The food is your typical mom and pop shop style food. It's greasy, it's good, it has flavor, and it's a local spot everyone knows about. I'm not mad at the food at all. I ordered 2 chicken salads and an order of fries. The fries only come in one size. Service: I have to say the service was extremely bad. The cashier was yelling next, which is fine, but didn't say hello or hi. No customer service experience at all. I asked for a pastrami salad, and I was told they don't make pastrami salads. So I asked if you could put the pastrami on the side, and they had to get approval. Someone in the back said yes, it's fine. I then asked if they have a chicken salad, which I already knew they did, but I wanted to see what the difference was from pastrami and chicken. The cashier said yes, we have a chicken salad, and I replied back, "What's the difference from pastrami going on the salad compared to the chicken? The cashier stated we just don't do it. I said Okay," and ordered 2 chicken salads and an order of french fries. I got my number and sat down and then waited for my order. After the 3 people who ordered after me received their food, who also ordered multiple options from the menu. I walked up to the window to see if I saw anything that looked like a salad being prepared and only saw another order that came after me being prepared. I walked up to the cashier and asked for my money back as I did not want to wait any longer because I felt like my conversation about the pastrami and challenging why they didn't do it somehow rubbed the staff the wrong way and decided to make my order after everyone received their order. When I asked for my money back, the cashier said, "Why? I explained my reason, and the staff spoke about it and then decided to give money back. The crazy thing is they never started my order, and I was waiting for 23 minutes with only 2 people in front of me, and they left 10 minutes into my wait time. Everyone else came in after me. It's sad when the food is good but the staff makes you not want to come back. Atmosphere: It's dingy and looks beat up. The tables and chairs are the original but haven't been taken care of. Price: The price is good for the food, no complaints. 2 chicken salads and an order of fries came out to 25.82 Location: It's in Inglewood, CA, on Crenshaw Blvd.

The Food is amazing, There's not a big personification of culture in LA when you past the 10, but in South LA (Inglewood's Edge Close to Hawthorne & Crenshaw) Brolly Hut is one of the best Fish Sandwiches you can get. Their Steak sandwich is FIRE, the breakfast is ALL DAY, and the Price is REASONABLE!!! Most Importantly. If you don't want price inflated food, gone get some Brolly Hut

Brolly Hut!!!!!!! I'm so disappointed this pastrami sandwich was disgusting I couldn't even eat it. There was so much fat on the meat where it was Lard......!!!!! I sat in the parking lot in disbelief that the sandwich wasn't like it used to be to be years ago.. I don't know if it was a new cook and he didn't want to come into work that day but I just have to let you know I am very dissatisfied with my whole order.

I had been wanting a good pastrami so I was told try Brolly Hut...Epic FAIL!! Ordered 2 pastrami's grilled with cheese, mustard, mayo, & pickles, order of fries and 1 shake. Now I get charging for the cheese but they charged $1.50 for the grilling. As I'm watching the so called cook do orders he's letting the meat grill forever and I'm like damn when is he going to take it off the grill. So I get my food after waiting 15 minutes get in my car and it was PURE GARBAGE. He cooked it so long it was extremely greasy, meat was too hard to chew, and burnt and for $15 it was slithers of pastrami meat on both sandwiches. Very disappointing and would not recommend coming here for a cup of water!! Spent almost $40 for garbage and let's get real these people are really getting over on us and we all need to STOP supporting bad businesses until they fix their issues. I will NEVER go back here, NEVER!!!

Been coming here for years to get breakfast but my favorite is the chili cheese fries with pastrami but for some reason don't seem like it's that same...was kinda disappointed

Haven't been here in over 20yrs. Had a taste for Taquitos. Their pastrami chargers, fries, chili and onion rings use to be good. I'll check it out and see if there is sky fuss over the taquitos. I can't recall if I ever tried them. They are only $3 and change so it may not be any fuss lol.

Pastrami fired with grilled unions is bomb been going here since I was 10 or the bacon cheese burger I might just go there today and they have theeee best thousand island dressing ever to dip fries in

Ordered a sandwich, told them that I didn't want the sandwich cut. She told me that I had to get it cut. It made no sense. I ask why, she asked the cook. She said he said he would do it "this time" but this time only. I was like why is it a problem? She said the owner would be upset at the cook. I said confused, "I'm the customer. Not cutting the sandwich is one less step, and if how I want it is on the ticket it should not be a problem." She gave me my change and the staff bantered instead of bussing the dirty tables! I waited, wanting to speak to the owner (if she wasn't lying) about how stupid that rule was, but decide not make the issue bigger since I was getting what I wanted. I took my food home when it was ready. I have ordered the same thing in the past with no problem or complaint. My sandwich was a mess when it is normally well made, with less cheese and fries than they normally put on the order. Again, as I reviewed before, the food and service has declined. I will not come back to this place again. The problem with cutting the sandwich is that when you bite into it, the content fall out. Uncut, you can hold the contents in place while you eat it. I'm tired of the poor quality food and service here. I would love to speak to the owner one day about this. Sadly, fish usually rots from the head, as they say.

Had a burger it was really good. Ordered zucchini fries I didn't care for them but my husband loved them but the winner for me was the ranch..IYKYK it's a deal breaker if it's not good

The burger and chili were bland. The soda tasted like tap water. They were nice enough to let me use bathroom but it was pretty filthy. Workers were nice but I would not recommend coming here

This Brolly Hut has fallen from what it used to be. We used to come here during the 70s thru 90s and they were known for their fresh charbroiled hamburgers and copious onion rings. Sadly the cheeseburger I got had spoiled onions and the burger didn't taste fresh. The onion rings where a leftover refried and greasy and not to mention the portion size has gone way down. This landmark burger place needs to reassess the quality of their food if they want to continue serving food to the general public.

They have some really good breakfast burritos here. We had breakfast here one morning for the first time. I had gotten a breakfast burrito with Orange juice and all. Coffee is good here too. I am not big on Pastrami, but I also ordered a Double Cheeseburger that was good here too. I like it here, I live so far far away, but I will do my best to come here a bit often.

Nasty tasting burgers, meat has a funky taste can't figure out what it is but tastes weird been there twice and both of the times that I've been there it has the same funky flavor last time I was there I didn't even finish the burger I just threw it away

I been sleeping on this place all my life. Best Hood burger spot. Good portion, great prices. I had the cheese burger special and it did not disappoint. The dressing and fries were perfectly made. The staff was also great! I will definitely be returning and it's down the street from home .

I've been going to Brolly Hut for years ever since I was a little girl and I'm 43 now and I can honestly say that the food has never lost its great taste and the service has always been the greatest!

Kept hearing how the chilli cheese fries were some of the best fries out there and I have to disagree. Maybe I caught them on a bad night but they were terrible. Staff was cool though. *This rating is for just the CCF. Maybe they have other stuff that's better*

Great breakfast spot. The French toast is the best. And the fries quickly still the spot light. So good. Definitely recommend hitting this spot.

I have drove past the location hundreds of times and never stopped. Went with a friend, decided to get the pastrami meal. I was not disappointed in my choice. I will definitely go back again.

Brolly Hut has fallen so far. I used to come here when I went to Inglewood High School. It was so flavorful and juicy and nice. Eh.... *sigh* not anymore. Let's quickly outline what makes a great burger, for you newbies. 1. Well seasoned 2. Thick patty 3. Juicy Brolly Hut fails at numbers 1 and 2. I had the pastrami burger and onion rings and it was just so disappointing. They use the fatty bulk beef patties, which...... Is okay I guess, but you GOTTA season them. And as I mentioned, they just don't. The pastrami was also weirdly.....bland? How do you have crappy pastrami? The onion rings were good though. I'd spend my money elsewhere. Inglewood has lost a true gem, as this place was much much better in the past, and my mom used to RAVE about this place when I was a kid. Sorry mom, we gotta go somewhere else.

It was so hot fresh and tasty. Classic clean flavor... thank you!! Fed my lil soul... everyone was so nice even after accidentally making a huge mess.

The customer service is horrible I ordered a Pastrami burrito it was 90% cheese 5% pastrami and 5% chili an absolute waste of money I miss the old brolly hut with pop on the grill and employees that actually cared and Management is lacking

I've been coming to this burger spot since I was a kid and it's a classic for a reason. Great burger, good service, nice prices and the best cilli cheese fries around. Highly recommend.

Solid fast food spot. Burger and fries/ onion rings are always served hot and fresh. Love the light breading on the onion rings.

The food is always delicious however there is an employee working here with hickeys all over his neck he wears a black New York hat also there's not working bathroom here

The his spot is a local staple. The hard shell tacos are fire and the burgers are to.

I've been driving passed this joint everyday since I started working at a school nearby, as a burger queen I've been trying to come here since it caught my eye. I go crazy for charbroiled burger joints! I ordered a jr burger with cheese & an order of fries. The burger was GOOD! I'd get it again- the fries not so much they were a little soggy & I guess they don't do seasoning salt here, came around lunch time, service was good, no complaints really. Will have to come back for that pastrami y'all keep talking about.

Waited more than 45 min wait for a corn dog and a burrito. Then when I ask for a status everyone in the kitchen ignores me until I speak a bit louder. I should be able to ask for a status at a normal tone of voice and get a clear answer. There were people who came in and ordered in store (not the online order people) who left before me and had much larger orders. They actually hadn't even started on my order when I asked for a status at minute 40. No apologies only fake simple looks from folks who had my money but were delaying terribly. Foods good but not worth terrible service and long waits.

Really good burgers and fries. Order is ready in as little as 10 minutes. Did try to call ahead but they did not answer. Ample parking spots and ample seating.

A good friend of mine who grew up in the area speaks so highly of this place. Since I was in the area I decided to give them a try. Of course take out only during the pandemic. The pastrami sandwich was excellent, but I wish they put more meat. The fries and onion rings was hot, fresh and seasoned well. The do have a large selection. Efficient service.

This place is the bomb!!! I repeat the bomb. I have been going here since I was 6 years old and the taste has not changed. I always get the Chilli Cheese Fries with onions and a bacon cheeseburger. You definitely have to try this place out if your in Inglewood.

Being going here since I was 15 yrs old and I'll be 67 in a couple of weeks!. I love the Shrimp basket their Hamburger and Fries Pastrami chili cheese fries . I've had just about everything on the menu.

Brolly hut is the place to be! Ive been going to this local burger joint since I was a kid, and the food is still just as good. If you are looking for that classic diner burger spot this is it. My go to orders has always been the chili cheese fries and a double cheese burger. My dad always gets the pastrami burger with some fries, which are some of my favorite fries around! I always call ahead and who ever takes down my order is always nice and quick. They never get my order wrong and have my food hot and ready in under 15. Having this burger place open late night is always clutch! Its very well lit on the inside and have plenty of seating around, but since I live nearby its always my go to take out spot. I haven't tried anything else other than their burgers and fries, but their menu is huge and also offer breakfast early morning. This is definitely a must eat Inglewood local spot!

I ordered fries with seasoning salt. I got home and saw fries had no seasoning salt, second time they've messed up my order in 2 months, not to mention a couple of months ago my order was missing a side of fries. So today Sep 29 '23 l called into tell them about my order being wrong. I spoke to Briana, she said to bring order back so they could redo order. I said I'd prefer a credit since l was already home and didn't want to go back. Long story short- Brolly Hut messed up my order and refused to make it right!

Love this place, been coming here since I was a kid, I'm my 30s now. Perfect place for a good char burger and a breakfast platter or simply some chili cheese fries for lunch. 4 stars because the lady at the register and the guy handing over the food have no customer service skills. They look, speak and act like they are just there for the check.

Visited on 2/6/2021 7:10PM:Placed my order over the phone for pickup. Informed my order would be ready in 10-15 mins. 7:30PM: Picked up my order and checked it out before leaving. Everything was hot and fresh. My order: Chicken breast burger w/ pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, ez Mayo, mustard & ketchup - fries and zucchini. The food was delicious. I would definitely return again and do recommend to anyone in the mood for American comfort food.

Came here for the first time tonight and it will be my last. They don't wear gloves. Literally saw someone return from break and they didn't even wash their hands. Having worked in the food industry, I saw so much cross contamination within 5 minutes, it was disgusting. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Burger and fries are okay but the service is not. Staff is unwelcoming and rude. There are better places around the area. Try Mo Better Burgers down the street!

Went there today to have lunch my cousin and I and my cousin asked the waitress to clean the table the waitress came over bent over clean the table didn't give us a chance to get up swept crumbs all over us and had a horrible attitude I am a repeat customer and I wasn't happy with that behavior at all

This place can get busy. Place an order over the phone if you're nearby, (and if they pick up their phone!). I've tried their burgers, seasoned fries, chili cheese fries, and onion rings. They were all good. Pretty standard ma & pa fast food joint. It's cheap, fast, with decent food.

Called it in from the 105 freeway when I got there it was good per usual ! Good food, good service reasonable prices.

I really like this mom and pop stop! The employees are always the same when I come in & are very friendly! If your a frequent customer they remember your name!! I really enjoy their chicken breast tacos!! I always pay extra and get the chicken breast for my tacos! I have been coming here for many years and i like alot on their menu! Chicken breast Tacos,burritos,burgers,chilli cheese fries with chicken breast are all yummy

This business is a Inglewood Icon, it's been around forever, it's a neighborhood classic and community favorite. My brother originally wanted Norms a new location opened up across the street but it was an hour wait for grand opening on a Saturday afternoon which should have been expected so he decided we should go to Brolly Hut instead. This being my first visit he vouched for the food, there's free parking all around, the inside was moderately busy, the menu reminded me of any other hole in the wall spot (Tams, Toms Jr., Fabulous Burgers, Burger palace, Master Burger, Bravos, AstroBurger etc) they all have menus with affordable prices, and wide variety of food options. These remind me of Denny's all these choices and none of them taste good. I got a pancake breakfast combo it comes w 2 pancakes, 2 eggs of choice, 2 sausage or bacon. My brother got a sausage breakfast burrito it all came to $14. The food came out relatively quick, we head home and dig in. The entire time I was eating my food there was this unpleasant smell that kept wafting into my nostrils and I couldn't figure out what it was. It eventually turned me off from continuing to eat my food, my brother smelled it as well and told me it might be because they make everything on the same grill. If I were to ever return I'd get a burger instead, I'll try a spot at least twice before condemning them. There was nothing special about this entire experience at all. There's so many other spots worthy of your money.
