Brooklyn Bagel & Coffee Company

Nothing too particularly special about this place. It has seating, nice ambience, fast service, but beyond that - it’s very much just “another bagel store” It’s not bad! But it’s not overtly good - it’s just… bagel! Would i come back here for a bagel? Sure! Am i dying to make this my new bagel home? Definitely not Also, prices feel slightly more costly than others from my experience, and the food did not seem to justify the expense.

Did an online order for BEC on everything. 2 eggs scrambled. Only got one egg. Make sure you check your sandwich before you leave. Otherwise, I like this place. Good service! Ok sandwich.

Stopped in today and got the Brooklyn Bagel Classic and also the Sriracha Honey BLT on an everything. Sandwiches and bagels were 10/10. I'm from Baltimore and we have nothing this good. Coffee was delicious and the service was friendly and incredibly fast. 10/10 recommend.

This bagel place is the closest one to my apartment, but it’s far from my favorite. Sometimes, I'll still go there. Their bagels are just fine, but what really ticks me off is that they get my order wrong four out of five times. I'm a vegetarian, and every time I ask for an egg and cheese, they put meat in it. Once, I ordered the simplest thing—a bagel with butter—and they managed to get that wrong too. Get it together, guys.

Great place. Their bagels were soft, fresh, delicious, and big. I enjoyed a poppyseed bagel with buffalo chicken cream cheese spread. It was the right balance of tasty and spicy. Coffee was fresh and hot. They have a small dining area inside. Staff was friendly and service was quick. A 5-10 minute walk from the end of the subway line near Ditmars and 31st Street.

Overall NOT IMPRESSED. Their croissant/muffin case had several fruit flies visible in the case, nobody seemed to care. This was a huge turnoff bc they have enough employees to keep things cleaner than that. The bagel i ordered was mid. Iced coffee was good, but flies inside a case with food is a nogo for me. I won't be back.

Totally DISAPPOINTED ! I’ve followed the comments and honestly they are lies ! Just ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese with hash browns with both Mayo ketchup and hot sauce ; end up with 2 bagels with only egg a bit a cheese a tiny slice of hash brown and the tiniest pieces of bacon. Add on that the DRYNESS because of course they forgot to put the sauce, all this on both bagels ! I’m glad I was preventive and took some extra sauce on my way back (on the photo I just added the extra sauce) OVERPRICED and not even able to make a classic… NO SAUCE + NOT ENOUGH BACON —> not a BEC! Making the mistake on 2 bagels of the same orders is really not okay ! Never going back there again.

Strong good quality and flavorful coffee. Not burnt like SB. Decent bagel breakfast sandwich. First time visitor and if I’m in the area I will definitely stop here again to try more of the menu. Monday morning cashier is very pleasant and customized my iced coffee to my obnoxious specific order with a smile.
