I love this deli! The atmosphere at Brooklyn Bagel is just as good as the food. The customer service is truly amazing—the staff always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, which makes a huge difference. And, of course, the food is stellar. The bagels are always fresh, and the entire menu, from the breakfast sandwiches to the deli items, is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. They really care about their customers and the food they put out. Pro Tip: Parking can be challenging, especially during the 7 AM to 9 AM rush, so plan accordingly! Stop by, you won't regret it!

Long time customer. Had two bagel sammies and got a bakers dozen to go. Got home and they are all pretty well cooked (way too dark) and barely any of them resemble a bagel, as in ROUND. First time this happened; doesn’t make it any better. It should be fun putting these in a toaster. Bagel maker had ONE JOB. I wanted bagels, not mini loaves of bread. Come on! Where is the usual quality control??? They taste the same, just awkward to deal with. Even Google recognized them as “Braided Bagel Twists” 😏

Across the table, my husband ordered the Flat Iron Scrambler, a robust plate of pastrami, salami, Swiss cheese, and eggs. It was hearty and unapologetically indulgent, a satisfying breakfast that leaned into bold flavors without tipping into excess. What also caught my eye was the vegan option--a thoughtful dish with cream cheese, lava beans, scallions, garlic, and onions. Though I didn't try it this time, the inclusion alone speaks to a menu designed with a range of diners in mind. Coffee often sets the tone for breakfast, and here it did not disappoint. The French Roast I ordered was strong but smooth, while my husband's Original Brew had the balance and freshness that too many brunch spots fail to deliver. It was, quite simply, excellent coffee. The Atmosphere If there's one element that detracted from the meal, it was the interior environment. Crowded, noisy, and chaotic, the space felt more like a transit station than a café. Customers flowed constantly--waiting in line, grabbing to-go orders, hovering for seats. The food deserved a calmer stage than the one it was given. Outdoor seating is available, and in retrospect, that is where the experience would have truly shined. This café manages to balance authenticity and variety with an efficiency that keeps the line moving, even on a busy Sunday. The food is fresh, the flavors deliberate, and the coffee among the better offerings in a brunch setting. While the indoor seating leaves much to be desired, the quality of the plates more than compensates. Rating: (4/5) A destination for anyone seeking hearty, well-crafted breakfast fare--just do yourself a favor and sit outside.

I never write a review, but in multiple occasions I have asked for lightly tosted bagel and instead get these crunchy hard over toasted bagels when I get home.Also, the amount of cream cheese inside has been cut in half. Lastly, last week a side of egg and bacon was 3 something and today was $4.50. I liked this place a lot, but will stay away from now on.

The best bagels in town. This blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese is unmatched. Incredible selection. This is a monthly treat we always look forward to.

Delicious bagels! The portions for the omelets are more than enough. They did forget some of the items in my order and I had to wait for them to correct it. The cashier had attitude about it and wasn’t happy she had to correct her mistake. The food and coffee were great non the less. For such a busy store, management should clean it up a bit. Their refrigerators out in the dinning room were filthy at the bottom and they use the top of them for storage of plates and other items. Management should apply the same pride in their dinning room as the food they serve.

The shop is small but SUPER busy so that should tell you something. It was chaotic inside and you can't really see the bagels until it's your turn to order and a lot of items are just not labeled. This gave me anxiety but might just be me. Also, I couldn't find the prices in the store. The menu has the hot food prices but is also super tiny so not sure if I just didn't see prices for bagels to take home, schmears, pastries. But I did figure them out eventually from their online shop: Bagels for bakers dozen starts at $18.99 + upcharge for certain flavors 8oz schmears $6 Chocolate bun ~$4 Bakers dozen + bun + 3 schmears was $50.50 + tip They have many different pastries in store & schmear flavors but you might have to ask The bagels are not all labeled and the labels do not match what they have. I asked what the flavors were and the guy tried to list them off but definitely forgot some. That's ok though - I did end up picking some that I liked. I got chocolate, French toast, cheddar, everything and garlic flavors I wanted rainbow but they didn't have any. I also got honey walnut, jalapeno and scallion schmears & so far I have tried the honey walnut + French toast bagel and yum! The schmear has the walnuts blended so not huge chunks which was great to me and the French toast bagel does taste pretty close to the real thing. The line was long but took maybe 10 mins and I can see why people were crowding the place Saw this place on Instagram which is what brought me in and I'll definitely be back even though it's a 40+ min drive for me Plenty of parking in the shared lot by Publix

I went to this place two days ago. This place used to be good and at least a decent customer service despite some messed up orders. However, it is just being so bad that they gave us half instead of just a complete bagel without explanation. I had to talk to one of the employees and he told me that sometimes the bagel doesn't get enough volume in the oven. This is ridiculous and insulting. Giving us such a tiny piece of bagel when we paid for the whole thing as usual??? Customer service is the worst here! ‍

I got the cousin Vinny sandwich. Flavor was good and rich like a pastrami the bread was too thin should be a little thicker for a saucy sandwich. Got the Israeli tomato and cucumber salad as a side and it was flavorless don't try it. The restaurant itself had a 90 score and is quite dirty inside.

This is the best bagel shop outside of the NY/NJ area. No joke. We've been going here for years and it is so consistently good. The service is great. Very much like a NY deli. And as someone who lived in NYC for many years, I love it! I noticed today that the staff is the same it has been for years too. This is incredible. So rare in the restaurant industry. That says something. Seating inside or outside. It gets crowded on the weekends. Just get in line and be patient.

Knocking down a star for one reason: cleanliness. On a busy Sunday, not one employee was deployed to clean tables as breakfast goers came and went. We sat an open booth, and used napkins in an attempt to clean the table, but what it needed was some soap and hot water. Minutes later, the owner was walking through, chatting with his regulars, and he merely swept crumbs from the table to the floor and straitened the chairs. Really? While the place was in no way filthy, I was just put off by the lack of even trying to do it right. The owner should have more respect for his customers and his restaurant. RS

Got some lox bagels and a breakfast croissant on a Sunday morning around 11:30. It was very busy but the line moved quickly (8 minute wait) and the food came out very fast for to go (5 minute wait). They have some tables inside and outside but we opted to go to the park across the street to eat. I like that they didn't skimp on the cream cheese, which is more new York style and it was fresh and tasty. The classic bagel I got with the lox was around $8-9 and honestly good to share if you aren't super hungry! My friend tried one of the prepackaged pastries that looked like little croissants with peach filling in the front as you go through the line and it was just okay (they were hard and had very little jam)- wouldn't recommend over the bagels. Newtown park is an easy 5 minute walk, which is where we started and walked to get bagels.

If you were to drive by Brooklyn Bagel around 8:30 AM on a weekday or brunch time on a Sunday, you would think it was the most popular destination in all of Johns Creek based on the crowd inside and outside. And I get it. My family eats here a couple of times a week and I personally feel that these bagels are better than the bagel place (BB's) a few exits up that seems to get all the media love. The meat, egg, and cheese bagel sandwiches are really good, and they have lots of other options than just bagels. When we took our kids to NYC last year and had breakfast in Brooklyn, it was funny to hear our kids complain that their bagel in Brooklyn wasn't as good as our Brooklyn Bagel in Johns Creek. That was just my 8 and 11 year olds take at the time and I'm not trying to say that these are as good as NY/NJ bagels, but they are WAY better than most that you'll find in Atlanta for sure.

Phenomenal bagel with lots of lox and cream cheese with the perfect balance of capers and dill. The bagel was a bit salty but it was balanced with the Israeli salad it came with. It was a little deli with booths to sit it, grab breakfast with. Busy and bustling with locals, but that's how you know it's good. I probably wouldn't sit down because it doesn't seem like the most calm environment to study. the food was on display for all the kinds of bagels to buy. The service was quick and reliable, I only waited 5 minutes after ordering for my bagel. It was great, and I'll be coming again for another lox bagel.

Thanks to the helpers who recommended this spot. Best bagels we have enjoyed in a very long time! The line moved quickly and business was brisk for 9am on a Saturday. Cream cheese was loaded on, plenty for at least 2 bagels. Nice chewy crust and plenty of varieties. Pick up your bagels and order your Starbucks via their app so it will be ready when you are walking next door. Plenty of parking in this Publix strip mall.

I have both been to the location to pick up food to go and ordered through door dash and I am never disappointed. Love everything I've ever gotten from here. They are quick and everything is fresh and reasonably priced.

Brooklyn Bagel holds the crown for best bagel in the Atlanta area no doubt. With no frills service, it's like you're transported to Brooklyn. The line can be intimidating, but they move through it very fast. Plenty of outdoor seating. Just like the location in Ansley Mall, these bagels deliver a delicious punch. Great texture and crumb. The everything bagel and sesame bagel are fantastic. The seasoning is on point. Do yourself a favor and visit Brooklyn Bagel.

This is a great little spot tucked into the corner of a strip shopping center. I've been here twice. Try the bagels and the bagel nova sandwich which was excellent. Whenever I'm in the area. I plan to stop by. The potato salad is also delicious.

Finally tried it today after passing by a thousand times and seeing the mob outside. This place is popular. Always a line out the door on the weekend. The line moved decently fast - took about 15 minutes to place an order. Then waited over 30 minutes for the food. It was 3 bagels with schmear and a veggie wrap. Must have been worth the wait, huh? No. No, it was terribly disappointing. It was 3 bagels and a wrap - what did I expect? Could have gotten that next door at Starbucks with no wait at all. Sure, the Starbucks food was probably made 3 days ago. But, I would have appreciated it more because I didn't wait over 45 minutes and pay $30. Everyone says "These are just like NY bagels!" Well, most bagels are just like New York bagels. Know why? They're friggin' bagels. They're really hard to screw up. You know who else makes good bagels? Just about anyone anywhere who makes bagels. Publix is a few doors down from here. They make good bagels. You can get 5 and several flavors of cream cheese for 15 bucks without any wait at all. Take them home and toast them when you want them. You can even freeze them for later. They'll still be good when you toast them. Whatever you do, don't wait in line then wait another 30 minutes to overpay for a bagel. That's dumb.

Just want to share a bit about Brooklyn, bagel, bakery, and deli at Haynes Bridge a Village. I have visited this bagel store at the Ansley mall shopping center and then comparing the two store, the Haynes Bridge Village location is very disappointing. Let me explain: I came and ordered the classic bagel breakfast and asked that my bagel be toasted twice (2x) . Upon receiving my meal, the bagel had not even been toasted at all. I then asked the manager, a lady whose name I didn't get, took my classic bagel breakfast assuming she would do as I requested. My classic bagel breakfast was returned to me, a second time barely toasted. I am not sure what to chalk this up to, but at the very least, this place needs to become more customer friendly and intent on listening to the customer and satisfying them with just basic request. If you want this place to pay attention to detail, you might think of going somewhere else. As far as the ambience goes plenty of seating outside, and reasonable amount of seating inside. Nothing special about the ambience though.

Great food, fast service. I recommend ordering online and picking up so you can skip the long lines especially on the weekends when the place can get pretty packed.

I had never been to Brooklyn Bagel but need breakfast for a company meeting. I phoned the order in for pick up yhe morning of the meeting. I was very impressed when I arrived as the order was accurate, complete,and ready. Their bagels were a big success and I shall be returning for the next meeting. Thanks for making this so easy.

I was looking for a bagel place and stumbled upon this one. We went early afternoon so it was expected that the selection was minimal but boy oh boy was everything still fresh! Amazing egg fried to order on my bagel. Cream cheese is light and yummy. Bagels were sliced abs toasted perfectly. We will absolutely return!

Love my neighborhood bagel shop! Sad to say, I have to drive 4 miles away to get a correct coffee or any kind of organization. Hopefully they will get the Starbucks next-door in line with the other wonderful additions to our neighborhood.

Love this place!! As good a bagel as I get in NY (& with more options!) I will say that the prices are a little steep and sometimes it's a hit or miss, but for a good NY bagel in ATL, this is a great stop.

Stopped into this place looking for a good bagel. Didn't even make it to the counter to order. Saw a "I did that" Biden sticker on a sign informing of price increases. I don't know if they put it there or don't realize that a customer did (hard to believe they couldn't have seen it) but I left after seeing that. You are certainly allowed your political opinions but, as a business, if you are going to show a disrespectful political opinion then be prepared to have people walk out and not return. I went to Grouchy's Deli down the road and it was fantastic.

By far best bagel I've had in Georgia so far. For all you Einstein, Starbucks etc those were made Lord knows how long ago. Come to this place, get a real bagel! Soft, not rubbery. Also various floors of cream cheese. I work in the area often, I will be back! Quick service at counter. Coffee was good.

Ummmmm... this deli is AMAZING. Literally amazing. The online ordering and curbside pickup makes eating here super convenient. Not to mention everything is phenomenal. We had NY Brooklyn on Rye and an Everything Bagel with Ham, Cheddar, Egg, and Veggie CC. The Brooklyn is a variation of my favorite pastrami sandwich - I typically knew this sandwich as a Rachel. Pastrami piled high, Cole slaw, Swiss, and Russian dressing on Rye is my favorite sandwich on this entire planet & Brooklyn Bagel does it right! So delicious! The one critique is the way the pastrami was cut the time we had it - there were a ton of fibers that couldn't not be eaten so I had to do a little pastrami surgery beforehand. Otherwise, it was perfect. Their bagels are so delightful. It's no wonder they call them selves Brooklyn Bagel & Deli. Soft and chewy, but baked to perfection and so crisp. The ham egg and cheese was a perfect addition to the amazing bagel - and please get some cream cheese, too. Veggie cream cheese is my favorite and I was not disappointed. To that end, do yourselves a favor and get a container of their veggie cream cheese to go. I could eat it straight out of the tub - and I am lactose intolerant. I will buy lactaid for the rest of my life so long as I don't have to ever say goodbye to this cream cheese. It is soooooooo yummy. Do it! Just do it. This place is always packed and it's no wonder. It is the absolute best.

I love Brooklyn. Aside from the bagels being delicious, t's a neighborhood staple and the owner is so kind! They have the best Nova combo is town. $14 gets you a nova sandy (capers and all), a pickle, and a bag of chips. That's so hard to find these days!

This is the best bagel outside of New York City, but y'all gotta stop using the same areas or knives to cut an everything bagel and then one that is sweet. My cinnamon raisin bagel with honey walnut taste like an everything bagel. That is unacceptable and it just happened half a dozen times.

Good spot. Can get crowded fast. Reubens and bagels are good especially for Atlanta. Would be run out of town in NY but not a spot for Atlanta. Better than the corporate Einstein's. On same footing with Goldbergs but friendlier.

I've been to this store 3 times in the last 3 weeks for a whole grain bagel, including today. Unfortunately, on 2 of those occasions, they were sold out. On the 1 occasion I was able to buy one, the bagel was good, but being sold out 2/3 of the time is unacceptable. If they can't consistently provide the product they are advertising, they should take it off of the menu.

This review is long overdue!!! My mom and I were in the area after getting our vaccine shot! Yea!! :). Wanting to grab some lunch "to go" while in the area, we decided to give brooklyn bagel a try. First of all i couldn't initially find this place because of the white tent outside, i didn't pay attention enough to see the darn sign. Rookie mistake. :) Once i found it and stepped inside I was so excited to see so many options -sandwiches, meats, chicken salads, tuna salads, breads, cookies, drinks, rugula, etc! Omg where do i start??? I thought i was in a "Seinfeld episode" when i saw the black and white cookies and babka!!! Two kinds of babka - chocolate and cinnamon. :) I started taking photos for this review and then my experience got even better!! I met some awesome employees...i hope i have their names right because they made my first experience extra special. Karina, Brenda and Fin (not sure if Fin worked there or was a customer)?? These woman take great pride in their work and provided an elevated customer service experience! Take out these days have become pretty boring, these folks made my pick up a fun experience. Its so refreshing to get personalized service with a smile! Great job! I ended up ordering two ham sandwiches, babka, and rugula. Omg those sandwiches were huge and so so yummy!!! My mother loved them!!!!! This is a big deal, my mom (a senior) is very picky. If it passed her test, then this place is a keeper! The sandwiches were so large we should have ordered only one. I have definitely told a few colleagues in the area to give this place a try! Turns out the tent is their outdoor eating space. :) Will definitely be back!

Bagels taste just like NY bagels... breakfast sandwiches are big - our teenagers LOVED them and kept commenting on how big they were! We hit up this place early this weekend (7am) before our son's lacrosse tournament. Does not disappoint.

Brooklyn Bagel Bakery Deli is part of a strip mall across the street from Newtown Recreation Park in Johns Creek. Parking is ample and easy to find. I went here during the Labor Day weekend after visiting the park and, even though it wasn't packed with a lot of people inside, the people preparing the food were pretty quick. Most of the customers (and all of the customers inside wore face masks and stayed socially distanced) made their orders to-go, although there are many umbrella-covered tables outside to eat at for those who feel safe to do so. I didn't, so I drove back to the park to eat in social distanced safety. I ordered the Atlanta size Coney Island sandwich. This is the smaller size (less meat) hot pastrami sandwich. It was a decent tasting rye bread sandwich. The menu stated that this sandwich included hot pastrami, Swiss and a homemade special sauce. The hot pastrami had good flavor, but forgot to put cheese in the sandwich. If they put any of their homemade sauce on it, I sure couldn't tell because all I tasted was the pastrami. I just wish they didn't skimp on the amount of meat that they put on my sandwich. I also got a slice of a dill pickle and a bag of chips. This is the first time I've been in this area, and I don't live anywhere near here, so I'm not sure if I'll be back this way again. If I come back to this deli, I'll try the ... oh, who am I kidding? I know of better deli sandwiches that I can get much closer to home.

Amazing food. Great bagels. Good service and ambience. It's a great spot for lunch and breakfast with a variety of options to have fun. I usually get the everything bagel with cream cheese as it is a simple yet mouthwatering combo. The bakery never gets the recipe wrong! I have also tried the Asiago bagel, the egg and cheese bagel, and more. All are great choices but the everything bagel still is miles above the rest.
