An absolute gem in the community! I came to The Brooklyn Bathhouse not knowing what to expect, especially since it was my first time at a bathhouse — but the experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and took the time to give me a full tour, explaining everything in detail so I felt totally comfortable. The amenities were top-tier, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I’ll definitely be back!

I passed by the location and was curious about the business since I love bathhouse and spa experiences and frequent other places. There was a woman standing in front of the door as if guarding it. When I walked in she sat down but there was no greeting. The receptionist was on the phone and at first did not make eye contact when we entered (not necessarily a big deal) but when she looked over and as her gaze lingered she appeared irritated and bothered. The energy both women gave made me feel uncomfortable and did not inspire me to want to stay and ask more questions about the space but maybe it was an off day. The staff being warm and welcoming upon entry is important since these spaces are meant to be stress free environments built around the ideas of rest, relaxation, and self-care.

Came here with my friends for a birthday, and had an amazing time. The place is beautiful, the workers are nice and welcoming. The perks and entertainment are wonderful. This is a nice addition to the community. My friend got a message and I received a body scrub. We felt amazing after. Will definitely come back.

Everything about this place is awesome. The saunas, steam room, pools, and locker rooms are incredibly clean. The ambiance is great and I've never seen more than 10 people here at a time. They fixed the cold plunge to now make it very cold, so I would easily give this place five stars. The $35 weeknight day pass is an absolute steal, would highly recommend.

Personally I think this place is overwhelmed. The staff seemed stressed over the phone and in person. My experience was good except for the massage spaces. You will need earplugs because you hear everything from the kitchen area and sirens from outside. You could probably order your meal from the massage room 😂 that’s how close it is. Also I requested a massage with Arrian and when I got in the room it was changed which was fine but the switch was never mentioned to me. Emaani was my masseur who is very good, but chatty. She was kind enough to add spa music due to the very loud conversations from the cafe but it really didn’t help. Not her fault, she was doing her job and did it well. The other spaces were fine, clean but nothing special either. The cold plunge pool was not cold, showers were good, like a typical gym style setup. I did order a $15 margarita drink from the cafe. The staff were very nice there but that drink had too much ice for the price. There are also no gluten free snacks. I would try them again in 6 months to see if things improve but it’s not a bad idea for the neighborhood.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Brooklyn I can't say enough good things about the Brooklyn Bath House. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm and care. The space is beautifully designed — clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out to give you a luxurious yet welcoming experience. The amenities are top-notch.I tried one of their body scrubs and left feeling completely renewed — my skin has never been softer! What truly sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone was kind, professional. Whether you’re looking for a solo relaxation session or a day with friends, the Brooklyn Bath House is an absolute must-visit. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I had a wonderfully relaxing experience at Brooklyn Bathhouse during a Tuesday afternoon visit. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, providing the perfect backdrop for unwinding. The facilities were impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. If you're interested in a massage, be sure to book the masseuse in advance, as they are only available when scheduled (we didn’t and weren’t looking to book one today but it’s good to know). Although the restaurant was temporarily closed for menu updates, it didn’t affect our visit since we weren't planning to dine. We look forward to trying it out on our next visit. One minor point to note is that the hot tub bubbles couldn’t be activated, making it feel more like a hot pool. I would have preferred the full hot tub experience. Additionally, the massage prices seemed somewhat high for the area. Overall, it’s fantastic to have a bathhouse in the neighborhood, and I look forward to returning!

So relaxing and such a lovely experience! I’ve never really been in a sauna or done hot/cold therapies and didn’t know what to expect when booking the weekday pass but so happy I tried it! The facilities were great and no-frills but the locker rooms had all the essentials!! The cafe could have had more food options but we enjoyed the coffee cake. Spent several hours here passing the time and looking forward to going back someday. Can’t be beat for the price.

Yelp
Great experience overall. Brooklyn Bathhouse fulfills all the things one expects from a modern bath house at a really great price. Everything was extremely clean and working as expected. I didn't get to try the pizza at the cafe upstairs, but have been missing Zurilee pizza for a long time so will be back for it!
