"Brooklyn Breakfast Shop is a trailer in the Thicket Food Park in South Austin with a variety of breakfast-leaning sandwiches like a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel, and a fried chicken sandwich that changes every month. We really like their breakfast sandwich. It’s fennel sausage, pimento cheese, and a sunny side up egg, with a crucial assist from sliced homemade pickles, all on a tender, barely holding together biscuit. It’s a perfectly-composed sandwich, one that you should most definitely get up early for. photo credit: Raphael Brion" - Raphael Brion

Jennifer was awesome! Fast and friendly service. Bro and I had the hash and “the special” breakfast burger. All made to order. The Hash was hearty and delicious. The Special was served on a croissant and a 4 oz burger patty. Both came w the ShiShi pepper sauce - which was sweet and almost tasted like a lemon-heavy pesto. Food truck park w plenty of picnic tables and a playground.

Google
I really enjoyed the BP honey butter sandwich it was very filling and the chicken was perfectly crispy. I ordered to go from the phone and the guy was very nice! I’ve been here before and it was great that too. I definitely recommend!

Katie Knobloch

Google
Service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was quiet and calm but there are a lot of flies everywhere which can get annoying. The food was fine tasting but kinda greasy. And the “bagels” were fine tasting but they weren’t bagels, they didn’t have a hole in the middle and they weren’t the correct type of dough. They tasted more like buns, but maybe the biscuit options on the menu would have been more delicious. Overall it was a good experience and if I came here again I would just order something different and maybe that would be better. I probably wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend but if they said they were going here for food I would suggest they skip the bagels and go for the hash bowls or biscuits.

Google
I was quite disappointed in their bagel today. I asked for it double toasted and I’m not even sure it hit any heat & was a bit chewy. Cream cheese is tasty though (however I’m a scallion cream cheese fan!). With that being said, I have also gotten fried chicken and biscuit sandwich which was very tasty. Three stars are based on a mix of experiences depending on your choice off their menu. Would likely skip the bagel next time!

Google
One of the best biscuits I’ve had in Austin! It was massive and definitely made from scratch. I got the spicy chicken and I highly recommend!

Caroline Ferrari

Google
This food truck is located in such a cute spot off the end of Congress. The sweet heat chicken biscuit puts other places to shame. A perfectly cooked egg plus the sweet sauce makes for a wonderful pairing. The chicken is breaded to perfection and is quite large, while it sits on a massive homemade biscuit. The breakfast potatoes are also to die for cooked with peppers and onions for extra flavor. Go support this small business so we can continue to celebrate their wonderful menu!!

Google
We all enjoyed our brunch! The fried chicken on my sandwich was so good! Crunchy and juicy. The sandwich looked huge but it ate pretty light. Messy and delicious. Got the Stephanie (the sandwich of the month) Also was able to snag a bagel to go to enjoy later in the week Part of a really nice food truck park. The pine trees were nice and brought great shade. Lots of seating and lots of food truck options. Not all open at the same time but nice selection!

Google
I got the “sweetheat” and it was very good. It has the perfect amount of sweet and spicy. Not too much heat to where it’s overbearing to eat it all. The chicken and egg were cooked perfectly on top of some delicious pickles. Definitely recommend trying out this area. It was $12.50 but definitely worth the price, the portion was huge and fulfilling. We also go their jalapeño bagel with sausage and that too was delicious.

Ali B.

Yelp
Tried today for the first time and OMG!!!! It is delicious. The Jessica is the way to go. The chicken and bun was cooked perfectly and we couldn't get enough. The hashbrown fritters were soooo good. We will definitely be back. Thank you Ryan for some good south-Austin goodness. Everyone please support your local businesses. We could all use your support!

J B.

Yelp
Awesome!!! The owner is the chef and a NY'er He made me the most delicious bacon egg and cheese-I got it on a homemade biscuit-over the top good! Oh I and I got an everything Bagel just because and I'm not a bagel person usually but he does a great job not chewy and hard . I live close by and will def be back. Check out the picture of this sandwich ,I opened the container and was like are you kidding ??? So dang good! Thanks yall!

Yelp
Tucked in at the Thicket Food Truck Park in south Austin is this gem of a breakfast joint. The gent who owns and runs the place is incredibly kind, passionate, and knowledgeable. He bakes all his own bread (brioche, biscuits), smokes his mushrooms, ferments his pickles, etc. We had the breakfast hash bowl, OG biscuit sandwich, and basic breakfast sandwich on brioche. All were very tasty... messy in the best way. The sweet heat sauce was bomb, and the pickles I added to my sandwich made for the perfect salty/spicy/crunchy addition. The food truck park itself is a great hangout. Chill vibes and nicely shaded. Can't wait to come back and try a fried chicken sammy.

Nelson K.

Yelp
The fact that he made the bagel and biscuit I had from scratch was a winner, and it was delicious. The sweet heat chicken was incredible and done to perfection. Been looking forward to a new breakfast spot on my way to Lockhart each week. Found it!

Itz J.

Yelp
So so so soooo good. Just make sure to get there early because they do run out of ingredients. People love this place and you will too but don't show up when they are closing in an hour.. Also very nice place to sit down and chill for a bit. Good for kids and adults. Thanks for the great food!

Josh M.

Yelp
You get the sense that times are tough right now as they've stopped serving on weekdays and removed items from the menu, such as, surprisingly, cream cheese. Expected items in the menu such, as the hash bowls and chicken sandwiches are in short supply and are typically unavailable or sold out. Good service and good food and I hope things are OK for them. Tip: Get there before 11am. I've gone to BBS a number of times between ~11:30-1pm and the truck is closed.

Natalie M.

Yelp
Got a bacon egg and cheese. Good size! A little pricey. I should have gotten some kind of dressing or something to add flavor.

Sanya G.

Yelp
Living close by the thicket and finally been waking up earlier to visit the vendors in the morning! Always had my eyes on Brooklyn Breakfast Shop and the Jessica! The Jessica is a friend chicken sandwich with avocado, lime, queso, smoked jalapeño and pickled Serrano for some heat. I also ordered a side of the hashbrow fritters with sweat heat. Service was friendly and decently quick for busy Saturday morning. The Jessica had really fresh ingredients. The queso really stood out. But with all the zesty ingredients it still felt a little bland. I don't think my sandwich actually came with any jalepenos so that Smokey flavor was missing. Likewise the Serrano seemed mild. The hasbrown fritters were alright. The sweet heat sauce had the kick in it but i couldn't taste any sweetness to it personally. I was a little disappointed. My husband ordered the English muffin with two eggs sandwich. He mentioned it was also a little bland and under-seasoned, remarking the eggs could be better with some salt. But you could tell the quality was there. Maybe it was a slightly off day but I'd like to give them benefit of doubt. I hope they bring the stuffed French toast as I really would like to try that next time.

Bethany A.

Yelp
I finally got to try The Jessica fried chicken sandwich! It was a messy, but satisfying experience. A tasty spicy chicken sandwich with a lot of unique flavors that complement each other just so. Brooklyn Breakfast Shop has a ton of amazing looking food. I'll be back for more!

Shannon G.

Yelp
Hands down, a very delicious and very filling breakfast. My first time here and I will be back. I got the Jessica, it's fried chicken and a fried egg. The bun is very soft and light. The egg was fried perfectly. I didn't want it too runny, and he knew exactly how much. It was beautiful. Nice thickness of avocado, it wasn't slices, but it was completely creamy mashed either, it was a spread but with chunks. I love that. That fried chicken though. It wasn't greasy. It was lightly fried and not heavy at all. Juicy chicken altogether. I want to try other items in their menu.

Elsie T.

Yelp
W0W This place was so bomb. I got the sweet heat sandwich and it was huge and tasty. The chicken was piping hot and the jelly/sauce they used was so good too. I also liked that the biscuits they use aren't dry or anything. All of their ingredients are 10/10 fresh and top tier. I also tried their kolache and it was HUUUGGEE. Not the best, but the sausage was spicy and really good. I think she said they get their sausage from Easy Tiger, which I love! Only downside to this place is that the food park is kid friendly, and as someone with no kids, that can be a little annoying. L0L, but other than that, 5 stars to this place!!!

Jamie P.

Yelp
This little food truck, current found in the Thicket food truck park on S 1st St, is fantastic. The service was fast and friendly, the hash bowl with the sweet heat sauce was delicious and a good portion, and the food came out quickly. If ever in the area, we will be back!

Maddi J.

Yelp
extremely mid, got the strawberry jam chicken biscuit. chicken was not crunchy fried, and had no seasoning to it. not bad at all i'm just sad i spent $13 on it for it to be mid lol

Allie R.

Yelp
I loved the food here!!! We ordered a chicken sandwich and egg hash dish and they were both SO flavorful & delicious. The items were a big portion size but do not come with any side dishes so it is a little more on the expensive side but very worth it for the taste/quality. It is located in an adorable food truck. Ordered online in the morning and could pick up in 25 minutes. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Mariana M.

Yelp
I tried the special...not my favorite. It was a brioche bun sandwhich with egg jalapeño sausage chimichurri sauce and pickled onions. Hard to eat and weird combo. I regretted not getting the bagel soooo badly. Bf got the biscuit egg and sausage...which was very good! But heavy. I helped him eat his instead of mine. I'll be back to try the bagel next time I'm im town.

Gabriella M.

Yelp
This might be the best breakfast bagels in Austin. Fast service and huge portions. This is a hungover necessity.

Stephanie E.

Yelp
We were excited to try the menu items made from scratch by the owner. We had our hearts set on biscuits and gravy (from watching the YouTube video where the producers introduce American food to kids in England - super cute, look it up). No gravy in the summer, unfortunately. I don't remember my grandparents ever having that rule.... hmmmm - but we are native Texans. We opted for a biscuit with an egg and sausage. We were hoping for a piping hot, fluffy biscuit, but it was cold, salty, dense. There must have not been any salt left for the egg - bland. The hashbrown fritters were ok, but I'd prefer a straight potato, onion, salt, pepper, crispy pile of potatoes. A swing and a miss. BUT, I do believe there is a passion for food in the owner that translates well into the other menu items. I think the bagel is probably good. We'll give it another try for sure. It's a nice area with shade, but next time, I'll definitely bring a little portable fan or one of those fly deterrent devices that look like shiny windmills. Too many flies to really enjoy the meal.

Madeline D.

Yelp
Delicious biscuits, juicy chicken and plentiful sauces. Tried out this new spot. Ordered ahead of time and thankful we did because there was a line when we arrived. It was 9:30 on a Saturday though. Had: - Biscuit, Fennel Sausage, House Pickles, Pimento, Egg (underwhelmed by the fennel sausage) - Bacon, Egg And Cheese On An everything Bagel (a little too salty, but soft delicious bagel) - "The Sammie" Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Szechuan Whipped Honey, Thai Basil Aioli, House Pickles, Sunny Egg, On Brioche (YUM!) - Sweet Heat Sauce, Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Pickles, Egg On A Biscuit (delicious). Definitely give this place a try!

Meg N.

Yelp
What a gem. Such good food. We got the hash, the cinnamon roll French toast, and a bagel sandwich. And it was all awesome! It was a bit of a wait while they cooked everything up, but there's a cute outdoor sitting area with a small playground and some kids toys, so it was totally pleasant. And the guys running the truck are super friendly and awesome. We'll definitely be back soon!

Will C.

Yelp
Wow, The Jessica is just an incredible sandwich. I came here because I've wanted to try the different food trucks in Thicket for a while and have been on a bit of a fried chicken sandwich binge, so I was eager to order The Jessica. It's impossible to talk about it without mentioning the ungodly amount of excellent smoked jalapeño queso that sets it apart from everthing I've had. Very creamy with great smoked pepper notes. You'll need a fork to tackle it and I wish BBS would give us some chips and fries for dipping, because it's a sin to waste any of that queso. Rest of the sandwich was no slouch other. The buttermilk fried chicken was fried very well and was juicy thanks to BBS's choic to use thighs. The smashed avocado can get overlooked because of the queso, but it provides another flavor and is a great visual stimulus. Some picled serrano peppers finish it off, though I wouldn't might some other kind of greens. Brioche bun holds everything together terrifically. This is not an sandwich one should get frequently, but it is a combination that deserves an initial try. Wow.

Jessica M.

Yelp
This food truck has been on my list for a while... and the stars aligned for me to get my breakie sandwich on... Before the world wide panini, I lived in NYC and the bagels just hit different there. Well ladies and gentlemen, the men of this truck are from the CITY! This truck took me back to the streets like I was coming out of Penn Station and knowing the best kept secret in the city! Everything was made in house. I got a bagel Sammie & a biscuit Sammie... fresh, hot & made to order. There's something about the way cheese melts against a fresh biscuit. The biscuit itself was interesting... it was a thin biscuit, pita in shape. Def gonna be my go-to spot for a brekkkie sandwich!

Jordyn B.

Yelp
Great food and great service! Was happy to stumble amongst this gem! Would definitely come back.

Natalia N.

Yelp
Always amazing! Service is great every time we go, and the food just gets better and better. My brother is from out of town and has to have a bagel sandwich every time he comes home. Absolutely would recommend this place, 10/10!

Kia L.

Yelp
This food truck is located in the Thicket Food Court (it's a food truck heaven) in south Austin! Amazing breakfast sandwiches. I had the Sweet Heat Biscuit--absolutely PERFECT. Extremely filling. The sauce is an amazing blend of savory and sweet. I'll definitely be back again!

Dani B.

Yelp
My daughter ordered the Croissant With Two Eggs & Cheese and added bacon (bc she is a Texan and loves bacon). She has a love for croissants and picked this. She gave it 2 thumbs up and enjoyed it. I ordered the Hatch Chile Sausage And Pimento Everything Bagel Kolache and wished I paid a little more attention while ordering. I have a love for everything bagels and kolaches. I don't think I was paying attention to the Hatch Chile Sausage part. It was spicy in my opinion but that didn't stop me from eating. They gave us a wait of 12ish minutes and I'm not complaining about the wait time bc I left to get coffee. I'm glad we came and maybe next we won't come on a Sunday when it's so hot but this is Texan and it's almost summer.

Moni C.

Yelp
Best bagels and biscuits i have had in Austin. Fresh and so full of flavor . The biscuit is so soft and delicious. Even if it's 45 minutes from us i would rather drive here than anywhere else.

Stefany W.

Yelp
Came here on a whim to grab a breakfast sandwich before I started the day and I'm so glad I came because this place was delicious. I got the monthly special with the brioche. I wish I got the biscuit but they ran out unfortunately. But this sandwich was absolutely delicious and worth the wait. Only downside is that they run out of food very quickly so by the time I ordered, there were a few things out already and I got there pretty early. Maybe 10am. Overall I will be back if I visit Austin again.

Dawn S.

Yelp
I had been following them on Instagram for a few months and finally decided to give it a try. It opened at 9 and I arrived around 945 thinking I was there early enough. I got in line and perused the menu. The person in front of me placed their order and the girl notified us that they were taking a 10 minute break to catch up on orders. Okay, I can appreciate that. Luckily, I was the next person to order with about 10 people behind me. It was finally my turn and I ordered the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich that comes on a biscuit. The friendly gal tells me they are out of biscuits. 45 minutes in and already no biscuits. It was disappointing but I wasn't going to let it get me down. I ordered the monthly special: buttermilk chicken sandwich with all the goodies (and a fried egg) on a brioche bun. I waited about 10 minutes or so and it was worth the wait. (See photos) My only "complaint", if there really is anything to complain about, was the chicken to bun ratio. It either needs more chicken or a smaller bun. With that being said, the regular chicken sandwich from the menu comes on a biscuit and I think the ratio of chicken to biscuit would be a better fit. This was was first experience here and it won't be my last. Next time I will make an online order and make it early! Go check this place out! It was pricey but worth it!

Taylor C.

Yelp
I adore great customer service and the guy who helped us this morning was awesome! The menu was unique and had lots of great options. Great portion sizes (like huge!), lots of bang for your buck! My group of 4 ordered the monthly special French toast (fruity pebbles and stuffed with cream cheese), barbacoa sandwich, sweet potato hash, and a side of biscuits. We loved everything! It was all cooked perfectly. Barbacoa could've used a little more flavor, but it was a huge serving on a gigantic roll. So glad we tried it and would love to come back!

Katie B.

Yelp
I opened a steaming ball of tinfoil to find one of the most bad ass, beautiful breakfast sandwiches I have ever set eyeballs on. The jalapeno cheddar Rosens bagel was monstrous and the cheddar and jalapeno were not just cute descriptors; they each had their shining moments - the jalapeno was spicy and the cheddar was SHARP. The egg was solid (not runny) and it needed to be to carry the weight of the rest of the ingredients. The bacon was plentiful and crispy but meaty. I was in awe and bow down to this $10 siren of a 'wich.

Stephanie A.

Yelp
tried this food truck for the first time today! they're located in thicket food truck park in south austin! they have a good amount of parking so it makes coming here so much easier! aside from this truck, they did have 2-3 more other trucks open (10 am saturday morning). I ordered the "Biscuit, Fennel Sausage, House Pickles, Charred Fresno Pimento, Egg" and WOW it was so good! so fresh and flavorful....I think the house pickles add such a great touch to this breakfast sandwich so be sure not to exclude those!! definitely coming back to check out more sandwiches!

Ana K S.

Yelp
The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the food is good. I understand they're understaffed and that makes it difficult to push so many orders out but what makes no sense to me is why they even offer online ordering at all if they're only going to get started on your order when you ask about it by the time it was supposed to be ready. Today I waited an extra 10 min to ask about my order since I saw they were pretty backed up, my ticket was all the way at the end and I saw the cook move another ticket that was presumably placed in after mine 4 tickets up. And it wasn't until we asked about our order that our ticket was moved closer to the line of tickets they were actually working on. We were told it'd be ready in another 10min, it's been 25min and it's still not out. Mind you, I placed my order at 10:25 and had an initial estimated time for 10:47. The food itself is good, but it's not fine dining (to wait 1.5hrs total) and they should have an accurate wait time on online ordering or just not offer it in the first place. TLDR: don't bother ordering online because they won't make it until you get there and you'll have to wait about 1+ hours for it.

Samantha B.

Yelp
The food was absolutely delicious, the worker was also really friendly & very helpful. I would diffidently come back to get some more. Highly recommend.

Kendal L.

Yelp
Just ok for $11 breakfast at sandwich. Bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel is lacking any flavor. Definitely need to add at least salt & pepper. I added my own cream cheese, but still not much flavor. Generous amount of bacon, eggs could be better for $11 sandwich, bagel had good consistency. Might have been an off day - I've heard nothing but good things and was very excited to try, but very underwhelming.

Maanas S.

Yelp
Excited I was finally here early enough to get food before it all sold out! I was a bit overwhelmed since I've looked at the menu many times but never had a chance to order. The guy taking my order recommended the monthly fried chicken I quickly agreed and went over to Stellar coffee to pair it with a drip coffee. Omg it was soo good! Chicken was delicious and moist and perfectly cooked. Bread was great but kinda fell apart as I ate - a worthy sacrifice for the quality of the taste though. Overall great experience, will return and try a bunch of things on the menu!

Kevin Y.

Yelp
Tasty trailer located in a food truck in a site with a variety of food trucks. We really enjoy their sandwiches in particular the sweet heat. The biscuit is homemade and the chicken delicious. One thing I didn't enjoy was the sweet potato dish. It was a little oily for me and didn't have much taste so it tasted like the oil. That's what I get for trying to mix in a healthier dish! As they post clearly, food trucks are NOT fast food, so set your expectations accordingly, you will have a bit of a wait during lunch hours especially on weekends.

Rebecca T.

Yelp
First of all the lady I ordered with was super rude. Then when I got my order and part was missing she said I ordered wrong instead of owning that she didn't get my order right. I got the sweet heat and the biscuit was cold, dry and falling apart. It tasted days old. The friend chicken was limp with soggy breading. Honestly it was one of the most disgusting breakfast sandwiches I've had and the horrible service made it worth never returning. The reason I rate 2 stars instead of 1 was because once there was a very friendly man there working the register which gives me faith in the kindness of this place. But really I cannot believe the good ratings it was horrible and the staff was extremely rude.

Ina A.

Yelp
Like what everyone said, the food is delicious, but the wait is long. We were so pissed to have to be waiting an hour, but damn that sandwich is good! We had the sausage on croissant and chicken on biscuit with egg and they both mysteriously stayed not soggy. Yolks were a bright orange, the pickles added a nice brightness and there was a crunch when I bit into my sandwich, I don't know where it came from. Definitely trying again but probably through doordash.

Joe M.

Yelp
Fantastic chicken biscuit and sweet potato hash. Very fast service as well. Have been back a few times

Sean Matthew L.

Yelp
Ryan and the Brooklyn breakfast crew do amazing work. I've had the pleasure of eating and getting takeout here for sometime now and have NEVER been disappointed. First, they do a rotating monthly fried chicken breakfast sandwich. Every month it's née and every month it's amazing. Ryan is constantly pushing the culinary envelope and producing clever fresh new takes on the sandwich. I look forward to the first of every month to see what he comes up with next. Second, the biscuits. Come on. These things are insane. The classic sausage egg biscuit is a must on your first visit. Moreover, truly everything here is delicious. The place can get busy, because it is good after all. So I highly suggest ordering ahead via Instagram. Give them a follow while you're there to see all the drool worthy food through your screen. There are no bags things to be said about this place. Go, go now!

Austin W.

Yelp
Their menu is terrible now. They had some of the best breakfast sandwiches in the country, then little by little, they completely threw out their menu. The barbacoa breakfast sandwich was the best thing I ever had, but they got rid of that and most of their sandwiches. Now... bowls. Just feels like they're taking step back after step back on the menu. Wish they never changed. Was legitimately the best place in Austin before this

Kevin F.

Yelp
Very underwhelmed. I ordered the 'Michelle' and a croissant egg sandwich... for 30 bucks seemed high for the quality and size. My friends tried the Thai place and I regret not doing the same

Bonnie R.

Yelp
Enjoyed breakfast here on a Saturday morning. I was disappointed that they no longer had avocado toast, however I really liked my biscuit breakfast sandwich with fennel sausage. I loved the spicy sauce and wished the biscuit was warmer like the eggs and Sausage. Others had the bagel and hash dish. All were good!

A Z.

Yelp
Not a good sandwich or business. I would not recommend. There are many breakfast options in the city that are much better.

Samuel C.

Yelp
Breakfasts don't get yuppier than the Brooklyn Breakfast Shop. However the breakfasts are also amazing. Yuppies Are Alt Music Magicians. Yuppies Are Computer Game Magicians. Yuppies Are Phone App Magicians. Yuppies Are Finance Magicians. Yuppies Are Now Also Breakfast Magicians. * * * The Brooklyn Breakfast Shop is a food truck in the Far South food court near First Street and Dittmar. The First Street and Dittmar Food Court is turning into one of best food courts in town. (Nothing beats 5000 Burnet ... but these guys are getting up there.) The food court trucks make a large circle in a beautiful grove of trees. There is generous seating in the form of large picnic tables. There are playground items and toddler cars to play with for the children. First Street and Dittmar is a very pleasant place to be. * * * Brooklyn Breakfast's modus operandi is making highly elaborate multi-ingredient super-sandwiches. Start with some sort of starch base - French Toast, A Biscuit, A Plantain, Sweet Potato Hash. Add like about six ingredients on top of same. Citrus Pork, Avocado, Pickled Red Onions, Cilantro Aioli, a Fried Egg. or if you prefer Barbacoa, Lime, Egg, Pickled Chilis, Avocado. If you would like something simpler, You can have French Toast, Oreo Cream Cheese, Pure Maple Syrup. Crushed Oreos. For Brooklyn Breakfast, that is the essence of minimalism. (Okay, they do do a croissant and eggs if you are grouchy and fussy.) What makes it all work? a) The combinations are utterly inspired. b) The individuals ingredients are also utterly inspired. Complicated super-combo places crash and burn if the combinations don't make sense or the individual ingredients aren't very good. Random combinations of mediocrity still taste like mediocrity. But a fine beautifully done ingredient is like a Mozart flute solo. An elaborate combination of finely done ingredients is Ives's Fourth Symphony. These guys are more like Ive's Fourth Symphony. * * * The breakfasts provide endless entertainment. And you get to eat in a nice grove while working out all the complexities. A fine fine way to start your day. * * * P.S. If you need coffee with your breakfast - check out Stellar Coffee across the Food Park. The lattes are fine. The mochas are outstanding. A wacked out breakfast deserves a coffee that is off center. Stellar's mochas do the job nicely.

Esteban P.

Yelp
Just tried this place for the first time, and went with their recommendation for the Fennel sausage, pimento cheese, dill pickle, buttermilk biscuit sandwhich. WOW was that good. It was the perfect balance of salty, doughy, and spicy. The subtle heat of the cheese worked great with the salty sausage patty and the sourness of the pickles. This was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time. The truck is located in a food park with other food vendors and a playground area for kids. The staff wore their face masks and was super friendly and helpful.

Carly V.

Yelp
I have wanted to make it out to this spot for a long time. You definitely want to go hungry and go early - I think they sell out pretty much daily. I ordered the sausage kolache and the biscuit sandwich. My goodness - this is the best pimento cheese I have ever had! The egg on the biscuit sandwich was cooked perfectly. I loved that the biscuit was not a dense little rock - very light and fluffy. Everything was wonderful. And the gentlemen in the trailer are total sweethearts. I watched them ask every customer who was leaving how everything was. They clearly care about the quality of their food and the satisfaction of their customers. I would definitely go back and maybe next time with a little breakfast cocktail, since this trailer park is BYOB.

Yelp
Soooo delicious! I've been following Brooklyn Breakfast Shop on Instagram for a while now and I must say their Instagram game is strong - every photo they post of their food looks incredible. I visited today to see if the taste lives up to hype and....it certainly does. I ordered the Sweet Potato Hash. The sweet potatoes were perfectly cooked and I loved the shishito sauce. I also ordered a fried egg on top because I love a good, runny yolk. My friend ordered the Baracoa Sandwich and said it was very good. We split the Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast too for dessert. Oh my goodness, it was heavenly - the cream cheese, the syrup, the toasty/slightly burnt bread, it was all perfect. We told ourselves we'd only eat a couple bites, but of course we finished the entire dish. I highly recommend ordering the French toast if you visit. In terms of everything else, it all went smoothly. I placed my order online before I left the house and it was ready when I arrived. The food truck is in an area with lots of other food trucks and there was plenty of outdoor seating in the shade. There were also toys and a little playground for kids, so next time I come back (and I'll definitely be back) I'll bring the kids too for a nice family outing!

Yelp
I was craving bagels from nyc and always prepare to be slightly disappointed when I get them anywhere else. All that was left was plain bagels by the time I got to this spot and that's my least favorite. It was phenomenal. Soft and airy and flavorful for being plain bagel. Problem is I'll want them all the time now.
