The food here is always spot on and they make great drinks. Happy hour is excellent and we love that the servers are younger and have been given employment opportunities. Their trains is excellent as the staff really does a great job! Great place to watch a game!

We LOVE going to Brooklyn Heights as a regular spot. I am gluten free, and they are always very accomodating with their menu items to ensure that I am taken care of. The wings are my favorite, followed by the salads, and the GF pizza, and of course I love their frozen margaritas. But mostly the thing that keeps us coming back is how nice everyone there is! The bartenders, the managers, and even the server assistants are all so kind and willing to give you top-notch service that it makes it a very fun experience overall. (We really like sitting in the bar area)Thank you Brooklyn Heights!

Great place,Amazing food, friendly staff. The only complaint I have probably has to do with training. The wait staff just doesn't look up. Every time I come in here I have to fight to get eye contact. Great people, friendly, good service once you have their Attention,it's just that one hiccup.

This was our first time trying Brooklyn Heights Pizza, we stopped in at the Lakeline location on a Thursday evening. The place was a bit crowded, but we were seated immediately. Maddie was our server, she was awesome, attentive but not intrusive. Thanks Maddie! We started with the chicken wings … medium buffalo style sauce, and they were excellent. Perfect balance of heat on the wings, and the wings were fried crispy, just how we like them! The celery and blue cheese on the side were a nice complement to the wings. We split the large Greek salad, which was full of quality ingredients. Nice size for two people to split. The Greek dressing appeared homemade, it was delicious! (if it's not homemade, please share the brand! LOL) We tried two pizzas, the margarita pizza with pepperoni added, and the combo pizza with onion added. Both pizzas were outstanding! We are pretty tough critics when it comes to pizza, but we have to say that the pizza at Brooklyn Heights pizza is some of the best we’ve had in the Leander/Cedar Park area. The crust is nice, edges crunchy and soft, the middle crust stiff enough to hold the ingredients and a nice "chew" factor. The cornmeal dusting was perfect! BHP, thanks for a great meal! We were a bit hesitant to try BHP, because of some of the low ratings from reviewers, but we're sure glad we did! We will definitely be back! Update October 25, 2023 Ordered delivery tonight from BHP (after another local place messed up delivery). The food was delivered quickly, and consistent with all of our other experiences at BHP, the food was great, even delivered (this was out first time ordering for delivery). We ordered wings and 2 Greek salads as starters, both were deelish! The wings were simple wings, no breading, no frills, just plumb wings fried crisp and tossed in a medium heat buffalo-style hot sauce. When it comes to great wings, simple is king! The Greek salads were a bit on the small side, but the ingredients were super fresh and the dressing was wonderful. Two pizzas followed ... one was our creation of meats and veggies, the other was the house "American Cheeseburger" pizza. Both pizzas were very good. All ingredients (again) very fresh, and generous portions piled on the pies. We ordered large sizes to have leftovers, which were equally delicious when warmed in the oven the next day. We really like BHP, highly recommend! Update May 16, 2024 We had wings and Greek salad delivered this week. Not as good as last time, but still tasty! The issue we had was with the wings, not cooked quite as long this time around, more fatty than crispy. The sauce was good though, but we'd back up to medium buffalo sauce next time, the hot was a bit too much, even for us fire-eaters. Not BHP's problem as all. The wings came with the traditional celery sticks and blue cheese dressing, the blue cheese dressing was very good. We had the large Greek salad this time, which was plenty for the two of us, and is a better deal than the two small salads we got last time. As always, the Greek dressing was terrific. Recommend BHP for wings, salad and pizza! Update 03-2025 Wings and salads (Greek and Caesar) from Brooklyn Heights this evening. Kind of a last minute thing, but the food was delivered early! Called the store after ordering to follow up on request for crispy wings… message got through! Wings were very good, medium buffalo sauce. Salads were a bit in the small side, but very fresh and dressings were tasty. Will order again!

Had a great time after work with some coworkers. We ordered pizza, wings and a sampler appetizer. Everything was great! The drink happy hour was awesome! The frozen Rita's were absolutely 💯 on point! We closed the place down that night! Thanks BH!

Google
I like to go for the combo gluten free pizza. That’s the only thing I get when I come here. What I like the most is the crust. My kids love the cheese pizza. Overall this is a good place to bring your family. Thanks!

Google
Such a relaxing place and wow, the price on a cheese single slice is well worth it. I can say 3 of us had lunch for under $25, and we took leftover home. Where can you do that now days. Come by and ask for Krystal the bar tender. She is so 👏 amazing.

I visited this establishment for the first, and i highly recommend it. The pizza was exceptionally delicious, and the service was impeccable. I am immensely grateful to Crystal for her exemplary hospitality and recommendations. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

Yelp
I pre-ordered dinner for my family whom I was meeting over in round rock from the Brooklyn Heights location on Lakeline Boulevard, which is near my home. I got all kinds of confirmation that the restaurant had received my order and that it would be ready at the specified time which was 5:30 PM. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was advised that something had misfired and they had not put the order in.. the young lady apologized profusely which I did appreciate, but this was a huge disappointment, especially since I was taking dinner somewhere else . here are the order confirmations: Your order has been received Grubhub is now confirming your order with Brooklyn Heights Pizzeria for takeout scheduled for Today, May 7, 5:30 pm. Keep your phone handy - we'll be in touch if there are issues. Any questions? Contact Grubhub at (877) 783-5777 Order #841029755725598 From Brooklyn Heights Pizzeria (512) 456-0468 3550 N Lakeline Blvd Leander, TX I did order through the yelp app and it looks like it is picked up by GrubHub for distribution. I did a takeout order to avoid confusion. Suggestion; I there needs to be someway when an order comes in that the restaurant is clearly notified so it just doesn't sit in there computer upfront. We have been to Brooklyn Heights before and eaten inside for the most part. We did do one other pick up order and had no problems with it so we definitely will go back and I will update my review. The salad and pizza we ordered or delicious so I am adding a third star to my original two stars.!

Yelp
Really hate to do this since I've been eating here for years, but the consistency of the food is too unreliable. Twice in a row I ordered the wings and there was no seasoning on them. Completely plain instead of Jamaican Jerk. Sucks when you're home and too hangry to drive it back up there.

Yelp
I had the Itslian sub and it was mostly lettuce with some fries for $16. There was very little meat and, in fact, I was couldn't really tell there was any meat on it at all. The bread was fresh and delicious. Service was adequate but had to flag down the waiter to get the check. Wife said her sausage grinder sub was good. The slice of pizza was $10.25 but it was so large my 19 year old grandson couldn't finish it! Bill for 5 of us was $94.87 and they charged a credit card use fee of $2.85. All in all pretty good at a reasonable price. 3 stats because nobody really complimented anything they had and nobody said "we'll come here next time we are in town."

Yelp
I've gotta say, over the course of the last 8 years, this pizza has gotten worse every year. The mozzarella was clumped on top partially melted... Zero artistry to their pie making... C'mon people!!! It's Pizza!! Take some pride in your work!! I ordered wings .. lemon pepper wings. The 1st time they came out they brought asian spicy garlic who knows what mess.... Then the 2nd time she brought me buffalo wings!!! Bro!!! Lemon pepper!!! I ate them, whatever at that point, just been craving them for three weeks now... The menu says LARGE wings... Ummm larger than tiny?!?!! Nothing special about them... My wife ordered a ribbon garlic bread, she didn't eat it... 1 bite and some... Doughy almost finished bread that was a solid 1 out of 10... But hey, my Dr Pepper and Cherry Coke was amazing ..

Yelp
I'm from Brooklyn, lived there most of my 60+ years. This pizza is a good facsimile of New York pizza. Toppings were excellent. Pizza could have been cooked a little longer. Great service.

Yelp
Look I love this place. But yall are stingy when it comes to ranch. I ordered a large pizza, large salad and wings and I was given 1. When I asked for more the girl ran back and got ONE more I understand my family may like ranch more than others but paying an additional $3 is a little crazy. Is ranch that's expensive??

Yelp
We are regulars . Tried to place an order but said had to pay over phone or they couldn't put order through. We are a family of 7 who comes in at least twice a week. So had to come in and place order very inconvenient. a policy however they let do this before but Cory said not today. Love this place but they should take Care of regulars who spend a lot of money there

Baldy B.

Yelp
BE AWARE, THEY CHARGE A FEE IF USING A CCARD. Service was good. Food was OK. But really, a restaurant charging a fee to use a ccard? I've never been to an established brick and mortar restaurant where they do this. And maybe having it somewhere in writing to make patrons aware would be nice. Most people these days don't carry cash. So I feel their taking advantage of that. Shameful!!

Yelp
Love this place!! The lunch specials is awesome (huge pizza slices and the lasagna is so delicious!!) and the happy hour is awesome if you love wings!!

Yelp
We've been regulars of this restaurant for many years all the way thru Covid and before. Sadly last night was a huge disappointment and lack of service. On arrival we were told at least a 30 minute wait for bar area but there were tables open in "The Family area". The place was busy so we were heavily involved in chatting, before we realized nearly 25 minutes had passed and NOBODY had approached for even drink orders. People around us who arrived after already had drinks etc. overall not a great experience and will not be using that area again. Not one person apologized or made any excuses. Are they going down hill by lack of staff.

Yelp
Ordered tonight for the first time using Door Dash. Pepperoni rolls were not including despite it being on the order receipt on the pizza. DoorDash delivered everything they gave him at the restaurant. Looks like the kitchen doesn't py attention to what people pay for.

Renzo L.

Yelp
We arrive at 9:20PM on Saturday and refused to seat us in the lounge area. They did offer to seat us in very uncomfortable seats in the bar area. Do better. That's lame: I politely said, no thanks to the bar area seating and said we'd go somewhere else. The hostess said, "sounds good."

Yelp
Food and service is excellent. Nice diverse clientele. There wings are the best in the area!

Yelp
Met a friend on a Thursday at 2P. She had ordered her drink and appetizer. Michael our very young server was readily available to take my drink order. I ordered a Michilada with Modelo. My drink arrived in a glass that wasn't able to fit the entire beer and you have to ask for it to be dressed. I did get the rest of my beer on the side. The bacon wrapped shrimp way too salty for my taste. My guest totally enjoyed them! The spinach artichoke dip was delicious. Served with tortilla chips and toasted sliced bread, nothing special. We were the only ones in the dining room and I was facing the TV, I asked Michael if they could turn it off and he grabbed what apparently was a manager and the manager said they could not turn it off, but if we could scoot over, they usually don't let people sit in that table, but he was gonna make an exception for us. Didn't help us move our stuff over or move the stuff that was already on the table. It was very, very, very poor service for a manager to speak to us in that way. Ordered another Michelada this time I asked for Taheen and it was just a very very light rim again the Modelo on the side. Ordered another appetizer, the calamari and shrimp two pieces of shrimp and a little bit of calamari for $15 not worth it. Ask for extra marinara.

Yelp
I went here on 9/22 to eat and while I was eating a cricket fell from the ceiling and landed on my food. The server tried to explain that it was "cricket" season! Nasty!!!! There were crickets crawling all over the floor. I recommend going when it's not "cricket" season. Oh and they didn't offer to discount my food or anything.

Ben K.

Yelp
We have eaten at Brooklyn Heights dozens of times over the years we have lived close to them. Lately the food is mediocre and the customer service is really terrible. Don't waste your time.

Eric P.

Yelp
Food was good. We came to eat and watch a game. I was informed that the TV We were sat in front of was incapable of showing sports. Then it was over 10min before anyone came and took a drink order. We had a stretch were it was 30min from the time we ran out of stuff to drink before we got another drink. We spent literally half the time here with nothing to drink. It might be some of the worst overall service I've ever had.

Mark M.

Yelp
We have ordered takeout here multiple times over the last few years. Each time, it seems to get a little worse. I have been reluctant to write a negative review for this place, but I think it is time. Last night, we ordered wings. When we got home and tasted the wings, they were inedible. They tasted like they were cooked last week and then heated up in a microwave before we got there. They were so tough and chewy that we just threw them away. In addition, they forgot to add the celery after we explicitly asked them to ensure that it was packed in the take out order (which they said it was!). In the future, we will make the extra drive to go to Cover 2 every time that we want wings.

Yelp
I'm so torn about this place. I've been here before and things were good. Today I ordered a take out of a pepperoni pizza and a meat lasagna lunch special. I live literally around the corner so I should expect my food to still be somewhat warm when I show up to get it less than 10 min after the order was placed (as instructed). The pizza was warm and just okay. Nothing special and nothing to praise. The meat lasagna was not meat. It was veggie. Full of spinach and mushrooms, which is fine if that's what I wanted. It was also borderline cold and very watery. It was like it had been made prior and refrigerated/reheated. The bread was also cold. If I hadn't been starving and feeding a hungry toddler, I would've just taken it back. I'm still giving three stars because the pizza was okay and the service was fast. Honestly, I'd rather wait a little longer for the food and have it be hot and fresh. It's just not the same when I pay for it then have to warm it up in the microwave.

Danielle J.

Yelp
Uhggggg I don't even know what to say.. I have ordered a pizza to go from here and it's been okay. I decided to dine in we got two appetizers just to try them since we have never dined in. The spinach artichoke dip was dripping in oil, and the bbq chicken pizza roll was soggy and slightly cold. I honestly didn't care that much because I was here for the pizza. The pizza smelled so good! Unfortunately the dough was dry and the garlic tasted sour. Huge miss and then our bill came and was almost 80 dollars ! Just no.

Yelp
We regularly visit here with our family and have loved every visit until today. Tonight during our entire meal, a large group seated in the family side, away from the bar, who was clearly drunk yelling, being obnoxious, and even pounding on the table. We spoke to the waitress twice and on the second time they finally spoke to the manager, who did nothing. After a few more complaints, the server for the group's table came up and asked that we be patient as the group would be leaving soon. We told them that we needed to speak to the manager, he just said he was sorry, but that the group would be leaving soon. Still no action. When we got the check, 20 minutes later, the waitress informed us that we weren't the only ones complaining. We ended up leaving before the group, no one intervened, nothing was compensated, nothing was done. We came to relax at 5pm on a Thursday, but instead we left disappointed and stressed.

S M.

Yelp
Ordered online, picked it up not even close to the right order, ordered pizza well done, got it the cheese is not even melted, kitchen staff get your shit together!!!!where is the manager??? Order chicken wings well done and wet. Got wings and they are raw, fuck you Brooklyn Heights, your run is over declining quality and service, the 3 girls at the front were more interested in laughing and joking instead of focusing on customers. I spent $70.00 on food and it all sucked... never again

Glenn L.

Yelp
Excellent pizza, excellent atmosphere. Excellent Swartz TV is everywhere. Great crowd. I don't get what all the bad reviews are about. $6 for this bad ass pizza. Service was amazing. Kat was a great waitress.

Yelp
They brought my daughter and her husband the wrong pizza and by the time they brought the correct one out we had already eaten ours so they had to just take theirs home which would not taste as fresh at all, definitely disappointing. Took forever to get our check taken care of, they didn't mark anything off for their mistake & the fact we didn't get our food at the same time. Honestly there's better places with way better service.
google avatar

Jacob M.

Yelp
Our waiter was very rushed and forgot to take my order the panini just a burnt mess with piles of meat in a row and the sausages were under cooked. The place had a nice ambiance but not great. The tables were wobbly and unbalanced Plus the chesse tasted like plastic. Only come here for drinks I would not come back

Yelp
I don't understand why this business doesn't have four stars or more. Don't let the outside deceive you it's pretty big inside. Went on a Sunday afternoon and We were seated right away. Plenty of TVs showcasing the game that night. The menu is huge from subs to salads to wings to pizza to pasta. This did make it hard to decide what we wanted but we settled on a small salad with the medium size pizza. This was plenty for two people and even had two slices left over. Ordered the meat lovers, which was cooked to our perfection. The crust was chewable, and the cheese was not overbearing . All the servings for the food are quite large, upon glazing at other tables. I've also ordered takeout and a pasta entrée made two meals. Service was great. Cayden took care of us, he showed us the right amount of attentiveness and was quick. Wasn't able to take any pictures because I devoured it before hand.

Tiffany V.

Yelp
Absolutely THE. WORST. PIZZA. I HAVE EVER HAD! The waitress was nice and other sports bars need to take note about what to put on the televisions. Each tv had something different, so that was nice. We ordered a marg pizza with extra cheese. The waitress asked if we wanted white or red sauce so I asked her what she recommended and she said white so we went with that. I think the crust was undercooked and it was a total grease bomb. It's a margherita pizza, there's no greasy pepperoni so why is the pizza drowning in grease? I'm used to a few drops of olive oil and small dollops of cheese, that's why I asked for extra cheese. This was a sin to call it a margherita pizza. I highly doubt I will ever eat here again. If I come here, it will probably be for the sports, not the food.

Yelp
Came in Saturday afternoon, this location is off the beaten path for some Italian food. It had a diner type atmosphere, it was a little hot in the restaurant but keep in mind it was well into the hundreds outside. I had the lunch specials which range from $5-7 dollars and one included a drink. The portions are large, a single slice would be equivalent to 3 slices in many restaurants. Anyhow I had the spaghetti with meat sauce and it came with a salad. I got the Greek salad and everything tasted fresh and the Greek dressing is a homemade blend which i recommend highly. The spaghetti was meaty and also a little watery, so the sauce got away with them today. The noodles were average. I give my meal a 6/10. My wife had the pizza with drink, and she loved it and she graded hers a 8/10. One other party member had the philly cheese steak and loved the amount of meat to cheese ratio and also gave a 8/10. Overall, especially for lunch it's hard to find much fault in this place and if your in Leander or one of their other locations it should definitely be on your try list.

R E.

Yelp
Pizza has slid down hill over the past few years. 50% of the time, they can not get the crust to hold up as it is soggy because of the toppings. Not good. We like their wings. But $25 for a 15 pc? No thank you. Lunch specials are good. We use to eat here twice per month or do take out. We go about every 90 days now.

Yelp
I like the environment for watching a game. They have many tvs and a good sized bar. Good beer selection. I ordered the veggie lasagna that comes with a salad for lunch. I enjoyed the pepperoni rolls appetizers. My nephew ordered the chicken Parmesan, which came with a side of angel hair pasta. Very good and a very large plate.

Yelp
I enjoy this location much better than the location on Palmer. Since the weather was a tad bad (downpours) on Sat they were not very busy. We sat at a hightop and I was surprised that the bartender would be our server as well. I was prepared for long waits as she had to not only single handily serving the bar, the dining area servers, and us. I could not have been more wrong. We had excellent service throughout. I ordered their sausage panini and it was just wonderful. The panini was grilled perfectly and sausage had just the right amount of spice. Their marinara dipping sauce was a decent compliment but the panini stood on its own very well. Plus 1 ordered wings and there were good sized and a small order was just right for a late lunch. They do have a few decent beers, including locals, on tap. I was pleasantly surprised to see Sam's Seasonal, score! Brooklyn's was a great way to escape the Sat downpours and I'm sure we will visit again.

Yelp
Th ambiance is very nice. The food is not that great. I ordered a pizza, the dough didn't seem like it was cooked enough, the cheese was rubbery. I customized the pizza and they did not comply. I ordered a wrap with onion rings. The wrap was ok, it lacked flavor. The onion rings were really good. I was hoping that Brooklyn Heights was going to be fantastic and I was sadly disappointed.

Matthew P.

Yelp
Across the street from this place is a Starbucks. Across the street from that Starbucks is a Verizon phone store. My family and I were in the long process of getting our phones updated and changed over to newer models, and we had about 45 minutes to kill while we waited. We walked across the street and got something to drink from Starbucks. As we continued to walk around, we noticed Brooklyn Heights Pizzeria. We were hungry enough to give it a try. We walked in the front door on which there was no sign about outside food or drinks. Then we were seated by the staff who made no mention of our Starbucks drinks. Our waitress came to take our drink order, then again for our appetizer order. She said nothing about our Starbucks drinks. We ordered appetizers, drinks, and main entrees. Our appetizers were delivered by another man, presumably a manager, who let us know, "in the future we don't allow Starbucks drinks here." Ok. That's reasonable. I mean, I recognize the principle. But really? On a Sunday afternoon when the place is almost empty, and we've been there for 15 minutes already, and nobody else said anything? That's when he wanted to make an issue out of it? It's a first world problem, I know. But I definitely didn't feel welcome after that. My advice for IN THE FUTURE is to discuss your outside food and drinks policy with your employees so they can say something BEFORE customers are seated and trying to relax. I'm not saying the policy is wrong, but why even bring it up to us at that point? It was handled wrong. There will be no future for us at Brooklyn Heights Pizzeria. The food was ok.

Yelp
I am visiting Texas and have been looking forward to trying new places. I have heard that the Austin area has a lot of great food and so far I have not been disappointed. Brooklyn Heights is a great place to eat with family because it is a sit down restaurant that is open late. I ordered the raviolis and I was surprised to see that the raviolis were green! They were still good! I got the rose cream and it was so good! It was a mix of alfredo sauce and red sauce. The service was not great but it was not bad either, it was very average. There are options for vegetarians and the options seemed really good!

Yelp
If grub hub is the delivery service think twice - as i should have. BH should consider hiring their own drivers when customers cannot get there to pick up. Grub hub is HORRIBLE.

Yelp
I've been a patron of Brooklynn Heights since they opened. Because for the longest time we didn't have many options to choose from as far as places to eat or pick food up nearby I have tolerated the hit and miss quality of the food. Happy hour is always busy because must of the options are frozen/fried choices, lasagna is assembled individually after ordering so the flavors don't have the opportunity to melt and blend into each other~your not getting a big slice of lasagna cut from a large batch that has been carefully made like homemade lasagna. And the last time I was there I called my order in to the hostess answering the phone, she repeated it back to me incorrectly so I repeated it again, and then asked her to repeat it back to me again twice, and all seemed well. When I picked the order up they gave me someone else's food, and when they finally found my order the owner came out to chastise me about the difference between their cheese blend and fresh mozzarella, which cost more, and was the ingredient that I didn't want. He offered to refund me $.50. The fresh mozzarella on a large pizza is like $3.00 on a large pizza and I requested double shredded cheese, which is the cheese that comes on the pizza standard. On a Friday night at 7:30 he said he would have the kitchen make another pizza it would just take 5 minutes, and that scared me as I didn't want a pizza thrown together. The owner/manager argued with me about the pizza and the WAY I said "extra shredded cheese please-I do not want the fresh mozzarella, the pizza is not for me and my family prefers the shredded cheese", and because I asked for extra cheese they put the fresh mozzarella on it anyway, even though I didn't ask for it, and specifically asked them NOT to put fresh mozzarella cheese on it. I'm now 25 minutes into waiting for them to give me the pizza and stop arguing with me over requesting shredded cheese, instead of saying something like "I'm sorry for the confusion.....". I explained that I had groceries in the car and I would take the pizza the way it was because I didn't have time to wait for another one. When I got home my mom was so happy to have food, the disappointment on her face was such a let down when she showed me the bottom of the pizza was completely burned. This pizza was a $60 over cooked and burned pizza with the wrong ingredients on it. The lasagna was the worst they have ever made. There are waaaaayyyy too many Italian restaurants in the area like Salerno or Bella Sera to get good, fresh food, pasta, appetizers that aren't frozen and pizza made correctly without being burned for me to go through the aggravation I had just endured from a restaurant that I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars eating sub par food at. My advice....dine in or order take out at your own risk, and consider other restaurants before you waste your money. Thanks but no thanks. I won't be back for what felt like a beating for terrible food. If you want to dine at a restaurant and have conversation with your friends and family, avoid happy hour, and sports games as the tv's are so loud you can't hear anything anyone is saying at your table which is why I placed my order to go.

Yelp
Pizza was tasteless. Wings were ok. I rather go Randall's and make My own food at this point ‍

Yelp
I am not much of a pizza lover. I have to be in the mood and when I am, I'm not ordering from a big franchise like Dominoes. Decided to try Brooklyn Heights and so glad I did. I got the white devil which was the perfect amount of spicy for me. I think the sauce is made from unicorn tears...it's delicious! I got the wings with hot buffalo sauce. Again, perfect amount of heat for the sauce and the wings were crispy and large. My 19 YO son is a self described pizza connoisseur and he gave it 5 as well!

We often go to Brooklyn Heights before the Star's hockey games We went this past Friday and they were super busy, but we were seated promptly. We ordered 2 pizzas, the fried ravioli (Yum!), a meatball sub and medium buffalo chicken wings. Everything came out hot and delicious, and our server was very attentive and got us in and out in under an hour. They have great lunch specials, and this is a well run locally owned restaurant in a sea of chains, so get out and support them.

Yelp
Pizza is gross and the staff is rude. Don't waste your time unless you just something cheap because even hanging out at the bar isn't a great experience with a cold head bartender

Yelp
Large slice servings. I'm disappointed in this place. My first time coming in. The pizza is flavorless and it's crazy to say I would prefer Dominos. The pizza at Brooklyn Heights is just bland. The bottled beer was a little warmer than I prefer as well. It could have been colder. Our server was fantastic and I give her 5 Stars out of five. Unfortunately I will not be coming back. Other better pizza is out there.

Yelp
Terribly disappointed tonight with my online order. I realize they were extremely busy but I arrived at the time that I was told to by email. I waited 40 extra minutes! And I was not the only one ! They said their kitchen was backed up ! Why did people who placed their order after me get their order before me ? I only ordered a pizza and a salad When I questioned the staff they got very testy. One staff member named Kendall told me that I was rude. Is it wrong for a customer who ordered over an hour ago and prepaid for a tip online to inquire ? I don't think so. Without customers she wouldn't have a job! I just feel bad for the lady who ordered before me... I got a pizza before her! If management would like a tip from a customer .. give out free pizzas to those who have been inconvenienced by back ups or mishaps on the online ordering process or in the kitchen. Don't get defensive with customers instead be proactive. If you screwed up own it ! And Kendall you have a lot to learn about customer service.

Yelp
Pizza is one of the best in the Leander area! I'm so happy to have found a good pizza place after recently moving here,

Yelp
I've heard mixed things about BHP's service et al and decided to try them for a quick lunch. Ironically, their service was fast and friendly, but that's about all the good I can say. At first glance, this is a semi-casual pizzeria/ristorante. However, it really aspires to be a pizzeria/sports bar. Note my picture of the bar area facing towards the main dining section. You literally cannot get away from a screen. Anywhere. In the bar, in the dining room, wherever, and the volume is loud enough that you have to raise your voice to be heard. This is during the 11:30am lunchtime, not Happy Hour. All would be forgiven if they served an excellent pizza pie - but alas, the slices I had were mediocre at best. Lukewarm everything, a too-soft crust, and a sort of 'eh, we'll throw some cheese on it' attitude. Yes, I'm being harsh but there are some truly excellent pizzerias in the Austin area. I'll try them again sometime when I'm in the mood to watch 5 sports teams at once and cross my fingers that I just came on a bad day. TLDR: Come for the TV coverage and friendly servers, not the pizza. This place scores a 2 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK being seen eating here by Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. Would be OK having a beer here with Jesus' Dad. 2 out of 5 stars: Come-to-the-Apostles good. Meh. Wouldn't have my last supper here. 1 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Nobody good. I wouldn't have my penultimate supper here, either.

Yelp
We stopped in Saturday night for some Pizza. We were seated right away and the waiter came quickly to get our drink orders. He had a trainee with him, that he introduced as well. We ordered garlic knots and fried ravioli for appetizers. They came in a decent amount of time and were good. We ordered a meat lovers pizza. The runner dropped off a pizza that was not what we ordered, when we questioned him, we were dismissed as being incorrect about what was ordered on our pizza. As a different server passed we flagged her over and asked about the pizza we ordered vs what we received. She was very helpful and confirmed our thought. We indeed had the wrong pizza. She went to go fix, our wait team came to our table at this time and took the wrong pizza. He said we were given the wrong pizza and shortly after brought the correct pizza. His attitude overall was just very dismissive, I hope his trainee doesn't take this approach. While the service was a bit of a challenge, getting drinks refilled and the right pizza. The pizza was good. Unfortunately by the time we got it our appetite was just not there. This was our first time at this location, not sure if we will be back. Overall just not impressed.

Yelp
I have been to many bad, even terrible restaurants, but this place is by far the worst. I don't think that one star accurately describes it. If I could, I would rate Brooklyn Heights Pizzeria as negative three stars. I ordered a barbeque pizza. When it got to my table, it was lukewarm. I ate it anyways and found that the flavor was just as disappointing as the temperature. I can't even describe what it tasted like, because it didn't taste like anything at all, except maybe cardboard and asphalt. Everyone I know who lives in the area has similar opinions and warned me against going here, but I wanted to give the place a chance. I will not be taking any chances next time I try out a new pizzeria.
