21 Cool and Unusual Kid-Friendly Places in New York City

"Called “creamy, ethereally light and perfectly balanced” by the NYTimes, and rated as “the best ice cream in New York” by Frommer’s New York City 2011 and New York City for Dummies, the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory is doing something right. This can be seen at the other location in Dumbo, where the lines can extend for nearly a block. So it is with some surprise and delight that one finds the Greenpoint location hidden at the very end of Manhattan Ave. Quiet, often empty, yet still filled with same delicious ice-cream, it was set up as the factory for the Dumbo location, and the small shop in front was added on at the request of the building owner.  Never a line, and almost always a place to sit, if you happen to stop by when owner Mark Thompson is in, he will gladly talk NY history with you. For everyone exploring on Field Trip Day, from 1pm-9pm, a small cone or single scoop is free. We suggest the Butter Pecan." - ATLAS_OBSCURA

A visit to the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory truly lives up to expectations, whether you're young or old! Upon arrival, you're greeted by a wonderful atmosphere that promises good things to come. A Kid's Dream Ice Cream – and Parents' Relaxation! According to our kids, the ice cream was simply "fantastically delicious." Every spoonful was pure enjoyment, and it was clear they prioritize the quality of their ingredients. For us adults, there was an equally appealing option: the integrated bar. It was the perfect solution to enjoy a drink while the kids savored their ice cream. It's rare to find a place that so seamlessly manages to satisfy both age groups. World-Class Service But what truly elevated the visit from good to outstanding was the incredibly friendly service. The ice cream guy "Mikey" wasn't just efficient; he was genuinely funny and charming. He had a knack for creating a playful atmosphere. At the bar, the bartender "Seamus" was a true master of his craft. His knowledge of drinks was impressive, and he not only served great cocktails but also shared interesting anecdotes and recommendations. In summary, Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory is a must-visit for anyone looking for a complete family night out. Here, you'll be met with delicious ice cream, options for adult entertainment, and service that guarantees you'll leave with a smile on your face. We will definitely be back!

Nothing beats a nice cool treat on a hot summer night. Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory was a sight for sore eyes and we couldn’t help but run directly to join the line. The line went very fast, and the staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. As a new comer they gave my family and I the grand tour of the ice cream flavors. After our selections were made the professionals got to work. Within minutes our food was in our hand, and truly we were all in ice cream heaven. Total 1000/10 rating and I cannot wait to come back. If you happen to be in the area, please don’t hesitate to visit Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory, you will not regret it. Enjoy!

After having dinner nearby, I was in the mood for something sweet and the ice cream here did the trick! I sampled the peaches and cream flavor first because it sounded amazing but the peach flavor seemed to be lacking. Next I tried the chocolate chocolate chunk flavor and from that tiny sample, I knew that was the one. It was the kind of chocolate that is rich, and so full of chocolate flavor you’d think it was dark chocolate but it’s not. It’s sure to fulfill any chocolate craving you may have, at least that was the case for me. And if the ice cream itself wasn’t enough chocolate, there are medium chunks of chocolate every few licks. I ended up getting a single scoop on a waffle cone (+$1) and then bringing it to Brooklyn bridge park, just across the street, and taking a nice stroll with my ice cream in hand. The only downside was I can’t believe I didn’t eat it fast enough because it started to melt and drip on my hands… but you can bet I didn’t waste any!

After an afternoon over at the Brooklyn Bridge Park, I stopped by the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory for a late night sundae. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff were, despite it being close to their closing time. The guy who helped us gave us very useful recommendations on flavor choices. And he was right! The flavors we ended up with were quite good. Was the ice cream super fancy and novel? No. But it was very tasty in a classic ice cream shop kind of way. Would definitely come back next time I’m in the area, and would absolutely recommend it.

Google
It just so happens that there is an awesome bar attached to this popular ice cream shop right by the ferry spot in DUMBO, Brooklyn! I happened to notice it when I was walking around, passing so many spots with lines for days. The incredible thing about NYC is that next door to every spot with a line is also an amazing place. =) I stopped in to the BAR SIDE of the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory and no regrets! Such a fun conversation with the bartender, Shamus, and a refreshing stop before I headed out on a few more hours of adventures. He may or may not have said I looked a little pale when I arrived. No shit. I walked for like 5 hours in a row and it was sunny and I had a 35# backpack load. LOL. I NEED ICE WATER PLEASE and THANK YOU. ;) The best time at this place and I will remember it forever and be back every chance I get.

Google
I ordered a chocolate & coffee waffle cone with Oreo crumble, and it was exquisite. Customer service was great and fast. The ice cream was delicious. Great ice-cream spot next to the brooklyn bridge!

Google
Took the ferry over to DUMBO and stopped here for a quick ice cream. Has a great patio and view of the bridge. The ice cream was good, but simple. I wish they had more flavours. Great photo opportunities, lovely staff and location.

Google
A nice small establishment serving delicious icecream. We enjoyed the butter pecan and chocolate chocolate chunk flavors. Loved it. You have a choice to sit outside or inside. The icecream factory is just before dumbo/fulton ferry with amazing views of the Brooklyn bridge and nyc skyline.

Yelp
First off, ice cream is great. Very creamy and rich. I got the butter pecan and peaches and cream. The butter pecan had lots of nuts and paired well with the ice cream. The peaches and cream was super good too, the peaches were actual cut up peaches so they had a great punch of flavor. Service was quite good. Super chill dudes serving and while I was looking for my card to pay, my ice cream spawned in front of me like magic since they made it so fast. W crew Ambiance was pretty litty. Nice spot and a cool little courtyard with seating. Got to even listen in on some weird drama from this friend group sitting behind me. Brittany was not very happy with Daniel. (She's still yelling) All and all you should come here. W ice cream W Brooklyn

Yelp
Absolutely the best, most delicious ice cream! This is how ice cream is supposed to taste like! I was so impressed as I haven't tasted REAL ice cream since I was a child! I had the REAL & creamy "Vanilla chocolate chunk" with almonds on top. My taste buds were transported to another planet when I dived into the super luxuriously soft velvety ice cream goodness!

Yelp
Best ice cream place in Brooklyn!! Stopped by because we saw a huge line for this place and we now understand why. We got three scoops of ice cream topped with whipped cream and sprinkles...so delicious!!! The line moves pretty fast so not too long of a wait. Ambiance was nice because everyone was enjoying the sun while eating their ice cream. This area is generally quite popular, so it seemed like everyone was having a great time. We will be back for more ice cream. They have a lot of unique flavors we want to try. Food: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 5/5

Yelp
Came here last week on a lovely hot summer evening. It's convenient that this establishment is located well before the entrance of the park as opposed to inside of the park. I came here with the intention of getting a Dulce de Leche shake or a shake with caramel. I ordered the vanilla shake with caramel syrup and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It wasn't the best shake I've had, but I feel as though you're best bet it to get ice cream here only. I plan on getting a scoop of butter pecan and a scoop of vanilla chocolate chunk in a waffle cone with sprinkles the next time around. The customer service wasn't the best; it took a while to obtain my order and actually get rung up. I only see myself coming back here once or twice in my life. I prefer Haagen Dasz.
google avatar

Taylee M.

Yelp
A must stop once you cross the Brooklyn Bridge! They do classic ice cream scoops and sundaes. Admittedly, it's not my favorite ice cream in the city but I do enjoy their peaches and cream and butter pecan. It's conveniently located, very clean, and the line moves pretty quickly considering how popular it is. I always take friends and family here when they're in town.
google avatar

Brandi I.

Yelp
Honestly such good ice cream!!! Service was good and it's got a great view of the Brooklyn Bridge from their patio. We showed up a few minutes before closing and stayed until they finally asked us to leave so they could finish cleaning for the night. It was awesome!! Definitely recommend! Definitely coming back here!

Yelp
I stopped by Sunday night with my cousins for some ice cream and a stroll around the pier/park. The line for this place was cracking, but it moves fairly fast. They have limited flavors it seems because it's their classics/what they have been known for their homemade ice cream. There was a season flavor during our visit, but it was already sold out. You are allowed to ask to try the flavors if you would like. We ended up getting the chocolate chocolate chunk on a waffle cone x 2 and a vanilla chocolate chunk on a waffle cone. For a single scoop of ice cream it was $8. You have the option to put the scoops in a waffle cone ($1 extra), sugar cone or cup. I liked the chocolate chocolate chunk as it was not very sweet. However, it was super melty compared to my cousin's vanilla chocolate chunk in a waffle cone. The ice cream was super creamy and rich in flavor. The chocolate chunks inside were fairly large where you can actually enjoy it. The waffle cone was on the thinner side, the ice cream was dripping down the cone but also so much so that it was coming out from where the paper was on the cone. From my past experience working at an ice cream shop, I think if the cone was a little thicker, it would drip through the cone like that. Overall, pretty tasty ice cream. A tad pricy for what it was but it's a treat. At least the scoop was a decent size for a single and there are plenty of seats if you prefer to sit while you eat your dessert. If you are looking for more plain flavors, this would be a good place to try. If not, there is another ice cream shop that has more unique flavors across the street.
google avatar

Pratima M.

Yelp
A touristy spot for ice cream tucked into the heart of Dumbo -- the line looks long but tends to move pretty fast. We stopped by for a post-dinner treat on a Saturday and it was a solid 10-15 minute wait. The staff is efficient and nice. The scoops are large (and IMHO a little pricey) but they do come with free sprinkles if you want them. I'd recommend sharing a scoop with a friend. The ice cream itself was alright but the hot fudge was the clear standout!
google avatar

Emily X.

Yelp
Amazing view of the Brooklyn Bridge. Nothing better than some delicious ice cream in front of a beautiful view. You can tell that the ice cream is homemade. I like the peaches and cream flavor as there are actual chunks of peaches in it. The vanilla chip also had large chunks of chocolate in it.
google avatar

Yelp
A most delectable ice cream shop my wife and I bumped into on our way to another ice cream shop! What a delight! The ice cream was truly creamy, with every bite being oh, so delicious! Now we know ow why there was such a long line, though the wait wasn't long at all, as the employees were working hard with smiles on their face the whole time! They have a really nice outdoor seating area to enjoy an incredible view of the Brooklyn Bridge while enjoying your ice cream. We'll definitely be back here soon!
google avatar

Yelp
I enjoy the idea of simplicity and to have just a few flavors on the menu makes you feel like each of the flavors should be really good - especially the classic ones. Some summers ago when this place was still on the pier, I had the freshest, creamiest strawberry I can remember and yesterday, on a cold November day at $7 a scoop, I decided I wanted to enjoy that again since we were in the area for Juliana's and actually got a spot! Unfortunately it was not good and nowhere near what I remembered. It tasted like nothing. Like watered down vanilla with the faintest hint of strawberry. It was a little frosty and not as creamy as I was hoping. The staff also was just meh and the place was separated from the bar side and you weren't allowed to reach the ice cream place from there so that was also just inconvenient. I guess overall I'm glad I got it because now I don't need to fantasize anymore as it's not the same. Guess I'll try the ice cream that replaced them in their old location and they are 2 cents cheaper so there's that.
google avatar

Lily C.

Yelp
Delicious and creamy. Limited flavors. $8 for a scoop. I get it, demand drives the price but I would skip next time. There's high quality homemade icecream that is not this pricey. At least it should be a big scoop. I do recommend the Vanilla Chocolate Chunk over the Butter Pecan. Expect a line but it goes fairly fast.
google avatar

Styliana R.

Yelp
I can see why this spot is so popular! The line was down the block when I stopped in but it went fairly quickly and was worth the wait. I loved choosing two flavors to turn into a milkshake - it truly tasted like a chocolate-covered strawberry!
google avatar

Dimpie S.

Yelp
Very overrated ice cream. Not worth the hype. The ice cream is overpriced for 1 scoop and it was at the level or below grocery store ice cream. The service was quick with 3 counters and the location is wonderful with the river view. However, the ice cream itself was very disappointing. I'd rather have gone to Van Leewen's across the street or time out market.
google avatar

Allen L.

Yelp
This isn't going to be a long review because simply put this is a good ice cream spot! I went with strawberry -- recommended by the staff -- and it didn't let me down. Wasn't very creamy nor sweet, which was fine by me. The area gets swarmed by tourists but with good reason. It's a nice choice to bring a date or show people from out of town, given that your by the river and you have a view of the Brooklyn Bridge.
google avatar

March E.

Yelp
One of the best Blueberry Ice Cream I've ever had. Definitely worth going to. Expect a line but it moved quickly. The outdoor seating was nice.
google avatar

Duke C.

Yelp
Last time I was here it was still a little shack. Crazy now that it's an actual brick & mortar! Last time I had to buy pints to avoid this long line, glad I don't have to this time. A good vanilla is what sets most places apart and man, Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory got a great vanilla ice cream. Vanilla flavor is intense, it's got a great mouthfeel, it's just good. Strawberry is what I paired it with and yea, it's good. Decently sized outdoor area. Even though it's the winter, still a lot of people enjoying ice cream outside. There were some hot drinks like hot coco as well and the kids loved it.
google avatar

Coy W.

Yelp
After some really solid eats in Brooklyn and heading to the ferry to head back to Manhattan, we had a craving for dessert and this place is across from the ferry station. There is a big sign and there was a lineup so we hopped in. The crew gets through the line pretty quick. I ended up just getting a vanilla cone as there wasn't a on of flavours and I ended up getting the most boring one. It was alright but pricey. I wouldn't go out of my way to grab an ice cream here but will definitely fill a craving if you're hot and in the area.
google avatar

Ting Z.

Yelp
Is it overpriced? Absolutely. There's no other way to describe $8 for one scoop. That being said, I mean, it's good ice cream, really rich and creamy. You also get free whipped cream (really good!) and sprinkles, which is nice. I ordered the butter pecan, which I really enjoyed. Tried the peaches and cream my friend got, and we both agreed butter pecan was better (the peaches and cream had a weirdly artificial taste to it? Not a fan). I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to come here, that's for sure, but it was worth a try given I was in the area.
google avatar

Natalia A.

Yelp
A must have whenever we're in Brooklyn. A bit of a walk but oh so worth it. Word to the wise, there's usually a line but it moves quickly. Gorgeous views of the bridge as well.
google avatar

Jacqueline B.

Yelp
We came here after watching Youtube videos by Sarah Funk (@SaraFunky) about how to get along and around in New York without spending too much money. This is in the famed 'DUMBO' area (Down Under Manhattan Bridge Overpass). After traipsing 2 miles across the Brooklyn Bridge, we figured we 'earned' some ice cream! I got the coffee ice cream with choc sprinkles. So good! It isn't too expensive, but it's hand scooped and a step above Baskin-Robbins. I don't remember if they had non-dairy but most places are good about having at least 1. At 3pm on a Wednesday, the traffic was light.
google avatar

Carolyn L.

Yelp
We came here for ice cream after the walk across Brooklyn bridge from Manhattan. The sunny weather was a perfect ice cream day. Evidently many people had the same idea as the line snaked out to the sidewalk when we got there. While waiting there were various signs indicating their offerings. I do wish it was a proper menu board with everything on it. Instead one was on cakes, another on soda floats, a third one on lemonade and other drinks. The one indicating ice cream flavors did not put all the flavors. That probably explained why the line moved quite slowly. You only saw there were many more flavors and stuff available when you got to the counter. I had the dark cherry ice cream which was not bad. At $7 a scoop, I think it is quite pricey. I think the partial view of the Brooklyn bridge is nice but that's it. The ice cream itself is nothing special. Based on what I read, the original location was what made it popular - being in a old fire boat by the Fulton ferry and the commanding view of the Manhattan skyline (spot taken by Van Leeuwen ice cream now). Then it moved across the road to this current location. If your city has good ice cream, I don't think this is worth a visit especially if the line is long. I keep thinking about Acme Valley ice cream and Edaleen dairy back in Washington state. I think they have better ice cream than this.
google avatar

Sheryl W.

Yelp
The priciest scoop of ice cream I've ever had. The staff is great. Cool BK ambiance. Everything tasted fresh. I had butter pecan which I enjoyed. There is outdoor seating. We went around opening to avoid the crazy lines later in the day. Would def treat myself once in a while.
google avatar

Alex F.

Yelp
Don't go here!!! Definitely not worth it!!! Got our order wrong and the ice cream was nothing special. Order a watermelon ice cream it was water down didn't taste like watermelon at all and was to frozen. And order ice cream cone with 2 scoops for a cup with 2 scoops and the girl says ohh sorry would u like to order more? No I want wat I ordered she said oh since I have it to u have to pay for another ? What what what!! dirty place
google avatar

Yelp
My partner and I walked the length of Brooklyn bridge from Manhattan to the DUMBO area of Brooklyn. After walking around and exploring the area, my partner and I decided to stop and get some ice cream despite the cool temps. No regrets whatsoever! The peaches and cream ice cream was delicious .. not overly sweet and definitely fresh and creamy flavor. This ice cream spot is nice and laid back.... Very cute neighborhood joint. Cashier was nice and friendly. Check them out if you are in the area!
google avatar

Hector S.

Yelp
This place is quality over quantity as they do not have a lot of ice cream flavors. The ice cream flavors they do have are creamy and delicious. The prices are expensive and the wait time might be long. Luckily when I went there wasn't a line. Nonetheless, I had a chocolate chunk milkshake which had a strong chocolate taste and creamy. I would come here again for sure but I don't think I'd wait in a super long line.
google avatar

Rashid M.

Yelp
Good ice-cream. I had the Peaches and Cream flavor. I thought the taste was very light and wish I actually tasted peaches and cream. Get ready to wait on a long line to order. The seating area is nice
google avatar

Dhruti T.

Yelp
I got a scoop of the chocolate chunk with chocolate sprinkles. It was so creamy and so delicious. I feel like I judge ice cream like this based on their ratios of ice cream to their add ins and this did not disappoint. There was a a generous amounts of chocolate chunks mixed in throughout the scoop. The only thing I will say is that it's a little pricey at $7 for a single scoop but honestly on par with NY pricing. There were a lot of people even during a weekday afternoon but the line moved quick. Service was quick and efficient. There were plenty of tables to sit at and enjoy the Brooklyn bridge area.
google avatar

Sarah U.

Yelp
Super cool vibe, reminds me of Friendlys down in the south, only with a great view of Brooklyn Bridge. Ice cream was great! Service was quick- long line moved fast. People in NY don't like to wait
google avatar

Christian Y.

Yelp
The Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory has become a sad shell of what it used to be. The original location across the way has been taken over by a Van Leeuwen and while there's more outdoor seating, the nostalgia and character is lost. The old ice cream factory with its Brooklyn attitude provided no grills quality ice cream with generous portions. This new spot has an awkward queue, small portions, and is a generic tourist trap.
google avatar

Lex T.

Yelp
I could tell by the line that this was popular but once I got the ice cream (butter pecan, vanilla chocolate chunk and peaches and cream) then I understood why!!! Excellent creamy and smooth ice cream. Light flavors that really hit the spot. $5 per scoop but fantastic. Highly recommend stopping by.
google avatar

Lynne B.

Yelp
After we finished a walking Brooklyn tour this cute little stop. Did the job on refreshing our tired selves. There were several choices with several toppings available! The ice cream was amazing and the view incredible!
google avatar

saul de j A.

Yelp
Visited from Houston, TX. Our friends first time in NYC and on our walk on the Brooklyn Bridge we just had to stop by for some ice cream at this spot! Great flavors! They have Quick service but don't feel rushed to pick a flavor, their workers have to wait and help you out! A bit pricey compared to where we are from but worth stopping by here and chat a bit.
google avatar

Sasha A.

Yelp
Banana spilt was good but service was a$$. The workers looked annoyed and weren't friendly. Price is $14 for banana split with tax which is pretty pricey but wtv it was good. Just wish the workers didn't have so much attitude. If you don't like your job just don't work there?
google avatar

Chinwe K.

Yelp
During my weekend in NYC, I took the ferry to Brooklyn and immediately saw this ice cream place. I saw it on TikTok so of course I had to try it. The ice cream was very delicious! I love creamy ice cream and this hit the spot on that very hot day. They have an outside area where you can sit and eat which was convenient for that area. A bit pricey for one scoop but the cost of everything is up these days. I would return if I'm ever in the area
google avatar

Michael C.

Yelp
When in Brooklyn..... 1. Yes, it's apparently World Famous. 2. Yes, my review is a tad late. 3. Yes, besides ice cream, they also service sundaes and milk shakes. 4. Yes, there's outdoor seating available. 5. Yes, it's a great dessert option in Brooklyn. We came here after finishing lunch at the nearby Grimaldi's Pizzeria. 6. Yes, the ice cream is delicious. And slightly satisfying on a chilly November weekday (my visit was during the first week of Nov 2021). BOTTOM LINE: Great place for dessert if you're in Brooklyn. Located near other eateries.

Shawn M.

Yelp
Really good especially on a hot day. Made on site. I had the chocolate with chocolate chips and my son had the vanilla with chocolate chips, I thought his was better.
google avatar

Eric K.

Yelp
Hell yeah. Good sundae, best possible location (so close from the ferry!), and hell, a large OUTDOOR SEATING? Serve me up! Wife and I ordered one Brooklyn mocha sundae from the special menu (very hard to decide - so many compelling choices there!) and everything tasted creamy and fresh. I did make a mistake of thinking that this contained coffee, but it was coffee ice cream (I knew I should've gone with the Affogato) and with ample fudge, it WAS a bit too sweet for our taste though we still enjoyed and devoured everything. It's definitely hefty sweet - you'll feel it after! I loved sitting outside in front of the shop taking in all the energy of the DUMBO area while enjoying an above-average ice cream sundae. Definitely a treat to not miss up if you're crossing the East River to visit DUMBO!
google avatar

Yelp
This ice cream shop is perfect to grab some sweet while walking along the pier and downtown Brooklyn. We happened to arrive when a group of student came, but the line moved pretty quickly. I got the Butter Pecan Single Scoop in a Cone ($6.50). The ice cream was more like a two scoop. The flavor was good with chunks of pecan in it. It was refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day. There's a nice-sized outdoor patio as well, but I'd recommend taking the walk towards the pier for a skyline view of NY while enjoying your dessert.
google avatar

Anthony P.

Yelp
Overall enjoyable; we got two sundaes: Peach Cobbler and Strawberry Sundae, which we liked better than the peach. STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE SUNDAE The strawberry compote is the winner here since you get this sweet syrupy fresh strawberry flavor running through the strawberry ice cream and the graham cracker crumbles don't get moistened by everything going on, maintaining their satisfyingly crumbly texture. PEACH COBBLER SUNDAE Good overall but having a vanilla ice cream base means needing quite a bit going on to make sure you don't just taste vanilla which unfortunately was a lot of what I tasted. The bottom had the peach compote/peaches (which either are canned or simmered as whole slices to make the compote since they were very tender and syrupy). The top had some drizzle which was good but gone after you get that initial layer of ice cream. Not much else texture wise to provide contrast. Maybe use peaches and cream ice cream? Or integrate peaches into the vanilla? The ice cream in general is good - nothing outstanding, but classic and yummy. It's hard to make bad ice cream and it was honestly enjoyable!
google avatar

Yelp
Great spot to grab a quick bite. Also serves ice cream. Right across from Brooklyn bridge. Highly recommend if you are wanting a nice spot to chill and take some photos.

Yelp
I was drawn to this place from the spectacular photos of the decadent signature sundaes and those photos did not mislead in the slightest. These sundaes are 12.50 and OVERLOADED with toppings, ice cream, and whipped cream. I got the Brooklyn mocha but subbed the almonds for graham crumb. You can definitely split this with a friend or really just enjoy the entire thing on your own. The fudge had a bit of a tang to it which I'm not sure I liked and can't quite tell if it was intentionally made as such. The ice cream itself was very delicately flavored which is something common in in house made ice creams. The graham cracker crumb and Oreos weren't stale in the least as you find sometimes with toppings and were thankfully fresh and delicious paired with the coffee ice cream. The service was great. The employees were really warm and accommodative. When I asked to sub the almonds, the first inquiry was if it was for allergies sake, which on the part of the employee I found very considerate. They used to be cash only from what I saw of older reviews and photos but that's not the case anymore. They're right across the street from the Brooklyn bridge and surrounded by parks so the area is just lovely to lounge and enjoy your ice cream.

Yelp
Visting NYC and found this cute ice cream shop in Brooklyn after walking over the bridge. Delicious ice cream for the kids, and wine for the adults :)

Yelp
Very good ice cream but is probably better enjoyed when it's warm out. They had lots of outdoor seating available which was nice. Chairs and tables were clean and plastic, so not too heavy to move some chairs around. Also had a beautiful view of the bridge! Vanilla chocolate chunk was nice but chocolate chocolate chunk was very good and everyone's favorite. I would go again and try more flavors but probably in the summer because there's only outdoor seating as signs said you cannot take ice cream into the attached indoor bar.

Yelp
Delicious and creamy. We all enjoyed the cones and cups. It was a hot day but we sat outside under the umbrellas and were pretty comfortable.

Yelp
The best vanilla ice cream I've ever had in my life. Which means you know it's good quality because the flavors are excellent also. Coffee is great. So is Chocolate. I don't even love fruity ice cream, but when they offer Blueberry specials, it's amazing! It has definitely gotten expensive in the past few years... especially because it's in a touristy area. But you're paying for quality. I just end up getting a pint for home since the scoop cost seems high, and they'll give free sprinkles & cones if you want!

Yelp
Fast and friendly service! Delicious creamy ice cream and free sprinkles. Many other toppings (for an additional fee). I got the butter pecan and it was delicious! Grab a cone and stroll the path by the water and view the skyline at night!

Yelp
DELICIOUS ice cream!! Super natural tasting, limited menu but they stick to the classics and do them well. Have tried both their hard ice cream and their milkshakes, both are out of this world. Location is great - you can take your ice cream to the promenade to overlook the NYC sky line. A bit pricey, but worth it in my opinion.
