elrow 2025 - what a blast, unlike last year’s where we were able to go about all three stages, this year we were only able to use the Great Hall and King’s Hall - main stage is currently undergoing major improvements. Nonetheless I have to say the stage design this year was outstanding!! Such a beautiful sight!! The dj’s went hard, I was dancing the entire night. The party went on until sunrise and it was truly insane. The crowd was a vibe :)

Spent two amazing nights at Brooklyn Mirage for Cityfox Experience, and it was the perfect way to ring in the New Year! The venue is unreal—great sound system, insane lighting, and overall just a super well-organized space. Mind Against, Eli&Fur and all DJs absolutely killed it, and every set kept the energy up all night. Even as a solo female, I felt completely safe the entire time. The crowd was super respectful, no weird vibes, and despite the late hours, the place stayed impressively clean (no nasty smells or sticky floors!). Security was around but not overbearing, just enough to keep things chill. If you’re into electronic music and looking for a top-tier nightlife experience in NYC, Brooklyn Mirage is a must.

I bought a VIP ticket for Synthony event. Event dated on August 20th. cancelled on August 19th. Since then there is no refund no answer. Yet the reason they are not refunding because they files bankruptcy. So how coma they can still in market and open. Cancelling events and refunding is a scam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I attended my first EDM concert at Brooklyn Mirage. Impressively professional with strict security, digital payment wristbands, and clean toilets. However, sound facilities and the performance fell short for the price. More innovative digital gadgets like drones would enhance the experience beyond costumed stilt walkers.

Messy, smelly, hard to get to, unfriendly staff, overpriced drinks with a ridiculous payment system, full of young kids who can’t handle their alcohol or whatever else they are on. Only go if you are truly a fan of whoever is playing that night. It’s an enclosed outdoor space, so be prepared for bad weather (heat, rain, or something else).

Brooklyn Mirage consistently brings in the best artists from across the nation. Security is extremely tight—they even made me throw out my gum since they sell it inside. The venue can get incredibly crowded, so it’s worth considering an elevated experience for popular shows. Prices are reasonable, and if you arrive early for the opener, you’re almost always guaranteed a spot at the front. Despite the crowd, it’s a fantastic venue with a great atmosphere and top-notch performances

This place is a disaster for anything EDM. This is a very kind scene and unfortunately, Brooklyn Mirage attracts very awful people. I've had drinks slapped out of my hands from very rude concert goers. I hope to never come back to this place. The staff is decent and kind, but holy hell... you allow in very hostile people.

Amazing outdoor venue for concerts and events. Very well run and secure. Top notch staff with some of the greatest Djs the world has to offer. Crowd was also very good. Overall a great experience. Great food as well. Love the pizza.

The Brooklyn Mirage is a venue that inspires mixed feelings. On the one hand, its lineups are absolutely incredible. It consistently brings in top-notch DJs, so it's clear they put a lot of effort into curation. I have had mind-blowing euphoric nights here. Hitting this place with the right company helps set you up for a memorable time. But if you're dolo, you'll be alright. Just be safe, and don't take candy from anyone!!! However, as many have mentioned, security can be a gamble. On the positive side, the venue shines. The bathrooms are clean and plentiful, and there's a thoughtful touch with multiple water fountain options - a lifesaver for those who don't want to spend on overpriced water or lug a bottle around all night. A minor annoyance during winter is the coat check situation. Having to leave your coat in a separate building and then run across to the main venue isn't ideal when it's freezing outside. If you are not the type to get overheated, wear the coat inside. It'll be cold there. Despite some drawbacks, the Brooklyn Mirage can be a fantastic experience with the right approach. A little planning goes a long way for those new to these venues. Security checks can vary, and the sound quality could be better. However, if you manage expectations and prioritize the music, you're in for a treat. Pro tip: If drinking is a big part of your night, stick to the outer areas. Once the crowd fills in, navigating the floor to the restroom becomes challenging. Overall, I took away one star due to the inconsistency with the sound. But let's be clear: I love this venue! It's been fantastic nights and days of partying for me! If you're a music lover looking for an unforgettable experience, the Brooklyn Mirage is worth checking out. Just be sure to do your research and plan accordingly.

This place is basically the worst aspects of a night out and it falls squarely on the ownership. The people who work here are some of the best and most hardworking individuals in nightlife but the dark cloud of corporate ownership looms heavy over the Mirage. The whole process of a night out here feels like torture and not a joyous experience. Security makes this place feel like prison from the very first interaction and once you're inside you'll be barked at constantly and told where to stand, where not to sit, where to go, what you can do, how you can do it, etc. The whole thing is very anxious and that doesn't even begin to touch upon the overpriced drinks, the supremely crappy lineups and crazy high ticket prices, the safety issues once you leave the place, or the general low frequency vibes that haunt this place. Mirage is trash, but the production team and their work is A+, the bartenders are great, and on rare occasions you'll come across a Sunday party that's pleasant, but overall...the corporate owners that try to bleed every partygoer for their money make this place awful.

In the mist of all the controversies surrounding the company who owns this property, Avant Gardner, i would not recommend any causal clubber to celebrate any nighttime festivities at the Brooklyn Mirage or any other subsidiaries of Avant Gardner. The Brooklyn Mirage has developed and continues to maintain a personality that of a troubled child should this family be that of the night clubs of NYC. From marking up the price of bottled water & advertising the use of a semi sanitary water fountain as a suitable free drinking source to overselling the venue & maximizing the venue to beyond safe limits, it is no wonder why i keep finding it difficult to justify going to the Mirage. To top that issue, i take the issue with the staff. Security is rushing the crowds and not actively maintaining a professionalism expected of security professionals. Security's job is to make the area secure not only in a physical sense but in a psychological one too. Additionally, the bartenders and bathroom staff i find myself at odds with all the time because of their sense of entitlement. Why should i tip you for a bottle of water when it takes no artistic endeavor to pass and open a water bottle? With this said, i cannot and refuse to go to the Mirage going forward for the sake of my sanity and safety. *Addendum: After finding out the morning after that this venue sold tickets lower than presale prices that i had paid months in advance i cannot in good nature support the endeavors of this business nor any of its other owned affiliates. It's in bad taste and for a lack of better words a spit to my and everyone else's face.

Solid outdoor space. Great acoustics and audio. Lots of tables to order; minimums are fair. Bottle prices are higher slightly. Ace is awesome there taking care of bottle service also. Good service. Excellent if you do bottle service, but GA not as comfortable. They get excellent DJs and is packed during the summer. Much better with VIP!

I really wanted to give this place five stars because I had an amazing time here! But only giving four because the bar and food prices are outrageous. I mean downright ridiculous and a total rip off. But this venue is something that every music fan should experience once in their lifetime. It is like one giant maze with different hallways, multiple levels, and sound and production like you've never seen. I cannot wait to go back, just will not be drinking here!

went for BTSM and kai wachi. Sound was great. security is very strict. good visuals and food too. it's not as big as i thought it would be. i will be returning

Used to be a great venue, but then it went downhill. I used to really enjoy coming here - the shows themselves are really amazing, especially since they updated during the pandemic. I love how there are food trucks on site in case I get hungry. And I appreciate the non alcoholic drink options. However, I have had several bad experiences with management and bouncers, as someone who exclusively goes to this venue as a VIP. First, during a summer daytime show, the sun was really hot, and the VIP section was directly in the sun. The management refused to put down the sun shade saying it was windy, but there was zero wind that day. Worse, a friend of mine got sexually harassed by a security guard here - he first searched her whole clutch (handbag), making her take everything out. This part could arguably have been reasonable by itself, but then after he found nothing, he did a pat-down of my female friend - he did not call over a female guard, did not limit the search to just the wand, and did the pat-down by hand. It was sexual harassment, and nothing was done about it. Another time I was at the mirage, a bouncer was literally hitting people in the head for no apparent reason than that he was bored. We were literally minding our own business trying to get past the bar. When I reported this to the manager, the offending bouncer tried to gaslight me. When my friend corroborated the story, the bouncer gave a half-apology without taking accountability. Management did nothing. Moreover, the non-smoking policy is not enforced at either the Mirage or at the indoor Avant Gardner. No-smoking no-vaping plaques are posted all over, but even when someone smokes or vapes in front of a bouncer, they do nothing about it (even when reported) - which is a health code violation. When bags are searched, rather than confiscating my 2oz hand sanitizer, they should instead confiscate vapes and cigarettes in a venue where smoking is not allowed, or else enforce the policy. Overall, the place is good in theory, but it's not a safe space for women, and they ignore people smoking indoors and in the non-smoking portions of the outdoor venue.

Amazing outdoor space and venue! I came here on a Sunday nightnl to see DJ Steve Angello and had an incredible time. Getting into the event space was seamless ans easy. Once we got through security we were able to connect our wristband QR code to our credit card so we didn't need to take out our credit card at the space to purchase items. Genius! The space is completely cashless so this is the only way to purchase drinks. The sound system here is amazing. You really feel the bass and it is crystal clear without hurting your ears. The lightshow is by far one of the best I've seen in all clubs, and there are tons of bars in every level for those who want to purchase drinks. Security was in almost every corner so super safe as well. I'd recommend anyone to watch a DJ in this space while it's still warm out!

Came to see a rave here after having been a regular to this place pre covid. My first impressions was that they definitely expanded the place and created more room for people to sit and stand and hangout. The bathrooms are pretty big and there's usually not too long of a line. The only thing is to be careful of the nearby area if you're coming here for a nighttime concert or rave. A little sketchy so just make sure to stay with your group and definitely recommend calling cad service. Not worth walking to the nearest trains/buses as safety is a first.

A new favorite concert location in the warehouse district of Brooklyn. Getting there is simple enough from Hoboken taking the path and then subway and is only a few blocks walk the venue itself is immaculate and clean, offers plenty of food and drinks, has late night food trucks outside, and cashless bracelets which are fantastic. The only negative I would say is the entire venue even the VIP areas are standing only. Unless you get table service and have some couched seating provided. Security is very effective and friendly here. I've never had any issues so far. The bathrooms are always clean.

This establishment has character, the bathrooms are clean and charming and although the drink I had was not a generous pour, the overall concert experience was intimate and enjoyable. It's located in the most popular part of Williamsburg near the East River too, nice to stroll around the neighborhood.

Definitely heed the warnings below about it being heavily millennial/hipster, and the overcharging of the drinks. But I argue that is nothing new for NYC nightlife at clubs even in the old days. So know that going in. What I was impressed with wasn't just the venue, but how efficient they are. There's a whole seperate building where they do ID and bag check, loading of your wristband, and coat check. COAT CHECK! Nice touch. Plus a bar before you even enter the main venue to get you started. The outdoor area is absolutely amazing, with lasers, lights, and giant screens for the artist to play with. The sound system is great, so even though I was in the back, I saw and felt everything. The crowd was a mix for my event, as it was David Guetta and he spans decades so he has lots of older and younger fans. Drinks were definitely poured heavy (no complaints). Uber/lyft to the place, parking is almost impossible. I live in NJ so I head into either Manhattan or BK and then cab it there and back. Worth it.

Beautiful venue but the security "team" ruins the experience. Security treated me friends and I like criminals. We felt like we were going to jail while entering the venue. They are super suspicious patting us down and touching us close to private parts. We felt super violated. Security demanded us to take off our shoes and socks. They took my inhaler then opened it to inspect it. The security guy thought my inhaler was drugs, held it and then said to me "You cant go in with this but I accept bribes". I could not believe the way we were treated, it ruined the experience. The security team my friends and I had to deal with was super aggressive, abnormally rude and homophobic. One of them spoke with a lisp trying to mock the way some gay guys speak. I will never return to this venue.

It's a decent venue but I know so many people that have had issues there with being drugged, being harassed, etc. Which I understand is part of going to a venue like this, unfortunately but it is not safe there.

I want to like the venue but... 1. Security confiscated my packaged/sealed narcan as well as everyone else's. Narcan has no other use than being a safety precaution. 2. My group got split up in line leaving one person to wait at the ID check point while the rest of us were forced inside. 3. The wristband activation to be able to purchase anything in the venue was very tedious and was not working for many people in line. No real purpose other than the venue's way data mining. 4. Overall did not have a good experience with any staff member. 5. The trash cans were scarce resulting in a lot on littering throughout the venue.

Not what it used to be. The Brooklyn Mirage and the entire complex that is Avant Gardner is truly an amazing venue. It gets 1 star for the magnitude of the outdoor space ("The Mirage") as well as the indoor spaces (Great Hall and Kings Hall), the on-screen projections and productions, the amount of space for GA and VIP attendees, and the overall audio/visual experience it provides to all guests and attendees, inclusive of the DJs they bring in, and the events they hose. It gets another star for the efficiencies of ID checks, ticket checks, coat check, and moving people efficiently throughout the venue. However, that's about where it ends. Security staff, inclusive of but not limited to entry pat-downs, have become extremely aggressive and rude. They look over stalls in the bathrooms and will even try to extort you for money if they suspect anything, even if there's nothing to find. Managers don't care and seem to encourage the brazen attitudes of the security and staff. Many are racist and/or discriminatory and single out Blacks, Asians, Gays etc and give them harder times than others. It's really sad because this venue used to be the prime EDM venue in NYC and even all of the US of A. Drinks are now also very overpriced, and they'll even adjust prices depending on the event. They usually also have a mini food court outside of the main event rooms, and everything is paid for via a credit card connected wristband. Hopefully they'll get their act together or they won't last long.

The space itself is huge. The event I attended was hosted in the Great Hall and the sound-system, visuals and pyrotechnics were amazing. The only real complaint I had was that the drink prices are obscene- how is bottom shelf rum and gin $56?! If you do go, I advise you to drink up before getting there.

What a great venue! I came here to see the Chainsmokers on Friday night. The security check was strict. Our bags were checked. Then, they scanned us with metal detector. I saw a guard interrogating a girl about her id. When I walked in, my e-ticket was scanned and then I was given a barcode bracelet. You can load cash or link your credit card to it. Thus, you can pay for drinks and food inside. There were a lot of bathrooms. Hence, there wasn't a line to get in. It was standing room venue. However, I felt comfortable watching the performance because it was outdoor. I was in the front row. The guards passed water bottles to us since we waited for a couple of hours. I would definitely come back here for another concert.

Came here for the Chainsmokers concert. Doors open at 8PM and it opened exactly at 8PM. Id check, bag check was efficient with multiple lines, and you get wand by security to make sure there is no hidden items. Your ticket is scan and you receive a wristband. Link your credit card to the wristband, cash/credit cards not accepted in the venue. There is a location for cash. Plenty of restrooms. It was clean. Food: 6 options. I decided on Wild Card Mr. Panos' Pitaria - Chicken Shawarma ($17) - only a few pieces of chicken, majority lettuce, tomato, - Fried Pickles ($12) - this is great. Limited seating areas - 4 wooden tables and folks sitting along the edge of a wall. Concert: open air venue. Standing room. Folks are either nice and say excuse me or they either push their way through. As the headliner concert started, late comers would push their way to the front. Trying to get out was a mess since concert goers would push you forward to get out of the venue. Beware: some folks were smoking e-vapes or weed which is legal though cbd and thc isn't allowed. Check if your item is allowed or not. Fun concert though not crazy about the venue.

fyi your automatically getting charged 20% for all drinks and if you try to adjust to anything else it gets "reset" or gets fixed by the bartender back to 20%. Great spot to go to and has multiple sub venues within the location as well. it is one that allows you to maybe see multiple events but they are not interconnected in that manner. the main stage is outside and if it ever rains or it might occur they put out ponchos for you to get and use. The place also has multiple options for food but this is a clutch moment use case considering the prices but the food does smell amazing. the pizza seems great as well. About the drinks they do seem to over pour a bit which is great especially considering it means your getting your monies worth. just note base drinks are around $20 if you want something like a lemon squeeze for a single and water is $6 with that 20% tip as well. nice seeing that charge come up a few times.

The venue and the sound system was great. The place did not disappoint, heard a lot of good stuff about this place and was a must while visiting the nyc.

Brooklyn Mirage has updated the stage and it is fantastic! Large screens for visuals, no more poles or structures in the middle of spaces leaving for more open areas and two upper levels. Food is also surprisingly good and not too overpriced. Security has always moved pretty quick when I'm there. Bathrooms are standard, clean in the beginning, not so clean by middle to end of the night. Great place for DJ sets and concerts! Most sets end at 3am, sometimes 4am max. Oh and if rain is in the forecast, they leave a giant wagon of ponchos out for people to take so you don't get soaked, even though you probably will if it's pouring. It's the thought that counts, they try.

After attending the Transcend festival at this venue, I will say that my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. Some quick notes below on the venue and such: Venue Space & Bathrooms: With 4 areas set up with the different stages, wandering around the venue was pretty fun. With half of the stages being indoors and the other half outdoors, definitely a ton of room for people to move around. There were areas for people to sit / rest comfortably. Bathrooms itself was pretty decent with stalls having toilet paper and not looking too crazy dirty at the end of the night. Tip - If you want some cute pictures, recommend heading to the rooftop. On a clear night, you can get a shot of the city skyline in the background :) Security: For the check in, expect a pat down. My friends and I didn't experience the extreme check where shoes were taken off or rough frisks. As for security inside the venue, was surprised to see the amount of security wandering around. Just be careful / mindful if you're doing stuff but overall, I found the security to be pretty friendly and helpful when asking them for questions. Sound Quality: Across the 4 stages in the various areas, sound was pretty solid. Definitely recommend bringing a pair of earplugs as the music can get quite loud. Vibes: For a house/techno centric event, the vibes from everyone was pretty chill. Didn't experience any creepers and for those who enjoy the warehouse feel, this venue definitely delivers with the indoor stages with the rooms being dimly lit and the lighting being on point. Plus, it was pretty cool to be able to see the DJs, no matter where you stand and how short/tall you are. Other notes: - Coat check is available. - There are food trucks outside the venue. - If you opt to uber/lyft, make sure you order those before heading out from the venue. There were a ton of super aggressive taxi/private drivers waiting outside near the exit who will attempt to harass/persuade you to get a ride with them for "cheaper" rates. Overall, definitely would come here again for a house/techno event in the future!

Terrible service, horrible night! Security was on a serious power trip and judging from other reviews this is not uncommon. I spent more than 100 dollars on tickets and was denied entry. The security guard found 1 of my back medications and treated me as if I were a fentanyl dealer eager to distribute horrendous drugs to their patrons. In reality, I am a sober, responsible father of two who came all the way from California to see Cultura Profetica. This was my night out from my family and I was treated unjustly. I always keep 1 of my muscle relaxants with me during trips in the event that my back goes out. While being detained, I even provided evidence of my prescription, by signing into my Health Portal and presenting my personal health information along with identification to a venue EMT. Upon showing proof, I was ordered to prove my date of birth on the health portal AND have the pill identified. Despite showing proof, I was rudely kicked out, denied a refund, and a conversation with management. I understand the importance of harm reduction and health/safety precaution, but this response was overblown and lacked common human decency. I remained calm and did my best to compile, but I was met with ego and rudeness. I've been to hundreds of venues across the world and never encountered anything like this. Even more devastating since I travelled from California and rarely get time away from being a father and single income provider. I will never purchase tickets or attend events from this venue or other mirage locations. I am a person of color, but I'm not sure that played into it

My friend and I came to the Brooklyn Mirage on September 30. Like many fans of the featured act of the evening, Pretty Lights, we were very excited to see the show and dance to amazing music. Unfortunately, the venue was entirely too crowded & oversold. After being on the floor for the first 10 minutes of the show, we were forced out by overcrowding and a need for more space. We ended up having to watch the show on a screen from a second room. Throughout the show, we attempted to return to the main floor, but there was not enough space for dancing and we were blocked by a dense crowd of people. This reflects poorly on the Brooklyn Mirage as a venue, which prioritizes the VIP experience on the balcony where general admission is not allowed. The Brooklyn Mirage needs to seriously consider different methods of crowd control so that everyone can enjoy the main act that they come to see, and not just those who paid more for the VIP experience. On a positive note, the venue is efficient - entry was relatively quick and orderly - and the venue itself is clean and maintained well. Please, Brooklyn Mirage, do better. Music fans deserve more than this capitalist hell hole.

It's one of the biggest and most high tech clubs I've ever been it. It's a great space!!

Amazing outside venue!! So many little fun pockets all throughout the venue. Easy accessible to get around cause of how big it is!

Definitely check out this venue if you are into concerts/raves. I saw Sidepiece here and the sound is amazing. Visuals were also really nice. The only thing I would suggest is that security should be at least 10% nicer? They were REALLY rude to me and they were super suspicious about a lipstick that I had in my purse.... They treated me as if it was something not normal....

Security is overly strict, drinks are overpriced, security is not friendly either. Venue overcrowded.

Pretty awesome place can get a lil too packed however it's a huge club that you can enjoy exploring. Bathrooms could be better, the wait line can get crazy on a busy night.Bouncers are vigilant so people should feel safe enough. The pyrotechnic system is awesome when they use it. Not a fan of no cash system, you have to purchase a card as you come in if you plan to drink at any bar which is annoying as hell sometimes smh. Aside from that it's alright when the music is sick w the right Dj lineup and diverse crowd.

Pretty sure I can count The Brooklyn Mirage as my second home considering just how many weekends I spent there this past summer. I've always loved the open-air concept, but with the addition of the new screens etc. in its upgrade (The Brooklyn Mirage 2.0 as I call it), this place is even better than ever now. There are plenty of places for you to watch the show, but I'm definitely partial to the main floor, probably about halfway back, so you can really get the full effect of all the screens, lights and lasers #pewpew. The sound system is also top-notch so you get the best experience. The crowd can get a bit chaotic depending on who is playing, but nothing good music can't overcome. Honestly such a fun place to dance all night with your friends during the summer months without sweating your ass off like you would in a tightly jam-packed club. Already counting down the days until the next concert szn is here and The Brooklyn Mirage is open once again.

Aaamazing venue. Blown away with the main stage. The screens are massive. The only issue I have with this place is the security. They need more women checking women at the gate. The couple of times I've been here, male security guards hit on me and made me feel uncomfortable. Otherwise, the process for checking in is easy and the lines move quickly. I enjoy the ease of no cash bars and the spaciousness of the venue. One of the top venues in NYC in my book!

I was really excited to come see this venue after the new renovations. The new stage was quite impressive, and so were the many different places in the venue to explore. Sadly, there were a handful of items that detracted from the experience, including some particularly rude workers, broken water fountains, extortionate prices for bottled water, how crowded the venue got where it almost felt unsafe at times, and the fact that the openers were not the most entertaining for our group but lasted quite a bit longer than we expected as well. It was difficult to see online what time the actual set was supposed to start.

I'm not from New York and it was my first time so I didn't know where to go. I swear if I didn't have my friends with me who are from New York I would've never found this place. It's actually pretty spacious and the DJ was OK but the drinks were pretty cheap so I guess that made up for it. There's lots of different levels so you can view the DJ wherever you please for the most part and it did get pretty packed towards the end of the night. The restrooms were not clean but what can you expect at a venue like this otherwise my experience was pretty great for stars for sure

The best part about this venue was leaving it. Obviously, the space is beautiful. There truly is so much potential here. The LED wall and sound is phenomenal. But literally everything else about this business was absolutely horrendous. To start, the first night of a 3 night run i attended this weekend, I was sexually harassed by a security when we went to ask him for the bathroom. He was aggressively flirty with me and then kissed me on my face. A friend I was with was also harassed by someone scanning her ticket. He kept pushing that she was beautiful and how she needed a boyfriend, continuously and aggressively asking "why don't you have one?" Overall, the staff made the women in my group feel incredibly unsafe. 9/10 staff members everyone in my friend group (20 total) interacted with made us feel very unwelcome as well. Not only does *everyone* literally scream and yell at you, they are incredibly rude and disrespectful. During the show someone lit a cigarette and a security guard ran up to her, immediately grabbed her wrist, and forced it against a wall to put it out. My jaw dropped. He could have nicely just asked her to put the cigarette out but immediately went to putting his hands on her. It's an outside venue and could have simply been an honest mistake. Another security gaurd I guess saw something he "needed to handle" and ran across a pathway, and literally pushed someone who was dancing out of the way. A friend and I ran into a manager the last night of the run and told her all of our concerns with her staff. She then called her boss who continuously talked over me while sharing these experiences, had an incredibly rude tone, and quite frankly didn't seem to care about if we were ok, just wanted me to file a report so they wouldn't be bashed online for it all. I didn't file a report with management because they wanted me to do this 10 minutes before my show started. according to them this was "the only time to do it" and "nothing can be done to discipline staff unless I made the report in person vs phone call, webcam, or email". These are just a few examples of the absolute ridiculous experiences we had at this venue. Mirage has been a bucket list venue for me for long, and it was so disappointing that the staff here completely ruined our experience. I will never be back to this business or anything Avant gaurdner is affiliated with. Lastly, if you do decide to be a patron to this god awful venue, please know that the floor of this place will ruin your legs, feet, and back- fair warning. My best advice is to wear good shoes and get names of staff members who disrespect and/or harass you. Artists, please please PLEASE stop playing here.

Do they have non alcoholic options because I'm recovering from alcohol like na beer or mock tails

Ok ok so I have been going to Brooklyn mirage for years now! And let me tell you! I know is a club and and music venue so we all know it will get packed and you will get some drunk people but this place is special! I love me so good show here with amazing views and is perfect for some summer fun! Avant Gartner is also amazing but mirage is IT! The new design with the big screen is also incredible!! Just went to the after party for Martin garrix and wow! Mind blowing!!! Also been to kris pure, Rufus du sol, elrow, Kaskade etc etc etc haha love it! Keep up the good work!!

I'm still grieving the closure of multi-storied dance venue Output, with its different stages and perfect view of the city skyline. In many ways, Mirage is a nicer venue, with more space, great layout, cleaner bathrooms, and seamless payment system at the bar, but when they oversell it is a nightmare and they unfortunately do this often. I've danced my socks off at plenty of daytime hangs and nighttime shows at Mirage and often it is a fantastic time. In the warmer months the open air venue makes for a festival-like experience, and the seemingly never ending floors you can go up all have their own energy and look down at the main stage. People have generally been considerate and the space is kept pretty clean. I've especially been impressed by the payment system because it's really helped curb lines so you can get a drink at the bar with relatively short waits, unlike at most clubs. The bathrooms are kept pretty clean. Multiple times though, they have oversold the show by much too much, as they did this past Halloween, and the lines have been surprisingly poorly managed. The line on Halloween night was over 5 blocks long, seemingly impossibly long, and did not move the hour plus we waited in it. We realized later this was because a second, huge line of people were T-boning the middle of the line, creating a bottleneck that security did nothing to fix, although I could see they were pretty helpless to do much considering how large this crowd was. Once we got into the venue it was poorly protected against the elements, and there was flooding in some areas that created additional bottlenecks inside. The whole place was much too crowded and was a terrible experience overall. It's really a shame they have to oversell to such extremes because when they don't it can be a really great time here. It's difficult to anticipate when they'll oversell or not.

I do enjoy partying here and always have a great time especially in the summer but the staff is so rude it sometimes makes me second guess spending $60+ on a ticket. The venue is huge and really nicely renovated, especially the outside with the huge screens. There's many bars and the bartenders are usually quick and friendly. I especially love that you can load a card onto your wristband and pay like that instead of having to worry about constantly taking it out. The drinks are overpriced for what you're getting - $21 for a tequila soda is a bit extreme even for NY. It gets super packed but there's rarely a line to enter. It's open til 6am but they stop serving alcohol at 5am. There's also food trucks outside which is great when you've been drinking all night. The bathrooms are not at all clean but what can you expect from such a huge venue. I'm honestly not sure I'll ever come back.

Super ridiculously overpriced drinks and water. Depending on the artist you'll be packed in like sardines cus Mirage loves to oversell. I've mostly had good experiences with the security there, but some (a very small portion) of them are just straight up A**holes! This venue used to be super lit back in like 2019...but after COVID idk what happened. Mirage kinda went to sh*t. Only reason I still go is if a DJ/Producer I really really fw is performing there. Otherwise? I'd avoid...

Great intimate venue for Summer concerts. They have a pretty good selection of food and beverages at Bk prices, which are bit better than Manhattan prices. The staff is helpful and friendly too.

The staff is so racist and rude here. I went with a friend who is black and they spent 20 minutes on him going through security whereas we got patted down and went through. They were just convinced because he was black he must be hiding something. Like others mention, they oversell so it's super crowded. I will not be back.

I've been coming here since 2019. This venue has always been the best, great people and great vibes. Probably my favorite place in NYC. My second home. This season it's totally different. They over sell tickets so the crowds are SO unbearable, the drinks have become outrageously priced (used to be tall boys and now they sell small cans for the same price). Also they make the payment system confusing so you automatically have to add 20-25% tip EVEN ON A WATER BOTTLE. It turned into a frat party type crowd - not a rave crowd. Not what it used to be. So disappointing.

Traveling from San Francisco to see one of my favorite artists, Griz was only made better with a music venue like this. No joke, this is the type of venue that SF is missing! First off, this place is huge! It's like a maze and you can explore different levels and get different vantage points of the stage. We mostly stayed on the second level because it was less crowded and got a good spot to lean on and put our drinks down. Being able to be so close to the artists make for a more intimate experience and their laser and light shows were festival quality! Even in the rain, Griz put on a memorable show, and the ponchos they provided sure did help a lot. There's not a lot of artists I'd see in the rain but Griz is definitely one of them. This was a phone-free show, so we had to put our phones in a Yonder case for the night, so unfortunately no pictures to remember the night. Getting through security was pretty quick. And they have special wristbands that allow you to link your bank card, along with a pin so that you can buy drinks with ease at any of the bars. The drinks range from $9 for a beer/seltzer and $15-18 for speciality cocktails. When leaving, you'll find food trucks/carts set up, I'd skip it tbh. $15 for chicken over rice was more than double what you'd normally pay, and it was not very tasty. The train station was about a 10-15 minute walk, so accessibility is pretty good for this venue. Highly recommended, if you are from out of town to check out this venue, especially if it's a artist you see because there's not a lot of venues quite like this one!

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Badly run and over sell all of their tickets. Come only if you are ready to elbow fight strangers or spend thousands. This used to be a good place. Now just fucking shit.

This venue is sooo fun! Never have had a bad time here. They do a pretty good job dealing with the number of people and the space that they have. They always have really fun artists coming through. It is pretty easy to find a place where you can actually see the artist which is always nice! I'm sure it's more difficult with really popular artists, but that would be any event. Like any event space, the drinks are expensive, but that is not surprising. The one thing that is super annoying is the payment system. They have you pay with a wrist band which is super annoying, would much rather be able to pay with apple pay. If you walk in and forget to set up your wristband and then wait in line for a drink and do that whole song and dance and then realize it was all for nothing because you don't have the wristband set up is super annoying. SO I would do away with the only way to pay for things with wristbands, but besides that it's really fun!

Amazing staff amazing venue amazing food and drink. There's an room for every vibe you are in- if u wanna chill and decompress, if you are tryna rage and if your trying to just bop and vibe.

I LOVE OPEN AIR VENUES!!!! For the colder weather they made it a circus tent! Haven't been to that yet but hope to soon! That's when I'll write a "proper elite review" lololol
