Place looks super cute and calming I was so excited and hungry, but the lady at the register gave everything but calm, she was a bit rude and didn’t seem like she even wanted to be there. We ordered via Uber eats the app said our food was ready before we left our house to get it, we live about 15 mins away , drove there and it still wasn’t ready it took an entire hour to get our food. On top of that the food wasn’t cheap and we got really small pancakes and waffles I was not expecting the size at all. Definitely not worth the money. We were made to wait outside (it’s cold still) after already waiting inside for 10 mins and it was slow they only had like three seated customers. Definitely was a one and done experience.

i usually read reviews but unfortunately, during the ordering process i had a migraine and could not be bothered to look at a screen so someone else ordered for me. worst mistake ever. never buying from this spot again. mind you, we paid $60 for two meals and two drinks via delivery. it’s a joke honestly. chicken was unseasoned and waffles were not the right texture at all. only good thing abt this place is their passion fruit lemonade. smh.

The macaroni was cheesy as hell taste like box I didn't want to waste so I picked through most . The ribs taste old like it was made two days ago and the bbq sauce is terrible , no flavor the yams was not tasty at all. Turkey bacon a relative ordered was chewy overcooked , they didn't even bother to remake. Customer service is bad , won't be returning and leaving review elsewhere also

Food was delicious, well seasoned and tasty. The only let down was they were under staffed but the guy was doing his best under pressure, so you can't ask for more than that. Definitely worth a visit.

My experience was so great I just had to come and leave a review. Thank you for such a great dine in experience and amazing food I’ll definitely be back for the weekend brunches 🙂

It's okay not bad. My daughter loved the waffles very fluffy. Turkey sausage taste just like pork so if you want the taste without eating pork it's 😋 good. Fruits punch a bit sweet . But added little water and it was perfect.

My first experience was 7/3/22, and it was amazing. Food and customer service were top-notch. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and my sister had shrimp with grits. The food was so good we requested to thank the chef who, unbeknownst to us, was the owner as well. Fast forward to 11/12/22, I decided to patron this establishment again and was shocked to see how things changed for the worse. Upon entering, we were told to sit ourselves. We sat at the only table available, which had syrup and ketchup residue on it. When our waitress came, I informed her of this and was met with an attitude. Silly of me to think proper and safe dining etiquette included cleaned and sanitized tables after each use. I again ordered the chicken and waffles, and my Bf ordered the strawberry waffles with sausage and eggs. I was excited the food came out quickly but immediately found out why. MY waffles were hard and cold, and the chicken was overly salty and unedible(I actually spit it out into a napkin. The menu currently has a picture of fresh strawberries on the waffles but came out with a strawberry sauce instead and was also hard and cold. Hungry, he reluctantly ate his food, but I couldn't eat mine. After delivering our food, the waitress never came back, so I brought my plate to the register to inform her and was told to take the plate back to my seat and wait for her. When she finally came back to our table, she unapologetically collected the plate and said the chicken would be taken off the bill and because I ate 1/4 of the cold and hard waffle I had to pay for it. At this point, I realized the class of person I was dealing with and knew I would never patronize this establishment again. To make things worse, we overheard her talking about me in the back kitchen area, saying and I quote, " No one else complained about the chicken, but she's complaining." Very disappointing and unfortunate experience and from my own black and brown people. As a people and community ( I live 2 blocks away), we expect support from our own, but at what cost? I don't advise anyone to spend their hard earned money at this restaurant. It's not worth the lost time, horrendous customer service, or potential risk of high blood pressure from the gross unedible chicken.

What a nightmare of an establishment…you do not get what you pay for. I paid for an entire meal for my family, and the order turns out to be a joke. They had the audacity to take 1 waffle and cut it into 4 pieces to give the impression that you have 2 waffles. My wife ordered a steak and it was not enough to feed a small child. Please do not waste your time and order from more established restaurants. Had I known this was going to happen, I would have gone to the local deli and have a better experience. Please avoid this place at all cost and save your money. Not worth the time and effort. And my chicken was not delivered with my order. The complete order was $80 plus and even the sausages was cut in half. These types of deceptive practices are disgusting and so sad. This was a cute spot in my neighborhood. The decor is so pretty, and the vibes were on point. It was pretty empty as you can see when i came. Lots of people were coming for takeout, and that was the plan originally, but i decided to stay once i walked in and realized it'll be a cute brunch date with just us in an empty restaurant. The service was great. We were greeted immediately upon entry. Asked if we wanted to dine in or go... and was able to choose where we wanted to be seated because the restaurant only had a few other patrons eating in. I chose a table in the middle of the restaurant. The vibes were good as it was a Pandora playlist of 2000s R&B. We were given menus and ordered our food. The price point is okay. A bit high but not too much. We ordered a passion fruit lemonade and a rum punch for drinks, and then chicken and strawberry waffles for me, and shrimp and Oreo waffles for my date. The shrimp were huge!! It comes 6 to an order, and as you can see 4 triangle pieces that amount to 1 waffle. The chicken was delicious. Juicy, tender and flavorful. Hot sauce and other condiments are available on the table. I had to ask for syrup tho. We hung out for a few after we finished our meal and didn't feel pressured to leave or to pay. All in all, I'd definitely return to try other things on their menu. I'd give it a 4 out of 5 for this one. Because it's walking distance from my home it's an easy choice for brunch for me. I decided to come on in and support a establishment in my neighborhood. This spot has been here for quite some time and I hadn't ever come in to try them out. Food: 3/5 I ordered the shrimp and waffles and a side order of passion fruit lemonade. The waffles were very good along with the syrup they serve. They also provided a house made buttermilk syrup that I wasn't able to try or get out due to the nozzle being clogged. The shrimp had flavor which was good but a few of them were under cooked and tasted raw. Which I let the manager know and she re made me some shrimp. I couldn't give 4 stars undercooked food is what caused them to loose a star. I do feel like it's overpriced. Service : 1/5 The waitress who assisted me that will remain nameless was new and didn't seem well educated on the menu selection. She barely knew what they served. Every question asked she didn't know the answer to it and looked perplexed. The waitress wasn't helpful , didn't really speak that good of English. She didn't ask me if I needed anything throughout the duration or check on me. She was not pleasant at all. Ambiance: 3/5 The decor inside is bright and vibrant and ha pretty decent seating. They have two tv's where you can watch shows or games what ever they have playing. They do have music playing not too loud and a nice selection. Today they had soca playing. Seating is pretty standard. Cozy vibe. Tamika was very helpful in the ending and I'm thankful for her apologizing for any inconveniences. Idk if I'll come back or not.

Brooklyn Waffle House was our first meal after arriving in the city, and it set the bar high! A very welcoming environment, smooth service, and delicious food! We had the buttermilk chicken and waffles a with a side of cheese grits. Everything was delicious! A local gem!

Brooklyn waffle house has the best soul food in Brooklyn. I've been looking for a soul food restaurant that reminds me of cooking in the south and this place definitely gives me those memories. I had Turkey wings which were falling off the done it was so tender and packed with delicious flavor. The Mac and cheese was super cheesy and moist. The customer service was top tier. I definitely recommend this place if you want some great soul food. This inside has a nice ambiance and a nice grass wall for picture.

The chicken was what KFC wishes it was...however if you are not a fan of bone-in chicken, this is not the place for you. Waffles, mac and cheese, and fries were delicious. The service was decent, not above and beyond but not terrible either.The design and ambiance of the restaurant was homey and very clean. Both me and my partner do feel like the chicken was overly greasy but that is expected of fried chicken. I would recommend this restaurant to someone looking for a relaxing spot to eat in Bedstuy.

Came here on a gorgeous spring weekday and there was a lite crowd. Was greeted with energy and politeness by the two wonderful hosts. Seared ourslves ( a family party of 3). There is outdoor and indoor seating. Tables are comfortable distance apart from each other both indoor and outdoor. Space is beautifully decorated with nice music playing in the background. We sat indoors and was tended to right away. I ordered the Oreo pancakes and sweet chili chicken, my sister ordered waffles and chicken and my niece Strawberry pancakes. For drinks we ordered strawberry lemonade. The servings for food and drink were def filling. Service was quick. Food came out almost immediately after ordering. This business gets a good amount of take out traffic and I can see why. It was 60 dollars before tip for the 3 of us which is not bad. We drove so I'm not sure if public transportation. They are also on Uber eats and grub hub. Would def recommend and visit again

Amazing service and hospitality! If you want a exquisite and delicious breakfast stop by Brooklyn Waffle House, the menu has various different waffles, pancakes and French toast flavors! Highly recommend this place if your around Bedstuy area

The location is amble with parking. The ascetics of the restaurant is bright, intimate and welcoming. My daughter and had Oreo chicken and waffles while I chose a traditional. The food and service were fast and flavored. We dropped in on the spot and excited to see this location become a staple of the community.

How on earth can anyone make this let alone serve it to another human. Not even a dog should be fed this poor excuse for pancakes. The fact that I was so hungry made me try it & it tasted like complete garbage & spoiled batter mixed wit oil + grease. Absolutely disgusting beyond words. I've always spent hundreds of dollars supporting this business and they keep getting worst every time. Their iced coffee was literally nothing more than milk and ice. Also the only other thing they have that tastes good atp is their fruit punch which is no longer on their menu via Ubereats. A huge waste of my time, money and a complete violation to my tastebuds. I called them and they were unapologetic and of no help. They told me to call Uber eats? How is that even a suggestion. I ended up contacting Uber eats and they would not issue me a refund. I'm done supporting this establishment.

Arrived on a Saturday at 3:36pm and was told it was closed by a worker taking the garbage out. It seemed nobody knew whether the place was open or not. States closed at 5pm on weekdays, clearly the hours aren't updated. My party of two decided to sit outside. The space was clean. The prices here are on a high end for the quality of food in my personal opinion. Nonetheless the food was good. I ordered shrimp & oreo waffles. My friend ordered bacon with buttermilk pancakes and WRONGLY got served oreo pancakes with eggs. He brought it to our waitress attention who said they'd return with bacon and never did. The food took a lengthy time to come @ a non busy time. Our check was delivered almost instantly after the food was, even though we had 40mins before the supposed closing time (5pm). 1-2 other tables max. We felt extremely rushed the entire seating, and it was almost empty. After we brought this to the attention of the women who came to grab our bill (Never seen our waitress again)--She asked "what do you want me to do about this?" with such an attitude. We just wanted to bring it to attention. We didn't ask for anything to be taken off the bill, just for awareness to be brought and got snarky responses. Horrible first impression. I had to write this review. Started before I even left. Would never come back or recommend this to anyone based on customer service alone.

New spot in Bed Stuy. I've passed by this place few times but the signage never stated when it would open. They had a grand opening about 2 weeks ago. Tried it out today for lunch. Seems like a lot of ppl are excited as well, I saw a lot of deliveries being picked up. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Cash and card accepted. No liquor but tons of lemonade options, coffee and tea. We ordered the following: -Bacon waffle with shrimp $17+ -Strawberry waffle with chicken $15+ -Passion fruit lemonade $3 -Strawberry Lemonade $3 The waffles were excellent, would definitely come back for them. I enjoyed the bacon, it was mixed within the waffle. The Strawberry waffles has like a Strawberry filling/jam that you could put on top of your waffle. The shrimp was seasoned nicely but they were kind of small and fried hard. I added a piece of chicken thigh for $1.50! Not bad. Took home half the waffle and the chicken to finish later. They do have another location on nostrand which has a wider variety of offerings. For my next visit I'd like to try their waffle sandwich or the reggae pasta. pricey with ambiguous/concerning quality ... the food (excluding the chicken) was pretty good. we got a red velvet waffle with chicken, and the chicken was a bit concerning. it smelled a bit carcassy and even in the pictures, you can see it looks off. we ended up being refunded for the chicken, but other customers sitting opposite to us also were concerned about the quality of the chicken because theirs had feathers on it and it smelled off to them as well. it's fine that we were refunded, but i also looked at the other chickens going out in a box to be delivered, and the quality didn't look to be any better. if i were to come here again, i'd prefer to stay away from the chicken just because it's really concerning and it could be that the chicken isn't being refrigerated at the right temperature and everything including the oil could be spoiled. as for the rest of the food, i found the omelette to be quite tasty, but i saw in other reviews they noted the food didn't come out hot but warm almost as if it had been reheated rather than cooked from scratch upon ordering. the home fries were good, same with the toast. my friend liked his waffles and said they were really good. the service here was good, but they weren't overly attentive so it's not exactly a diner experience (not that they claimed to me - but just have those casual expectations), but they were still very friendly regardless. it would be nice if they offered a non dairy milk option for their coffee too. i'm a bit hesitant to come here again. everything else we got excluded the refunded chicken came out to $38 for a meal for two which is on the pricey considering the ambiguous quality and C rating the restaurant has. there were ants crawling around on the walls while we were eating too, which made the experience a little less pleasant than it already was re/ the chicken. i really hope they can improve the quality of their chicken because this place otherwise is really inviting and has a cool menu, but the prices are too expensive in my view for the quality.

Ordered takeout from here and it was delicious! I got the chicken and cherry waffle and it was fabulous! The waffle was full of cherries. The batter on the chicken was crispy and flavorful, although a little salty for my liking. I would LOVE it if there was a spicy chicken option so I don't have to add hot sauce making my batter wet eventually. I think a clearer explanation of the dishes online would be helpful. The combo I ordered came with THREE huge pieces of chicken that I wasn't expecting so I had also ordered a side leg and I actually got two pieces with that. I had 5 pieces of chicken for 1 person! LoL. No problem. Food never goes to waste in my house! Boyfriend came home later and devoured the leftovers. Oh! I also ordered the passion fruit lemonade! It was so damn good! Looking forward to ordering from here again!

I stopped writing reviews because Ive been a-little busy but I have to write one about this place because every single time I eat here I'm never disappointed. Food is always on point . Crispy, flavorful chicken, a variety of waffles to choose from and they're all delicious . Mom came to visit me and I decided to bring her to there for brunch . Needless to say she enjoyed it . Love it and its local . Thx BWH.

I've been waiting for this place to open for quite some time and noticed it was operational a few weeks ago. Its really nice when the neighborhood gets new places. So invited my friend out and we came for brunch on a Saturday morning. The inside and outside were clean and appropriately spaced. We were seated and shown the menu QR Code by a friendly server. She answered all our questions and we placed our orders. And the wait was on. First the beverages. Water was filtered and really good. My friend's coffee was strong and decent. The oj, not so good. She didn't expect fresh squeezed, but at least a quality store bought variety would have been appreciated. She said the French toast and sausage were ok, but she had a slight allergic reaction to something so she decided to take it home to finish just in case she had a flare up. The red velvet waffle tasted like regular buttermilk, but it was fluffy and delicious. It even reheated well in the toaster oven. Was it worth the $2 upcharge? No, no it was not. The chicken was..... varied. Note: Chicken and waffles are sold with dark meat, leg and thigh or white meat tenders (White meat $3 upcharge). Trying to substitute pieces is a headache. Trust me when I tell you this, it will save you grief. Ok. The leg.... delicious. Juicy, crispy, flavorful and beautifully cooked. The Tenders.... dry and flavorless. I hope they will brine the tenders they way they do the dark meat. I tried reheating an adding sauce at home... nope. Still a struggle. I want to patronize them again, but I think I'll wait a while.

I ordered the red velvet waffles with chicken and a side of sausage on uber eats and for a total of 25$ it wasn't worth it AT ALL. The waffles were definitely not red velvet more like regular waffles with red food coloring and soggy. They completely left out the chicken and the one star is for the sausage that was very tasty. Otherwise the food is overpriced and subpar. I feel as if I got scammed.

I just kind of stumbled on this spot to check it out, let's get into it. The service was decent no complaints the staff was nice but I feel they were a bit lackadaisical why I say this is because they didn't bring my order out completed but w.e, the place was clean very nice looking but I didn't like that the 2 seater table was so small came for a meeting so some extra space would have been nice. Now to the food, the portion size is good definitely enough for 1 person, I had the strawberry waffles & chicken. I would say it's right on par with any other chicken and waffle spot! it was really good I enjoyed every bite & lick! they give you a special strawberry sauce to put on your waffles ugh so good! i'll definitely be back. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SPOT

Food continues to be excellent. The service is adequate although it seemed more cordial in the past . It appears as if the business has become more of a pickup or delivery than a sit-in restaurant. Not a dealbreaker though since the hood is so hood. One thing that I have a hard time is the music volume. It is not super loud but loud enough to become annoying if you sit to eat for any length of time. But then again, I'm old so I tend to go for a bit lower volume these days. Still no deal breakers for me.

Wait time wasn't long. Waffle was decadent , delicious , and the perfect balance of sweet and buttery. Chicken was simple but tender. Also got a side of eggs that was good with pepper and salt. Will be returning next time I want a waffle.

This is our third trip to this location. We came last week and although it said it was open, they said they couldn't serve us because they were doing a catering order. We came back today to try again. We ordered our food and waited 20 minutes 30 minutes 40 minutes. I told the waiter that we would be needing to leave soon if it didn't come out, and he assured us that our food was already being prepared. There are only 3 other customers in this small business. No one came to check on us. After 45 min someone came and when we asked about our food, and became clear that the order had never been put in. We had ordered one hot, drip coffee to the table, they did not offer to come for coffee even though we have been waiting for 45 minutes for our food insisted that we paid for it, and then asked us if we still wanted to put the order in. There was really no reason they shouldn't have noticed that we didn't have our food. We were lied to by one of the servers, and then not given any kind of consideration for our inconvenience.

Pancakes were salty and greasy. Fried chicken was over done and tasted like it was marinated in old grease. The waffles were ok but nothing out of this world. The lemonade was alright and the servers were friendly. Wouldn't stop by again, maybe if I was invited and even then I would probably suggest another place. ‍

Gave my order to the wrong driver and didn't want to take accountability for it saying she gave it to the right person which is impossible being I only had one driver

The hostesses were pleasant. Food came out fast however, it wasn't hot. It's like it was warmed up before it came out. The chicken and waffles were delicious, just luke-warm.

First time trying this restaurant on my lunch break the pictures looked great. There was no one really there when I went (~12pm) so I was in and out pretty quickly which I loved. The menu however was pretty tricky seeing that I wanted to order waffles and shrimp but with 1 chicken wing as a side( they offered so why not lol). Looking at the menu ordering this should have been 15 bucks or so. but when it was time to pay my meal came to $28!! Was not at all expecting to pay that much for a regular waffle with fried shrimp. The food was super tasty and I enjoyed my meal but a heads up on price variances from whats posted would have been appreciated. Also there was some issue with processing credit cards so I suggest walking with cash for quicker service.

great food - excellent grits. everything cooked perfectly like the eggs, catfish and waffles. wish the interior was a bit more fixed up and they had tabasco but otherwise highly recommend

order shrimp and grit not the biggest fan of the grit. They had a spoil taste that it took over the taste of the shrimps.

The Oreo waffle and chicken was good. My friend had the Tropical waffle and I found the syrup to be really good, they just don't give you enough of the tropical syrup. I will definitely be going back to try all the exotic waffles. Great addition to the neighborhood. The place was clean, the waitress was pleasant, and that's a plus for me.

This was such a terrible experience. When we walked in there was a lady at the front counter and one serving. Later the one at the counter was clearly not doing anything but walking around with a visible face of discomfort like she did not want to be there. The food took very long to come out and when it did it was cold. The server sat us and we placed our drink order. Never came to check on us until the food was served. You can see people coming to sit down and at one point all tables were full. Minutes later the server asked for our order and The restaurant was out of pretty much anything in the menu except for chicken, waffles, bacon or grits. Everyone else keeps getting their drinks, except for my table. Eventually the food comes out, still no drinks. Halfway through our meal we had to go up to ask for the drinks one by one because the server did not get the hint after two people on my party of six went to ask for drinks. The server explained she was the only one working... but I was still confused as to what that other lady was doing if she was at th establishment? Oh boy them grits and waffles were a disaster! The waffle was soft and cold... and the grits runny and watery. I asked for cheese on my grits and they literally slapped a slice of Krafts singles on top. They didn't even wait for it to melt or mix it. Just save your money or go somewhere else!

I don't know how this place managed to open a second location with the poor food quality and service . I don't usually do reviews but damn. Food was cold when served after a long wait of over an hour and chicken very salty ( couldn't even eat). They have got to do better.

I was craving sugar so I decided to order from that place. Please DON'T to so. Paid $12 on an oily waffle that can be easily made at home. Go to the cupcake girl next door.

I always wanted to try this restaurant and I was happy to find them on UberEats so I decided to purchase Chicken & Red Velvet Waffles for breakfast and Cherry Waffles for later. I must have been on their Punk'd hitlist that day because I can't believe I purchased the Chicken & Red Velvet Waffles for $15.25 and received one ... YES ONE chicken leg and that supposedly the "Choice of Additional Meat" with one waffle cut in 4, aww how cute!

Seriously what's up with Brooklyn Waffle House and the ridiculous delivery and wait times? How long does it take to put some batter on a hot iron and deep fry some chicken. Foods is good, wait time is ridiculously long

First , we had to wait an insane amount of time for delivery. When it got here my order wasn't correct. When I called the restraunt , the lady who answered the phone was very rude . She said they had to remake the order because it had gotten stolen and they had to remake it. Well no , you didn't remake it because I ordered bacon waffles and shrimp NOT plain waffles and chicken . The Waffle House also refused to make this situation right . Must be a racist thing because I am white ?

poor customer service. Menu prices aren't accurate. Staff and kitchen has a nasty attitude. Really sad cause the food is good but not worth dealing with the rest of the stuff that comes with their poor attitudes. Don't waste your time here and they leave them drinks in the fountain bubbler there all day and night without changing. You can walk by at night and see the juice sitting there unrefrigerated

They have growing pains. It must have been challenging opening during a pandemic. The space sat empty for so long. But one of the things they get right is a flavorful waffle. I had the bacon waffle and each bite was filled with that extra savory crunch to counter the sweet. I will give the note that the service needs to improve greatly to ensure that they stay competitive for the area.

I've passed this place a few times and finagled stopped in for lunch after school. The waffles came out cold as though they had been sitting waiting to be plated. I ordered the cherry waffles thinking cherries baked in or chunked sauce of some sort. What I received was a buttermilk waffle with a splash of cherry sauce on the corner of 2 pieces of my waffle. My son enjoyed his oreo waffle. My dads buttermilk waffle was good but cold. When I order waffles I think they should come out hot like right out of the waffle iron. I feel like the recipes could be tweaked better such as cherry waffle should have baked in cherries or at minimum a fresh cooked sauce on top not a store bought type syrup, the tropical waffle should be just that..tropical either baked in or something so the items are flavorful. Underwhelmed and on the fence about returning.

I see why they got a B!! Called to place a order for shrimp and Oreo waffles she said she gone call me when is ready. 40 mins later I call to know the status of my order. She said the shrimp is taking longer than usual but soon be ready. 10 mins later she calls and says that the shrimp will be ready for the 1st order but for the second order the shrimp is going to take 30-40 mins to make ....... So at this point y'all just going to catch the shrimp or sum? So you couldn't tell me that when I called to know the status of my order ? Ight. Bad business !!!!!

Visited this establishment on a cold February day, but felt nothing but warmth upon entry. The host, a polite lady, sat at the front, then hustled over to take our order with efficiency and accuracy. She jotted down every detail lacking errors, and her hospitality was profound. The chef was as humorous as they come, coming out to crack jokes as we ate, even providing free extra sides such as turkey bacon and chicken sausage. I recommend this place to the fullest extent possible, and I most definitely, will be returning for more of their immaculate french toasts.

I just discovered this place on google. I absolutely love to eat at random places but DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I placed a to go order because I have a busy day ahead and there were about eight customers in the store. My order was taken as soon as I came in. A lot of people were getting their food so I assumed I would be in an out. I waited for 45 minutes for my food still to go in and not receive anything. I literally watch people sit down and eat and leave the store and received no food. This place is the absolute worst. Even after I waited the 45 minutes I came back in to be told that my food would take 10 more minutes and they couldn't tell me what was taking 10 more minutes? Lol I placed three orders and nothing was boxed up but yet I need to wait another 10 minutes after 45. DO NOT GO THERW

Food is delicious! Customer service is good as well. In its beginning stages and already off to a great start, excited to see what's to come. Hopefully this can be the "Shane's" of bedstuy!

The chicken was amazing and the waffles were amazingggg ! Definitely lived up to the name . And I'm extremely happy to find this place walking distance from house , because Sweet Chick is so far and usually so busy ! But this place was great , i had the chicken tenders with their homemade money mustard and they didn't disappoint , definitely would recommend ! Sorry no delicious photo , the smell consumed me !

The food is good and the service is welcoming. It's nice to have an establishment like this in the area. I think the only thing that needs to be added is an vegan selection. If that happens I see even more customers appreciating this business.

my food was cold, service was very bad, and it was flies everywhere! if you ever watched the movie Friday After Next it was like Holy Moly's donut shop! save yourself a favor and don't go. no soap in the bathrooms and the toilet seat had dookie everywhere!!!

I Uber eats two orders of chicken and waffles. One order of chicken and waffles was correct. However based on the picture, what is missing?! They charged for chicken but replace it with another order of waffles. Who asked for extra waffles? They charge for syrup and don't put it in the order. They didn't even call to ask for the replacement. When I called, this woman put me on hold to say " I'm sorry we messed up your order, but if you put in another order of chicken, we can add more chicken." HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?! Then she has the audacity to say we don't want to lose you as a customer so we can add your name so we can add the chicken next time. This restaurant must think their customers are stupid. There was no apology. She just said have a good day. I would not suggest anyone order from here. If you do, do NOT order on Uber eats and double check your order AT the restaurant. Extremely unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered on Uber Eats & had to wait for more than 2 hours for my order to be ready. Called the store & said that it'd take 10-15 longer after I had already waited more than an hour at this point. Never got an apology from the person on the phone and she had a nasty attitude. I get places get backed up but if you can't handle regular orders along with Uber Eats orders.. stop taking Uber Eats orders simple! They only get stars at all because the food was hot but you can tell that the order was just made so not sure why I had to wait for more than 2 hours. Didn't even order anything special or difficult, just pancakes, French toast & chicken. Even the UberEats delivery person said they do this all the time. Ridiculous. Won't be ordering here again.
