I purchased the standard blue blazer at the Beverly Center shop on September 6, and finally got it December 14, 2021. It was not in stock when I placed the order at the store, but to save me a trip when it came in, Fransois Joseph measured what needed to be altered, my sleeve lengths. I had to continuously call the store to check the status. When it came in (and was altered?) I had to remind the store that they had promised to send it to me. The arm lengths were too long. Because of the time this all had taken, I asked it I could just have the arm lengths corrected, locally. They said that they would pay $25 for the arm length alteration. So I took the coat in, they measured me in it, and had it re-altered. I had to call to see if that had been done. They said yes, did I want to pick it up. I had to convince them to send it to me (again). Poor service, I really "don't care" attitude (they had their money already). Last time for me as a Brooks Brothers customer. Too bad, I used to look forward to the experience...but no mas!
