I recently had the pleasure of working with Ash McPherson and John Curcio at the Brooks Brothers store, and their service was nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless, enjoyable, and tailored to my needs. Ash’s eye for detail and impeccable style advice made finding the perfect items an absolute breeze. She took the time to understand my preferences, provided thoughtful recommendations, and ensured I walked away with pieces that felt both timeless and modern. John was equally incredible, offering expert insights and personalized assistance that made me feel valued as a customer. I felt Staff is a bit uptight and snobbish in their conduct. I bought more than half a dozen dress shirts and 4 trousers along with some undershirts and felt the staff was constantly judging me if I would be able to actually make such a large purchase. Maybe because I was a tourist with accent and not a local customer? They also had poor knowledge of some of their shirt sizes or why their new trousers have a cut at the back at the beltline. Their suggestion to cuffs I felt were a bit short was to "not to raise your hands much". I also had a vexing experience with trial. When I asked to try a shirt for fitting staff pointed me to two fitting cubicles with curtains. One was occupied and other was empty with curtains 3/4ths of the way. I used this one to change but got hollered by some gentleman that he had his stuff in the cubicle. What!? Apparently the entitled gentleman was getting his suit measured outide in suits area but thought it was better for him to leave his rucksack on the floor in the cubicle to reserve it! I missed seeing it in the other clutter that was already lying on the floor. I had to rush out half way through changing and the staff had amusing smiles at the situation when I walked out. I looked at the staff who had pointed me to the cubicle and he just shrugged. Yeah, so good shirts but bad quality of service experience at this store. Left with a bad taste in the mouth here in what was a great Los Angles trip overall.

They seem to be doing a bit of a remodel but all the services were still offered. I was able to get my suit tailored with the mandatory functional buttonholes. Turnaround was only about a week! I was most impressed with Brooks Brothers. Tremendous customer service.

I had a fantastic experience on multiple occasions with the Brooks Brothers team in this store. I came in for a suit and a few dress shirts. Priscilla helped me pick out a good looking suit, a few shirts, and tie on my first visit. I really appreciated how she took the time to explain how to pull the whole look together. She also did all of the measurements for tailoring to take place. The suits turned out great, and I came back later to get a few more pieces to round out my wardrobe. I would highly recommend this store and its staff.

I bought under shirt and pants for my size but they were way out of proportion and I wanted to return and to talk with the manager. The manager at the back office of the store at Beverly Center refused to talk, and the staff just reiterated that opened items are not refunded by policy. I told them the size labeled on the package is way out of proportion and that I said the company should know better. The garments were on sale at the time. I'm a 40-year and going patron of Brooks It's my first time ever to buy undergarments there. The product is just lemon, I think

Brooks Brothers is America's most iconic heritage brand. It's been around since 1818, and is older than Hermes or Louis Vuitton. They have dressed almost every President - Lincoln was shot while wearing a Brooks Brothers overcoat. If you're looking for "slow fashion", buy-it-for-life items, look no further. They have incredible deals on made-to-measure suits and shirts. You pick every detail, from the fabric to the buttons to the lapel style, and your name is written inside your clothes. The folks who work here know and understand fashion and what looks good. I work with Isaac here, he's great.

This is the only remaining Brooks Brother store in Los Angeles. While the Beverly Center isn't my favorite location I do love me some Brooks Brothers for classic tailoring and suits. My wife and I love love love Jeannie Aviles. We have worked with her when she was at the Beverly Hills location. She is so friendly, knowledgeable, and gives great feedback and suggestions. I was at Brooks Brothers to get a few shirts when they ran a sale and fell in love with an 1818 suit I saw. While this store is not as big as the Beverly Hills store it is bigger than the former DTLA store and Century City store.

I love Brooks Brothers, have been shopping them for the better part of 30 years, I'm a traditionalist like that ;) I just bought a gorgeous dress and can't wait to wear it, it's modern with a 1950s flair, I love that it has pockets! Some of my most gorgeous sweaters are from BB, I never tell anybody where I get them, but they are gorgeous!

Sincere sales associates, but lacking in knowledge. I asked Anthony if I could see some of Brooks Brothers' new line of American made OCBD shirts. He asked in a soft voice "what's OCBD?" If you are at all familiar with Brooks Brothers, you are probably shedding a tear. The store stocks plenty of imported shirts and other goodies, but you might consider ordering your haul online. Always a sale, so make your purchases accordingly.

What kind of shit store is this ?? I had a return and there were 3 associates available and no one in the store but a guy getting a fitting. So get this... the lady who is doing the fitting is the one who can do the return so I have to sit here 20 mins to wait on her. Imagine that. They can keep their clothes together with their horrible service

We went to the store today to have my husband's suits exchanged since they were a little smaller than normal. We were assured by Francoise who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to finding a new suit for my husband. He helped my husband find the perfect suit, shirt, and matching tie combo to attend my sister's wedding. We have been to practically all of the Brooks Brothers locations in California and in Vegas, and I must say Francoise was the best customer service we have ever had.

I went into the store with my 14 year old son who loves suits and ties. We were getting a tie for his father. Jonathan helped us and complimented my son on his outfit. He helped my son with his tie, showed him how to do a Prince Albert knot. He then showed my son how to tie a bow tie. Jonathan was great and my son was really impressed and he felt really great when we left. We'll definitely come back for more clothes. Thank you Jonathan!!

While it is unfortunate that the Rodeo Drive location closed, the customer service at this location makes up for it. The store has quite a good selection of polos, shorts, pants, and suits. While the selection is not quite as large as the old store, the sales associate was more than willing to order clothing and have it delivered to my home. Looking forward to shopping here again.

This is one of the worst stores. Brooks Brothers used to stand for customer service and quality, now all of that is gone. I am literally standing here and no one wants to help, I have asked for assistance from anyone. Long time customer, this store is tiny and limited stock. Probably need to find a new store to shop at.

I've tried to call this store numerous times and nobody answered the phone. I don't understand how these businesses stay in business. I called four times today and nobody answered the phone. WHAT IS GOING ON?!!! This is unacceptable!

March 2019 -- Very favorable customer service experiences with Sam over the last couple months. Same is one of the leads/managers, and he specifically has been my go-to for multiple trips and helped to find items that were not in store. Sam appears to work both this location and the Los Angeles storefront. Pekka helped me receive a few items quickly. When I needed alterations, she advised that the BB tailoring service is the official recommendation. She could refer a local tailoring service provider if a quick turnaround was needed, but as BB provides complimentary tailoring on things like pants and suit jacket buttons, she'd recommend it unless time critical. For awareness, Brooks sends items back to NY for company tailors to make alterations, and there is no tailor on site. Jeanie has been helpful and friendly as well, typically working when I've stopped in. All three have worked at BB for multiple years, with 2 of the 3 being employees for 10y+. That's a positive thing in my eyes.

Hate giving establishments 1 star reviews but this store deserves it. I wandered in hoping to find 2 tuxedos for my upcoming wedding and figured.. why not give Brooks Brother's a look? I frequented their store in NYC several times and figured their LA location would be similar. Boy was I wrong... I walk in with my fiancee. We walk right through the store to the back. We were not greeted but figured it was because the sales associates were busy. No biggie. We begin browsing through their stock when a sales associate approaches us and asks if he could help us. We tell him we're looking for tuxedos and he brings their only tuxedo and I try it on. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I ask if he had any others and he very quickly says "no". I ask if they had anymore at their other stores and he responds "no". I ask about their suits online and he says they cannot get them and to go online. Normally I wouldn't care and would move on but we kept getting the feeling he was trying to tell us that we didn't belong there... The gentleman was very short and was a bit dismissive of anything and everything I said. Before I could finish speaking, he walked away and was not seen again... I left the tux and we walked right out. We walked right into a competitor's shop and spent a boat load of cash because their staff knew how to treat people. This place is not worth the time. Go anywhere else.

I contacted this location by phone. I have a suit jacket that finally got a hole after 10 years(!) of wear, and wanted to get a new one. The person on the other end, Rafi, immediately addressed my issue and separated 'outlet' from 'retail', advising me to go after the outlet location to save money. Thanks to him, I'm going to get a well-fitted jacket at a fraction of retail price! I don't know anything about the store, but the people that work there, they're good people.

I love Brooks Brothers , so sad to see the Iconic one on Beverly closed , the one in the Beverly Center is not remotely the same although I was told that there is a new one coming on Cannon . If you have not been to BB , well , it's traditional / classy , nothing really hip and happening here .

Very grateful to the Priscilla and Rafi at this location. They were very helpful in finding the perfect fit, and very patient when I had to make an exchange. Would recommend this store if you are looking for quality, lasting shirts with many styles and fits to choose from.

I worked with Priscilla and she is wonderful. She is extremely professional, knows seemingly everything and helped me as a first time Brooks Brothers customer in buying a suit. I will surely go back and be a regular BB's customer due, in large part, to Princilla's service.

My husband and I received absolutely terrible customer service at this location yesterday. He received two polo shirts as a gift recently. Although the tags were still on the shirts and they were still in the Brooks Brothers gift box with tissue paper, we did not have a gift receipt. I really didn't think it mattered in this case... I could see the exact shirts we were trying exchange sitting for sale on a shelf. Apparently our shirts had been purchased from a Brooks Brothers outlet. Again, I could see THE EXACT same shirts sitting for sale in this location. We didn't want money back, we simply wanted to exchange the ones we had for different colors. Simple enough request, right? Nope. The man helping us has such a condescending attitude and was not helpful at all in creating a solution. He just said our shirts were from an outlet, that's it, he couldn't help us. My husband has quite a few Brooks Brothers dress shirts and sweaters, the clothes are nice and last however this recent experience makes us never want to return, we'll take our business elsewhere.

I purchased the standard blue blazer at the Beverly Center shop on September 6, and finally got it December 14, 2021. It was not in stock when I placed the order at the store, but to save me a trip when it came in, Fransois Joseph measured what needed to be altered, my sleeve lengths. I had to continuously call the store to check the status. When it came in (and was altered?) I had to remind the store that they had promised to send it to me. The arm lengths were too long. Because of the time this all had taken, I asked it I could just have the arm lengths corrected, locally. They said that they would pay $25 for the arm length alteration. So I took the coat in, they measured me in it, and had it re-altered. I had to call to see if that had been done. They said yes, did I want to pick it up. I had to convince them to send it to me (again). Poor service, I really "don't care" attitude (they had their money already). Last time for me as a Brooks Brothers customer. Too bad, I used to look forward to the experience...but no mas!
