Highly recommend for good quality meat, they're not the cheapest, but you can taste the difference. Id recommend the burgers, lamb chops and wild boar and apple sausages!

My partner just bought two salmon fillets (farmed, non organic and two days old) and they charged him £20! Nothing justifies such an irrationally high price. However, my one-star review is less about the cost and more about the fact that they don’t communicate clearly the prices to the customers. No one expects to pay £20 for two salmon fillets. As I’ve read in many other reviews people are often unaware and shocked when they’re asked to pay. We are never going back there but if you plan to, ask the prices first.

Even though it is overpriced, I love the vegetable section, as they are of great quality. The biggest downside for me is that they sell out-of-date deli products, so make sure to check the expiry dates when you buy. On many occassions I wanted to buy little things like biscuits, jam, etc. and they all expired. I showed them to the sales person and they said they will check the products, but I don't know if they did. The meat seems to be fine, but overpriced for the quality & quantity they offer. They also sell excellent smoked salmon.

Editing my review to 2 stars given today's experience. Being expensive is one thing, not being commercial is not acceptable. You made a mistake on your label and not sticking to it is not acceptable. I won't come back. You played it cheap, you will lose therefore hundreds of pounds of future sales. Also the employees aren't nice Editing my review: 4 stars only now given the excessive price on the Deli side. £6.75 for a lemonade is just too much. Come on nothing justifies that. Great butcher. Meat quality is great and there's also a very nice selection of fresh groceries. Everything is on the pricey side though.

Lovely products, we tried the sirloin steak and scotch eggs from here, as well as the truffle brie! Really good quality of food, worth the price and helpful service. The owners are great and always keen to help find the right product. Keen to come back again soon!

Not the biggest place but the staff are proper helpful and the meat and veg is incredible. Lots of quality select condiments and spices on the shelves too but they are certainly on the pricier side. If only they were open later!!

This is the most lovely neighbourhood butcher and market. They carry hugh quality products of all sorts and natural their meats are the star. The staff are warm, friendly, and so helpful. They make you feel like part of the family! It is a wonderful spot.

Found this place walking down that road, love that it's an authentic butcher. Bought a few chicken breasts and some bacon. The quality is second to none, juicy large chicken breasts! Top quality.

Brought some sausages from here and ended up being very ill I went back and spoke to the head butcher George who was not all helpful and said that I should have brought them back if I wasn't happy, hecame accross as rude and unhelpful and just wanted me out of the shop, I will not be going into this shop ever again.
