Perfect for our lunch. We were looking for a more casual (not stuffy) lunch with exceptional food and Bros did not disappoint. Really creative flavors and an overall excellent meal. I'll be craving the raspberry in the nougat dessert again, for sure.

Fantastic lunch at Bro’s this Sunday, a set menu with a refreshing celeriac remoulade to start, mackerel with purple carrots and a goats cheese sorbet to finish. We had the Pouilly Fume. And lovely service too. Will definitely be back.

We were a group of 4 for dinner at the gastronomy bistro. Our waiter was very good and attentive. We ordered the 5 courses menu and were highly impressed of the level and quality of each dishes. We had an absolute amazing evening. From the service, champagne/ wine and food - I would recommend to anyone that is looking for an experiential dinner in Blois.
