Brothers BBQ (Delivery via Uber Eats) Ordered delivery through Uber Eats and was pleasantly surprised; it arrived quickly and everything was still warm! I got the pulled pork with mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and cornbread on the side. At first glance, the food looked a little bland, but don’t let that fool you; the flavor was absolutely on point. The pulled pork was tender and flavorful even without sauce, but paired with the sweet BBQ sauce? Incredible. The mashed potatoes were honestly my favorite part; so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The mac and cheese was super cheesy, which I loved, but it was a bit too watery for my taste and lacked some of the depth I usually look for. Still solid, though. The cornbread was soft and tasty, a great little addition to the meal. Overall, I was super happy with the pricing for the quality and quantity. Definitely recommend if you’re craving some solid BBQ!

Definitely gotta try Brothers BBQ if youre in the Denver Colorado area. I just UberEats their BBQ ribs and was delightfully surprised at how tender and just down right delicious they are. The photos salad and banana pudding was a hit too.

Although I live in the neighborhood, I'd never been in before. I came in for their anniversary dollar rib special. Expecting the ribs to be kind of small. I ordered six and could only eat three of them. The team was really friendly and helpful despite being much busier than usual.

We gave Brothers BBQ two tries to see if they could redeem themselves the second time and no cigar. The first time we got the brisket and it came out super dry and was not seasoned at all. Very plain for the money I spent. Second time around we got the nachos with pulled pork and asked nicely to put the BBQ sauce on the side. When we got home to eat them, the chips to meat ratio was non existent. For every 4-5 chips there is a small portion of pulled pork. There was HARDLY any cheese. Barely covered the top at best. I am disappointed and had to add cheese from my own supply to make them bearable and not so dry. There was not any jalapeños like there was on the picture. Usually 3 strikes and you’re out but I’m only giving them 2. The Mac and Cheese was also dry and just the top had little cheese.

Wow Liz and the night shift crew are phenomenal workers my experience going in felt like home I truly give thanks for meals like this so close to home with friendly beautiful faces. I come often for years and the service is just getting better and better ! Can't live without my tofu burger.

Good as always but I would really have liked to have had some fries and a soda with it. You need to have corporate fix your website so ordering this is possible because "make it a special" tab doesn't work.

Fall off the bone ribs! Variety of sauces! Go spicy! Update: We have returned, 6 years later. The BBQ was as we remembered. Juicy Brisket. Excellent sauce variety. We will definitely return again.

The food here is always so good especially for the value! They have a good rewards program as well. I need to come back and get some more photo and video of this place! But the people working here are super cool and friendly. The place is always clean and very well taken care of. And we always enjoy stopping here to grab and go or have a quick bite inside!

Amending my 1 star review posted after spending $50 on a batch of pulled pork that was so dried out it was inedible without being doused in a bottle of sauce and mixed with 3# of baked beans. Spoke with Mike, who told me he was meeting with the Washington Street restaurant manager and kitchen manager to review their protocols and see what went wrong that day, then mailed me a gift card for the amount I spent which was recently redeemed. Noted a significant improvement, still a bit on the drier side, but was able to eat the pork without modification this time and there was actually grease residue in the pan, unlike last time when the pan was completely dry. Mixed it with beans and sauce again before seperating it into Tupperwares for my work lunches and it's better, no complaints. In years past it was a lot juicer, sometimes maybe a bit too much for most, but that's what I was accustomed to during the years I was down South and had pulled pork at least 3X weekly. I suppose it is healthier this way though. There are a few other BBQ places on my list to try, but as this place is so close to my house I'll give them another try soon.

The food at this place is pretty good! I got the pork meat special, with Mac and cheese and mash potatoes & gravy as my sides. The Mac and cheese was delicious! Wasn't a fan of the mashed potatoes. There were multiple larger chunks of potatoes that weren't well mashed. The pulled pork was very tender. I got extra sauce, which is just a personal preference. Would recommend getting an extra bun for this meal since one bun is not enough for half a pound of meet. Service was good and food came out quickly.

My office catered in Brothers for lunch so I got to sample quite a lot of the menu. - Pork Ribs: Tasty, tender, meaty. - Pulled pork: Fine, but not as good as the ribs. - Pulled chicken: The least flavorful of the proteins but not necessarily in a bad way. A nice lighter option. - Sweet BBQ sauce: Mmm. Thick, dark, sweet but not cloying, tangy, spicy. No complaints. - Baked beans: Unremarkable but I'm not much of a beans lady, so. - Mac & Cheese: Good! Not knock-your-socks-off, but perfectly satisfying. - Cornbread: Sooooo delicious. Moist, cake-like, and with a pronounced honey flavor that I really appreciated. - Banana Pudding: Enjoyable but you could totally make it at home on the cheap. Since I didn't pay for this I can't speak to value but I found this to be a hit-the-spot barbecue meal based on taste alone. If you end up with any leftovers, the rib meat + sliced pickles + a toasted bun makes a great sandwich.

Brothers BBQ came highly recommended, and overall, it did not disappoint. Service was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We had the slider sampler, which contained one slider each of beef brisket, pulled pork, BBQ chicken, and hot links. They were all really good, with the BBQ chicken and hot links being my favorites. They also have five different BBQ sauces on the table to try, which had some great flavors as well. The only negatives were that the pulled pork was on the drier side and the mac & cheese sauce was very thin and watery. I'm excited to try the cornbread the next time I'm in, as they were out of it when we were there. I got some banana pudding to-go, which I have yet to try, but I'm very excited. Overall, it was a good meal and I'll be back.

Food was so good! Pulled pork moist, baked beans perfect, great slaw. Everything I wanted and more!!! So goooooood! Yummy! Delivery flawless. I am so happy!!! Tummy yums!

The food was good! I got the Brother sandwich, mashed potatos, and a soda and really liked everything. I won't be back because their prices are obnoxious. My meal cost over $17! The mashed potatoes were in one of the plastic sample containers they use to give out ketchup, ranch or BBQ sauce. Very small, I felt really ripped off paying $17 for all that. I have included a picture so you can see how small the portions are.

Dinner was great but for 2 people, it was $45 so that seemed a tad too much, but oh well. There is plenty of parking so that was a big perk. We ordered brisket and burnt ends. The brisket was the bomb and the burnt end were good, but they were drowning in sauce which to me was inedible. I came home and wiped them off with a paper towel before I couldn't eat them and then they were delicious! Will definitely come back and I loved the sign out front. Opens around 10 and closes around 10 lol. I guess they stay open if need be!!!

I love BBQ. Whenever I move to a new city, I try out all the barbecue places. Brothers has been my favorite place for years. I have gone to all three of their locations in the Denver Metro area. My main place has been the original Brothers BBQ at Leetsdale and Monaco since 2000. The original sauce is still my all time favorite. But one time near the end of the pandemic and again this weekend, I was terribly disappointed in the food. I won't be back. We bought 6 pork ribs and a 1/4 pound each of brisket and hot links plus a double order of beans. The hot links were great. The beans were exceptional as always. The rest of the meal was terrible, just like my last order. The brisket was riddled with thick fat. The ribs were terribly fatty, too. We ended up throwing away 1/2 of the meal. We paid about $46 for 1/4 pound of hot links and 4 super fatty ribs and some beans. I have never minded the cost because the meals used to be so delicious. But this was awful. It's really too bad, but this was the last time for us.

Brothers has some good barbecue and some good deals. I really like the mac & cheese and their signature sandwich.

They offer takeout and curbside pickup. Staff appear to be following the safety protocols. Order was ready earlier than estimated. Now onto the food! Barbecue isn't cheap, but I found Brothers BBQ to be reasonably priced, especially compared to other local barbecue options. The family packs and "food for a crowd" deals are good. I ordered one and had food for days. I'd say the brisket is my favorite item, though I vow to get the tofu next time. I've only had the tangy vinegar sauce, which is really good. Lots of sauce options; I look forward to trying the mustard sauce.

This place never fails. Their menu selection and service are always good. This time we ordered a meal pack. There was plenty of delicious bbq for the three of us.

As a vegetarian I stupidly ignored this place for years. The bbq tofu sandwich is my new favorite meal. The tofu is smoky and delicious, treated with more love and attention than most places give their veg alternatives. Add pickles, onions, and their spicy sauce and have some banana pudding for dessert. You will be so glad you did.

Brothers BBQ in Cap Hill is a shining star of good food, consistent experience and exceptional staff. Likely a major reason this establishment has thrived and succeeded when others have not - especially in the New Normal. Tonight was just a simple pickup order of two sandwiches, with me being able to do a pickup order using a loyalty reward specific to my patronage through one of the delivery services. I was able to take advantage of a BOGO special and still apply my reward. As always, the order was ready when I arrived, and of course, completely accurate with great tasting food and the requested sauce. Appreciated the complimentary fries, that was a nice touch (Brothers' fries are amazing). Beyond that, just as always such a great customer experience. The food from the ribs and rib tips to the sandwiches and sides, all great. But what makes it great is friendly staff who truly care and have positivity. During the pandemic when distancing was a big deal, this location was my go-to for early evening dinners with friends - awesome outdoor patio. Like I inferred before, a lot of other dining establishments could take a lesson from how exceptionally well run this restaurant is in every way. Very appreciative - for the last few years especially and also tonight. Specific to the latter, I've had a few recent minor health issues and this was kind of an oasis in a good way. Thank you all for all that you do at Brothers BBQ, Cap Hill.

Placed an order online through their website. Food was decent. But they left out an entire meal. Total bummer. I called and first they said come pick it up. Wait? I paid for delivery, nope. Then Nick the manager got on the phone and said he would credit my card for the missing meal, and throw in something extra for the trouble. Bummer someone didn't get to eat, but OK. Never received the credit. Shady, unprofessional and a big bummer. Lets see- Take simple order. Take money. Fill bag with order. Check bag to make sure all is there. That's it. If that can't be done, its a sad business.

While in Denver a friend took us here. Boy I wish we had one of these in New Jersey. We got the burnt ends, sliders , Ribs and barbecue Chicken plus sides of corn bread , coleslaw and Mash potatoes! All things were delicious! Service was great and the interior had a new wave vibe. Overall a great dining experience for a fast food joint

Over priced for what you get. 1/2 lb of brisket and a fountain drink for $19 after tax. Drive the distance to hit up a Mom & Pop local BBQ joint.

Pretty good BBQ. There was not wait when I came. They have lots of options for BBQ selection. But it was delicious. I had the pick 2 meats and got chicken and brisket with Mac and cheese and fries. The food was amazing and it came very fast. Definitely a good place to get quick BBQ.

The chicken was dry and lacked seasoning . The meal was over all disappointing. I don't think I will try again

My boyfriend and I come here a lot because we live so close, but also because everyone that works here is SO NICE! I've never had a bad experience here, and the guys that work there always go above and beyond to make sure we enjoy ourselves. The girls that work there are super sweet too! Oh and the food is really good too!

Melt in your mouth ribs with a choice of five different sauces to pick from has brought us back more than once. (Catch the Thursday night rib special!). We have eaten in person at the 6th and Washington location and enjoyed every visit. The staff is friendly and will simply take your order or advise you if you hav questions. They ambiance is fun and the place is clean. Good parking options too for an area that you often have to search for parking. The baked beans are not your standard recipe and are downright delicious. Recommend the potato salad too. Overall great food and terrific service.

Pork ribs are worth five stars *****! Other meats are dry and sides are bland.

Not the best but will give some a run for their money. Ordered the two meat plate with the choice of brisket, sliced sausage, side of mac & cheese, and cornbread. The meats were cook very well, the sausage was a little on the crispy side but still good. The mac & cheese was creamy and flavorful. The cornbread had a slight sweetness to it and was moist. For a little less than $20 bucks, upbeat and helpful service, I think they have a recipe for success and devoted customers.

Damn I was excited about having burnt ends as they're usually sold out. I had ordered at full but i got a half order and umm...you can see for yourself. This "pick up food" sucks. Oh well, gonna have to get my $15 worth and eat it!

Went to brothers last night there Mac and cheese is to die for. But there hot links OMG salty. I asked the cashier about and he said that's the way they are.

The atmosphere here is great and the vibes are totally backyard barbecue type. The employees are all young and so kind! Kyler was especially helpful. I had the bbq chicken sandwich with mac and cheese. The mac and cheese wasn't the greatest I've had but it was definitely tasty. The sandwich topped with the purple cap barbecue was delicious. Definitely would visit again.

Love this place. Some of the best bbq in Denver. Great staff. Always hard working. Food is always delicious! They were open for pickup during the great closure of 2020. Giving back to the community during this time was also amazing to see. The brother sandwich is awesome. French fries and Mac and cheese is great. Banana pudding is so good. Check them out!

When you got a cravin' for barbecue, you gotta go to Brother's ! I love the vinegar sauce and slaw and I can't wait to go back again

They forgot to include BBQ sauce in our to-go order. (Kind of the most important part to BBQ) Food wasn't very good, chicken was dry. I called them to ask if I was suppose to get the BBQ myself or if they forgot it. They said they forgot it and offered to run some out if we could come back, they said they couldn't give a discount because it was ordered through Uber for pick up. I ask if we could get a coupon or gift certificate and they said no. I know times are tough, but the food and service was not great at all.

I love BBQ and it's hard since going meat free BUT Brothers added tofu and the Impossible Burger Vegan options to the menu

So so so good and filling. I got the beef ribs meal. They gave me two extra ribs! Potato salad was also great. Mac n cheese was meh. Ribs were very filling and had a ton of meat on them.

I order the pork sandwich with mac-n-cheese sides. Yes I know I have a bit of a mac-n-cheese addiction considering both sides are the same. Lol. Now getting on to the actual review. I have tried to find food BBQ out here that is the equivalent to traditional southern BBQ I'm used to; however, sadly this place has failed at that. I will start with the pork; the meat was not tender, nor held really any juicies in it. It tasted fairly dry and the only way I savored any flavor was because I drowned it in the sauce. The rule to good BBQ is you don't need any sauce for it to be good. Nor should you put more seasoning on it for flavor. However I had to on both accounts. The amount of meat was also a bit saddening. Other places make sure you get a good amount of meat; this place not so much. Now I did not realize you could mess up mac-n-cheese however they proved you can. It seriously had zero and I mean zero flavor. It tasted a bit like well the type of food you get at a cafeteria. The cups are also small for their delivery; although that's not their fualt at all. Its basically same size as all the others. I wasnt able to finish it because honestly it just wasnt that great; although my dog seemed to like it, so it wasnt a total waste. I shall stick to my normal BBQ place I found out here instead that's more similar to what I'm used to in the south. Granted only reason I even ordered from here was because my normal place was closed and it seemed to have okay reviews. Pro- delivery is quick, order correct, dog loves it, decent price Con- dry meat, barely meat, side had zero flavor, had to add more seasoning and sauce to the meat.

So so BBQ. Came in on a Sunday afternoon it was pretty dead. After looking over the menu I got pulled pork sandwich and Mac and cheese. The wait was short and the food was disappointing. The holder with all the sauce was not labeled so I didn't know what one was sweet or hot. Only after almost being done with my meal I noticed that the napkin holder had the break down. As for the actual food: the bun was not good it reminded me of the store brand buns that are a few weeks old. The pulled pork was soggy. Mac and cheese reminded me of the craft Mac and cheese/ nacho cheese from the movie theater. If you want good BBQ go else where.

Being from Texas, I was SUPER cautious and had super low expectations coming here. Boy was I wrong! This place is DOPE. The service is always welcoming, the food is dank, and the different bbq sauces are quality. Highly recommend their sandwich deals with their sweet cornbread. You won't regret it.

I'm from out of town and saw the restaurant so I decided to give it a try. The customer service is great. The pork ribs seem boiled, then slightly barbecued. They are extremely soft, but too soft, lacking texture or grill taste. However, I found the link tasty and above average. The mac n cheese was very tasty, but the bbq beans were ok.

I was at home trying to figure out what to take out for dinner and all of a sudden a very kind promotion comes through. Buy one sandwich deal and receive a 2nd one for free. We are new to Denver but have already had 4-5 take out meals and they have all been great! I love their brisket sandwich. So good . And my wife enjoys the chicken sandwich. The side of mashed potatoes were great and next time I will order an extra half pint. I just love this place and everyone is so friendly.

This spot is the BEST BBQ in Denver. Tonight they were super slammed with Covid takeout orders but the staff was so cheery and friendly and helpful in getting our order! By accident the kitchen lost our ticket in the rush making us wait an extra 20 minutes. Karen the manager apologized profusely and even gave us a massive discount! I can't say enough good things about the customer service and commitment to good eats! Love you brothers!

So I got some BBQ from here. Very good meats and beans. The Mac and cheese was ok. Kinda one dimensional. But the dessert of banana cream pie was awesome. I remember having this as a kid and loving it (not from here) and as I got older it seemed the most common recipe for banana cream changed into something I didn't like. Sort of acidic and bitey. This pie from here took me back 30 years. Love it. Nice job not cutting corners.

I have often passed by this place but not having much confidence in Denver's BBQ offerings I hadn't stop to try it until today. I was looking for a place to try close enough to the Esquire theater and decided to finally give Brothers a try. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with fries. I was happy to see that the pork was tender and not dry. While the pulled pork doesn't seem to have any sauce, they bring a tray with multiple BBQ sauces to your table and you can pick whichever one you want to add to your food. Given that I have a sweet tooth I picked the sweet BBQ sauce which was great. While this is not the best BBQ I have ever had it is a nice quick and affordable option for BBQ in Denver.

I know I'll never win this argument, but I think Brothers is the best BBQ in Denver. The ribs are far and away the best. Tender, but not falling off the bone. Who wants their rib meat falling off the bone? That stuff is expensive! I want it staying on the bone until I bite into it. The Brother sandwich is the perfect lunch. Hot links, pulled pork, coleslaw and jalapeños. I just found out that they have added burnt ends to the menu since the last time I visited. I'll say it again: Any BBQ restaurant that serves burnt ends is immediately credible in my book. Whatever your preference for sauce, Brothers has it. Mustard, sweet, spicy, tangy. Everything. Brothers is the best BBQ in Denver. I wish they would open a location near Original Downtown Aurora or Stapleton.

Such an underrated business! I had never heard of Brother's BBQ until I stopped by after going to a Broncos training camp. And o boy was I satisfied. Great selection of barbecue favorites including ribs, pulled pork, sausage, and more. The sides included mac'n cheese, beans, and mashed potatoes with gravy. I decided to order a pulled pork sandwich, which was brought to my table in under 5 minutes. The waiter also brought a rack full of sauces that were geniusly put together. Such as original, sweet, hot, and tangy vinegar. A mix of all of them tasted just right. A nice staff, never crowded, and a great tasting restaurant will always deserve 5 stars. Overall I highly recommend

On a business trip from Detroit I had an opportunity to have lunch at Brothers BBQ. What a treat it was. As a general rule I seek out local BBQ and while I am not an expert food critic, I have eaten my fair share of BBQ coast to coast. I dined on a sampler of Chicken, Ribs, chopped Brisket, and Burnt Ends. The chicken had the perfect balance of smoke and spice. The brisket was tender and succulent. The Ribs had the perfect pull to get them off the bone and every bite left you wanting more. The Burnt Ends had excellent char but were still tender and an easy chew. While the boys at Brothers BBQ have their own signature sauces (which you can buy by the bottle) that were delicious, in this reviewers opinion are not required. The dry rub and smoke easily makes this meal the best tasting BBQ I have had to date! I highly recommend on your next trip through Denver that you stop and have some BBQ at Brothers BBQ!! #DenverBBQ #BestBBQ #awesomeeats

I got a slab of pork ribs side of Mac n a side of slaw ribs good Mac was little to basic still good tho and the slaw was odd didn't much care fir the slaw my friend's sandwiches were okay def a place to only get ribs

We love brothers bbq! I'm vegan and I've never found a bbq spot that offers a vegan option. The tofu is amazing! My fiancé is not vegan and loves their beef brisket sandwich! Plus they're super nice!

HOLY CRAP Best BBQ I have ever had. I kinda consider myself a foodie and BBQ is one of my favorite things. I am kinda picky and this place gets a big high 5!! The burnt ends were awesome. Mac and cheese is always different and spotty from one place to the other but this one was cheesy and creamy. The beans were good, not the most amazing I have ever tasted, but very good and worth trying. The pork ribs, OMFG! They actually fell off the bone. They were so tender, flavorful and amazing. Some ribs you have to chew off the bone or coax it off the bone. You just picked these suckers off and they fell off the bone and right into your mouth. Sadly, I was full after the burnt tips so only ate 1 of my awesome ribs. I flew home the next day so couldn't save the leftovers. I am still thinking about the ribs I left behind. :( The only reason they lose 1 star is because I thought they were pricey. It was just under $80 for a family of 4 to eat there. For a place where you order and pay at the counter and then take your seat with a number, it seemed a little expensive. I have gone to sit down restaurants that offer bread and butter and salads with your bbq combo meal for about the same. With that being said, expensive or not, I will definately go back. They were that good!

We had them cater a 1 year old's outdoor birthday. The food was delicious and a huge hit! The meats were so tender! Their mac and cheese is the bomb! The children loved it, especially the birthday boy!! They were very generous with the amount of food for the price! Leftovers for sure! And there were a variety of delicious bbq sauces to try! Something for everyone! You got to control what and how much you used!! Absolutely perfect! Highly recommend!!!
