Great food!! We had almost everything 😂 and everything was really good! The portions of the fries are huge! The highlights were steak sandwich & wedge salad. They also have very special beverages in the fridge. Highly recommended for the whole family!

We stopped by Brothers Cascadia Brewing today after checking out the Vancouver Market. At first, we were unsure based on the outside, but we're so glad we decided to go in. The food was fantastic! My husband had the Korean BBQ cheesesteak sandwich—packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The fries were seasoned to perfection, and the gochujang mayo was incredible. I had the classic burger, and the patty was perfectly seasoned, paired with a delicious bun and house sauce. Our daughter enjoyed the corn dogs, which were also a hit. The beer selection was impressive, with ciders on tap and a well-stocked cooler. Highly recommend trying the Rambler—it was a standout! The bartender was knowledgeable and kind, which made the experience even better. The ambiance was calm and relaxed—a perfect Sunday vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

Bartender was very knowledgeable, explained the differences between the IPAs and Lagers. Some many different flavor profiles. The Korean Philly was amazing. The outdoor seating is nestled in between the two buildings, creates a beautiful quiet seating area. Very cool place to hangout.

Google
Seriously the best brewery food ever, hands down. I’m usually a beer gal, but I had the strawberry banana cider tonight and it was sooo good. Perfect summer drink.

Have stopped by here a few times when in downtown Vancouver. They have a great selection of beers from their Hazeldale brewery both on tap and in cans. Did not have food, but what people had looked good.

Google
Very relaxed atmosphere offering exceptional service and food. My wife and I ordered chicken strips and an Oaxaca burger. The batter on the strips was very light and crispy, and the burger was one of the best I've had in Washington. The fries alone are worth coming back for, but the service really tied everything together. The bartender was leaps above your average bartender with great, quick service and a fantastic attitude. We will most definitely be coming back for years to come. Five stars across the board. Don't sleep on this laid back spot!

Google
Stop by the place in the evening for a bite to eat and ordered the Classic Burger. I wish it was a little bit more juice, thus the 4 stars. The pickle was a great touch on the side. The outdoor seating is amazing with a great classic vibe and good weather to add on top. The place is a hidden gem! Must check this place out.

My first choice was closed, so I cast about in a desperate manner, hunger hounding me like a mad and ravening dog. it is a burger, a burger that I desire. Something simple and straightforward, a shot from the hip, a beacon for the weary and I stumble upon the Brothers Cascadia Brewing. Are they really brothers? Is it a trick? I’m afraid I don’t drink, so will I be welcome at an establishment that includes brewing in the name? Will I fit in? An old man with a dubious beard and an ambling gait. Yes, it’s a bar and ordering is done standing up and because I don’t drink I am often unsure how the custom works at these places. Do I interrupt the locals? do I shout for attention? Or perhaps bang my cane against the bar? But no, I am greeted immediately in a friendly manner and made to feel welcome. I will go straight to the food. It is a handsome burger, acquitted well in its presentation and accoutrements. It rests in a sea of french fries, a veritable mountain of potatoeness. I will not go hungry here. The burger is substantial, thick and dripping with juice. A meal unto itself, a song to the concept of burgers. I might perhaps prefer a different bun… Something a little more substantial to bind up the generous portion of moist and savory meat. I suppose it’s OK, But that meat deserves better. But it is a quibble, a mere soft note in a lovely melody, an unedited page in a long and absorbing book. The french fries in their profusion were, I’m afraid a bit too salty. As one works through that panoply of potato, the engine slows and the feast cannot be finished. That’s hard, because they are perfect in every other respect. The right texture, the right flavors, and the right amount. Enough there to hold me for a while as I ponder and write of the philosophy of food. Because the big question is, would I come here again, lost in an afternoon of exhausted wandering? Aimless in the city of my adopted land. Yes, I would. I would ask for less salt next time. And why you might ask, because I liked the entryway, and I liked the sense of welcome and the atmosphere of relaxed friendliness. I would come here with a friend, and we would sit and talk of why the world is and the things we seek, and whether pigs have wings.

Yelp
We stopped by Brothers Cascadia Brewing after visiting the Vancouver Market. We were a little hesitant at first based on the exterior, but we're so glad we decided to check it out. Everything exceeded our expectations! My husband had the Korean BBQ cheesesteak sandwich--super flavorful with great presentation. The fries were perfectly seasoned, and the gochujang mayo was a delicious touch. I had the classic burger, and it was spot on--the meat was seasoned well, the bun was fresh, and the house sauce tied it all together. Our daughter got the corn dogs and gave them a thumbs-up too. The beer selection was solid, with a few ciders on tap and plenty of great options in the cooler. Definitely try the Rambler--it was a favorite. Our bartender was both knowledgeable and kind, which really added to the experience. The vibe was chill and laid-back, especially on a Sunday afternoon. We'll absolutely be back!

Yelp
On our last day together, we returned to Portland and decided it would be fun to cross the river to Vancouver, WA for a brewery and dinner before saying see you later. Right downtown I chose this spot, as I had had some of their beers in the past and enjoyed them. There's paid street parking outside, plus garages. The brewery feels much cozier than the city around it, with big windows, welcoming artwork, and lots of green plants despite just coming out of winter. The outdoor seating areas looked lovely for the warmer months. We sat inside and it was busy due to it being right after work, it deserves to be popular! The bartender was welcoming and it was easy for us to each order our own food and tabs. I had the tuna melt and a bowl of the special corn chowder, my friends ordered various other sandwiches and we all loved the warming food on a cold day. They do small pours on beers, so I tried a few. All were excellent, I loved their logo design. There's a fridge at the back with to-go selections too. If you're a beer fan in a mostly commercial city, this is a great cozy spot for a beer or three.

Yelp
Awesome bartenders, excellent burgers. Music is always on point. Brothers Cascadia, in my opinion are the best brewers on this side of the river.

Stephanie K.

Yelp
Although they had a good selection of beer, I personally wasn't impressed with the flavors of the ones I tried. I did love the space, especially the outdoor garden, which was pet-friendly. The bartender was nice and helpful--it just wasn't the beer for my palate.

Yelp
Best brewery and pub food you will find in Vancouver! Every employee is so kind and attentive + they plan so many activities like trivia, comedy, and bingo nights. There is plenty of indoor seating and a beautiful courtyard with outdoor seating. Also soup. They make seasonal soups that you have to try.

Yelp
Tried out this other spot for Brothers Cascadia. I liked my first experience with them and this time was no exception to that at all. We had the Super Chief IPA with hop variant of Nectaron and Simcoe hops. This was a very refreshing IPA and I really appreciated that. Partly because I feel like the beer was nice and thin in body. Also the way the mouthfeel hits is nice also along with it's smoothness. Flavor features with this beer are melony and tart which makes for a very pleasant IPA experience and different from so many others.

Yelp
10/5 stars always. Brothers is my "do no wrong" brewery! The "best day ever" is the best session in town! They have the best tuna sandwich -- come on, they add chips to the sandwich for you. And their loaded fries are always a go to! Dust in the wind hazy is a top tier beer I'll always vote for too!

Yelp
Got a veggie burger, yummy fries, perfect bun and homemade bbq sauce. Beautiful patio and friendly service

Yelp
We came here on our way back to Portland, the service was really great and the Pub was really nice, inside and outside table options. The menu was really good too lots of options! The food was yummy and the drinks were great.

Yelp
The Hazel Dell location only has food carts but the downtown one does. It was a little confusing to find from the road but it was there, hidden. Good service and food!

Anthony M.

Yelp
Always a great beer selection, staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. Best grilled chicken sandwich in town and I love their tuna sandwich (they put potato chips in it!).

Yelp
I've been with these guys since they first started, and they never disappoint. I'm super happy that they have a kitchen at this location, and the smash burger is my favorite in town. Do yourself a favor and visit the BCB boys and start with the fresh pork rinds with a side of beer cheese. You can thank me later.
google avatar

Yelp
On Monday's they serve up their "Goon burgers!" They're more of a smashed burger than what Cascadia typically serves up. Cascadia has a pressed, somewhat smashed burger that we love as well. Great fresh fries as well! Maybe even a bit better? Pict in my first review. Same cook no matter what day/night you go in though. Excellent service, friendly & welcoming, refreshing ice cold water, tasty selection of brews and the place is sooo clean!

Yelp
Excellent food. Great service. They make all their stuff from scratch and you can tell. Indoor and outdoor seating options. They even have a baby changer Kudos to the owners for creating space for families.

Yelp
This place is such a vibe. Come on a nice day and sit in the courtyard... Bricks and Ivy. So cute. The food and drinks are delicious as well. Today we got the pretzel and the wedge salad and they both hit the spot. I don't even like a wedge salad, but it was perfectly dressed and the grilled chicken that we added was seared and lightly seasoned. Not overdone. Highly recommend a visit.

Yelp
The good: *The food is good...REALLY good! Far better than what one would expect for what is primarily a brewery. *Service is top-notch, with very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, happy, and enthusiastic employees *Great selection of non-alcoholic beverages The not quite as good: *Only parking available is street parking, and none of it is terribly convenient *The layout is weird, consisting of two physically separate and enclosed buildings sharing a common, narrow courtyard. *Bands perform in said tiny narrow courtyard, and the few tables there all are oriented 90 degrees with respect to the "stage", so watching a performance requires viewers to turn their heads to see Overall, I'm quite pleased with this second location of Brothers Cascadia, and recommend a visit!

Yelp
Beautiful place tucked away in dreamy downtown Vancouver. The beer selection was diverse, and the few I sampled were outstanding. Chill courtyard as well.

Yelp
Really liked the beer at this place. I ordered the Korean Bbq Steak Sandwich and gochujang mayonnaise for the fries that I will think about for quite some time. It's an order at the bar and they bring it to you type situation which as an introvert, I really enjoy. Great place to hang out and bring friends who are visiting Vancouver!

Yelp
We absolutely love the patio at this location when another taproom was here, so we were thrilled to hear Brothers Cascadia opened at this spot. Brothers Cascadia has many excellent beers, and their food menu here is fantastic, too. Plenty of indoor seating either at the bar or in their two indoor dining areas, plus the patio. I do hope they decide to add some more seating to the patio as there is room for a few more tables. And I also hope they add some umbrellas to the patio table options because when they sun is directly overhead, or if it's drizzling rain out, the umbrellas are needed. The staff are all friendly, too. For food, the whole menu sounded delicious, and the prices are reasonable, so it was hard for us to decide. So far we've tried the Korean Steak Sandwich, which comes with fries and it's a HUGE sandwich, so I'm glad the Hubs and I decided to share it. Seriously, it's so big even two hungry people wouldn't have issue splitting it & the big mound of fries it came with. We also had the garlic sautéed broccolini, which was tasty and not too-garlicky, with a nice hint of lemon for acidity.. I'm dinging them a star for 2 reasons: they don't have gluten-free bread options listed on their menu, and it would be great if they offered a half-sandwich option because that sandwich & fries is truly HUGE.

Yelp
Outstanding experience here with great food and service. We happen to love stout and BCE offers a good selection or thick, rich stouts. We'll be back to discover more when we're hungrier than we were on this visit.

Yelp
Great beer selection, reasonably priced and tasty meal options, friendly staff and a clean space. Went here for a happy hour meeting and was not disappointed. Brothers in downtown will be on my go-to list from here on!

Yelp
This place crushes it on all levels. The best burger I have had in years. Portions huge. Beer fantastic. Service great. If you like dinning and sitting at the bar then this place is extra special. And those fries.....and lots of them. Amazing.

Yelp
I wanted to come here for the pub's menu because the food looked great in the pictures here, but I guess by the time we came it was too late. Luckily they still had their pop-up Goon Burger serving food and wowow that's actually one of the best burgers I've ever had and I did NOT expect that. I'm not even a burger person tbh and I never crave burgers but this is something I definitely want to go back to. I didn't get the gentleman's name who assisted us at the pub but he was so welcoming and nice. I very much questioned the Strawberry Banana Hard Cider, but he was nice enough to let me try a sip before committing to it, and now it's become one of my favorite ciders! The vibe is very nice and their outdoor area is very relaxing. Will definitely come back to try their food from their menu, and of course, for the cider.

Yelp
Food portions are rather large... pop up is tasty (Mondays, Goon Burger.) but I prefer the full menu. Beer is heavenly. I almost always go for the Clay's Brown which in my opinion, is the best in the state. So if you like a good brown, ask for it. Also solid IPAs, and Pilsner, and the dry Irish Stout were all lovely in my opinion. Also.. restroom at the Evergreen Pub is a shrine to Anthony Bourdain.

Yelp
Such an amazing addition last year to the downtown area. We went for their newly revamped trivia night and had so much fun. The food was delicious - especially the fries - and really amazing staff. I hope to come back for more events in the future!

Yelp
We have gone back many times and recently tried the Pub cheese & dippers. So delicious! The sausage was delicious and the bread was giving deconstructed grilled cheese! Service is always quick and efficient. The outdoor ambiance was awesome with the live music by Megan Alder, so talented! Always worth a visit!

Yelp
Brothers Cascadia did a good service by taking over this area. Their prices are very fair and I'm a huge fan of their outdoor patio. Lots of drink options to choose from, a pretty extensive menu for a brewery, and kid-friendly! Definitely coming back with a set of cards to hang for a bit or during their BINGO nights; I'd be interested to see how they keep the patio warm and dry in the winter months.

Yelp
Fresh, very yummy steak sandwich...in fact best around! Partner really enjoyed Strangelove IPA and he's a real connoisseur. Easy downtown location with indoor & outdoor seating in relaxed environment. What's not to like??

Yelp
Best tuna melt I have ever had. The icing on the cake? They put chips inside. Great brewery, nice atmosphere, and outdoor seating available if you want to bring your dog along. Highly recommend.

Yelp
10/10. From Santana on vinyl setting the mood, to friendly welcoming staff, to the amazing beers and food- 10 out of freaking 10. We had the smothered fries and the Korean style sandwich. The fries were great, and the cheese and toppings are evenly distributed through out the entire large portion. The Korean sandwich was legit: the kimchi is top notch, the bulgogi marinade on point, and the gojuchang mayo was *chefs kiss*. It's gonna be hard to not order one every day this week as I have not been able to stop thinking (and drooling) about it. All paired perfectly on a hot summers day with the You Likea Da Juice ipa. So stoked that Brothers Cascadia has joined downtown!

Yelp
Stumbled in for lunch on accident - couldn't be happier, great beer selection, really good food, excellent music. Bartender was friendly and helpful - beer selection was perfect with a good variety of Pac NW breweries.

Yelp
Amazing Happy Hour location in downtown Vancouver with a dreamy and inviting patio ambiance, delicious variety of brews, great food, and friendly and engaging staff! Have been here twice in the past month with larger groups and had great experiences both times!

Lightning M.

Yelp
This place is SO cute, especially their outside seating. The blt and smothered fries were amazing! And all the workers were so friendly.
google avatar

Yelp
Great location and vibe. Inside and outside seating. The staff is fantastic and friendly. Great cheeseburger and crispy fries, wonderful Chicharrones with lime. You Like A Da Juice! My all time favorite IPA. You can tell a lot about a place by the hot sauce and Secret Aardvark means it's an awesome place. Love this place and will definitely be back.

Angelique G.

Yelp
I enjoyed the meal and the fact that we could have a family lunch in the room away from the bar to celebrate my husband's birthday. The kids loved their meal as well as all of us.

Wyatt E.

Yelp
Very chill, the small courtyard with all the greenery is beautiful. Great spot to relax have some drinks and enjoy the nice summer weather.

Kristen Q.

Yelp
Love this place. Friendly service. Great beer. Excellent food at reasonable prices. Outdoor patio is beautiful & great setting to relax with a beer & chat with friends.

Yelp
Great beer and really nice folks ! Fantastic outdoor patio during summer and heaters during winter ! Local group to support !

Pesro O.

Yelp
I have nothing bad to say about this place other than it might be to popular so outdoor seating is hard to come by. Beers were great. The food was outstanding. And for the price. It was a nice big portion. And the price was totally reasonable.

Ali K.

Yelp
Friendly service, great Stargazer IPA, loved the atmosphere in the outdoor seating area.

TeeMar R.

Yelp
Great beers, delicious food and great service. We loved the Korean steak sandwich, which was a sizable portion for two.

Becky D.

Yelp
Always fabulous here. Great brews & ambiance is great especially sitting outside in the patio area !!

Melisa O.

Yelp
I was a regular at this location when it was another business, so I knew what kind of ambiance to expect. Beer was good (BC has always been one of my favorites) and the smash burger was excellent. I ordered the special soup as my side and it was SUPPOSED to be butternut squash but it tasted nothing like it. It was incredibly salty and had an odd flavor (even an odder color.) Ended up not eating it at all. Overall still a good experience.
