We had an amazing experience at Brothers Galbi! The marinated galbi was flavorful and tender, and the variety of meats and side dishes made our meal so fun and delicious. The grill-at-table setup is perfect for groups, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything came out at the right time. Highly recommend this place if you love Korean BBQ — definitely worth a visit in Koreatown!

The prices were higher than what’s listed in the photos on Google Maps. I tried the Gold menu, and the selection of short rib cuts was excellent—the meat quality stood out. The space is very spacious and seems well-suited for group dining. On the other hand, the naengmyeon and yukhoe were somewhat mild in flavor.

My second time going here and it does not disappoint! Tiffany our server was super lovely, she went above and beyond for us, asking us for refills occasionally Although there were 10 of us, she was very attentive and patient! Food was amazing as well, would say this is proper korean food

I come about once a month regularly. Why? Because the service is excellent, the restaurant is clean, and most importantly the meat is high quality and it's all you can eat. The first level is excellent and you'll come back for more. The second level kicks it up to a whole new level with thicker and more marbles steak-like cuts. Yes it sometimes looks like Hanwoo beef. I bring everyone special here and is one of my staples.

What a great experience! The servers here were so nice, and the food was great. It was my boyfriend's birthday celebration and they took really great care of us. I highly recommend. Food was fresh and I loved all the condiment choices.

Wow Korean BBQ. Some people told me that Korean food is LA is better than actual Korea itself. This restaurant is the reason. They serve everything expected of Korean BBQ at the finest level. This has all you can eat option, which we chose. We will probably do the same thing again next time. It is all-you-can eat, but the quality is not compromised. The service is also great, ad they grill it for you at your table. The place is super kid friendly. This place cannot go wrong, if you are looking for the best Korean BBQ. I could not take many pictures, as I was too busy enjoying the food.

Brothers BBQ was a great find! The food was absolutely delicious—super fresh meat grilled to perfection, and the sliced beets were a surprising standout. The vibe was just okay, but the flavors more than made up for it. Will definitely be coming back!

This is the absolute best AYCE KBBQ in Ktown! More than that it is one of my favorite restaurants in general! You get value and quality! Quality of banchan, meat and service! We chose the Silver AYCE package which is just under $50. There are also Gold and Diamond packages which are more expensive. The banchan are really great - some are kimchi, rice wraps, pickled daikon wraps, fish cakes, Korean pancakes, jap chae and pickled shredded daikon. I have never been to a better KBBQ for banchan quality and variety ever! They literally have all the best choices all the time! You choose three types of meat each time. This time we had galbi, bulgogi and thin pork belly. Then marinated chicken. On another occasion we started with galbi, thin pork belly and brisket. Then we had shrimp, octopus and bulgogi. Finally we had small intestine, and two others. All of the meat is top quality. Their meat never fails! Great service! Their grillers are friendly, fast and keep a good eye on the grill. They work very well as a team. The restaurant has great festive ambiance! They play great music and some of the grillers help create a great environment as well. Valet parking and meter parking available.

The hype is real. When I was visiting LA, my friend who's gone to many different KBBQs in Koreatown recommended Brothers. I kind of wanted to keep this review the short and straightforward kind: GO TO BROTHERS OR YOU'RE MISSING OUT BECAUSE YOU'LL NEVER ENJOY ANOTHER KBBQ PLACE EVER AGAIN. Could have stopped there, but I'll actually write more if some people need more haha. We made it just in the nick before happy hour ended at 4 and we arrived 5 minutes before. Around this time, the valet isn't operating, which was fine because it was extremely empty: two cars and 2 or 3 groups eating inside (this should not sideline what I said earlier!). It's a shame because happy hour is truly worth it. The upper tiers can be nice, but I think you get enough and some of the best meat in the lowest tier already and at $40 per person! Brothers really shows you that quality of ingredients is important. Everything was amazing from the sides to our last rounds of meats. My friend and I almost stuffed ourselves with the sides before the first round of meat came out because they were so good. My favorites were the fishcake, mayo salad, and mash potatoes. You can tell the fishcakes are extremely fresh; not a dried one and we ordered 2 or 3 more of it. We also ordered 2 more of the mayo salad! I'm not sure of exactly all the things in it, but wow was it delicious! The mash potatoes side was also different than ones I had before because it was orange colored (I believe there were some mustard in it), but either way, it was also incredibly delicious. The japchae was so yummy and fresh and there was a side of onions that go great with the meats to balance out heartiness. For the meats, we had LA galbi, bulgolgi, pork jowl, squid, octopus, brisket, and intestine. ALL SO INCREDIBLY GOOD! And I'm not sure if it was because it wasn't busy at all, but the staff helped us cook for basically the majority of our time there. We were cooking in the beginning, but someone had come by every time soon after. We really appreciated it because we were slow to eat while talking because they were so generous with each round! The portions were so awesome everytime and I'm so serious when I say it was a lot for 3 people. My favorites were the galbi, squid, and bulgolgi (ordered the galbi and squid twice). Everything cooked so nicely and was tender to a fault. Everything melted in your mouth and went too well the salt. Of course, going amazing with their rice paper too. Rice paper is a necessity for my friend and I at KBBQ and we had 4 or 5 bowls during. I hope that the staff knew we were definitely not going to waste the rice paper every time we asked for it because I know it can be an easy side to waste. We ate all of it of course, which I hope was acknowledgeable on some level. Gosh I cannot rave about this place more. It was truly a great food experience and I wish I could come back sooner. Truly you could go here just to enjoy sides. That's how amazing this place is.

I visited Brothers Korean BBQ last year and had to come back because, in my opinion, it's the best Korean BBQ in Koreatown. The décor is decent, nothing extraordinary, but the food is what really shines. The meats aren't overly marinated, and unlike many LA Korean BBQ spots that lean sweet, the flavors here are perfectly balanced. We chose the Gold Package for $64.99 per person, and they definitely don't skimp on portions. You leave full and happy. The décor is decent, nothing extraordinary, but the food is what really shines. The marinated K-style short ribs and beef brisket were my favorites. We tried almost everything on the menu, and I highly recommend ordering both cold noodles. I know some people aren't used to cold noodles, but trust me, they're delicious. I wasn't a huge fan of the soybean paste and kimchi stews, but everything else was fantastic. The servers are friendly and attentive. If you're in the LA area, Brothers Korean BBQ will not disappoint. Valet parking is available on-site, which is super convenient.

Brothers BBQ used to be one of my go-to spots for Korean BBQ -- the meat quality is excellent, and the service has always been top-notch. It's one of those places I'd recommend without hesitation, even though the prices are a bit higher than other BBQ restaurants, because the service usually makes it worth it. Unfortunately, today was by far the most disappointing visit I've ever had. The issue wasn't that the service was slow -- it was that there was no service at all. Normally, the servers take care of everything and grill the meat for you, which is part of what makes dining here enjoyable. But this time, we had to do everything ourselves. There were only two tables in the entire restaurant (including ours), yet we could hardly find a server anywhere. By the time someone came by, the meat was already burned, and no one even offered to change the grill plate. Honestly, if you're coming here expecting the same attentive service this place is known for, you might want to think twice. If you're not confident grilling meat yourself, this is definitely not the place to be. The silver AYCE was perfect The amount of side dishes was incredible and the meat quality was superb. We were at the restaurant during the Dodgers World Series, so the atmosphere was very jovial and everyone was so hyped. We had our office team meeting, appreciate how well Brothers BBQ can accommodate for our large group. Thank you.

Very decent food and side dish selection, nice staff and service, can be out with certain items around weekend, ambiance is like a typical restaurant and have ayce choice also though on pricier side, good to drop by!

Brothers bbq is seriously a great value AYCE Kbbq! They also have regular kbbq too. But we went for the AYCE priced at $50pp. Loved the fact they have good buckwheat noodles and LA Galbi on the menu! We definitely stuffed ourselves with that! Overall it was a great experience, 4 stars because they were a bit understaffed and service was a bit slow. But the staff did work hard! Definitely coming back for more LA Galbi

Had dinner here a few weeks ago. Parking situation was great which is rare for Ktown. Ambiance is spacious but the fans could be better. I smelled like galbi all night long. Service was okay. We felt a little neglected in the corner of the restaurant and they took their time getting us additional banchan. As for the food, we got the silver combo which was tasty and satisfied our KBBQ cravings. The meats were quality and servings were good. Our group meets up every couple of months so we do a lot of chatting and catching up so if we were really hungry, I would probably have downgraded it a star because the service was spotty and after 90 minutes. they told us it was last call. I'm hoping it was just a bad night for their servers. If you need a good KBBQ that doesn't break the bank, Brothers is a good choice.

With literally hundreds of kbbq in ktown, you're bound to be in a dilemma. This place has all I want in ayce--delicious high quality meats, yummy high quality banchan, and top tier service. I didn't expect them to come over and cook for us but they did! The silver ayce was priced at about $45 so I say it's borderline normal LA ayce. There was also some mishap with the seating so they asked us to move tables (which we didn't mind btw) and gave us free soda! They really didn't have to do that but their attention to customer service was very appreciated. The meats! Omg the galbi and the brisket were definitely our favorites. I could tell the meat was fresh and of good quality. Each of the banchan was a hit. I haven't seen this much variety and great quality of banchan in an ayce kbbq in so long. One thing to note, though, is that their ventilation was really lacking. I'm not sure if the fans were even on or maybe it was broken but it bothering us the majority of our meal to the point where they had to open the exit door a few times just to help with the ventilation. Hopefully they'll fix it by the time I come back for more!

I don't really eat AYCE KBBQ anymore since the pandemic, but for Brothers BBQ being my first one in years, it was an overall good experience for the price. I went with the Silver tier, which is the least expensive, and there was a good variety of meats to choose from. The cuts were a lot better during the first few rounds, because over time the quality went down. I noticed this after a few rounds of brisket - they started serving frozen brisket toward the end. The last round of brisket ended up being so dry and bland. The first round was very solid though. I liked how the other meats like the pork belly weren't too fatty compared to those at other AYCE places. Bulgogi and kalbi were also very solid and had good amount of flavor in the marinade. The variety of banchan was amazing. They had japchae, fish cake and even squid. Loved the purple radish wraps. Only minor complaint would be that the rice paper was a little thick. Staff was very attentive by checking in on us often, and they even grilled the meats for us.

For $45/pp, the silver level AYCE is a solid option when you are craving korean bbq. You can open up with brisket or thin pork belly/jowl but honestly nowadays I just go straight for the marinated short rib (galbi). The marinade is flavorful and not too sweet. The meat is super tender. They use charcoal in the gas grills and the staff cook the meat for you (~90% of the time because I can get impatient). Banchan is solid - I like the white onion salad (unique - I haven't seen it elsewhere), scallion salad, pink pickled radish wraps, soy sauce pickled jalapeno/onion with wasabi, and the fishcake. I usually ask for sesame oil. Service has always been good although some are better cooks than others. Pro tip: If you are only making short rib, make sure to ask for the other grill (looks like a grid). street metered parking available on the same block. Ventilation isn't great and you will smell like smoke/meat after.

The overall experience was lovely here. Not smoky, they cook the meat for you, and there are plenty of delicious options. The service was attentive and the food was tasty! There is a dedicated parking lot with valet for $3, which I always appreciate. If you want AYCE, this is the spot.

I've came back here numerous times and will always rave about their naengmyeon. It is one of my favorite places ever to get some when I'm craving it! They do amazing deals like the naengmyeon + bibimmyeon, which is what I always get with friends, which is a plus! Huge variety of banchan as well which I love!

After a long week, nothing hits the spot better than some KBBQ. Most people know one of the most challenging things about dining in KTown is finding parking. The nice thing about Brothers is that they have their own dedicated parking lot. Fortunately, my husband and I live in walking distance so it takes out the hassle of dealing with finding parking. We dined with a friend around 6pm on a Thursday and the wait was virtually non-existent. We opted for the silver tier for all-you-can-eat which had a pretty good selection of different meats and side dishes. All the banchan were fresh and plentiful. We decided on brisket, thin pork belly, and marinated short rib. Portions here are decently sized and I love how they have purple rice! Service is very quick and attentive. Mutiple servers helped us throughout the night and cooked all our meat for us. Ambiance is pretty standard. Brothers is a very casual low-key establishment, definitely not a place to wear your favorite jacket unless you want it to smell like meat. My only qualm is that the vents could be improved since it can get pretty smoky and I had to look away from the table a few times so that the smoke wouldn't sting my eyes. At the end of our meal, we were totally stuffed and satisfied. We paid about $60 per person with tax and tip which may seem like a little bit of a splurge but I think with the meat quality and how expensive KBBQ is now... it was totally worth every penny.

Visited Brothers BBQ on a Monday afternoon and had an amazing experience! We went for the AYCE Gold option, and the meat quality was noticeably better than most other K-BBQ spots. The Boneless Beef was the highlight -- super flavorful and tender. You can really tell they use good cuts here. Prices aren't the cheapest, but thanks to happy hour, it felt totally worth it. I've been here before and their combos are also a great deal -- especially the Couple Combo, which is perfect for two people and surprisingly generous. A great spot for families too. Service was outstanding. The male staff with glasses and the female staff working that afternoon were incredibly friendly and attentive. Honestly feels like they only hire the nicest (and best-looking!) people here. Overall, delicious food, great service, and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere since we visited during off-hours. Definitely coming back!

They have their own parking lot, which is amazing. They've been recognized with so many awards in the past years, it is a favorite among locals. Their banchan offerings are fresh and delicious. I particularly loved the onions and kimchi. We went for AYCE BBQ. They have a lot of options but we stuck with our favorites. Their pork belly and LA Galbi were among my favorites. Service is good, servers are attentive. It's a restaurant where you can bring the whole family or enjoy with your friends.

I had the Bibim Naengmyeon with LA Galbi and my friend got the Mul Naengmyeon with Idong Galbi. The noodles were chewy and flavorful, and the meat was super juicy and tender. Pairing the hot galbi with the cold noodles was just amazing--the flavors really popped. The staff was friendly, and the side dishes at the start were such a nice surprise. Great presentation, great taste--definitely one of the best spots in Koreatown!

I just love a good Korean restaurant. This one was above and beyond. The food was delicious, but above all the attentive service and amount of side dishes that came with lunch were both unusual and plentiful. We even had a scallion, pancake and soup on the side to accompany our hot stone bibimbap. It was full of meat, spinach, seaweed vegetables, and seasoned rice. The most unusual one I've ever had in a good way. I will definitely be back.

Passed by many times, till we decided to try this restaurant. Soo happy we did! 1st the staff. So friendly, calm, helpful, and with a sense of humor. In any restaurant, the staff can set the atmosphere. 2nd first time here, the staff was very helpful helping us out with the menu. Lastly, the meat quality was amazing. Paying a little bit more does give you a higher quality of meat. If you have not tried this place, you are missing out.

Great k barbecue restaurant located in Koreatown. Wife and I came here for lunch because we love their sides. When we arrived, the waiter informed us that they had a lunch special for a full spread of different combination of meats for $100. We opted in and were not disappointed. We definitely got our fill and took the rest to go.The atmosphere itself is clean and slightly modern. Valet parking in the front.

We had beef bulgogi and beef brisket BBQ combos with noodle. They serve lots of panchas, the service is good. The dishes are decent but not exceptional. They have a parking which is convenient.

This place is so effing good I literally could not stop ordering the short ribs and guess what UNLIMITED- those guys are NEVER included in the "all you can eat" Korean BBQ experience so gotta say that set it apart from me.

Used to be a go-to spot for good food. Will not return again. Finally posting this review recounting terrible service in 2024. We haven't gone since. Waitress was extremely rude to our table. Although we had a large group, she glared at us and angrily tossed the utensils and dishes when serving. She was straight up mean and didn't seem to want us there. Never had such terrible service at any establishment. I cried after coming home because of how bad we were treated. I just wanted to take our guests to eat out and have fun for a special occasion. 1/10.

Was going to eat at the hotel around the corner, but they had a prefixe menu we didn't want so we headed over here to see what we could find and what we found was a hidden gem! This place was really good cause they have a weekday special for AYCE. The meats were flavorful and I loved the sides! Would probably come back here if I'm in the area during the week! The servers are great and they help cook some of the meat for you. The music is loud like any other kbbq spot, but we could still have conversations with the people at our table.

Came here to celebrate my borthers birthday. He wanted korean bbq. Valet parking was $3. You can order 3 meat at a time. There was ton of bonchan choices on the table. The server brought your meat and basically cooked it for you, which was nice. It wasn't that busy when we went so he did do a lot of mixing and moving on the grill. The price wasn't too bad considering there was a lot of choices.

Food is very good but service can be better. They are always trying to get you out fast and don't come often to tend to you unless you shout for them. Online their operating hours are different from what they tell you. And every time they choose what time they close that's more convenient for them which is very strange. We would definitely come more often if service and operating hours were more consistent

This restaurant was favorite before but I didn't go there for while after tastes change. I useally go this place for eat bbq but this time we eat lunch menu. Cold noodles(2.5/5)- noodle was over cooked. I've been eaten better cold noodles anywhere else. Galbijjim (3/5)- little sweet than normal but it was ok. Grab quick lunch menu was great options at this place. Anyone trying bbq more than their lunch menu but it good to try once and if you found what you like then can go there for lunch. Was not a lot of people so our food comes out so quickly. Big restaurants and they have a lot of table outside and inside. If you like sweet marinade galbi than anywhere this place good for that.

Today was very disappointing. We visited this place for the first time in five years. The last time we came five years ago, the service wasn't great, but a friend recently told me they had a good experience, so we decided to dine in for my birthday. That visit actually turned out well. Their minimum tip policy was 18%, and we gave more than that. We also noticed they now calculate tips after tax, which used to be before tax. A month later, we came back today and had a terrible experience. First, we were seated at a corner table where no one checked on us. The female waitress put the fire on max and then left. She didn't come back and our meats got burned. So unprofessional. Our water was never refilled. I tried to make eye contact with a young male server. He did come over, but he was clumsy--he dropped meat into the gas stove, and when cutting our onion bud, a quarter of it fell off the grill. We had about five to six rounds of Gold, but no one ever changed our grill. By the last round, the grill was completely burnt, and I had to stop him from cooking more meat on it. I asked him to replace it. Their short rib(이동갈비) is their signature menu yet today it was so salty and they didn't even bother cooking the bones for us. Ordered squid, it was the most disgusting one - it tasted like it's been out for days even after we cooked it. They were playing EDM music so loudly today. In the past, we had good service from a female server who was skilled at grilling, and a male server with glasses who seemed like the manager. Because of our last experience, we expected something similar, but today we felt ignored and overlooked. Maybe they remembered us and assumed we don't tip well--even though the minimum tip is already 18% after tax. Also, all the meats today were extremely salty. I don't know what happened, but it was too much. I don't think I'll be coming back. Amazing service! Great employees, all very friendly, and customer-centric. Witnessed a strange altercation from the other section of the room, where a very rude customer was making complaints before being seated. An employee replied, "I don't know you, how can I trust you?!" Though the customer was rude, I was surprised. Thought this was Brothers BBQ, not Strangers BBQ. But then he said, "You don't have to eat here if you don't want to," which is exactly what a brother would say. So it still is Brothers BBQ. The customer service was very good on our end. Quality has dropped since the last time I came, but some cuts of meat are still very good. It depends on the day, you'll just need to try them all. Generally good quality meat and among the top around the area. The 3 star is from a decrease in meat quality from before which doesn't match the price for the higher levels, and considering feedback from my party. Maybe it was just the day. I will definitely come back and hopefully update my review to higher stars.

Update: this is my go to spot for ayce and non ayce. Their banchab alone makes this place worth it. The service is amazing. One of the few places I will tip ( but only 15% bc I'm not paying an additional 1/5 of the cost)

This review is long overdue! The fact that every time we go we have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seated! The food quality is better than some other AYCE we've gone to. So again, I'm surprised it's not busier than the other ones on the same Block. We have come here even on. Christmas Day and the service has always been so grand! I love that the staff is always making sure you're good with the side dishes and have the drinks/water being replenished. I've never once thought "I'm not coming anymore" completely chill vibes and just over the best experience we've had.

The beef short rib is Amazing The ribs are the best. The naengmyeon noodles are so delicious.

I went with eight friends on a Tuesday around 4 PM. It was not crowded at all. We ordered the Silver level AYCE bbq, and there were so many options. Our server was extremely attentive and friendly. Everything was great!

We enjoy coming to bbq brothers, we choose the all you can eat on the grill. It's a freaking amazing experience, the ban chan servings are reasonable and might add delicious. The meat cuts are well marinated and since we just charbroil it's heated on point based on our taste. My husband and I have been sneaking out for date nights to this place. But recently brought our two minions 2-6 yr olds to join us. I can say my 2 yr enjoys the Ban Chan servings the most.

Service was so prompt and courteous. I wish I knew the ladies' names so I can compliment them, but they were all great. I got the Gold tier AYCE menu and the beef was just fantastic. The combination of the good service and excellent meat was worth the price. I'd go again when in town. Parking has a valet, less crowded if you can get to dinner before 7 pm

Food wasn't good at all. Not a good Korean bbq. Everything seemed dirty. Waiters were nice just food wasn't pleasing made me feel sick after.

If you're in LA craving kbbq + naengmyun (korean cold noodles) but don't know where to look since there are 39640582 kbbq joints in ktown, look no further! Brothers BBQ has both AYCE + a la carte options, which both have naengmyun you can order from either. The meat quality is also pretty good for being AYCE and comes with a wide variety of side dishes. They have $3 valet parking which is nice since parking in LA can be a mess. Definitely my new go-to spot if i'm ever in the area craving kbbq!

A part of 6 of us came by for an early lunch, right when they opened upon finishing a Spartan race. We definitely came hungry! This is an all-you-can-eat style which we thoroughly enjoyed the variety of meats. The service is so friendly and quick. The banchan came out fresh at the beginning. The parking lot is a little small but, overall, happy that they even have a lot. I imagine it can get crowded for dinner. The restaurant is pretty big inside. Very clean too. I highly recommend!

THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST KOREAN BBQ I'VE EVER TASTED. I thought their prices were pretty reasonable considering it was an all you can eat restaurant. They have various a-la-carte food options you can choose from the menu to have cooked for you, too. I recommend the steamed eggs! All of the side dishes were absolutely amazing. We were greeted and served by multiple waiters as they were rotating table service among our section. However, one waiter in particular was so sweet, personable and engaging with us, and that was Eddie. We would come back just to have him serve our table all night. Thank you so much!

I came to this place after struggling where to go for our late lunch on Saturday afternoon. We didn't expect much but when the side dishes(Banchan) we were very surprised by the number of dishes which comprised 9 of them, further more, the taste of those was excellent! I'm very pleased.

Awesome service, the food was great as well as the price. Staff watched us and made sure our food was cooked properly.

We did the AYCE and it was definitely worth it. The sides are delicious and the cuts of meat were good portions and high quality. The service was very attentive, and would definitely be back.

First time here. It was so clean and friendly environment. I love that the meat was so fresh and abundant compared to some of the long time korean bbq places. It was a great vibe and a good time enjoying with my wife and mother. I would recommend thisnplace to others and will be definitely coming back again!!!
