Outstanding venue for events. Beautiful architecture and outstanding acoustics and space for Events. Their staff also provide outstanding service.

The David Brower Center is an awesome venue! We hosted about 120 people for a celebration and used the Tamalpais Rooma nd Terrace on a Sunday morning. The spaces are flexible and Tim was a fabulously supportive point of contact as we thought about layout and had many other questions leading up to the event. Additionally, when we arrived on the day of our event, April made sure to check about the seating arrangements, helped us with a cart to get things up to the rooms, helped with a bandaid when somebody fell and just maintained such kindness and support. Ben was equally present and creative as we got ready for the event, which included streaming the event and having guests join by Zoom. Highly recommend the team and spaces at the David Brower Center!

Went there for some seminars day. The upstairs setting is really comfortable. Room is not very big but it can sit around more than fifty people comfortably. Then in the break you can head out to the terrace or stay in the balcony that opens to the ground floor inside. The catering was really tasty, not sure it was provided by the place or independently. Coffee never run out and the staff was always quite and considerate whole changing/providing snacks.

Signage on the first floor bathrooms was revised to ‘all gender’ yet the stalls are still old style with large gaps and one of the rooms has two urinals without any screening. As a woman I find this change terrifying. Please change it back to men’s and women’s. And let’s hope no predatory men claiming to be women enter the women’s room.

We went here for an evening event - really nice presentation theater, zero exhibit space, sculpture. However, the building is in a dark corner of the street at night so it's hard for a pedestrian to know whether there is actually anything open at night, or worth going to peer at.

Just the right size auditorium and very interesting artwork on the walls.

Beautiful venue for large events!

Lived next to here. Pretty easy to pretend you belong to the groups that host events here and get free food and talk to some interesting people. I once had a conversation with an environmental science person who made me feel really depressed about the future of our planet. Pretty sure he flew to Berkeley though, so go figure.
