This place never disappoints. I eat here once a week and the flavor and presentation is always consistent. I recently tried the lobster roll with truffle tots for the first time and absolutely loved it, the best lobster roll I’ve ever had! This place is a must!

March 5th was my third visit to this location and my 1st disappointment as the prior visits were great! On my 3rd visit I tried something different which was crispy cod tacos. When I got home the fish smelled a little loud and looked old. I wasn't angry & immediately went to their website and emailed them directly explaining the issue & the next day called the restaurant. I spoke with a young lady who took my contact info and said that her Area Mgr would be contacting me in 24 to 48 hours. To date I still have not heard back from them. I did not eat the fish, but took pics and placed it in the fridge (and it's still there). All I asked for in my email & call was to refund me the $14.35 for the fish & I would be more than happy to return with the untouched meal! The food is typically pretty good here, but the disregard to my complaint has left me with a bad taste! Bad service trumps good food!

The food was outstanding; the lobster roll and salmon tacos were awesome. But it took forever (15+ minutes) and the lady who took the order was rather rude and unhelpful. She said tilapia is a “man made fish” which is actually patently untrue (there is such a thing as wild tilapia), not to mention condescending.

Pleasantly surprised, this was soooo good! I’ve been looking for a good shrimp salad for months and this hit the spot!! Fresh shrimp, I mean, tasted like they just caught it. I had to write these folks a good review because WOW, very impressed. Price was kind of steep for this but it was the freshest shrimp salad I’ve ever tasted, would absolutely pay the same price for this for the quality food they provide. Dressing - not the lemon, but paid extra for another dressing… it was called “green something”, but was perfect. Service was also amazing!! Everyone was friendly and I loved the environment, going back definitely soon - this may be my weekly treat.

I have been meaning to give this place a try but never think of it till I’m picking up an order next door. First of all the staff has some of the best customer service skills I’ve seen at a fast casual restaurant in ages. I ordered the dinner plate and my husband got the Veggie Box. His portion was not much smaller than mine so I wouldn’t recommend the upgrade except during their golden hours 4-6 when the dinner plate is discounted to $15. My fish was good, my coleslaw was excellent and my veggies were sadly way over salted which was a-shame bc they were otherwise yummy. My kids got all the options and there were no complaints. Actually they were still hungry so we had to order another kids meal and a side of fries. The portion was perfect for my 6 year old, too small for my 8 year old, way too small for my 10 year old. The Perimeter location is tiny, tables inside do not fit 4 people. There is a patio with picnic tables but it’s off a busy road. Maybe a decent spot to let the kids loose. As a family of 5 we found this a little difficult since it was too chilly to sit outside when we were there. Overall I think this is a great option to mix things up. Higher quality protein options for us and the kids (they can’t always eat Mac and cheese when we go out). I would love to see more veggie/ low carb sides added to the menu.

The salmon was cooked perfectly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be back again for lunch .

Tried this place with a friend a few days ago and was so impressed. The food was absolutely amazing - seriously, it was SO good. I will absolutely come back for sure. My order was the dinner plate with grilled salmon, veggie blend, and ancient grains blend; as well as the hush puppies appetizer. The lovely woman who took my order even gave me a free cookie!

I stumbled in here randomly because I was pulling up to a restaurant nearby but decided last minute that fried seafood would be better. For a "fast casual" restaurant, I was sort of blown away by this spot. Ordering was easy and fast and I really enjoyed the whole vibe of the place -- the interior decor was rustic enough to fool me for a second into thinking that I was picking up seafood at a shack in the Outer Banks. I came in well after sunset and the atmosphere was very cozy with dim lighting and wooden booths and tables. i really enjoyed the quiet minutes i was able to sit in the booth reading my book, waiting on the food, smelling the delicious aromas from the open kitchen and listening to the chefs talk quietly amongst themselves. these are the moments that I live for and that lodge into memory forever, to be recalled at a later time with a sense of nostalgia. Most importantly, the seafood was nothing short of spectacular. if you ever have a hankering for FRESH seafood, this is the spot. I had the fish & chips and a half order of fried shrimp -- both tasted fresh and were perfectly battered and fried. the chips were crispy and well seasoned and the assortment of dipping sauces was excellent and all of them tasted homemade. Both the shrimp and fish were served with lemon slices for extra zing and freshness. YUM! A truly lovely experience that reminded me to try something new once in a while. Can't wait to come back soon. edit: the only way I could think to make this spot better is if they would add fried clams to the menu! just a suggestion! :)
