We waited over an hour for out orders, and it wasn't busy. They were out if wings, so i got tenders which were good (they looked dark but were otherwise so very well fried) juicy and fresh! My salad was great (blueberry and spinach) and my fries were hot and fresh. I'd like to go back. Our server was very pleasant and helpful. Management should adopt a system of communicating and setting expectations for wait times. At least 3 parties left the restaurant with negative impressions of BCBC.

We had a great experience on our first visit starting with walking into BCBC and being greeted by the bartender with ‘Welcome Friends’! We arrived shortly after they opened at 11:00 on a Thursday for brunch! I had the burger of the week, a smash burger served inside 2 waffles along with a fried egg, bacon & cheese! So yummy with syrup for dipping! Hubs had the unholy hen sandwich, it’s the hot version of their holy hen sandwich, he likes heat & spice with his food so perfect for him! We recommend you pay the $1 extra for the onion rings and sweet potato fries, so delish! I enjoyed a blueberry lemon drop martini and hubs had a beer, the martini was flavorful, light & refreshing. We received great service from Anneka whom was knowledgeable and gave good recommendations! We’ll be back!

My first impression of this place is that the atmosphere and decor is pretty good. However, we had to fight flies that would circle our food during our time eating (we were eating indoors). I got the sticky fingers burger with two smashed patties. Usually smash burgers have thinner crispy edges, but my burger didn’t, it was just regular thinner patties. They forgot the habanero sauce on the burger too…and without the sauce, the burger was a little bland. The beer cheese mac and cheese was worth the extra cost to upgrade, highly recommend to try it. The service overall wasn’t very great either. We waited and felt ignored for most of our dining experience. We waited well over 20 minutes to get our check, and no one came by to refill our drinks. On a good note, the bathrooms were clean. Overall, I don’t think we will be coming back to this place :/

Been there a few times now, nice place. Breakfast on a Saturday is pretty slammed, so service was a bit slow, but understandable. Lunch and dinner was. great. Sat out front on the new King's Way dining area, watched a singer perform, great service, even with all the activity downtown. Had a monsters BBQ sandwich that was absolutely killer.

The food was amazing! The only thing that was a miss for me was the mac and cheese, it needed more flavor in my opinion. But the spicy burger was fantastic! Great texture and flavor. I got a summer slushie alcoholic beverage and it was delicious as well. My friends waffle fries were on point, too, so I'll be getting those instead of the mac next time. We got the brownie for dessert and it was literally the best brownie dessert I've ever tasted. A crunch on the outside and so soft and gooey on the inside. I've been thinking about that brownie for a whole week after I went there! I also tried an orange soda float which was so good, too! Our hostess was a sweetheart and server was as well. I'll definitely be coming back for more soon!

Come for the name, stay for AMAZING FOOD!!!! Seriously some of the best burgers we have had, ever! They were all beautifully cooked, full of flavor...we ate every bite! The chicken and waffles...holy moly! The candied pecans and bacon was a delicious addition to the dish. Staff was SO nice! Portions were big. Atmosphere was very comfortable. We will totally be back!!!

Finally was able to try Brown Chicken Brown Cow and I wasn’t disappointed! I ordered the Aristocrats burger with the beer mac and cheese and it was all phenomenal. The burger was cooked exactly medium and the toppings were super fresh. The mac and cheese was creamy, rich and perfectly toasted on top. They have a wide selection of beer and other alcoholic drinks. The service was fast and super friendly. The inside was clean, while the atmosphere matched with the buildings location. The music was a nice touch as well. I’ll for sure be coming back!

Located in downtown Hampton, this restaurant serves organic, free range dishes. Service was friendly and the ambiance is rustic inside. Outdoor seating is available. Unfortunately this place just closed permanently 2 days after we visited it.

Came on a Wednesday while in town for work. I had the bbq platter, with brisket via our waitress' suggestion, and Mac and cheese. My companion had a burger and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was outstanding--creaming, toasty, cooked in its own skillet. The brisket sadly was dry but had decent flavor, though way too much pepper. My companion enjoyed their burger. Service was excellent, so bonus for that! We also enjoyed the shaded patio out back.

I ordered a burger with fries and my husband ordered smoked brisket. The sauce on my burger is what made it special but overall it wasn't much to write home about. The patties weren't actually smash style patties, they should've been thinner and had a little crisp on them. The bun should've been warmed as well. My fries were good but none of my food was hot enough. The platter or was served on was cute but considering they don't skimp on the portion size, the platter was too small. We were able to be seated immediately on a Thursday afternoon. The staff seemed friendly and our waitress was pretty attentive. Parking wasn't too great because of construction. There are interesting drinks on the menu and they seem to have a decent happy hour menu. The restaurant is near the state probation office so you may see some odd behavior in the neighborhood.

What a great find. I sampled the chili which was great, and had a burger with waffle fries which was excellent. Service and food couldn't have been better. Very friendly atmosphere, clean, inviting, good beer selection and large outdoor seating section. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.

The food was okay. I had the Chicken and Waffles along with a few drinks from the tap. The service was really slow. It appeared as though they were short staffed which was unfortunate for a Saturday night. I ended up waiting an hour for my food to come out. The ambiance was casual and homey, which makes it good for families. I had high hopes for this restaurant since it was recommend by a friend. Just from my experience, I won't be able to recommend this place. Maybe I'll give it one more try in the future.

Food was good. Everyone except one in our party got some type of burger. The tacos looked and tasted amazing. I enjoyed my lettuce wrapped burgers.

Great food and drink in a downtown place which reminds you of your favorite college pub. We had the Curly Bill - a ton of pulled pork, well seasoned with just enough smoke; great pickle; great crispy onions, on a fluffy onion poppy Kaiser - excellent! My daughter had the Smoking Cobb salad with pulled pork - lots of fresh greens / veggies. Huge. Service was amazing. Our waitress (Krystal) handled the entire dining area and the bar, along with mixing the drinks, on what was a pretty busy Saturday lunch service - well done! Ample parking down the street in muni lot. Very short drive from the Aquatic Center or the Colosseum.

We had a pleasant time at this restaurant. The server was attentive and friendly. The food came pretty quick and everything was delicious. We will definitely go back.

Quaint little burger, joint near the site of the old Hampton Bay Days block parties. Creative and very tasty burgers and the waffle fries with cheese sauce is *chef's kiss*. Get the honey butter rolls--they're amazing. Interesting and unique looking craft cocktails are on the menu if you are in the mood for adult libations.

Visited BCBC while in Hampton after walking at Fort Monroe Beach. When we entered, we were greeted immediately and the host did tell us that even though they weren't super busy, dishes were taking longer than hed like to get out. Definitely appreciated the transparency. We decided to stay. We sat out back on their patio, and it's a nice vibe with colored lighting and good music. While I do not remember our waitress name, I do remember her saying she was new, and it was only her 2nd night working on her own. Had she not said anything, I never would have been able to tell. She was great! Very attentive, nice, and just down to earth. Our entrees didn't take too long to come out at all! I had the brisket sandwich and slaw and sweet potato fries along with some bake wings. The sandwich is called the outlaw, and it's newer to the menu. It's a helluva sandwich! I couldn't even finish it all. The sweet potato fries were good as well but the slaw, I did not like. It is NOT your traditional coleslaw. I believe it's made with kale. The wings were very good - they reminded me of the smoked wings at Smokey bones but better. All in all, it was a nice night out with really great food and service. We will definitely visit again!

The fine here is really nice. It's a cute spot in downtown Hampton. We typically go during warmer weather and sit outside. Their tenders are fresh and burgers. The burgers are actually sizable so I typically share. We haven't had bad service here, a little slow the last time we visited but it wasn't a problem we enjoyed the weather outside.

Amazing food and great beer selection. Venue is super cool and walking distance to a lot of places. Unfortunately service does not keep up with the rest of the venue. Especially for the price of food and alcohol. Waited way too long for first and second drinks for a place that charges so much

I've never been in downtown Hampton. It was a little later in the evening just 3 days before Christmas. We were lucky enough to snag a parking spot close by, however, I must note that they have the main street under construction so it's closed off. They were not completely busy, but since I only saw 1 server and 1 bartender, they had their work cut out for them. We were seated immediately. We did have to wait a while, but understandably so. The restaurant is a bit divey. It's dark wood makes it hard for good lighting. However, very clean. I opted for the Brothers Grimm burger with onion rings. This was delicious. It was smothered with beer cheese and fried onions. Hubby ordered the aristocrat burger with mac and cheese. Our son ordered the cheeseburger and waffle fries off the kids menu. Everything was great. The only thing I would suggest would be to put the entree on larger pans. I love the idea of metal trays instead of plates, however, a larger tray is needed. There was no room for me to put ketchup on the tray. Other than that, good food, great service even though they were short staff.

In town for work-a group of us decided to try Brown Chicken Brown Cow. The service, food and atmosphere were all wonderful. Ordered the aristocracts burger with a gluten free bun. It was delicious!

I usually get food to go... it's fine, but they really need to rethink their prices. Don't waste your money on the sides or appetizers.

I want to start with the food, the food was amazing!! I can't take that away from this place. If our waitress wasn't so horrible it would have received more stars. However, the dining experience was the worst I've ever experienced in my life by far. Which ruined the whole experience unfortunately. The waitress was rude, condescending, and flat out hateful to our entire table. There were so many rude comments made that I can't list them all. Our grandmother who was simply asking questions about the menu was literally treated like she was asking the dumbest questions this waitress had ever heard. After we got the feeling she was overwhelmed we gave her the benefit of the doubt, but then She completely ignored our table for the remainder of our dinner. At one point, when someone simply asked a question pertaining to their meal coming out, she said "I've been doing this since I was 17 I think I know what I'm doing" which you would think after doing service work for that long you would understand basic customer service and human decency. The icing on the cake for us was while receiving our bill my father-in-law stated that he understands she was busy and thank you for everything. She looked us dead in the face and said "I haven't been busy at all, but thanks anyway" letting us know that she was ignoring us and being rude just because that was her character.. She wasn't busy, Just too busy to refill or drinks, bring our beer after being asked 3 times, or to have just an overall good attitude to patrons paying money to eat at this restaurant. We eventually asked another waiter for water and our beer and he was amazing and apologetic to us. (Which shows this is a reoccurring thing). She on the other hand was the most abrasive and rude waitress I have ever met. If you eat here or have eaten here. You'll know exactly who I'm talking about immediately if she's your waitresses. Sad that a place with such fantastic food allows their employees to treat patrons that way. There are countless other spots in that area that value paying customers, I recommend going there for better service. Or just order your food from here to go so you don't have to be treated like you are doing something wrong while trying to enjoy a meal and then be expected to tip them afterwards.

Super upset about making this review. Looking at previous reviews and their menu I thought this was a no brainer 5 star ... unfortunately due to the service, I was incorrect. We showed up and were seated right away- off to a great start. Unfortunately that is where the great service ended. It took awhile for someone to come take our drink orders.... Then another 20 minutes or so to even get the beer we had ordered. They finally came to drop off the beer and we clearly had enough time to look at the menu, so we ordered... and then waited... and waited... and waited -- 45 minutes !!!! During that time, our drink glasses were empty and we were never spoken to, except for the time that they accidentally tried to deliver our neighboring table's food to us instead. One waitress even went around our table to go to the neighboring table to ask if they needed anything, looked at our table with the drinks clearly empty and walked right around us without saying a thing. We had ordered wings, a pulled pork sandwich and a burger. All were good, not great. My burger was good with goat cheese, yum! The pulled pork sandwich was a large size with a large order of fries. The wings were supposed to be buffalo lemon pepper, but they were definitely not any buffalo and all (even too much) lemon pepper. The Mac and cheese side was a no go for me, one note and not any seasoning other than beer cheese. They had a bunch of people "working" but seemed like no one was actually doing anything. One girl was sitting in a booth playing on her phone, two others were huddled around her. Two bar tender/waitresses were doing everything. While we were there, only three other tables were full and a handful of people at the bar - the service should not have been THAT bad! Food - 3 Service -0

So this gem was fabulous. The place looked up to date and the wait staff was amazing fun. Drinks were creative, fun, and on point. Recommend the creamsicle and Cinnamon Toast Crunch (with real bits of cereal). The apportions entrees have good portions and were tasty. The burgers were creative, such as the Grim Burger. The chicken tenders were delicious and fried pickles good but a little salty. Appetizers were big enough to share but you can fill up on them. They have an outside space to eat and is near the college. Overall- great stuff and reasonable in price.

Sep 3 Wasnt anything special. And for the price I expected it to be. Especially in the hip down town area of Hampton, lol. Next door had live music outside on the patio at Marker 20. Worst part of making this review is I used to recommend them to everyone, Cause everyone told me how good they were. now that ive had a chance to go, not again. I rank my decisions to eat somewhere again as: 1 star - if someone else buys it I won't eat it, I would rather go hungry. 2 star - if I'm hungry, no other options are open and someone buys it - I would consider eating it 3 star - I'm ok with eating it as long as someone else pays 4 star - I will eat again and pay for it and be a semi-regular customer 5 star - I will travel for good food and pay good money and be back on a regular basis and maybe even pay for yours just so we can go

Mid at best. The restaurant is dirty and could use a deep cleaning. The food isn't all it's hyped up to be. I ordered the Slammin' Salmon and it wasn't very tasty. It was lukewarm and the flavors just didn't mesh. In hindsight I wish we'd gone anywhere else for dinner as I left hungry. On the plus side, the staff was friendly.

I hope that this was just an off-day when I visited Brown Chicken Brown Cow on Saturday, 4/22/23. This was an inaugural visit for a friend and myself - she lives in Williamsburg and we decided to meet (somewhat) halfway. I suggested BCBC and was excited to catch up while checking out a place I've heard good things about. BCBC isn't the biggest spot, but they had a decent amount of guests already dining when I arrived. I was seated immediately and looked over the menu while Adin was caught up in traffic. BCBC's interior is composed of a lot of wood and brick. It has a pub feel to it, which I liked. It was cozy and chill. Moustapha was our server, although he never gave us his name. In addition, his presence was minimal - whenever we needed something he never seemed to be on the floor. From what I could tell, he was the only server on the clock. There was a bartender who was also serving, but she was running laps around Moustapha. As things got busier, a man who appeared to be the manager-on-duty was working as a food-runner. Moustapha was quiet but nice, but it seemed like he was in the back more than on the floor. Plus, his awareness wasn't sharp - he'd walk to and fro without looking up. I don't know if that was intentional, but we had a tough time flagging him down as yelling, "Hey! You!" wasn't going to work. My biggest issue with BCBC is the food - I came away unimpressed. When you include 'chicken' in your restaurant's name, that will be the first thing I order during my inaugural visit as I expect it to be amazing. Words like 'pickle-brined' and 'buttermilk' look good on paper - but the brine did nothing to enhance the chicken and its flavor profile. All it seemed to provide was dark skin - it was dark enough to appear overcooked. It wasn't overcooked, if you're wondering, but the skin wasn't crispy. In addition, the chicken platter I had was supposed to come with a choice of dipping sauce. I didn't receive any sauce, Moustapha never asked me and I didn't read the entire menu description. That's partially on me, but Moustapha could've brought that up. Oh well. Adin & I split an appetizer - the hot pretzels. We enjoyed them but there was nothing spectacular about them. They were served as pretzel sticks - I expected them to be served in the traditional pretzel shape while hanging from a small hook. The presentation isn't a pressing issue, so overall BCBC's pretzel was fine. Adin had a burger and told me it was pretty good. So, points awarded there. I bought a second chicken platter for my mom to take home to her, but she opted for coleslaw (I had the steak fries). Mom came away just as unimpressed with the chicken, too, and added that the coleslaw was, "the worst coleslaw I've ever had." Mom's not a slaw expert, but that's as damning a statement as I've ever heard. Again, maybe Brown Chicken Brown Cow was off their game this day. I'll give them another chance down the line, but for now I'll stick with fried chicken places closer to home. JV

I've wanted to eat here for two years. The burgers were very good, but the fries & onion rings weren't hot. Our waitress must have been new and not experienced or well-trained. When she took our drink orders she didn't know what Chardonnay was. Ten or 15 minutes after I ordered it, the bartender came to the table to ask what I ordered. The server couldn't remember or couldn't repeat the unfamiliar word. Because of the delay, our food order wasn't turned in and we had to remind them. It was a Sunday night and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. It was a half hour drive for us and sadly, not worth coming back.

Everything went well nice service from my pov, only thing that's off were the restrooms. The food was amazing and tasted fantastic, i would definitely recommend as a go to spot. The vibe was kinda cool if you're looking for peace and quiet I wouldn't recommend.

This is such a good atmosphere for families and even small get togethers! The service is so amazing - they closed the patio but allowed us to eat outside since we had our dog with us. They even brought out a bowl of water and some treats for my dog! Their burgers are so juicy and full of flavor and their fries are perfectly crispy on the outside. Their beer selection is top notch as well

We had the chicken and waffle platter, mac and beer cheese, the banana cream pie martini, and the chardonnay. Everything was good! We dropped in on a Saturday night at 9:15 AM and were seated right away. The staff were friendly and served us quickly. I'd come back if visiting Hampton again.

I had some high expectations for this place. It was recommended by some of our friends. I had the loaded waffle fries as an appetizer to share. It was sad. The cheese was cheap and with a grainy texture, I would be willing to bet it is probably melted block cheese from Sam's, not even Costco but Sam's. The beer selection was good. We had the fried tomatoes as another appetizer to share. They were delicious !! I had a burger and for some odd reason I wanted a salad, the description just made it sound yummy... it was an avocado salad but when it was served had no avocado, guess they forgot. The burger was... ok. The service was lacking as well, it was just the four of us and a couple by the bar but still the attention was not there and just felt rushed at every interaction. The place is well decorated with some art for the beer they served and other various art. I would give it another chance and probably bring some friends along.

We had a couples date night at Brown Chicken Brown Cow and it was the spot to be. Great ambiance, delicious food and friendly service. For appetizers we got the loaded fries and green fried tomatoes. The fries weren't my favorite because it was just too much cheese for my liking but the green fried tomatoes...perfection. For my main dish I ordered the Mother Clucker and a side of Mac and beer cheese. We all enjoyed our meals and would return again.

Food was fast, hot and delicious. Restaurant was clean and welcoming. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Staff was on point and attractive to my needs.

Sunday brunch was delicious! My husband and I enjoyed dining outside where they have spacious seating area outside with umbrellas. I ordered the avocado toast with scrambled eggs and loaded hash browns. They're loaded because they're topped with beer cheese and bacon. So yummy! My beverage? The Re-Tox. It's a mix of vodka, champagne, and a few juices and it's so good. It was like a Caribbean sunrise in a glass. The avocado toast is ample and could definitely be shared. Hubs has the chicken and waffles and his plate was empty when he finished. He also had the same a hash-browns as I did. The menu is fun and it seems that it's a very popular place to dine. The tables began to fill outside with both couples, families, and friends. Our server was on point and working hard to keep her tables fed and watered. She was just as fun as the atmosphere and menu, making her tables laugh and keeping the busy atmosphere really warm, welcoming, and lighthearted. She really made the experience even more enjoyable. We can't wait to visit again. 10/10 I definitely recommend!

we are at the location in Hampton, VA. be aware that although the wait staff is amazing , the owners will not substitute any part of their special burger (except for the protein) even of you have a sensitive palate or food allergies. you will have to order their build your own burger for a higher cost. that's total penny pinchin.

Didn't see too many restaurants with at least 4 stars reviews in Hampton (Yelp or Google). I was drawn by the unique name. Trendy, kinda hipster vibe downtown. Service was on point. Music a bit loud which I didn't mind but for other patrons who is particular about this FYI. Opted for a burger instead of brunch. Burger wasn't made to order nor fit the bun. Grass fed, fairly local beef (North Carolina). I got the wild whisky trip burger for the bourbon bacon jam that I could barely taste cuz the Gorgonzola cheese was so over powering. Besides being overcooked (since I asked for medium) it was a good burger. The sweet potato fries saved the day! You pay a lil extra for a premium side but they were crispy and delicious!

The single star is for the collards. They're amazing. The only patronizing I'd give this place again is a take out order of those. I almost don't want to waste energy here. The burgers are nowhere close in value to the price. Stingy, near non-existent toppings. Kid's burger was disgustingly overpriced. I ordered a BYO with chicken cake (like a crab cake), micro greens and sauteed mushrooms. I got like 5 greens and no mushrooms. When I asked, I got a small ramekin of warmed shrooms straight from a can. Dad's burger had hardly any sauce so he asked for extra. They charged us for it. We had to get up TWICE to get our server off her phone to ask for missing ingredients and the checks. When bussing our table, she reached over top of him and dumped a dirty plate down his back. Consistently called us "darlings" and my daughter "baby" which I hate with a passion. Will not waste another breath.

This place was super fresh and delicious. Just one block from the air and space center, it's beyond convenient to grab a quick bite or brew. The menu had stuff for the carnivores, vegetarians and kiddos. We really enjoyed the restaurant. It had a really chill vibe and the staff was the friendliest I've ever been around. Our waitress was cracking jokes with everyone and it kept it really lighthearted. There's inside and outside seating. It's definitely a spot to hit if you're in the area.

Unfortunately, a disappointing experience due to the customer service by Teddy, the bartender; he was short tempered, unfriendly, unaccommodating, defensive, and uninterested in being there. He was very slow to take my order, and check on me - I had to wait multiple times and had to call the other waitstaff multiple times to get him; I saw him sitting down in the corner, back against me, and facing away from everyone while "working". He seemed checked out. When my order came and it was incorrect (because he rushed in taking/writing my order), he tried to justify it, and insinuate it was my fault. I understand with the holidays businesses sometimes are short-staffed and or employees are forced to work back-to-back shifts, etc. causing slip ups with orders, but I'm taking this into account. I should note that the manager and host, Crystal and Cody were both friendly, kind, apologetic, and seemingly good people, but unfortunately, the very poor service from Teddy tainted my experience and was non-salvageable with "free drinks". There's no excuse to being made to feel uncomfortable and not wanting to be there after such service. I strongly suggest to the owner and manager to either teach better customer service to the gentlemen or find a feasible replacement. Cody is a excellent host and more of his type energy should be expected from other employees.

Food was yummy. The service was great. One waitress serving about 6 tables and she was on top of it. The bar area was cute and it looks like lots of tap options. The burgers ranged from 17-20$. I probably wouldn't go with the mouth of the south again bc it was too cheesy for me. They have smash burger and regular burger options. A close walk to the air and space museum!

I am usually a great tipper even if the food isn't that great but this place was really bad. We ordered a drink that needed milk and after 20 min the waitress returned saying they ran out of milk (on a Friday evening at 5ish .... Really????- why not just send someone to the store), if that's where it would have ended I would have given a 3 star. But nope that's not where it ended. We sat and sat and sat and then 20 more min past we got to order our food (they were at around 50% capacity) so we order food and to include a new alcohol drinks. The drinks came out the tea was soured and the alcoholic drink was horrible (who ever was working the bar 6/21/24 needs to be fired because the drinks were so far off base they were not even drinkable). The food comes after now being there over an hour and it's dry and barely edible. We left a $8 tip and really that was way too much. If the owner cares we are outside the second table in from the left we were there 4:30ish till almost 6pm on 6/21/2024. Your staff is very slow, did not come out and check on us often, showed very little interest in her job, the bartender needs training, when using the bathroom the kitchen is in view and the kitchen was like a college party (wish I would have saw the kitchen before I ate). All and all sure this place "could" do good but the way I saw it if I was the owner I would terminate lots of my staff and start over! Good luck

Waited well over an hour for our food. They never came to refill our drinks. My burger was cold and the fries were stale. When I tried to address this to the staff they just disappeared. They weren't even busy just decided they didn't want help anyone.

It took almost 20 mins to be waited in after we were sat. Mind you this place was not busy at all. They kept saying "one minute" and it ended up being 10 mins. We almost walked out three times!! In fact in the time we were there, two people did walk out! The waitresses also were cussing up a storm during our visit. I wouldn't go again.

This is a good solid place. Southern flavors and lots fatty and fried stuff to choose from. Service was solid. Ambience was a low key pub like feel. It was a good place to try.

Had the upmost pleasure of visiting this wonderful establishment for lunch while on a workcation here in Hampton! The ambience was phenomenal and the service was superlative! I was able to try the Mac & Cheese topped with Brisket. Incomparable! The side of criss-cut fries were amazing as well! I had the displeasure of forgetting my coffee cup behind while I was there but one of there amazing staff members, Camille, saved it for me and I was able to stop by the next day after work and pick it up! Food and drinks were great! Had a few issues due to a miscommunication in the kitchen but special shoutout to our waitress Shay for fixing it! She was fantastic! Super friendly, attentive without being overbearing. She really made the experience feel personal. Definitely coming back!

If doing take out, check order before leaving establishment, the ambience was ok , the food was ok even though I received the wrong order, service was decent. My only concern is that the order was incorrect

Waited a long time to be served. Waitress was young and immature and had no idea is customer service. Ordered two burger and sweet potatoe fries and onion rings. Burgers were just okay. Fries and onion rings were cold. Tried to order dessert but was told that the kitchen was closed at 9pm on a Sunday. Menu states they were open until 10pm.

This is my second review because I had different company that has not been here and I ordered something different than last time. We sat outside and the weather was perfect. The drinks were tasty, the Pink Drink and Bourbon lemonade. My friend had the BYOB ( build your own burger ) and I had the Mother Clucker. Both were very delicious and the waffle fries are the best I've ever had, not to mention the house ranch is mouth watering. Our waitress , despite being super busy, was sweet and attentive. Can't wait to try more items on the menu!

Went back and changing my review to two stars. The food just isn't that great. The steak fries are good but that's it. My burger was bland and the bun was dry. The meatloaf resembled prison protein loaf. It's a nice atmosphere the bar has good variety, just wasn't wowed. My husband ordered fried chicken it was so over cooked it looked burnt. Even the bottom of the roll was burnt. Big sigh...

Yummy! Stopped by for an early Saturday dinner and had delicious food and service! I had build your own burger and kept it pretty plain Jane with the basic topping (lettuce,tomato, red onion, pickles, American cheese, ketchup and Mayo) and for my extra toppings I got the crispy onion straws! It made for a very tasty burger. Good quality meat and bun. For my side I got the waffle fries and they were nice and crispy. I also tried the Mac and cheese-very good! Would order again! I wasn't a fan of the baked beans but my hubs enjoyed them. I think it was the spice/flavor of them. Just not my cup of tea. My hubs got a burger special of the day which was a Philly cheesesteak burger. It had the essence of a Philly cheesesteak on top of a burger patty. So the hubs loved it bc he loves all the meats! Food was delicious and service was good, so we will be back!

Cute little restaurant in a cool area of town, can get kind of crowded on certain days. The food is pretty good! Certain days they do drag shows as well

The French dip was good. We also got the clucker but I didn't care for that. The queso and chips were delicious!

Very diff from all the usual spots in the area. The menu has food that is not common, and everything I've had was good. Salmon sliders yes, sweet heat wings yes, motherclucker yes, brisket tacos YES, half off tequila on taco Tuesdays YES YES YES. The service and vibe is always a little off, so I usually just go to the bar.
