The pros:
There is a sweet, brisk bbq aroma surrounding the location, and I searched for about two weeks, trying to narrow down the source of the smell. Upon opening the doors to the establishment, I realized I had found the source. Walking in, you can see steaks of all cuts being cooked. The bread could've been sweeter. It had a soft feel, but it lacked sweetness. I had a Caesar salad it was very dry, and the dressing was minimal at best. I asked the waitress, who brought my salmon out, if she could bring me back more dressing for salad. She agreed, an acknowledgment that made me think she would return. Five minutes later, I started eating my salmon and yam, and it was succulent, well seasoned. The yam was perfect. The bartender was accommodating. She re-filled my water 1×. Would I return? I think if I were in the vicinity of the neighboring Aldi and the aroma hit I would have to make an on spot decision, but given the lack of dressing I wouldn't order the salad or anything that would require additional items because I feel it would never come and I would be left unattended. Rachelle, you made me feel at home (thank you for treating me like family and not just another customer).
