Brown Derby Wood Fired Steakhouse Middleburg Heights

First time to this restaurant and we fell in love with it. T-bone steak is so goooddd, very tender😋. Their fries are crunchy. Half of the ribs are well-seasoned with BBQ sauce glazed over and so tender. My partner loves BBQ sauce so he likes this a lot. Sweet potato is so yummy😋😋 Replenished salad bowl is huge, fresh, and crunchy! Wings are okay 2.75/5, nothing special, just deep fried wings. We don’t recommend this wings dish. Total is ~60$ (not including tips yet), worth the price with huge portions. We’ll be definitely coming back whenever we’re craving for steak! ❤️Keep doing amazing work and your music vibe 🎶 matches us a lot!

Hadn't been to a Brown Derby in 30 years, so we stopped in for nostalgic reasons. The food was... okay. I had a sirloin steak (which was cooked like ordered), side salad and my wife had a dinner salad. Came with rolls. Menu had some nice options, interior of the restaurant looked a bit tired. It was all okay. Nothing exceptional, nothing bad.

Absolutely love Brown Derby! From the salads, rolls, appetizers to the burgers, steak and pork chops it does not disappoint!! Great service. Staff is always friendly and food is served fresh and fast.

We had a party of 18 for my nieces’ birthdays. We had reservations, but there was another party about the same size as us already seated. Our servers were Toni and Mika (not sure of spelling). They went above and beyond. They never broke character as servers and were so personable. I can honestly say that it was the BEST meal we have had in a long time. They deserve recognition and compensation for their awesome work! Thanks ladies for making our celebration extra special.

Food was excellent . Owner/manager is a man of integrity and honor. Restaurant was packed with customers, a testament to their greatness. Noise level with a full restaurant was my only complaint, but not surprising considering. Recommended to take the time to visit this establishment.

Went there twice this holiday season, will be going back very soon! Everything was delicious. My husband's steak was a perfect medium rare, he was very happy! My ribs were great! Staff was so friendly and efficient. I highly recommend you save room for dessert! I love the crème brŭlée!

The last time I stepped foot in a Brown Derby was the early 1980's....so when visiting family for the Holidays, on a whim we decided to have dinner at the Middleburg Heights location. I was not sure what to expect...things have changed since the 80s and I was not feeling optimistic, but we were delighted by what we found! The restaurant was busy, but we were seated at a comfortable booth within a minute, and we met your server Lynn P. Lynn was very upbeat, super friendly and offered menu suggestions. We got drinks within minutes and were served a very large salad to share which was fresh and tasty....as well as a basket of fresh, hot dinner rolls. Lynn was back after a short wait with our steak and salmon dishes....all of which were perfectly prepared. Lynn continued to check in on us during our meal, refilling our drinks with a smile and some up-beat banter. The food and atmosphere made for a great experience, but Lynn was the icing on the cake! We will definitely be back to the Brown Derby on our next visit!

Stopped here on Monday, February 28, 2026 after being at the Cleveland Auto Show all day with my father for our annual Father Son Auto Show day. We had server Mikaila N. Haven't been in a Brown Derby since the late 90's. Our server was very cordial and checked on us regularly. The steak was perfect and on point. Mushrooms and onions on top of the steaks, loaded potatoes and salad. This was our first time ever being at this Brown Derby and everything was perfect. We got the Monday T-Bone steak deals. Beyond full and happy. Belly full and headed back to the Canton area. Thanks Brown Derby for the hospitality and great food!!
