Wow! Who knew there was such fine Michelin Star quality food in Southgate? I can tell you this is high-quality meals and beer at a reasonable price. The place has a fantastic energy and the multi-star chef comes out to socialize with the guests. When he does you learn more about the importance of ingredients, preparation, and having a great team in the kitchen supporting you. I cannot recommend this establishment enough.

On the spot review - Had an incredible experience at this brewery! I came in looking for something refreshing and was blown away by their Mexican lager called Quero Maze-it’s honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Super crisp, clean, and perfectly balanced with just a hint of malty sweetness and a dry finish that kept me coming back for more. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, happy to talk about the brewing process and recommend food pairings. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a great spot to hang out with friends or catch a game. If you’re a fan of lagers or just looking for a top-notch craft beer, don’t miss this place. Highly recommend!

This place is wonderful! Not only are the beer selections great (try the flights!) but we were lucky enough to host a wedding rehearsal here about a year ago and we had the best time. The food was delicious and the staff was stellar! On a regular night you can find whatever sportsketball game on the television and plenty of space to gather with friends.

Great Brewery, Awsome Staff but most of all Delicious Food!. Went on a Friday, walk in, came out to be Vinyl Night. Awsome DJ playing Old School Beats. Every Night is a Different type of Vibe. Went for a Drink and a Bite after work, Worth It!!!! Will be going back.

First time stopping by the servers were really nice recommended some awesome choices on beer. We also ordered wings but they was nothing special about them hopefully the other food items are good. The super sayajin and the doradita were great and delicious

I’ve been to at least a hundred breweries and I can say with certainty it is rare to find a brewery where both the food and the beer are top notch like they are here at Brown Soul Brewing Co. The Quiero Maiz and Good Intentions lager were both 11/10 and my girlfriend and I are convinced that this is the best fish taco in LA county (yes, it’s seriously that good). We can’t wait to come back and try out more of the menu (both beers and food 🤤)!

Great local spot! The beer is really good and I'll state what others say about the staff! Soooo friendly and knowledgeable! I can't wait to return and try the food which I hear is also great!! Thanks to everyone on staff today!! I'd name them but didn't get permission first! I had the Oveja Negra and want to try everything!!😁 I'll definitely back! They know their beers and food like no one else! 🍻 Now, let me talk about the food – I started with their fish taco, and folks, it's nothing short of a flavor explosion! I'm not exaggerating when I say it's one of the best fish tacos I've ever had, and the portion size? Super generous! 🌮 Next up, the beet tostadas, which were an absolute delight. The freshness and creativity in this dish were truly impressive! 🌱 And then came the ribeye taco with frijolitos – I was floored! The taste was beyond my expectations. 😋 Now, let's talk about the overall experience. The aesthetics of this place are top-notch, and the attention to detail is remarkable.
