We went to Brü Daddy's before a hockey game one night, we were looking for a new place to try and settled on this place. The food was mostly good but the service was spotty.
I really enjoyed the decor of this location, I think it is one of the best looking restaurants in downtown Allentown. I especially like the mix of indoor and outdoor seating.
For food, we got the buffalo chicken pizza, the Cape May, Pizza, and the Korean K-pop egg rolls. The Buffalo chicken pizza was very good, but be warned it is the spiciest Buffalo chicken pizza I have ever had. I enjoy spicy food, so it was not too bad for me, But if you're not used to a lot of heat, I would avoid that pizza. the Cape May pizza was fine, but there was a little bit too much garlic on there for our liking. I was told the star of the show was the eggrolls, but after eating the pizza, I may have lost some taste due to the heat from the pizza.
My biggest problem here was the service, most of the waitresses and waiters seem to just wander about of no clear sense of purpose. For some reason we got our appetizer after we got our main course. When it came time to pay, it was hard to find our server to pay. However, that could've just been because of being busy for the hockey game so I give them a slight pass for that.
Overall a really good restaurant to go to when you're in the downtown Allentown region, we look forward to having the egg rolls again.
