BRU Paris

Bru is a must-visit. Sat at the counter, watching the Chef and her team in action, I was blown away. The food is fresh, creative, precise, and packed with bold flavors. It’s that perfect balance of tradition and modernity, executed with confidence and finesse. Every bite tells a story. A big moment of new cuisine in Paris—refined yet effortless. Can’t wait to go back.

Lovely place! I first came here for lunch with my kids, and right off the bat, the atmosphere was welcoming and super relaxed. The staff made us feel right at home – they were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. I loved it so much that I came back a week later for dinner with my husband, and it was just as good. The place has a warm, cozy atmosphere, and the menu changes often enough that I wish I lived closer to try it more regularly. Definitely recommend !!

As soon as you enter here, you find yourself in an incredible atmosphere. The light aroma of herbs whets your appetite. The dish was prepared quickly. It was incredibly delicious. Thank you very much. I wish you prosperity.

Cute atmosphere, we sat pleasantly at the window seats. The food is not bad, although not exceptional. The service is friendly but needs some quality improvement - no one checked on us after we've had our plates and it took us a while to attract someone's attention to get us the bill, and then another 10-15 minutes from the moment we got the bill to them coming by again to have us pay. A bit more attention would have been appreciated.

We tried the lentil soup and the Tomme as entrées. Then, the pork and the curry and finally, the ganache. I can’t say which one was my favorite because they were all delicious.

We had a great time. The food is extremely original and super tasty, you can taste all all the ingredients! Warmly recommend, will definitely come back.

We made a reservation on Friday at 19:00. Schedule on the door clearly said 19:00-22:00. Restaurant didn’t open on time. We waited until 19:20, and left. Personnel inside seen us but never came out to let us know that they are running late or acknowledged us in any other way. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Beautiful restaurant with original dishes and great service. I'm still dreaming of that manioc sauce/cream/purée and the coconut cake. Don't take them off the menu! 🙏
