Okay, let me tell you, everything at Bru-sket-ta was just PERFECT from the bread right down to dessert! I went with my family for Mother's Day dinner and absolutely loved it. We ordered the caprese salad (seriously the freshest I've ever had in my life!), the soup of the day which was homemade and so delicious, the eggplant parmigiana, fettuccini Alfredo, and fettuccini bolognese. Everything tasted super fresh and like it was made right when we ordered it. And to top it all off, the desserts were incredible! We had the chocolate mousse cake and a deconstructed profiterole that were both just amazing. The service was also spectacular. A big thank you to Pat for his recommendations and for taking such great care of us. I 1000% recommend this restaurant!

Delicious! Such a cozy and welcoming spot. From the moment we walked in the door and the host greeted us, we felt at home. We started with an app (calamari) which was crisp and light and tasty then moved on to pasta (bolognese for me, veal ravioli for my fiance) accompanied by a nice cabernet and we left with full bellies and happy hearts, planning to come back again soon! A lovely find for our weekend staycation.

It was our first time here, and we had a really nice experience. Home environment it was how we felt. Food was very delicious, definitely homemade taste. Service was excellent, staff kind and attentive. We’ll definitely comeback.

The chicken picatta was fabulous. Can't go wrong with the home made meatballs.

Google
Delicious, homemade Italian cuisine! Service was friendly and personable, recommended from the menu. Reservations recommended. Calamari was good, Chicken Parm. And of course the breadsticks were delicious.

Very bad experience with the owners wife. She has no self control and was very disrespectful. She should not be around people. My meal came out wrong. The waitress was very sweet and said she would fix it. The owners wife came back with the food and made a scene raising her voice "If you don't like it, the doors right there". This was my families favorite restaurant. We will never come back.

Google
The friendliest owners and BEST food in pembroke pines by far. The amount of care that goes into every dish shines through the food. It feels like a home cooked meal and a hug every-time you step in their restaurant, and it has consistently been this way for years. Would recommended Brusketta to anyone and everyone, please take your business here because they absolutely deserve it.

Yelp
This restaurant is the definition of a hidden gem! Despite being tucked away in a dormant plaza, every time I've come here it's full of people, and I can clearly see why. The service is great, and I love the comfortable atmosphere and decor that whisks you away to the Amalfi coast. The food is outstanding. The Greek salad (not pictured) is one of the best I've ever had. One of the past few times I came here I had a stuffed ciabatta bread which I am begging for them to put it permanently on the menu because oh my goodness it was delicious. And finally, the entree that I am practically married to is the penne a la vodka. This has to be the best vodka pasta I've ever had, because the crispy prosciutto pieces add such a unique touch. Not to mention the sauce is incredibly creamy unlike any other. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Great food and friendly service! I visited for the first time with some friends and loved everything about this restaurant. Will be going today for lunch with another friend, and have recommended it to everyone I know. More than happy to drive up from Miami for the most delicious calamari, pizza and tiramisu I've had in South Florida!

Yelp
I can't rave about this place enough. The atmosphere is so homey and I love coming in to support their business. That being said, it's best to reserve to guarantee seating. We walked in and only had a 10 minute wait. The food is authentic. They make me feel like I'm back in Italy.

Yelp
Had an absolutely fantastic dinner here. I had an intense craving for chicken parm ( as one does) and immediately began to search for a place in the area that had it. When we walked in the staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. The complimentary bread was delicious especially with their homemade butters. The ceasar salad was also really great and had a nice garlicky flavor. The star of the show was hands down the chicken parm. The chicken itself was huge and flavorful and the cream pasta I chose to go with it was equally delicious. The person I was eating with said the calzone was also really good and it was a good portion for the price. Definitely a place worth trying if you're in the area.

Yelp
If you want some Italian food and a quaint mom and pop shop, come by here. The service is great and the food is always really good. I've come twice and both didn't disappoint. It's a small place and it's decorated really nicely. I had the chicken Milanese and it was delicious, thin, and cooked to perfection. My daughter ordered a kids pizza and they put a happy face on it. She loved it so much and enjoyed eating it. For dessert we had this chocolate bomb that had chocolate and vanilla ice cream inside with almonds and a cherry in the middle. Delicious. Can't wait to eat here again.

Yelp
A big thank you for Andrea B. recommending this restaurant! I kept meaning to come here but just never did for no particular reason. Well, we went today. It is just delicious. I believe the owner was our server and he is so courteous. He was helpful with suggestions. This restaurant is not too big and got pretty crowded when we left. The restaurant is immaculate. It has a very cozy and friendly atmosphere. Ok, onto the food! I ordered the baked ziti. I actually looked up reviews before I came here and saw none. I couldn't believe it! How could no one critique this out of 400 reviews? I don't understand. LOL Anyway, I asked him to please add extra sauce and he said he would. They make their own pomodoro sauce. Yum! My baked ziti was delicious and plentiful. The cheese was so delicious. Really good. I sat across the table from Andrea and could smell her minestrone soup. It smelled really good. Mom ordered the pizza and I had a couple slices. The pizza is very, very good but the crust was burnt. I also did not love the bread. It is ok, not bad or anything just kind of plain. What did make it more exciting was some sort of herb butter. The butter was great. I will definitely come back and probably order the lasagna next time because that is homemade and sounds like a winner from the reviews.

Yelp
This was a very nice place to have lunch. I would like to come back tomorrow. Haha We went to Brusketta for lunch today and it was my first time here. I was impressed with the variety of items on the lunch menu. I ordered off the regular menu and lived my pizza. The cheese had a creamy flavor to it. It was really good. I tried the baked ziti and liked that too. I really enjoy paninis and that looked really good. The food here is high quality and the prices are not out of control. They have been here at least 10 years and I can see why. They are right near Flamingo and Taft.

Yelp
I was looking for a good Italian spot in the pines/miramar area and after reading all the positive reviews here on yelp, we decided to try it out. I was seated immediately and ordered water and once I received it, I never saw another waiter for quite some time. My friend and I were talking and wondering when someone would come by and I even suggested leaving and trying a different restaurant instead. She wanted to stay and finally someone came by and took our order. I never had any refill on my drinks and my friend never was given water. Overall I had expected more for both the food and especially the service. Would not return

Yelp
Will not come back. The owner's wife is so disrespectful. Will not be coming back. Absolutely disgusting behavior at the restaurant. Lady wanted to yell that they don't have fettuccine Alfredo in her country. I don't know what country she's from but I've been to Italy and I've eaten amazing fettuccine Alfredo. Fettuccine Alfredo was invented by Alfredo di Lelio, a Roman restaurateur, in 1908. He created the dish to encourage his wife, Ines, to eat after she gave birth to their first son. The original recipe consisted of fresh fettuccine pasta, butter, and Parmesan cheese.

Yelp
What a gem this place is! The absolute BEST bruschetta I've had in the United States. Really authentic Italian spot. I came to this place to only review pizza but wow all their items are amazing. Let me start with the pizza. It's neapolitan style pizza. Typically that style is served a bit floppy. There was Barely any flop! Great flavor on the sauce. Also really great flavor on the cheese. The big hit here was how flavorful the dough is. We had the pizza with prosciutto and fresh mozzarella which I highly recommend. For neapolitan style score it at 8.1... Other items that are must try.. Bruschetta is a MUST. We had a special pasta called rigatoni with braised beef and wine sauce. One of the best pastas I've ever had. I can still taste it by just thinking about it. 1 big thing to know. This is a VERY small establishment. I highly recommend getting a reservation because there's only about 8-10 tables. And only like 3-4 of them you can sit more than 2 people. You can order for pick up. However for me, pasta and certain items are best to eat fresh once made. However good to know because I can do take out for pizza.

Yelp
Absolutely incredible experience at Brusketta, it was my first time but certainly not my last. Can't wait to go back to this little gem of a restaurant. From the focaccia bread, the butters it comes with, the pizza, the pasta and the mains everything was so authentic and delicious!! The service and people working there were beyond welcoming. Can't wait to return to this restaurant!

Yelp
Great signature pasta. My favorite is their special with mushrooms. I live it as comfort food.

Yelp
Upon Yelping and looking around for a couple of minutes, I found Brusketta. I was looking for a place that had equally good pizza and pasta (which sometime is hard to find) for a date night. We showed up an hour before closing time and we were greeted very friendly by a taller older gentleman who took care of us the entire time. He brought us menus and asked for our drink order. We order two cokes and the Classica pizza and two side orders of vodka rigatoni pasta. One with prosciutto and one without. The pizza was delicious and we devoured it entirely. The server mentioned that it was oddly shaped and he wasn't going to charge us for it, but that was their loss, because we thought it was still delicious and deserved to be paid for. The vodka sauce was yummy and I just say was very close in flavor to some 4/5 star real italian places I've been to that would charge double the price for this flavor. The place is small and quaint and unfortunately the food took a little long due to multiple tables getting there probably a little bit before us. They should consider giving away free bread to keep clients busy and not notice the length of time of the food because this is definitely a place worthy of a weekly date night. Will be inviting my family soon, can't wait to share this hidden gem.

Yelp
The food was so good I got the lunch combo and it did not disappoint. Everything tasted fresh, healthy, and homemade which is what you crave during the holidays and cold weather. The soup and panini was the perfect combo. The server was really nice as well and let me substitute since I'm pregnant and I really appreciate that kind of service. Cute Christmas lights and decor make it feel welcoming.

Yelp
My partner has been raving about this Italian restaurant near him for the longest time and we finally decided to stop in. The inside is small but very cute and inviting. Definitely a mom and pop place and it looks family owned and operated. I was starving after a long day at the beach and wanted to eat everything. I couldn't decide between the eggplant and the vodka penne so the server (owner?) recommend I go with the eggplant and just have vodka penne on the side so I get the best of both worlds. I was not disappointed! The vodka penne had such a delicious sauce and the eggplant was perfectly cooked and crispy. My partner had the chicken piccata (I may have talked him in to it so I could try it too). The sauce was light with such a fresh flavor. An honorable mention goes to the bread pieces they give you before the food arrives. I would buy that bread and make sandwhiches with it if I could. Both the bread and butter are made in house and are very flavorful. For desert we opted to share a tiramisu. This is the only part I felt lacking as the lady fingers were still pretty intact and it didn't have much flavor. I can't wait to come back and try more on the menu.

Yelp
This cute little Italian cafe is located in a strip mall and owned and operated by a husband and wife from Calabria Italy. They are absolutely delightful people who serve meals with charm and grace. Their pretty menu offers appetizers, a nice combination of salads , entrees as well as pizza and pasta both regular and gluten free. They served delicious foccia bread with two small pats of garlic and a tomato butter. The plate of homemade spinach ravioli was creamy and topped with fresh basil. The thin crust 12 pizza was crispy, hot and bubbling with mozzarella and herbs. They offered Italian beer served ice cold and smooth. They have lots of choices for all tastes.

Yelp
The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Homemade desserts and the food is authentic Italian. The spaghetti carbonara is delicious and definitely a must try. Nice to find such a gem, can't wait to revisit. Thanks to the wonderful staff.

Yelp
Their penne à la vodka is so good and the staff is great. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

Yelp
Hands down one of the best Italian places I've gone to in years, from the staff that are friendly beyond belief to the price of the amazingly flavored food, everything about this place is wonderful. I've been here many times and every time it seems like this place bullds on itself in the best ways possible. My go to here is usually the pizza because they have so many toppings to choose from. I love getting the olives with prosciutto. The crispness of the crust is always great with a perfect crunch when you bite into it. The sauce is wonderful as well as the cheese melted perfectly. The prices here are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Their Pollo Milanese is absolutely heavenly with the chicken cooked and juicy beyond belief and the balsamic glaze drizzle adding a wonderful flavor to all of it! The staff is wonderful and they are always at your table the second it looks like you may need them, I can't recommend this Italian place anymore than I possibly could, highly recommended!

Yelp
This restaurant is a hidden gem in Pembroke Pines. I just had a family dinner for my husband's birthday & everything was great. The food was delicious & the service was fantastic. Family owned & they treat you like family.

Yelp
There's only one negative about Brusketta: everything is delicious, and it's hard to pick just one entree. Every item we ate was exceptional.

Yelp
I can't believe it's been 9 years since I've been here! With that said, longevity proves they are solid. There have been some renovations in those 9 years and the face lift suits them. My friend had the mussels with spaghetti and smothered with a spicy tomato sauce. I got the classic pizza. It was nice to converse and clink wine glasses for good fortune. I'd come back for the pizza. I would come back sooner because 9 years was too long to not come back for good food.

Yelp
Went here with some friends for a birthday lunch. The manager was friendly and attentive. It's a very small but comfy restaurant. The food was outstanding. I had the lunch portion of pasta carbonara and ate every last bit it was so delicious. Two of the other ladies had the salmon and left not a drop on their plates. The fourth lady had a calzone that was so large she did have some leftover. The only negative was a very limited wine menu so we had to settle for sodas or Prosecco which 2 of the ladies ordered. It's located in a small strip mall and might be a bit hard to find unless you have GPS or are familiar with the area. It seems to be a very popular place as it was practically full at lunchtime. Definitely worth the visit.

SpaceJam K.

Yelp
Absolutely 10/10! Fresh crust, super chill ambianc, and a great staff! I had a personal pie and it was delicious!

Maria B.

Yelp
It was my first time there, a family owned restaurant, small place, was busy and felt they could have used extra help, it took a long time for the food to come out. The dishes were tasty, warm and good portions. I will give it another chance!!

Yelp
Was looking for a quick bite on Yelp and tumbled upon this place. I couldn't believe I've never been here before. Everything was delish and we literally live down the street. They restaurant itself is not that big but it's very cute inside. I loved the effort they put in decorating the place. We walked in and was seated right away We got the kids the penne pasta creamy white sauce and a kid's pizza. We got the specialty pizza of the night with the Nduja mousse. My son loved his penne pasta. I tried some and it was so creamy. I'm sure it was a thousand calories but worth it. the kid's pizza came with a smiley face made of dough. My 4 year old ate 2 slices with no complaints. I used parts of the smiley face to dip into the white cream sauce bc it was that good. Our specialty pizza took some time but it was worth the wait. The pizza dough was crispy and thin. The toppings were different but a nice combo. We didn't have room for dessert but they did have some nice displays of cakes I would love to try nice time. Will definitely come back to try other items on the menu.

Gerardo V.

Yelp
Typically, I never write any reviews, but I absolutely had to for this one. Starting off with the atmosphere where they make you feel at home was great. We were a party of seven and starting with the bread which was absolutely amazing with the two different butters. Then moving onto the soup which was equally as delicious. For the main courses, we had Spaghetti Bolognese, Spinach Ravioli, Penne Pesto pasta, a half calzone half pizza and the Pietro Ravioli. The food was absolutely amazing. All of it! The service from the whole staff, especially the owner was amazing. Highly recommend this little gem.

Yelp
In my search for the best pizza in Pembroke Pines, brusketta came highly recommended. When you walk in it's a quaint restaurants that oozes family owned. Pleasant smells of the kitchen fill the restaurant. I went with the veggie pizza and added sausage and It was great. They use fresh veggies and let the ingredients do the talking. My only critique was the dough could have had some flavor to it. While the crust was cooked to perfection, didn't have that satisfying taste to it. I'll definitely come back and would give them 4.5 stars if I could! I can tell the Italian food is pretty good too.
google avatar

Yelp
The vodka pasta is to die for and the service is excellent. I have been to this place atleast once a week and each time is better than the last. Paul is a great host and made sure the experience was great. Definitely recommend

Yelp
Just found my new Italian spot! What a golden gem! It's a small place pls make reservations. But the food was the best Italian food I've had in a while. I'm so glad I read the reviews but honestly we went with specials and they did not disappoint. We started off with Mussels Diavola which the sauce was on point. Not too spicy just right. We also had this burrata mortadela pizza with pistachio toppings which was my fav . Really made these tastebuds sing! Then we had Seafood Ravioli tagged with mint and veggies, Pietro Ravioli (veal and sage filling) both in a butter sage sauces and chicken piccata in a lemon sauce. For dessert we had the pistachio cream (amaaazing) and the chocolate mousse both delish, accompanied with an Expresso and a cappuccino. Our server was a distinguished gentleman that made our experience a delightful one. He was great with suggestions and gave wonderful service! Loving this spot!!! Gotta try more pizzas!!

Susan G.

Yelp
Great family owned restaurant. Great ambiance. Great food!! Always a pleasure to eat there. Highly recommend!!

Yelp
I was getting my car washed nearby and had intended to walk over to char hut for a burger, but found it to be closed, and I am actually so grateful because a few doors down was this tiny and delicious Italian restaurant. It wasn't busy as it was mid day, and I was greeted by the owner directly. He had actually forgotten to switch on the open neon sign, so I almost thought they were closed as well, the windows are very dark, but I saw a few cars in front and decided to try my luck. Oh my God, the pasta was one of the best I've ever had and the bread was so fresh, served with olive oil and spices. The gentleman was so nice and made his recommendations to me and I tried his favorite - ravioli di spinaci. It was delicious ravioli and the homemade cream sauce flavored with sage that was exploding in my mouth. The vibe was really nice and calm in there and even though I was alone for this meal, I really enjoyed it. The prices are reasonable for the ambience and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

Aurora R.

Yelp
The best Italian desserts in town. Pizza was delicious. The staff was knowledgeable about the food the make and very helpful in choosing the food you wanted. The owner was friendly and took care of the service being offered. I highly recommend Brusketta. The ambiance made me feel at home.

Yelp
We have only ordered takeout from this restaurant. But it has always been a complete tent of 10. The pizza arrives crispy and perfect. The pasta is so delicious! It's the best penne al vodka I've ever had. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I have dined here before in the past and it was good than .. but let me tell you it's even better now! they have remodeled it completely and it is absolutely cute! I loved the decor of the place from the light fixtures to the tiny flower pots on the table, everything was decorated properly. Friendly service and delicious food! My family ate everything and left no crumbs behind! Definitely will be back! What we ordered- Ceaser Salad for 2 -7/10 Calamari - 7/10 fried crispy and served with marina sauce Chicken Parmigiana & spaghetti 10/10 My daughter LOVED LOVED this dish! Lasagna 7/10 Short Rib & Risotto 10/10 Pizza! 10/10 I mean anytime you can order a pizza and have it served to you straight out of the oven it's a must! Delicious thing crispy crust and not to over cheesy just the right amount of toppings! I absolutely left no crumbs behind and felt zero guilt about it! Lol Overall, this is a cute, cozy dine in spot with few tables and a nice ambiance and delicious food.

Yelp
The real Italian food. The taste is amazing. The service is perfect. The place is well decorated and the Italian music complete the best ambiance. I recommend the bruschettas the pasta, the pizza and the real Italian deserts.

Yelp
This is a quaint (tiny) neighborhood Italian restaurant off of Taft and Flamingo in Pembroke Pines. They probably have 8 tables. Reservations are recommended. Wine by the glass ($9) and a small selection of bottled wine. They serve pizza, pasta and the typical chicken and veal Italian dishes (parmigian, picatta). They have a unique half pizza half calzone appropriatly named L'Indecisa, which includes one topping ($14). The penne alla vodka was delicious with crispy pieces of panccetta. They give you a cute bread basket with cubes of facaccia with a garlic herb olive oil. The decor is very nice and comfortable. The staff are friendly and they truly want you to enjoy your meal. We can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu. Enjoy.

Manuel L.

Yelp
Disappointing Experience. I called for a reservation at 6:28 PM on a Saturday and was told there was one table for us, which we confirmed while on speaker in the car. When we arrived just 10 minutes later, we learned our table had been given away and the staff falsely claimed they told us it would be a 50-minute wait--clearly untrue, as we all heard the original offer. This was our first and last visit; the place is tiny and disorganized. Save your time and go elsewhere!
google avatar

Yelp
Hands down one of the best Italian restaurants in the Pembroke Pines/Cooper City area. The food is always delicious and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The pizza is some of the best I've ever had and they offer many different toppings. The crust is thin and crispy so close to NY style pizza. One of my favorite dishes is their Pasta Mare which is pasta with a variety of seafood. Delicious! They also have lunch specials during the week. Their meatball panini and prosciutto with mozzarella panini are full of flavor and enough for two meals. They're closed on Mondays and close during the week at 9, open Sat and Sun until 9:30.
google avatar

Andrea B.

Yelp
This is definitely one of my favorite Italian restaurants and everyone I have sent here has absolutely loved it. From their thin, crispy, cheese oozing pizzas to their delicious meals everything here is top notch. My favorite pizzas are their prosciutto and mushroom and their meatball and ricotta. They also have a pizza called the La Indecisa which is half a pizza and half a calzone, brilliant! We order pizza from them once a week and I've never been disappointed, For lunch my favorite is their prosciutto with homemade mozzarella with tomato, basil and olive oil and it comes with a side of their homemade chips. I'm practically drooling thinking of this sandwich right now. My favorite dinner entree is their Pietro's ravioli which is homemade ravioli stuffed with braised veal in a butter sage sauce, with pancetta and Parmesan cheese. The pasta mare is another great choice which is their pasta with clams, mussels, calamari and shrimp tossed in a nice olive oil and garlic sauce. They serve their meals with a delicious bread with oil for dipping it in. The people that work there are the best! They're always so nice and definitely part of the reason I keep going back there.

Yelp
It was cozy and family oriented. The pasta was fresh and the sauces were spot on delicious, even a simple pomodoro. Service was friendly and prompt. Seems like a hidden gem in Pines it may have the best pasta I've ever had locally. Would definitely dine there again.

Yelp
I just left the place and OMGG OMGG OMGGG everything was so delicious. I ordered the Soup of The Day, Pomodoro, Pomodorini Salad and the Prosciutto Pizza. By far the best meal I've had in a long time. They do not serve quick meals, its is all freshly made. Expect to wait a bit but it's WORTH IT. They definitely pay attention to detail, the owners are extremely attentive and extremely nice. I will continue to dine here, I LOVED IT. The place was so homey as well. Very chill
