Burgers were 10/10! Delicious, flavorful, and so juicy!! We got lamb and the regular burger. Did not disappoint! Chicken sausage was just ok. Brussels sprouts were tasty, just not very hot. Overall loved it and would definitely be back.

I tell ya, just keep it simple and you can still be creative. I had the French toast with bacon and ham. Too much bacon. I know right??! Should have said it was a Monte Cristo....that what it was ...too rich and too sloppy. I love this place. Just not this dish. The fish dip was all Salmon. But the Cinnamon roll was the Winner 🏆

This place is a must go in Delray. I live in West Palm but this is one of the top places I recommend when I tell someone to try something new. The food is amazing, great vibe, casual, and a fun bar and walking distance to all the action. We didn’t order a full meal like usual but I’ll get to that later. So first the octopus was a healthy portion and cooked perfectly. We also had the short rib tartare and the bone marrow + escargot, and those two plates were so freaking good after one bite we looked at the bartender and ordered a second round of tartare and bone marrow instead of dinner (lol). High on our list of places to go back to!

Their happy hour was fantastic—we tried everything on the happy hour menu and loved the shrimp tacos and chicken meatballs. The broccoli was delicious, though a tad salty. For entrees, we shared the NY strip, patty melt, and chicken in bone, and everything was flavorful and well-priced. Highly recommend for a great meal and vibe!

Updates review: We drove all the way from West Palm Beach in July 2nd for brunch. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed, with a sign saying they’re off for several days. That would have been nice to know when we looked online. Why on earth would they not update their online information or their voicemail? Not going back Nice experience. The food was truly amazing. Every dish was carefully prepared and presented. You could taste quality ingredients and very good combinations. The service was not the greatest. We were the first ones at the door, and sitting outside made us feel like we had been forgotten.

Mussels were out of this world, LOVE IT. Service was really good, fast. Food was so beautifully put together, and there were so many flavors in one bite... I have never seen a kitchen sending food out as quickly as here with this level of quality. Cocktails were super tasty, thanks Kelsee👌 Highly recommended.

Yelp
Brûlée and the owners created this amazing small plate french BISTRO 20 yrs ago before small plates became popular. French culinary graduates I was fortunate to be one of their very first customers when I lived in pineapple grove. The ambiance is always hopping. Chic with locals and snowbirds. Consistent food quality and well trained staff. A can do attitude with willingness to work with menu. Locals try hard to discourage the beach crowd in order to keep this a local treasure, but alas word has spread. With Josephs next door and Yama sushi and. Korean bbq alongside, and the Rosewater restaurant across the street it is. An elegant and classy area to enjoy and evening, or just brunch. Helps to be away from the maddening crowd on Atlantic ave. I raised my daughters jn all those restaurants, lol!! Thanks Reny

Yelp
My husband and I showed up on Valentine's Day without a reservation. I went to the website prior to the evening and noted. They do not accept reservations so I thought we would just go early and wing it. Come to find out on special occasions and holidays they do accept reservations. The hostess was so kind though, and we were there so early in the evening that she was able to give us a little table outside. We were promptly greeted by our waitress Bri. She was fantastic! She made wonderful recommendations and had such a lovely personality. We started with the bread and the crispy octopus. The bread was delicious however I would've liked it more had it been warm bread. The crispy octopus with little potato wedges was fantastic. The sauce that was underneath had a nice flavor to it. I only wish it had a little more to it. It was a tiny portion for sharing. Next, we got our main course. I got the scallops with sweet potato purée and my husband got the crispy snapper. We both ate every morsel on our plate, leaving nothing behind! My scallops were crispy and cooked perfectly! The sweet potato, pork lardon and pea combination was so fresh and delish! My husband said his snapper was cooked perfectly and had tons of flavor. Not too heavy on the batter. We were so full, we didn't get dessert but we wil next time and they had great options. The Charlie Brownie looked incredible! It was cozy and warm inside with pillows and comfy benches. There were tons of little bistro tables outside with cool lights. Very fun and trendy bar too!

Yelp
Brule Bistro came highly recommended by local friends while I was in the area for a road trip recently. I wasn't able to stay long enough to eat in the restaurant but did pick up chicken & waffles brunch and pistachio creme brulee to go. The ambiance while I picked up my food looked fun and modern and the hostess was helpful, but this was a limited experience to my pick up. The flavors were great and I liked their spin on chicken and waffles with the cornbread and cheese twist. The pistachio creme brulee was the highlight for me though. The flavor and textures were fantastic. Nice and creamy with a good brulee on top and the pistachio was very present to differentiate from a traditional version.

Yelp
Very nice , love Del Ray- Food was great- service was great. Grilled Octopus, Bone Marrow, salmon dip were yummy. Burger was great. Drinks were eh, not strong enough and I ordered a cadillac Margarita, forgetable. Lots of peeps with leather skin. But overall a nice experience. Will go back , im out.

Yelp
I consider this review a 4.5 stars. Brulé is a truly delightful bistro in the Pineapple Grove Village of Delray. Established in 2007 by chef / owner Suzanne Perrotto, she also owns Rose's Daughter just a block away. Both restaurants were positively reviewed on Check Please South Florida. Perrotto is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. Each restaurant has a beautiful website. I arrived at 11:45 AM on a Wednesday for lunch. The restaurant was largely empty but by 12:15 a crowd filled both the outdoor and indoor seating. RJ was my waiter. A very nice and pleasant young man, he was very attentive throughout my visit and he recommended his favorite dishes on the menu. I selected the Brulé "Omelet" for lunch. It was light and fluffy with broccoli, fontina, mushrooms, a homemade tomato salsa and toasted house bread. I added ham to the dish for an extra $2. It was very good. A most delicious and fresh arugula salad came with the entree. This arugula seemed homegrown. The person sitting at the next table ordered Jumbo Shrimp and Grits. It looked amazing and I will try that next time. My only sore points of the visit were soiled seat cushions for window-side tables that desperately needed a good shampooing and tables so close together that a private conversation is nearly impossible. But don't let these minor points distract you from visiting Chef Suzanne's bistro. The food and service are well worth it!

Yelp
This place is super cute. We came here for drinks and dessert after walking around the Avenue. Their dessert of two chocolate chip cookies is fantastic, and the drinks were great. The atmosphere is what made it, though, as there are pillows and couches to sit on and TVs to watch sporting events in an atmosphere that is kind of classy.

Yelp
We were excited to have a nice dinner here for my husband's birthday but it didn't quite live up to our hopes or the reviews. Ambiance is nice - dark and moody. The hostess was great about accommodating us quickly. Our server was prompt and friendly. She took my husband's allergy seriously and confirmed everything with the kitchen. 5/5 stars The food fell flat. 2/5 stars. We shared the foie gras as a starter. Just bad. The foie gras underdone and everything tasted overwhelmingly of raisins and cheap maple syrup. Hubby ordered the lamb chops - they were salty and the side salad was completely forgettable. I ordered the lamb ragú papardelle - the sauce, delicious! Nice acidity and heat but the noodles were harder than al dente. Didn't bother with dessert.

Yelp
Great place. Can't wait to return. No time for pictures. Drinks were great, the food was great, the service was great, and the place has a cool vibe to it. Drink: Lemongrass Twist Food: Chicken meatballs and shrimp tacos (get 3) Everything on the menu looks good. It will take me a few trips to sample it all. The prices were great as well. For two lunch with drinks was less than $100 with tip. Parking will be a pain and the place gets packed quick, really quick. Oh yeah, dessert, blueberry cheesecake, you won't regret it.

Elizabeth K.

Yelp
Reviewing for happy hour until 6 - drinks were 20% off and limited happy hour menu. They've changed it. But still a good menu. Drinks were fancy and tasty. We got the fish dip, tacos, burgers and broccoli. We wouldn't order the fish tacos again as they were a 5/10 but we loved the fish dip and the broccoli. Definitely order that. It's crowded so get there early. No reservation.

Yelp
The food at Brûlé Bistro was exceptional. I had the sliders (photo attached). They were very tasty; however, if you are hungry, order the burger instead because they are very small. Sides do not come with sandwiches or burgers; you pay extra for them. Our service was prompt and good. The outdoor dining was nice and the inside was packed and had a fun vibe. I would give Brûlé Bistro five stars for food and ambiance. I lowered it to four stars because I felt the pricing was a bit high.

Yelp
One of my favorite spots in Delray Beach!!! Small but intimate and amazing! The food at Brulé is very good! Went there for brunch on a Saturday early afternoon and as expected the place was packed but we managed to get a table, thought about sitting outside but it was too damn hot. We tried a few items and we enjoyed everything... We had the Foie Gras, the pork belly sliders, the lamb burger, and steak and eggs Benedict. My favorite were the sliders and foie gras, sooo delicious. The burger was disappointing since the temperature was not medium as we requested. The cocktails were very tasty as well and ended up having more than I expected. The service was decent, but definitely a friendly staff. Cant wait to go back!!!

Yelp
I love love this place . I went there for lunch and it was great it . Our server was super nice ! All the food and drinks we ordered were so yummy . Restaurant is super cute too ! We ordered the Misunderstood Old Fashioned drinks and it was so good ! Can't wait to go back have another one ! Misunderstood Ginger Bourbon, Angostura Bitters, Orange Twist, Traverse City Cherry 12

Yelp
Parking a bit of a problem but with patience you can find a spot. Food good and well prepared. Service a bit slow due to work load I suppose. People being turned away as there was quite a wait even at 2 pm. Been here 2-3 times over several years. Now the area is far more upbeat than it was 10 years ago with two hotels recently opened. Recommend this place as " somewhere not on Atlantic Avenue". Nothing really special but fair price and fair food in good atmosphere. There are outdoor seats on street.

Jennie E.

Yelp
This is one of the best restaurants in Delray. Lots of drinks to choose from and everything I've eaten here has been fantastic!

Yelp
Stopped in and enjoyed a truly fantastic lunch from start to finish. The hostess greeted and seated us immediately. Our server, Ari, was great! She was attentive and her recommendation for the ceviche was spot on. It was extremely tasty and an explosion of unexpectedly delightful flavors that melded so well together!! I enjoyed the shrimp tacos, which were perfectly cooked and the huge shrimp were a wonderful balance to the aioli, avocado and cabbage! We also enjoyed the lobster roll which I thought was a bargain for $24!! It was just the right size and the lobster meat was so fresh and tender on the delicious seeded brioche bun. The salad had a light dressing and was very simple but again, the flavors were so well balanced. The kitchen had our food on the table rather quickly considering how busy the restaurant was. Overall, it was a home run for us and we couldn't have asked for more. It's been AGES since we've been anywhere where the food, the drinks and the service were all executed with perfection! We are already planning our return to sample some of the other options that sounded so very appealing! Kudos to the team!!

Yelp
WOW. This place was amazing. I came here solo before I went to the airport after a work trip to Delray Beach. This meal was the highlight of my trip. The staff are very thoughtful and attentive. The vibes inside are cozy. Most importantly, the food was divine. The octopus appetizer was probably the best I've ever had. The hose bread was also amazing. The lobster/shrimp ceviche was okay - I think I prefer other ceviches I've had and I'm not sure I'm a huge fan of lobster in ceviche in general. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area.

Angelica N.

Yelp
I still day dream of the dishes I had at Brulé. This restaurant has dishes with the most amazing combinations of flavors I've had. Every single dish was delicious. We had the amazing Bri make our drinks as we chose to sat at the bar. I absolutely loved the pistachio lime martini she made for me. I can't wait to go back!

Alex L.

Yelp
Came here with some friends after someone had recommended the place and it did not disappoint. The menu changes regularly, so dishes that others tell you to get may not be available; but that is ok. We ordered the pork belly and octopus to start. Portions were on the smaller side but they were prepared well. For my main I had the lamb bolognese pappardelle and it was definitely the star of the show. Nice portion, great flavor and not overly salty. My wife had the snapper with a side of bok choy. The fish was fresh and delicious. The staff was super nice as well and parking was relatively easy. Overall, I had a very nice time and will be coming back.

Yelp
Brule came recommended. We stoped by after the farmers market and art festival fir brunch. When we arrived their were numerous empty tables just needing to be cleaned as the wait time was 25 minutes. We noticed other tables needing cleared inside. By the time we were called those tables outside still remained uncleared. Staff inside were hustling just not focused on clearing tables. Several others waiting for tables just left instead of waiting wondering what was going on. Order was taken promptly although our drinks didn't arrive until after our food arrived. Our omelette and French toast were good but not great. I would recommend not going to brunch here but go to dinner based on the reviews and our friends recommendations. I liked the inside atmosphere.

Gina L.

Yelp
Went to Brule for their famous brunch. Had the charred broccoli app with hummus, delish. Tuna poke and chicken meatballs were yummy too! Don't forget a bloody Maria (pictured) and mimosas! This place was a chill and eclectic vibe.

Charlie D.

Yelp
Brûlée is a gem in Delray Beach. It's cozy ambiance and friendly staff is second only to their food. Alway consistent and tasty. Last night we had the seafood bolognese and lobster Mac and cheese. Were both delicious.

Maddie S.

Yelp
Walked right in on a Saturday night, how lucky! Great atmosphere, and an interesting menu. We shared a cheese board as appetizer. Good selection of cheese and delicious fig jam. Focaccia was excellent. I had the Sixty South Salmon. A delicious blend of flavors with the salmon cooked perfectly. My friend had the seafood Bolognese .. oh the sauce! The squid ink pasta, not usually my favorite was very good. My only disappointment was the fries. Overdone. I will definitely be back.

Bill C.

Yelp
Good spot. Good menu. The charred broccoli is always good. The worst part is the seating. It's truly horrible, gross booths with pillows and no support. Bench seating with crappy pillows. Management needs to fix the seating ASAP.

Marushka G.

Yelp
We had lunch here today and it was spectacular. We had just got off the plane, checked into the Ray Hotel, and walked across the street. The tuna poke was delicious and so was the salmon with a very delicious farro salad. Some of the best tasting food. A woman had the cutest poodle: a 10 week old puppy who she let me hold and our waitress Jordan? Was delightful and offered such good service. The lamb burger was a hit as well.

Janette M.

Yelp
The only way I couldOMG!!!!! How can I download this!!!!!! Outright delusional Nonsense the food came in all sizes and directions!!!!the service was eclectic what more can you say than phenomenal friendly lively conversation by the staff which made the experience even more amazing and inspiring than any other way possible & than some it's what served means served!!!!AND AMBITIOUS AND AMBIGUOUS MEANS IN ONE FULL FOUMAT!!!FULL AND

Izel V.

Yelp
Great meeting place. Lunch or dinner. Lite or heavy. Love love love at any time. Service is attentive but it's a small place and they get really busy. Worth the wait.

Jennifer B.

Yelp
Loved Brulé for dinner but we just tried them to for brunch and it was great! We sat inside and it can get a little loud as it's small. The food was was creative and delicious. The cocktails were also very good. The foie gras with quail egg was.. omg! But, can we talk about the cheddar/ chives biscuits?? So good! We will definitely be back.

Briana E.

Yelp
Delicious, delicious, delicious! I loved everything about this restaurant.. Great food, ambiance, and service. Everything on the lunch menu looked appetizing, but I decided on the chicken and waffles with a side of parmesan truffle fries. AMAZING DECISION! I wish I tried this place much sooner.

Perrella H.

Yelp
Amazing find in Del Ray second only to Dada although both amazing. Drinks great food was so delicious. If you get there before 6 20% off. Atmosphere great, quality of food great, service great. Will be successful for years to come

Greg R.

Yelp
I went to lunch with a business associate. Food was good. Service was great. I would try it again.

Mitch F.

Yelp
Stopped by for lunch..Found street parking nearby which is a plus..Small but Eclectic inside makes for modern, nice ambiance..Very well stocked bar too. Ordered burgers such as the Colorado Lamb burgers, and the beef short rib burger..Both were on a toasted brioche bun, were a good size, juicy and outstanding ..The short rib had beefsteak tomato, cheddar, and mushrooms as well..I believe the lamb burger was similar..Ordered a side of truffle fries which were very tasty.. Reasonable prices, fresh made to perfection in relaxing environment

Ricky D.

Yelp
This visit to Brule was better than past experiences with just about every item being good though with a few exceptions. A appetizer of Crab Cakes were dry and flavorless and were lackluster but the food improved after this. Their mainstay of Chicken Meatballs with Ginger was as good as always. The Pasta with Shrimp featured an excellent sauce and was full of flavor but the shrimp were overly grilled and basically the flavor was cooked out. If shrimp were not part of this dish it would have been perfect. Beef Bolognese though was fine. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable and recommended a good bottle of wine. Though our dinner was really a three and a half it was still enjoyable and you really can't go wrong when dining at Brule.

Matt A.

Yelp
Pure class in a relaxed environment. The menu is sophisticated and outstanding. Food is always prepared perfect. My wife and I eat at Brulé about 2x a month. The staff is always so friendly with great service and they appear to truly enjoy working at Brule, which just adds to the outstanding experience. Highly recommend Brule Bistro!!!!!

Cristina P.

Yelp
I came here on a Friday night and it was busy!! They estimated a 25 minute wait but it ended up being close to 45 minutes. When we sat down, it took a while for our server to come take our order and bring out our drinks . However, our food came out surprisingly fast. Our server did not allow us to make any substitutions or even allow us to remove an item on a dish which was a bit frustrating but not a deal breaker. I'm not sure if this was a restaurant rule or her own rule. Once we got our food, we understood why Brule had such great reviews. We started with the special, rock shrimp Mac and cheese. My husband also ordered the fried oysters. Both were AMAZING! I ordered the wedge salad which was very good. My husband ordered the scallops which I would highly recommend!! Alll of the dishes were very delicious and very unique. I was pretty disappointed by the service but I will be back because of how great the food tasted!

Alecia B.

Yelp
This place is super charming, like a modern bistro, great tables, very well decor. Food was very good, but nothing special, portions were very small (even though on photos don't look it) and very limited menu. They won't change a thing in the menu, won't adapt at all, which is not nice! It is what it is kind of thing. Service was ok, we had to ask several times for refills. So, if you ask if I would come back? No I won't.

Johnny D.

Yelp
Possibly the best restaurant in downtown Delray Beach. Just off the Ave on Pineapple Grove, this place is full of charm and is the ultimate date night dining experience. The menu changes on the regular which is great bc any item just blows you away in flavors and taste. A Delray Beach must!!

Cheryl H.

Yelp
Loved the burgers, atmosphere and service! Great for a night out with friends or for a date!

Emily H.

Yelp
The broccoli appetizer is literally why I go this place. It's addicting! Cocktails are amazing. Actual mixologist that know what they're doing. Can't go wrong with their frois gras if that's your thing. I've been here 40+ times and I've never had bad food or service. Highly recommend and I think the pricing could be a lot more than it is so it's always nice to get your moneys worth.

Harry A.

Yelp
Food and Service was Great . Atmosphere was good; the restaurant was very Crowded but overall we enjoyed the Evening!!!!!!!

Tiffany M.

Yelp
The food was quite easily 5 stars. I loved the agnolotti and scallop dish as well as the salmon with curry cream. The atmosphere was also 5 stars. The ambiance is nice, dimly lit, and not overwhelmingly loud. The service is what brought the review to 3 stars. The staff was friendly, but it felt like we were being duped. The happy hour is 30% off of the entire menu from 4-6PM on Wednesday- Sunday, which I think is an exceptional offer. We went to the bar and enjoyed drinks while waiting for our party of 6 to arrive. When we went to close out the bar tab, the check did not include the 20% off. We kindly asked the bartender about happy hour, to which she apologized for "forgetting it was happy hour" and redid our check to include the offer. After our dinner, the server presented the check, and again, there was no happy hour promotion included. When I asked the server about happy hour, her response was the same "wow I forgot, let me correct that for you." Now it could be a coincidence, however, we dined earlier in the night and the restaurant wasn't crowded/overwhelmed, so it feels suspicious that two separate staff members forgot about a happy hour offer that runs 5 nights of the week. The discount took $50 off of the dinner so it made a big difference. All in all I would go back, but my advice is to review your check before paying.

Monique G.

Yelp
This place is great. Service is A+. Food is delicious. Drinks are interesting and tasty. I cannot say one bad thing about Brûlé. I love that it's off the mail strip in Delray. You'd think that would mean it's less busy but if you aren't at the restaurant about 10 mins before they open for weekend brunch, you may find yourself waiting a while. It gets packed early. Other than that, enjoy!

Brenda R.

Yelp
As a non resident of Delray, every time I have the opportunity to visit I take it. This opportunity took me to a night out in the town and a delicious dinner at Brulé Bistro. The restaurant is located on a busy and fun area in downtown Delray. It was a Friday night and the restaurant was packed. Even though we arrived early we still had to wait for a long time before we could sit down. The restaurant is small considering how popular it is. I highly recommend calling in advance and getting a reservation. After a long wait we finally sat down on their patio area outside. The food was very delicious but before we got to trying our food we realized some of our orders had gotten messed up. Somehow somewhere our waitress got our orders confused, but they were quick to fix the problem and gave us what we really wanted. We didn't have to pay anything extra for the error. I ordered the Colorado lamb burger. I was curious to try a different type of burger and let me tell you, the risk was worthy. So good! My other friends ordered the Brule Bistro burger and also enjoyed it. We also tried their chicken meatballs and truffle fries, both were amazing. I have to say that I had never had chicken meatballs that tasted this good. They are part of their small plates/tapa menu. It's just an appetizer just to clarify. About pricing, I would say average for this type of restaurant. I will definitely visit again and recommend you do as well!

Tolis V.

Yelp
We love the food and service at Brulé! It quickly became our favorite spot. We noticed lately that there is poor ventilation and every time we sit inside our clothes smell. So now if there are no seats outside we pick a different place. I hope this is corrected fast.

Julie F.

Yelp
This is definitely not a location for the "ladies that lunch". It's more suited for the hip, beautiful people crowd. But even though we don't fit into either category (well, we are yelp elites!), we really liked our lunch here the other day. This restaurant located off the main drag of Delray made me think it would have been very at home in Boca's Mizner Place. There's patio seating outside, but we chose to sit in the A/C inside. Tables are fairly close together. Decorations are bistro moderne. There are tables and a bar/counter. You are seated by the hostess. We started by sharing one of the daily specials. It was two stacks of a fried green tomato topped with avocado and a shrimp. It was served with a bit of a smoky aioli sauce on the side. We each got to taste one "stack". They had an option to order 3 stacks, instead of two. It was delicious, although tiny. Next we shared an order of mussels. These were fantastic. Again, not a huge portion, but big enough for us to share. The mussels meunière broth was so flavorful we drank it like soup. The accompanying mound of house made truffle fries were addictive. We only had those two plates. Prices are not inexpensive. Plates are pretty --but as described "small plates" -- thoughtfully prepared. And delicious. So bring $, dress in your most fashionable duds, and expect to be impressed by carefully curated and great tasting food.

Andrea U.

Yelp
Bright & pretty restaurant with a wall of windows. Celebrating my birthday & got here too early so we could get a table. Wish we were hungrier but they don't accept reservations. Street parking, some outside tables & a very busy & loud bar scene. Chris our waiter said happy hour is daily 3 to 6 daily with 20% off the menu. Staff nor patrons were wearing masks. I started with a French 75 cocktail and my husband also enjoyed his raspberry lemonade. We had small plates with 5 fried oysters and 2 fried green tomatoes. We shared short ribs and homemade pasta on the side. The short ribs with a little dry and very chewy. I thought our entree needed fresh pepper and cheese perhaps. Happy hour dinner for 2 was $100.

Vicki K.

Yelp
Always a pleasure eating at Brule. Food is constantly good. Atmosphere is loud but there is outdoor seating.

Cate C.

Yelp
The vibe is great, the food is just average. There were four of us and only one enjoyed their meal. the truffle fries were fabulous!

Julie h.

Yelp
Great local spot! I highly recommend this one to anyone. Came here for a birthday dinner with a friend and loved everything we had. Started with the BLT oysters which were amazing and ended with the pistachio creme brûlée. Ohh la la! I'm due for another return soon!

Carol S.

Yelp
We dine at least twice a week and half in the last several years. The food is consistently delicious. Some of our favorites that we order are the delicious patty melt, turkey melt with crispy bacon, crispy jumbo shrimp tacos and my all-time favorite is the kale and brussels sprout salad! The staff is very friendly and helpful, which keeps us coming back ! Jordan is our favorite server !
