The only downfall is it's inside a loud gas station, We came on a Saturday and the kids were louder than normal... and they had to remake one of our burger because it was extra salty.,also this time the macaroni and cheese on The mac burger was drier than normal and I asked for no pickles. The service is friendly and attentive, and the cozy, modern vibe makes it a perfect spot for a casual meal. . It’s a great place for a weekend treat or a laid-back bite. Definitely worth visiting!

Hands down the best burger in town. Every bite hits like comfort food mixed with quality ingredients — and you can taste the love they put into it. The service is always friendly, and even when it’s busy, the staff stays on point. I’ve brought friends, family, even co-workers here and not one person left disappointed. Breakfast burritos were BOMB!! We had the chorizo and sausage. We also tried the watermelon agua Fresca which was delicious as well. This place really prides themselves on quality and you can taste the difference in the food! Also…. Bailey the manager was super sweet. Highly recommend!

I have always raved about Brunch & Burger to all my friends but had not visited in some time. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming, however, a change to their burgers is not something I am happy with. They switched their patties from normal to smash burger style which I assume is for cost-cutting. My burger was not juicy and full as I’ve had in my previous experiences. The fries tasted a bit old and smaller portion than before. The combo drink is now limited to their agua frescas vs. before you could get a fountain drink from the Sully’s convenience store. I know they are expanding their locations (as seen on recent news) and assuming that’s why they are putting cost cutting measures in, but for an $11 burger and $17 combo, I truly expect more. I hope they listen to customer feedback so we can continue to come back and recommend to others.

Absolutely amazing pasta, better than most high end restaurants in Bakersfield. Owner is beyond kind and very generous to his costomers. 10/10 experience and food to die for.

The burrito is good. The size is a bit small for $12 if you end up getting the meat lover upgrade. And still not super meaty like you would expect it. The service is fantastic though. If you don’t mind spending the 12 bucks on a burrito it’s a good spot to get something. Staff is very friendly and super convenient to grab something to drink there. I think if you’re gonna make a burrito $12 maybe make a little bit bigger, not saying to be giant but at least a little bit bigger than a regular size.

Usually our service has been good here, up until today a situation left me a little upset. Our order with numerous boxes was set on the counter and my daughter reached for one of the bags. It was definitely overstuffed and one of the cheeseburger kids meal boxes flew out and fries fell onto the floor along with the box. Luckily the cheeseburger didn’t fall out. The cashier didn’t seem to really care. When I asked if we can have a new order made the cashier said she would have to ask. They ended up just adding fries and left the same burger. My daughter even cleaned up the mess on floor. Seemed like a bother to even get fries added. We aren’t the confrontational types so we just took the box and left. Not planning on coming back any time soon.

Azayla is always pleasant to my father and I, as we often visit on Sundays after church. The breakfast burrito is top tier: Great ingredients and salsas. The weekend deal is terrific with BOGO.

Champagne was a delight and we tried what she recommended, California Burger and fried zucchini sticks! Loved them. Highly recommend. Two for the price of one burger, what a deal. We will be back!

Amazing pasta and even better service!! I had the pleasure of chatting with Champagne and she is such a positive light to the whole restaurant!! She has such a fun attitude and was super helpful!! They just added Dubai chocolate strawberry's and new tacos that I saw from these super cute signs in the front!!! I can't wait to come back and grab some more yummy treats and delicious pasta!!

I know what you're thinking. A burger joint in a gas station? Must be low quality. You would be wrong. First off, Sully's gas stations are always awesome so why would they host a restaurant that wasn't also awesome? This is the second time I've come in to Brunch N Burger. It had been a while between visits and if I remember right, they did change their burgers to smash burgers. I don't recall my first burger being a smash burger but I do remember liking it. I was in the mood for a burger but not your run of the mill fast food joint. I also didn't want to go to a full on restaurant. So I hopped in the car and grabbed a quick bite for me and my family. There were a few people waiting for their food but I noticed they didn't wait long before getting their meals. I didn't time it or anything but I didn't wait long either. The manager, Champagne, was super nice. Overall, the area was clean and quiet and the service was quick. The burger was big and and my husband and I had to share. The nuggets are better than McDonald's in my opinion. The fries have a nice seasoning to them as well. I have to say the mozzarella sticks were just so so. They could have been meltier (I don't think that's a word...) Anyways, I definitely recommend trying their burgers. I really need to try one of their pasta bowls one of these days!

HOLY SMOKES, ya'll need to run and try this pasta. I was in the area for work and OMG I think I'll be here every chance I get to come out to Bakersfield. I would say it's definitely a hidden gem because I was kind of confused with the location lol. This is located in a building with like a mini market and gas station I believe. I'm literally so happy I found it. It was my first time here the cashier was so sweet and gave me a free drink with my order. Inside was very clean and outside they had some tables to eat outside as well. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Penne pasta and let me tell you that was mouth watering make ya wanna slap yo momma good OKURT I literally crave this pasta now!! 100/10 recommend and i definitely want to try their other pastas. So if you're looking for a flavorful rich and creamy pasta look no further just get in here and order!

Brunch N Burger Has Me in a Culinary Chokehold (And I'm Begging Them Not to Let Go) Let me be very clear: calling Brunch N Burger a "takeout craving" is like calling caffeine "mildly helpful." Technically true, but nowhere near strong enough. This place owns real estate in my brain. I'm talking full-blown, recurring character in my daydreams. And the star of the show? The Cajun Chicken Penne. Holy. Noodles. I think about this pasta more than I think about most people. It's creamy. It's spicy. It's comforting. It's seductive. And the customization options? Dangerous. Want no onions, extra mushrooms, and double chicken because you're living your truth? They got you. It's like build-a-bowl, but the bowl slaps so hard it might file a restraining order. Also I'm not trying to start rumors, but I'm pretty sure they're putting some sort of black magic in there because I have physically craved this dish while already eating something else. Like, mid-bite. That should not be possible. And don't sleep on the rest of the menu. Their burgers are outrageously good ....like "this came from a gas station??" levels of disrespectfully delicious. And my kids would absolutely throw me under a bus for another round of their chicken strips and fries. Zero notes. They inhale them like they've just escaped a desert island. Let's be real: I've spent more on this place than I do on self-care. And somehow, it is my self-care. TL;DR: This place lives in my head rent-free. The Cajun Chicken Penne might be my emergency contact. Their food is so good it makes me question reality. Do I have a problem? Yes. Is it Brunch N Burger? Also yes. 15/10, would name my next child after their menu.

I decided to give this place a try after hearing from a friend over and over how delicious these burgers were. This past weekend they had a BOGO special with their smash burgers. I've been here for the Pasta bowls before and I had the same girl help me. She is so sweet and so friendly and always makes the experience nice. So I ordered 2 California burgers, a double cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks, fries and onion rings. To say I was disappointed is an understatement! The burgers were mostly lettuce, tomatoes and onions and they weren't flavorful AT ALL. The onion rings were bland and kind of greasy and my youngest who is the pickiest eater but loves a good burger took one bite and walked away, never to return to it. I will not be trying this place again and will stick with Freddy's.

Stop by on my way into town this place is located in side the chevron gas station/ Sullys ... if your looking for a bite or lunch this is the place . The service is excellent place is clean and the food is made as you order so it's a few minutes but so worth the wait the flavor in breakfast smash burger is worth the drive an the burritos are also good packed with flavor ! The aguas frescas are made daily fresh thank u see you again . SOON

Quaint little spot and wish them the best for years to come. This spot is located within the Sully's on Stockdale and Heath. They have plenty to choose from and lot of it is made in house. They are also the owners of Taco Bros, which they also make a ton of the stuff fresh in house. They have plenty of options from the sandwiches, burgers, salads and their delicious pasta choices. It'll take a minute because it's not fast food but well worth the short wait time. Probably the cleanest Sully's in town, on top of the restaurant inside the facility. Great burgers, outstanding fries, good and fresh onion rings and outstanding pastas.

First off it kills me to leave any local business a bad review and I really do try and find positives but reviews are really important now days. First time trying this place and we had high hopes. Plenty of options in the menu, prices seemed a little high but that's getting more and more common. We waited a while to have someone take our order as they seemed a little understaffed, I'm not sure if it's always understaffed or today was just one of those days. The girl taking our order seemed really rushed which isn't a great feeling as a customer but we've all had those days at work. I ordered cali burger and zucchini and partner ordered pesto chicken and zucchini. We waited quite a while for our food and last minute server tells me they don't have enough zucchini for a full order can she just make it half zucchini and half fries. I really wasn't ok with it since the upcharge is double but what are you gonna do. I really expected to either be compensated my $4.00 back or at least an extra large serving to make up but by the time we got home it wasn't a half order of zucchini and fries it was just fries, and a pretty small serving at that!!Huge bummer because the reason I chose this place was because they had zucchini strips. The burger was pretty good and my wife's sandwich was good too but sadly just not worth $42.00!!!! I may check back to try the pasta one day but I gotta pretty sour taste in my mouth right now!

The food is always amazing coming from taco bros! Every location has great customer service, especially the coffee and Stockdale location. Champagne always delivers stellar service when she is working at this location. I remember her from the Ming location and she continues to deliver awesome customer service!

I love to come here in the morning and get the bacon breakfast burrito. The food is delicious, even my picky boys like the food. They have this green salsa for the breakfast burrito and it's fire!! The service is great, the chef, owner, girls at the front counter are all very nice. I enjoy seeing their Instagram posts about new menu deals. This place is located in the Sullys off of Stockdale Hwy/58 so the ambiance is gas station but it's clean and there is a bar you can sit at to eat if you want to do that. I live close by so I just take the food home or grab something for a roadtrip.

Well I was hoping this place lived up to the hype but sadly it does not. Got a breakfast burrito and an order of biscuits and gravy. The food looked good but after having a few bites I realized looks could be deceiving. The food was way too salty for my taste and just the food itself failed around. The eggs tasted like they were powdered or out of a box. Even the meat tasted like it was out of a bag. Looked like the canned dog food I give my dog. Sorry but this place is an epic failure if there burgers are this bad, I suggest you take it down the road somewhere else. The service was friendly but sadly that's all this place has going for it. Don't be fooled by all the media this place puts out.

Best service ever! We didn't even know they were here so decided to try it out for a date night. The server was so personable and gave us a taste of the new tacos. Knocked it out of the ball park! So of course my order changes from pasta to the tacos!! I give them a 10 out of 5. They were so tasty and juicy. I will be back-- looks like they have a awesome breakfast selections!

I was lured in by instagram and surprised there was no yelp account for this yet. I got a free agua fresca. They were all good but the watermelon was amazing. The cantaloupe and strawberry banana were just as flavorful. It was quite busy on a Saturday morning. My husband and I both got the meat lovers breakfast burritos. The cashier said it was the most popular breakfast item. The burritos were bomb. It was filled with so much meat. The biscuits and gravy were a bit peppery but still good. If you like mushrooms, I think it's a mushroom gravy. Overall, it was a delicious breakfast. I only ate half the burrito but I was so full. My husband demolished his burrito. He said he would definitely come back.

I come here almost every day! Best foot around. I highly recommend everything on the menu! Staff is very nice, helpful and the food comes out quick for being so fresh.

We ordered food online on a Saturday morning to try this place out after hearing good things about their breakfast burritos. We ordered two breakfast burritos, two sides of eggs, pancakes, and a side of bacon. The breakfast burritos were just okay. The eggs were overly peppered, the pancakes were burnt and inedible, and the side of bacon was missing from our order. Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend this place and don't plan to return.

Small eatery inside Sully's. Manager and staff are welcoming and nice. Speed of service was great! I had the cajun pasta! Ohhhhh weeee. Bomb. I also ordered a side of fried green beans. Oh em gee. Fresh and crispy. Big portion of beans for $8. Order them! Will go back soon.

Brunch N Burgers for the Win !!! Ate the Black N Blue, Mrs had the Bacon Mac, & the kiddos Cheeseburgers. The food is delicious! They are located in the Sully's on stockdale highway. Azalya & Alan were the cherry on top with their great service. 10 outta 10 ! Will be back !

Amazing food!! The Italian dishes made by scratch are full of flavor!! Can't beat the happy hour deals before 5pm. The owner knows how to serve up quality good tasting dishes. He went to Italy for Chef school...Frugatti's better step up there game!

Brunch of burgers is an extension of taco bros. It has the best pasta in town period these two brothers have such a mazing skills in the kitchen. Everything that they make is made fresh right there On the spot. You won't find a better chicken alfredo in this town. If you ever get a chance to meet theon, which you probably will cause he's always available, he is one of the kindest men i've ever met in a restaurant setting.

5 stars to the chef for tasty burgers, but no stars for rude service from Azalya which is the only reason I won't be returning.

I had higher expectations but sadly I was disappointed. First of all our order was wrong. I ordered a Mac N Cheese Smashed burger and I received something different, onions rings were complete soggy, and they forgot to give us our cheese cake. My husband went back for the cheese cake and the SMASHED Mac n cheese burger. Well, the order was wrong again. The burger wasn't smashed! At that point we were like screw it just take it as it is. I was very disappointed.

Located conveniently inside of the new Sully's, Brunch N Burger offers a wide variety of food from pasta, burgers, burritos, aqua frescas and more! If the food isn't enough to keep you coming back the chef/ owner who treats everyone like family certainly will. A phenomenal addition to the growing neighborhood be sure to try the pineapple aqua fresca, churros and southwestern corn balls!

From the moment I walked up to the counter I could tell, "This guys knows his food!" Immediately, he handed me a slider and a small plate of pasta to sample. I was shocked! I was instantly hooked. I asked how long he'd been preparing food like this..... this is what he revealed to me. He worked directly under Guy Fieri for 14yrs, and is also a founder of another local hit - Taco Bros!! He is the head chef of both TB and now Brunch and Burger. Chef Alan is a master of his culinary craft. A much try if you share an appreciation for quality food and a passion for flavor! Fantastic. I'll be here regularly!

The chicken Alfredo was 2/5 sauce was basic not very flavorful. Wouldn't get again My friend said the Cajun pasta was 4/5 she would get the pasta again. Fried mozzarella with sauce 4/5 One star off this because as you can see in the pic there was no cheese in one of the sticks. Also I had a sausage breakfast burrito kind of greasy wouldn't get again.

Gas Station Food like no other! We ran into the Sullys for some refreshments and decided to check out the Brunch N Burger spot. Baylee was super inviting and helpful with suggestive recommendations for first timers. Food was delicious and freshly made to order. Highly recommend this local grub spot - fast and friendly service

So far I've had a couple of their smash burgers as well as a couple of their pasta bowls. They have excellent food. I was a skeptic of the idea of mac n' cheese on a smash burger so I chose a different option that was great but had to return to try it and it was great. Their pasta bowls are flavorful, cheesy and do not lack portion. My wife loves it too. Food is great and so is the staff. We will be back.

This place is right down the street so I thought I would grab a few items. The food was what the kids refer to as MID. Chicken strips were more like burnt chicken chunks and definitely not worth the price. Thought maybe they gave us the kids meal? Place was clean but the cashier hung out in the back with the cooks the whole time until an order was ready to give out. Don't think I'll be back but gave them a shot.

I placed a pick up order for their happy hour for two pastas for 20$ and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Showed up and payed immediately no waiting. Their food continues to amaze me. You could honestly go to a restaurant and pay double for the quality that BnB is serving. Love it!

Had fettuccini Alfredo dinner and Grandaughter got the Mac and cheese hamburger. So delicious!! Since we're in Sully's all the time we will definitely be eating here again! You can order ahead or walk in. Didn't take long at all. And the employee behind counter was super sweet and informed me of what all the dishes were. You won't be disappointed!!

We had heard great things about their food, but my husband was leary to try food from inside a gas station. To begin, we were greeted by Chef Alan, and his friendly and outgoing personality. When we told him we had never eaten there, he had the kitchen send out a couple of different things for us to sample before we ordered. All of it was absolutely delicious! We could not believe this was "gas station" food! Not only was the food delicious, but Chef Alan was so friendly and took the time to have a conversation with us. We found out the entire menu was created by him, which was really impressive. I ended up ordering Chef Alan pasta dish, and my husband ordered a different pasta dish with shrimp. His shrimp looked amazing (mine was bomb!) and he really enjoyed it. Our one and only complaint was the price. It is on the pricier side for a fast food type-lunch (we paid over $50 and we only ordered the pastas, no drinks or extra stuff). That's the only reason I made it a 4-star review. If you don't mind spending extra money at lunchtime, I definitely recommend it . We will be returning, and we'll order breakfast sometime too- the breakfast choices looked amazing!

Stopped into Sully's and was offered a sample of the Cajun Chicken Penne and it was very tasty. I ended up ordering the Spicy Chicken Penne and mozzarella sticks to take home. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was fast and friendly, the prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back to try the other items.

The owner is the kindest, most amazing man and the food is INCREDIBLE!!!! The employees that work there truly look happy to be there and are so helpful. The outdoor patio area is beautiful, clean, and open! My family and I have gone since it opened and will be going for years to come!

We were driving through Bakersfield and luckily got gas where this place is. The pesto chicken pasta was the best I've ever had. They should open up a sit down pasta restaurant.

We tried Brunch and Burgers after seeing a BOGO offer on their Instagram page for breakfast burritos. After placing the order for two bacon burritos the price rang up at regular price. We asked about the BOGO offer to be told it was a special for online orders thru the app. This information was not included in the Instagram post nor was there a code. We would have loved placing the order online had we known about it. They did honor the offer but made to feel like they were doing us a favor. The burritos were very tasty and we like the grilled tortilla. A good ratio of egg, potato, bacon, and salsa. We will consider going back but are concern about their advertising offers. Right now they have a happy hour offer for BOGO pasta from 2-5 but how does one redeem the offer?

I started with taco bros downtown years back. Bailey was awesome and the food was best Mexican food in town. When I heard they opened another restaurant I was there. The owner was working the counter and was just as cool as Bailey. Food is just as good as taco bros. You can't go wrong on the menu. Try the aqua Fresca.

Wait for over 30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers. When asked about our order, they offered a sample of the pasta. After 10 minutes of being asked about my order, I heard how they were barely making it. Ridiculous wait time and not even worth the hype of the place.

Chef Alanito and his staff are amazing. Their customer service is unparalleled and the food is amazing! I'm not "a foodie" but this man's menu will convince anyone that good food makes people happy. Well Done!

I had the worst terrible experience ever at this restaurant. The guy Alan was unhelpful when I called in my order and the food was mediocre at best, I also asked him for plain hamburgers and was given everything on them. I would not recommend this place to anyone

This is the best kept secret that everyone needs to know about. I have eaten from here twice. The quality of the food for the price can't be beat. You are getting a real burger. We have had the chicken sandwich, cheese burger, black n blue burger. The black and blue is so stinking delicious. Be aware the blue cheese is strong. I told my friends to go and they also thought it was great.

Food was really good, and prices aren't bad. Got two pastas, and a specialty burger for $33. We will definitely come back

I've heard so many people talking this place up, but I'm not sure what all the hype is about. I paid $11 for an extremely dry and underwhelming burger that I could've easily made better at home. The burger I ordered was also supposed to come with avocado, but did not. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We have been there four times and the burritos have been excellent! Ladies providing counter service and food prep are excellent also!
