TLDR: The kitchen needs to sort itself out.
The staff were nice and helpful but the kitchen, for us, made this place a "Not going to return". We (a party of 5) waited over half an hour to get our food and normally I wouldn't mind, we were there during a rush on a Saturday. No worries. BUT 1 person didn't get their meal for another 15 minutes (ate least) after everyone else and another person got half their order and didn't get the rest of it until they had finished what they were given. A little annoying but even then if the food was good - no big deal. EXCEPT the last food to arrive was suppose to be a medium-rare California burger. It came out with no mayo, no pickles, and it was well done. We asked to get it fixed but decided to just forego it since it had taken over an hour to get the burger in the 1st place.
Another person, me actually, ordered the Berries and Spinach salad with salmon and the salad was completely different. I mean, it had berries and a couple tomatoes but it didn't have....SPINACH. Or cucumbers, or pecans, or feta. In fact, it was mostly shredded cabbage and had green bell peppers which, upon looking at the salads on the menu are not in ANY salad that I could find. Now I didn't complain about the salad, frankly I wasn't going to wait and nothing in the salad was disagreeable to me, but it wasn't what I ordered.
But I paid 14$ (not including the extra charge for salmon) for a salad that I didn't actually get.
So for a bill of 88$ and a tip of 20 (again the waitress was great, she wasn't the problem) I got a salad I didn't order, an incorrect burger that took an hour to get wrong, and pancakes that didn't show up until the burger did.
And as an aside, not that it's a big deal but it was odd, if you sell pizzas maybe you should have pizza boxes.
Coffee was good.
