I can't complain about waiting to be seated because it was a Saturday and they do get very busy. That said, the food was fresh and everything was delicious. I had the steak and eggs and ate every last bit of it. The steak was cooked to perfection and very tender. My partner had the chicken and waffles, it was good. My friend had the Pumpkin Bacon Waffles and truly enjoyed it.

We were just driving through and had no idea what we were walking in too. We left full and happy! Food is fresh, delicious, seasoned well and perfect portions. My husband and I both got the traditional breakfast and added French toast. The food, sweet tea, coffee and service was EXCELLENT! So many options everyone can find something they like. I didn’t order the avocado toast but the table next to me did and it looked amazing.

Absolutely fantastic. There will be a line so be prepared. To us, long line indicates the locals love it AND the food must be good. This place didn't disappoint!! My eggs were a little bit too runny - but the thick cut bacon was perfection on the plate. They also serve DUCK BACON if you are into the exotic scene... not me - I'll take pork!! The French toast was superb as well. Prices were a bit high... breakfast for 2 bill was $41. We'd highly recommend giving this place a try. BUT again SUPER BUSY on weekend so be prepared to wait - if you don't have to wait - a BONUS!! Parking can be tight as well...

Had an amazing server Jasmine, we were there for our monthly girls meet up for brunch. She was very patient with us while we did a lot of talking and came back for our order. Food was great but with they had more drink options. Had the sangria and it wasn't very strong and the other options were just drinks with champagne or vodka I believe. It was very warm and we asked to have the fans turned on due to the amount of people and the kitchen being an open setting it definitely got warm and smokey in there. I had the chicken and waffles, I had kind of expected more but it was very basic. If I go back will definitely choose something different, they have a large selection and the food looks amazing.

HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! If you’re craving for a DELICIOUS, BIG PORTION, and REASONABLE PRICE breakfast/brunch, this is the place! The eggs always come out perfect with running yolk. I highly recommend the guava and berries French toast! The portion is huge even tho I ordered a half stack. I also recommend you to try their duck bacon! Super crunchy and flavorful. Everyone there is so nice and friendly.

Food was delicious! Eggs Benny and the Kyle's meat lovers omelet. Our server Kaitlyn was very friendly! Will definitely be going back to try other dishes.... Have been back multiple times... all the servers are awesome add Michael to the list of great servers

We were a large group from out of town for a work conference and came for breakfast the three days we were in town. The service and food was amazing. Highly recommend!

We went to Brunchies in Lutz/Land O'Lakes. Their menu contains items for breakfast and lunch. The restaurant is open until 2 pm. It is located a mile west of the Outlet Mall. We ordered quickly and our food came out as ordered within 15 minutes. It looked and tested delicious. We will definitely visit again soon.

I absolutely love this place - I am almost afraid to give it 5 stars and have it get busier than it already can be. Two large rooms with plenty of seating. Super friendly staff, I have never had a bad experience. Every single thing I've ordered here has been delicious - guava stuffed French toast, TRUST ME ( or the crepes if you want a lighter bread) the filling is delicious. The one thing is, I love grits and they are inconsistent - sometimes they are super creamy and sometimes watery ( but this did not impact my experience enough to lower the score)

Brunchies is the best breakfast/brunch spot in Lutz, and everyone here seems to know it. Prepare to wait a bit for a table, but know that it's worth it. I've visited several times and have always been pleased the quality of my orders and the atmosphere. The waffles topped with fresh fruit are a great option, topped with a colorful medley of berries and whipped cream. I am also a fan of the Florentine Benny. The poached eggs were perfect, layered over spinach and tomatoes and topped with hollandaise sauce...SO good!! Weekend brunch isn't complete without a peach Bellini. The service is always friendly and efficient, paired with a laid-back vibe. I don't get to visit often but it always feels like a special occasion when I do!

Stopped in for lunch and let me say...The club sandwich was tremendous ! Also, extra points for a pleasant and clean bathroom!

We always get a great breakfast at Brunchie's with outstanding service. We've found that the lines are smaller or nonexistent during the week as compared to the weekends. That's the advantage of being retired, everyday is a weekend day! If you haven't tried Brunchies you are missing a very good breakfast. They also have an adult beverage list including Champagne! My kinda place!

No complaints whatsoever about our experience! We returned from a cruise and needed somewhere to grab a nice breakfast. This place did not disappoint at all! Our service was great. The food was immaculate. And although the restaurant was a little loud and crowded, it was still an enjoyable ambiance. I highly recommend the blueberry pancakes and turkey sausage patties. *chef's kiss* I wanted to try the duck bacon, but it was too much of an up charge in my opinion..

Service and the ambiance were okay. Nothing fancy just your typical diner feel. The cafe con leche was probably the best I had in Tampa. I have not been able to find good Cuban coffee in this area so I was extremely excited about that. We ordered the guava French toast, Alfredo burrito and some duck bacon. The burrito lacked flavor but nothing a little hot sauce couldn't fix. The guava French toast was amazing and i will definitely make a trip back just for the cafe con leche and French toast. Now the duck bacon was nasty and I would never attempt that again. It wasn't my thing at all, mind you it's my first time trying this so I don't have any comparison.

Perfect menu to please everyone. The traditional items and then many different items with their twist. Service great. Never disappointed. Diner feel ambiance.

Brunchies is THE best breakfast place in this area! They have so many food options that anyone, even the pickiest eaters, could be satisfied. As part of a recent health journey, I opted for their avocado toast and was not disappointed. I also recommend their duck bacon - it's super flavorful and has less fat than the regular bacon. The service was quick and friendly and the location gives diner vibes. It does get busy on the weekends so expect a bit of a wait time.

Great food, always on time when ordering out. Mimosas on a weekend brunch is always good. I feel like the prices are fair compared to the portions served. Service is usually quick to seat. Phone is always answered timely. I have recommended to friends. This is also a family owned business that I believe is a staple in the community. Awesome job.

Went here for the first time the other day ..super busy place for a Friday morning..we were seated and drink orders were taken promptly. A great variety of drinks and juices. I was thrilled they had bottled water, a lot of places do not ..theeni is very nice for those who love Breakfast foods and they also have a great variety of Salads and Sandwiches as well. Ordered a Club Sandwich, did not realize it was served with an egg on it, and they were happy to take care of that and bring the sandwich back after Egg removal...very large Sandwich and very good..the potatoes they served with it were lukewarm....service was excellent and she was very attentive ..

Love this place. Menu has every mood covered. The wait can be long on the weekend so keep that in mind. The kids breakfast is large enough for my 11 yr old son. Place is clean - bathroom is one of the area I check and except for the one time they ran out of TP it's always clean.

Great breakfast choice! I was wanting a salad. Ended up with the half house salad (which was huge) and a half BLT (yummy but they serve it with no mayo, you need to ask for it) Perfect size. Good price. Hubby got the huevos ranchero Benny and he can't stop raving about it. Isaac, our server, was informative, friendly, and the perfect server. He kept tabs on us but wasn't intrusive. Definitely will be back. The menu is huge. Can't wait to try more!

Came for lunch and had the Chicken Waldorf sandwich which was delicious. I especially enjoyed the green juice. Can't wait to come back!

Fantastic experience! Our waiter, Miguel was super friendly and efficient. The food was fantastic! The guava french toast is my fav. It has the perfect balance of flavors. The kids meals were great! The kids loved the pancakes and eggs. This is one of our fav local breakfast/brunch restaurants.

An amazing menu. Unique breakfast combinations and well prepared. Had the shrimp and grits...... amazing flavors with the Andouille sausage ! Had the green juice (celery and ginger) on ice. Very hearty breakfast. I will definitely return to explore the other options. Can't go wrong

Had two servers help us- it was a very busy day on MLK for breakfast! Friendly servers that were juggling multiple tables efficiently. My omelette was great! The music was popping, reminded me of the best tik tok songs!

I love successful local spots and this is a favorite of my wife and mine. Very friendly staff. Smiles all around. Excellent brunch variety, and the highlights are the breakfast items.

I love brunchies! OMG if you know me I love a good breakfast and especially if they have lots of skillets, omelettes, specials and egg choices! Of course I always do an omelette but why not-omelettes are full of protein and keep you fuller, longer and I just love eggs! This time I did put avocado on my omelette lol. My friend put me onto this place and everytime I'm in Tampa whether it's with her or someone else, this is where we go for brunch! They also have mimosas and mimosa specials! I did not get it one this time (I enjoyed my coffee) but if you love a good mimosa, try one, you will love them! The portions are great, I always eat all mine because ya girl is a foodie! Service was quick and the waitstaff was very attentive to our needs. Ambiance is like your typically mom and pop place which I love comfort food places! I know the food will be good! If you're looking for a good food place to try for breakfast or brunch , go to brunchies! It's delicious and you will leave feeling full and satisfied!

Jose's Carnitas Omelette was not to die for, I'd say average on it. However, the roasted potatoes helped the dish feel more well rounded. And the Guava Crepes were really good. I also had hot cocoa with whip cream which I enjoyed. The service from my waitress was kind and warm. She was good to us during our visit. The ambience of the place felt like a local Tennessee breakfast spot if I had to compare it to anything. It felt homey and local. It is a bit different than when I last went to brunchies they used to be closer to Bruce B Downs but I would come again. I would give it a 4 out of 5 stars. Maybe if I tried a different dish like the Skillet I would give it that extra star but like I mentioned the one I picked wasn't all that. Feel free to stop by and give it a chance they have a good menu. I wanted to add that it's very family friendly.

The first time trying this place. There is always a line out the door but we arrived earlier today. Soo happy with the food, delicious. The lavender lemonade is so fresh and not too sweet. I was impressed by the cleanliness, they actually cleaned the tables not just a quick swipe with a rag Worthy of waking early to beat the rush

12/14/24 - Met a friend here this morning. We were surprised at 10:30AM that there was quite a wait list, but we decided to stay and just visit while we stood outside, as we hadn't seen each other in months. Turned out the wait was only about 15 min and we were escorted to a booth in the back room. SO glad we waited. Will was a terrific server, answered some questions about the menu, and responded quickly to a request for half and half for coffee rather than the non dairy liquid at the table. My friend also loved the apple butter for her toast. We each ordered a different omelet and agreed they were excellent. Coffee was really very good as well. Would definitely come back.

If you're in the Lutz area, do yourself a favor and stop by Brunchies. This local gem is sure to brighten your day and leave you craving more!

Stopped in for a late breakfast this morning and absolutely fell in love with this place! Their Irish Coffee was perfect for a cold morning, and the fresh juices looked amazing. The service was very quick and friendly. I had the club sandwich and it was delicious, my boyfriend ended up taking half of my sandwich and liked it even more than his spicy skillet. The skillet was good also, but the avocados were a little brown and it was a bit spicier than he liked. I can definitely see myself back for another club sandwich in the near future, one of the best I've had in the area!

Dined solo with Miguel at bar. He is friendly and attentive. For that reason, I returned the next day. Eggs Benedict was served with home fries. I neglected to order the English muffin separately the first time and it was rubbery in no time as is common. The next day, I ordered the bread on-the-side (OTS) and the eggs sans paprika for the win Ordered a hot tea with one choice of black tea. Not spectacular. The following day, I brought my own teabags. Much better. They have a bar however, I haven't partaken. Brunchies is a popular, family-friendly brunch spot. FYI: At the height of the brunch rush, the joint is loud with content diners and laughing.

Food is always great and their hot sauce is addictive! Their mimosas are also good. Service was good. It's always busy but they do a good job getting everything out quick and delicious

My daughter and I came to this establishment on a breakfast run before starting our day. My daughter decided to get the shrimp and grits. After 2 bites she could not tolerate to eat the dish as it had absolutely no taste, soupy and just unpleasant in texture. I mentioned my complaints to the waitress and she just offered to bring the check. 1/5 stars as I couldn't give anything less.

Love their breakfast potatoes and salmon dishes plus their homemade sauces. Very busy. Bathrooms could be maintained better

The best place in Lutz/ Wesley chapel area for breakfast/ brunch. Extensive and unique menu, with very large portions and decent prices. It is NOT one of those overpriced brunch places like you'll find around here. It is a nice diner with deliciously cooked and well seasoned food and large portions. Waitstaff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend Matt's ultimate spicy skillet and the stuffed crepes. Clean restaurant inside. Also serves alcoholic beverages.

My husband and I have had the pleasure of coming here for years. When you walk in you feel like you're walking into a relative's home. It's truly a wonderful experience-- food and hospitality-- every time. It's our go to whether we have a celebration or out of town guests-- this family run business is the best in Lutz! Thank you!

Deciding where to grab breakfast in Lutz on a Saturday morning and remembered Brunchies! I haven't been here in years and totally forgot this was here. We got there around 10am and the place was packed however it wasn't too bad as far as we were able to get a seat right away. Our waiter Neil was amazing and such a delight to add to our visit! The seasonal menu with pumpkin pancakes was great option in addition to the full menu. Definitely check it out if you're in the area as they re one of the few non-chain breakfast/brunch spots around.

Everyone in the Wesley chapel/LOL area knows about brunchies. Great place, great staff, great food. Long wait for a table? Try your luck at getting a seat at the bar which is first come first served. It's always neat and tidy with tons of natural light to brighten up the restaurant. It's one of my gotos for brunch on the weekend with the wife or when we have visitors. Grateful for this diner being so close to home.

This place was amazing. The steak and eggs breakfast was well worth the price, the potatoes for cooked through and the flavor was awesome. The wait staff is friendly and timely. Definitely recommend for breakfast or brunch.

5 stars for a family owned restaurant that has quality service and good food. We were in town for a staycation from Orlando and stopped here on a Tuesday morning before heading home. I chose this place after finding it on yelp. I had the eggs Benny which were perfect with crispy lightly seasoned potatoes. Also had a mimosa that came in an 8oz glass. The juice was fresh. Mimosas come in other flavors and they also had a seasonal prickly pear. My husband had the Lutz Bubba. Biscuit and gravy with potatoes. Our son had the Chicken and waffles. They have homemade hot sauce! The service was excellent and I can tell they take pride in their patrons. All the servers were always looking around to make sure the guests were always taken care of. Bought a cinnamon roll to go. Oh - they also love dogs!

Good selections of foods and services. The quality of food is very good. Very busy place. Everyone goes there.

The food was just okay, the pancakes weren't hot enough to ever melt the butter, and the guava french toast left an aftertaste . The service was slow as they seemed understaffed. The restaurant was clean but the acoustics were great, making the second room very loud. The restrooms were adequate.

Let me start off by saying that I've been to Brunchies a few times. The atmosphere & service is always great. The breakfast itself today was very disappointing. The Chocolate Chip Pancakes had no flavor at all. I asked the waitress prior to ordering if the bacon was deep or pan-fried. She said it would be would pan-fried- it wasn't. Nonetheless, Brunchies has a wide variety to choose from so I will be back!

This trendy breakfast/brunch spot in Lutz is located in a strip mall but it's actually quite spacious inside. They serve traditional breakfast favorites like eggs, omelettes, bennys, pancakes, and French toast. Additionally they have a more trendy and "healthy" section with offerings such as avocado toast, oatmeal, and protein bowls, much of these items loaded with fresh fruit. The coffee was fresh and hot and served in a pot on the table. They also serve cocktails such as mimosas and other libations. The servers were excellent, and I felt that the cost was moderate. My elderly mom and mother-in-law absolutely raved about their meals, so we will definitely be returning in the near future.

Great brunch spot! They have a nice selection of cocktails. I really enjoyed the Peach Bellini! Coffee is great too. I ordered the Jose's Carnitas Omelette and a waffle for my daughter. Food was good. The pork in the omelette was flavored well and overall not too spicy which I liked. Service was good. This place is always packed on weekends so be prepared to wait a bit to be seated. It didn't take too long for food but my daughter was getting antsy. They no longer offer crayons for kids because kids were writing on the walls... so parents be prepared!

The y seated us quickly even though they were busy and were very nice. The service was good and she did a good job at checking on us even though she was busy. The place looked clean and made you feel comfortable. The food was great it came out warm and tasted great.

We meet family here several times a year, parties of 2 to 10. The food is always great! I especially love the breakfast sausage links with pancakes, they are sweet and spicy. Also love the eggs Benedict and so many more dishes. Service is friendly and responsive even when they are slammed. Worth the wait, we love this place.

Popular breakfast brunch lunch. Cozy space located in a commercial plaza we came here when it was somewhat busy made a bit busier with 1 chef down but the wait staff was friendly and honest about the delay. Whether a date, alone (sit at the bar and get a view of all the different groups) , with family, the kids or friends good choice. My complaint would be to the crepes they were not cooked through and the dough was too thick needed to be lighter and more crepey. Would be great if they had a variety of syrups seems people so like it. The decor could be updated but that's a small thing in comparison. Definitely an overall good choice in the area.

I try to avoid mundane national chain breakfast venues so I found Brunchies which offered what I was looking for, a lite breakfast snack with a beverage with authority, for digestive purposes. I loved this place as soon as I walked in and was warmly and genuinely greeted by the hostess who showed us to our booth. This venue was packed with obviously satisfied patrons as I witnessed them fervently indulge in their delectable delights. I ordered the Chicken Tenders and Waffles with a Bloody Mary and had absolutely no complaints.

This place is fantastic. I had to take one star because my husband's steak wasn't hot and the hostess could've been friendlier. However, my meal was DELICIOUS!!!!! You can't do much with potatoes and eggs, but the Feast Guava toast was a pleasant twist on breakfast. It was so goooooood! Our sever London suggested it and I am so glad she did! She was so sweet and attentive. Also the other patrons were friendly as well. When and if I return to this area I will be back for this again!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff. Friendly, relaxing environment, and delicious food. Great variety of creative items on the menu. A must try!! Matt's skillet (pictured without the jalapeños and pico de gallo) is a phenomenal twist on a ordinary breakfast skillet. I will be back for another one. This is a great local restaurant with a breakfast/brunch focus. The portions are great, the food quality is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent. The only thing preventing a fifth star is the choice of potato available for breakfast. The only thing they offer is the same nasty deep fried institutional potato like you would find at a chain motel on the side of the interstate. This is a great restaurant. If I am ever in the area again, I would make it a priority to return.
