Had an excellent experience here and was served perhaps the best Pork collar I’ve ever eaten (!) alongside some beautiful small plates by Their resident chef Jack Hancock. Very impressed for a small village wine bar, couldn’t recommend more if you’re in the area

Honestly one of the best dining experiences I have had in Hackney. The venue is perfectly cosy and intimate, the staff were incredible from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they really looked after us well and were so friendly. A small group of us visited on Sunday afternoon for lunch by resident Chef Jack Hancock which was some of the best food I have had in London. We pretty much ordered everything on the menu and everything was a hit, my personal favourites were the Gruyere Spaetzle, Garlic and Morels and the Chuckeye Steak, both were unreal. The bottle of Katla wine recommended to us was really delicious and the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Thank you

Charming spot with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. The wine selection is good. That said, the food was underwhelming. For the price, I expected something more substantial than what felt like a toothpick with a slice of ham and cucumber. Small plates are one thing — microscopic is another. The portion sizes and overall quality didn’t quite justify the cost. I’d recommend going for the wine and ambience, but I wouldn’t come specifically for the food.

The place is tiny, so are the dishes + nice atmosphere, beautiful area - low intervention wine, Tesco crackers and rice crisps

A vibey local wine bar that I recently went to, for drinks and then went back again for the food. Very cool wine list, a lot of more unusual wines you don’t see everywhere but amazing for those who enjoy discovering new things. The kitchen residency changes every so often, but the current chefs have a lot of fresh flavours and portions are decent. Inside and outside seating, so pretty safe for the inclement summer weather.

Big selection of wines. The staffs are friendly and super helpful, which made the experience lovely. We opted for orange wines with little knowledge. The staffs kindly (and not obnoxiously) explained to us and allowed us to try the wines first which was super helpful!

My new favourite wine bar in London - superb curated selection of natural wines. Gorgeous neighbourhood, unpretentious vibe, knowledgeable staff, and the most exciting guest chef menus!! Wonderful all around.
