Bruno's Pizza

Nasty. We ordered a lasagna dish it was gross it wasn’t stacked up as lasagna should be it was mushed all up. Completely disgusting. Had to toss it in the garbage. Pizza is not that great. They’re like afraid to put their toppings on, but they charge an arm and leg for it.

I ordered a pizza at 5:40 p.m. on New Year's Eve. The young lady that answered the phone told me that it would be about a 45 minute wait, which I certainly anticipated. I got there about 5 minutes early and I was told that would be just a few more minutes, so I stepped back and just stood and waited and watched. It was way more than just a few minutes but as I stood there and watched your crew do their thing, and apologize to patrons for the wait, all I could think of was no apologies needed. You all busted your butts tonight and work together so well to get all the orders out for everybody even if it took a little bit longer. I hope everybody was as patient because I get it when you're dealing with the public. It's not easy. But thank you for my delicious pizza and for a great service. Quality time! On Saturday evening came in to Bruno’s Pizza with oldest son to try the garlic wings! The wigs were delicious and tender. My son requested extra food buffalo pizza and sweet Chili wings. To our surprise the food was delicious and amazing… The restaurant was clean and atmosphere was perfect. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming.

One of the best pizza places around! Their personal pizza’s are a great size, and taste amazing. Their deep fried Oreos hit hard too

Anyone who knows me, knows I have a spot in Holyoke that makes my favorite "Sweet Chili Chicken" Pizza. Living in Springfield, I rarely get to enjoy it... until NOW. Bruno's is the only place in Springfield that offers the Sweet Chili Chicken. I was very excited because I already knew how GOOD their Pizza is, and they didn't disappoint. Thank you, Bruno's... DELICIOUS!

I cannot comment on the service in the atmosphere as I had this delivered via doordash. I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives. Quite possibly the best pizza I've ever had. The price was very reasonable and the toppings were plentiful. I actually couldn't believe how good it was. Will be a repeat customer. Thank you Bruno's

I have tried a few of the pizza places in the Sixteen Acres neighborhood over the years, and Bruno's has continued to be the best of them all! Their pizzas are never greasy, and I continue to love the crust. I have taken a liking to the grilled BBQ chicken pizza, and I always have to have the crinkle-cut fries. Keep up the good work everyone!

This spot has become our "go-to" for pizza in the area. The pies are well executed with a perfect crust, firm and crunchy outside and soft inside. The ingredients are always fresh and ample. The staff are all a pleasure and the restaurant is clean and well stocked. Can't ask for much more from a pizza joint. They offer many other entrees, which we haven't tried yet, but should.

I got chicken franchise delivered today.. puked my guts out ... with only 1/3 if the meal eaten ...

I only went one time and I definitely intend to be back. The pizza was quality, the service was quality, the location is a gem, and more. I did note how busy they were went I went in there... deliveries, pickups, and dine-in business. I would consider that to be a good sign. The pizza was pretty good and the slices large. I was not thrilled about the price, but I was not that upset after I ate those delicious slices. I went and was blessed, and I think you would be to. So if you haven't been, stop playing yourself and go in there. Dooooooo iiiiiitttt!

Bruno's Pizza is the best authentic pizza you could ever have! Their large pizza are what other places consider party pizzas! They make your pizza exactly how you want it! And if you want customer service like it used to be years ago like it should be today Then you should definitely go to Bruno's. They are so wonderful and kind there. It's unbelievable! I hadn't been there in over a year (my son has autism and was off pizza for awhile) and when I went back tonight and actually two weeks ago for my son's birthday when I first walked in, they treated me like they just saw me yesterday. It's just great. They are so unbelievably nice there and their food is the best you will not be disappointed! Go to Bruno's they treat you like family, warm, welcoming,, and great people!

Everybody claims to know the best pizza spots. Everyone is wrong. This is where you go if you want a beautiful (cheese is my order, but venture out with no fear) pizza that's been good since I first had it as a kid in the early 90's. Moved back to MA a couple years ago and rekindled my love affair with Bruno. He has never done me wrong. I'm moving away in a couple months and I'm going to miss this place, but I know it will always be here whenever I return.

Favorite local pizza place. EVERY TIME IS COOKED PERFECT!! Have several different favorites , from plain cheese to chicken bacon ranch or chicken broccoli Alfredo style. Fair prices and good portions/sizes. Longtime workers will remember your name and preferences.

Best cheesy garlic bread and pizzas! Had the Buffalo chicken pie and was stunning! Julio is the best! Great blue cheese dressing too all homemade!

I have been getting Bruno's pizza for at least 35 + years. I don't know how many times it's changed hands, but it has ALWAYS been the best pizza in the city. I've tried practically all of the others over the years, including some beloved iconic places, but come back to Bruno's for consistently superior quality, taste and service. I'm too old to experiment any more....this is the BEST.

Bruno's pizza was an awesome place to eat not only was the food delicious but the staff was very friendly and polite. Bruno's pizza is a great place to go even if you have food allergies because the staff understands that even cross-contamination can be dangerous. I also as a bigger person appreciate that the seating options can also accommodate larger people. all in all if I could give Bruno's pizza more than 5 stars I would because I truly believe that they truly deserve it. my family will definitely eat here again! thanks Bruno's pizza for being so good!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. We have been ordering takeout and dining in from this family owned restaurant for over 25 years. It is our favorite restaurant to order from. There is a lot of pride in this establishment with providing there customers with good quality food. It feels like home. The moment we walk through the door we are often greeted by our names. The staff is friendly, courteous, and nice as well as helpful. They will do custom orders because we have dietary needs. They will call and check to make sure if something is off with our order. You can do online ordering now. No issues with that! Their prices are very reasonable. The food is delicious. It is even better now since they have updated their kitchen. I have tried many things off of the menu. The restaurant offers a variety of things. Meal prep time is quick. I love the portion sizes too. The location is very clean. It was recently updated. It is beautiful! No public bathroom. Most of their business is take out. You can sit and eat there. They do offer sanitizer to anyone who wants to clean their hands before they eat, I believe. The ambience is very nice and not loud at all. Leaving the parking lot is never really an issue. You feel very safe pulling out of the lot. This neighborhood in Springfield is nice. They also do delivery. We have never had any problems whatsoever. If you are looking for some great Italian cuisine we highly recommend Bruno's. It is the best pizza in the area. Many pizza restaurants have come and gone in the area, but this family has always remained. In addition to all of this it will also feel good to support a dedicated locally owned family business too!

So glad I found this pizza place / everything place - it's been my go-to ever since! I opened up my delivery order (which is always early, might I add), and was so amazed by the salad I needed to write a review. This thing is $12! The best and most topped salad I've ever seen. It's also amazing. I've also had the BBQ chicken wrap, and it's also 5 stars. Pizza and grinders are incredible, and I know they care about their customers because they go the extra mile. Give Bruno's a try if you haven't already, you won't regret it!

Brunos has been continuously making and serving high quality DELICIOUS pizzas (and their other foods) since I have tried here in 2005. Excellent quality taste. Always greeted like a friend and not just a customer. Everything I have tried combo pizza, greek pizza, all kinds of calzones, different salads, many of the dinners (I absolute love their eggplant parm), white pizza, and big meaty wings (my fav is honeY BBQ). Try it and see I am not lying. Thank you Mike and your family.

Bruno's is a clean and well maintained establishment with delicious food and great service. Their prices are reasonable and their portions are filling.

7/10 pizza ! This pizza is a thicker crust, doughy, soft pizza. I opted for a plain size which is about 3$. While I thought initially that was a lot for a single plain slice, it was very large and filling, I would definitely not have needed more than one slice. While the pizza is super large and on the softer side (which I prefer), there is tooooo much cheese. It was overwhelmingly cheesy, which was oozing off the pizza and all over the takeout box. While I don't mind extra cheese, it made it difficult to detect the flavor of the sauce. Overall, I think there could have been a better sauce to cheese ratio ! Other than that, the pizza isn't anything extraordinary. It is a good, standard slice of pizza. Staff is friendly and service is fast. May or may not be back :)

We don't usually order Bruno's, but I decided to treat my Step-Dad to dinner with a nice chicken parm sub. & Bruno's happens to be his fave. I ordered & everything, ready the exact time it said, everyone was super helpful & nice. They were all busy & stuff but still took the time away to greet me & help me out. My order needed some finishing touches but it didn't take long, which was nice. Everyone was working so hard. Good on masks & hand sanitizing. I was in & out of there fast. The only thing I will say is that the chicken parm was quite salty & I'm someone who usually doesn't mind that. I wanted more sauce, but that's on me, I could've asked for more. But this was my first sub from them. I enjoyed the service very much & felt really taken care of. Thank you!

After reading some not so great reviews I was a lil apprehensive about ordering from here but I'm so happy we did. I am originally from new Haven which is known for the original brick oven pizza, and I was really impressed w Bruno's! It was the first time in this area that I really liked and will continue to order. I didn't have any customer service issues at all.

Great local neighborhood pizza place! Some of the best wings I've ever had. The pizza pal calzone is awesome along with their marinara sauce. So happy to see they recently started taking debit cards as it was always cash only. Never had a problem there and will always be a customer. Place is jumping on a Friday evening. An staple Sixteen Acres of living.

Ordered the pastas and the whole meal was just made with no love. Sauce tasted like it was just poured out a can. The dish was watery and the chicken had lack of flavor. My lady got the sweet sausage and the texture and taste was soft mushy and bland. My son got the breaded chicken parm enjoyed his meal but he doesn't know any better. (He's the reason there's another star)

I ordered here due to my usual go-to being closed for the day and let me say... I should have just waited till they reopened cause this place was trash. The wings I got were soggy, cold, and didn't even have any flavor to them. And the pizza was as well soggy and cold and lacked any real flavor. The toppings were scarce and the dough was extremely chewy and stretchy. Will NEVER go back.

Growing up in the acres, I'd been going to Bruno's forever. I've found though, that in recent years either their quality had gone down or my tastes have seriously changed. You do get a good deal- the prices are fair and the pizzas are large. They don't have olives, which I like, so that's a bust for me. The pizza can get a bit soggy of the bottom and the crust is very much like a doughy breadstick. They do have wonderful soup however. I'm just really more of a Pizza Palace pizza fan.

We're right around the corner from Bruno's, so we're already biased from the onset. After a day of yard work or shoveling snow, it's nice to ring up Bruno's, order a grinder or a pizza, and walk right out to get it. We usually order veggie subs, and we're never disappointed. These guys make a decent pizza, but we're had better elsewhere. For the neighborhood selection, we're thrilled with it. Very reasonably priced and very delicious, we're happy to have Bruno's in the neighborhood!

We have been going to Bruno's for years. Usually we absolutely love their pizza and typically do not experience any service issues. However, yesterday my family called and ordered a medium white pizza. We sent dad to go pick it up. He was confused when he came home and thought the box seemed larger that usual. I opened it up and sure enough he was charged for and sent home with a large combo. (this was not dad's fault as we did not let him know what we had ordered) When i called to let them know we were given the wrong pizza, we were told to send my father back with the wrong pizza to return and we would be given the correct one. I felt this was rather unusual. I felt we should have been able to at least keep the incorrect pizza - I mean, were they going to sell it to the people who ordered it? What it we touched or spit on it? It was not OUR fault my dad was given the wrong pizza. I checked, the wrong pizza had a ticket on it that said my dad's name. We also got no apology on the phone or offer for any sort of discount, to keep the incorrect pizza that was sent home with dad, or maybe an order of like, free mozz sticks or something for the inconvenience. We were simply told my dad had to inconvenience himself, waste his gas and time to drive all the way back, and return the first pizza to get our correct one. side note: Our medium white pizza was also stone cold by the time dad got it home. Bruno's - we used to love you. However, you just lost what was once a loyal customer who always gave you rave reivews and recommended you to friends/family. Next time you give someone the wrong pizza, let them keep it or at least offer to deliver the correct one free of charge instead of royally inconveniencing your loyal customers.

They always make me a good za.. staff is the friendliness around. It's a thicker crust, and a small is good enough for two.

Whenever I fly in to Massachusetts, this is the first place I go to eat. EVERY time! Best pizza! If you live near there or find yourself in the area, I highly recommend you stopping in for a pie!

This is my family's favorite place for pizza and grinders in Springfield. It is always great! I especially love their grinders!

At first glance the place looks like nothing special and parking is tricky but the food is very good. It is legit place for takeout. You could eat in as there are a few booths but takeout is their specialty. My family often orders out from Bruno's when we have a get together. The pizzas are great, the kids LOVE the breadsticks with dipping sauce and we also get the spaghetti and meatballs. As far as customer service, one time we ordered a big order and the guy on the phone forgot to enter the bread sticks. We arrived to pick up and noticed the breadsticks were not there (DEAL BREAKER for the kids). The guy at the counter apologized profusely and had his driver deliver them to us as fast as possible. Great work. Great food at a great price. Check them out.

Would not recommend- just ordered grinders. Chicken cutlet grinder was ice cold with hard cheese and a roll so hard it hurt to bite in to. It was obviously old and inedible. Will not be returning.

Would not recommend. They seem not to care for Customer service. In addition, to much buck for the quality. Would recommend to think of working on some deals and step up the quality of your brand.

Best pizza in the area, the combination is great!! The dinners well priced and the grinders are awesome. Not to mention the prices are pretty good. A large combination pizza and antipasto salad will feed a family of 5 for under 30 bucks. Can't be beat, especially with all the crap pizza chains out there Pizza Hut, dominos, little ceasers it's nice to still have local pizza places around.

Brunos gets 5 stars from me cause their grinders are great. Priced great MIKE one of the managers is always nice and outgoing they treat there customers with respect I just love there food .

The food is ok but NEVER EVER get Delivery it take forever and they don't care.

This place is very average. We ordered a cheese pizza, a meat lovers pizza, and a buffalo chicken wrap. The pizza was average. The wrap was okay. It had enough hot sauce to spread it across ten wraps. Our order did not come with napkins, celery, or blue cheese. We will probably end up trying another place next time we order pizza.
