Finally checking this place out! So glad I stopped by. The layout and interior design is eye catching. The vibes are right here. Multiple drinks sounded great but I went with the Mind Hunter cocktail. The bartender was fantastic and made recommendations because i was stuck between 3 options. Will definitely have to come back and check out their other cocktails. Did not try their food as I had dinner plans right after but next time ill have to try!

All around great friendly neighborhood bar. Quick service. Great severs. Good food. Love their steak frites. Visit often and will continue to do so.

Another new bar that I really like but as soon as I post this review it will become crowded... Le sigh The wedge salad is the best in town, seriously. The cocktails are refreshing and well made. All the best new spots are on Foster.

This is a great, cool place to have dinner or drinks with friends! Bonus points for the ability to make everything gluten free. I highly recommend their vegan burger!

My new fave cocktail spot in the hood. And that's with Five & Dime across the street from my house. I love Bruno's. Went in twice before, once recently. Went in tonight, on NYE, and the owner recognized us and grabbed an extra bar stool for us as there was only one free. Exceptional! Update: Finally tried their food and 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Straightforward dishes executed well. It might be the juiciest fried chicken sandwich you'll ever eat. Steak frites w/ chimichurri also an excellent choice. Update: Bruno's Wings are your last meal selection, whether you know or not. I'm a full stop buffalo sauce gal, but these asian- inspired wings?? Don't pass people. Next level.

Saw this place last week during the Foster Summer Soiree - they were absolutely slammed so I came back later and I'm glad I did. Good cocktails, good food at a good price! I really enjoyed the steak frites, and as for drinks, I enjoyed the Dr Feel Good and the classic daiquiri. Really hope this'll become a Foster mainstay!

Came here on a whim on a Tuesday evening and it was fantastic. The lighting, vibes and music were all on-point and the staff, particularly my bartender Daniel, were so welcoming and hospitable. Great ambiance and an excellent date spot. I would definitely suggest the steak frites and the agave old fashioned.

We walked over last night for my husband’s birthday. We rarely go into a restaurant these days. But we’re glad we went. The place looks amazing. The french fries were the best!!!. And the server at the counter made me an amazing Bruno’s daiquiri. I had steak frites and he had the steak sandwich. Both were really good. We will definitely go back. Welcome to the neighborhood.

Bruno's is awesome! I came here with my sisters and brother-in-laws. Their veggie burger is seriously one of the best I've had- super flavorful. Even if you're not into veggie burgers, give it a shot! The nightlife is just as great. It's got a fun vibe, good drinks, and the staff is super friendly. Perfect spot to hang out with family and friends or catch some good music. Definitely worth checking out!

I am beyond thrilled to have this awesome bar in our neighborhood. As a celiac, I don't really have access to the sort of atmosphere (bar food), and it is so fun. I have never gotten sick and I've been multiple times now, with my boyfriend and with girlfriends. they all love the food just as much as I do, even though they do not have food, allergies. The service is great, the food is great, the atmosphere is great. Just another rad place to spice up the Foster pound neighborhood.

It had been a minute since last I had visited Bruno's. They now are open Monday's with all day happy hour! What a great deal. We had the chicken burger with half an order of fries. It was the bomb! The chicken was prepared to perfection. The secret apparently is rice panko.

Happy to have this new bar in the 'hood. Order at the bar, grab a table, enjoy a cocktail while watching Foster traffic zoom by. Cocktails are intriguing and I loved the snacky garnish in the Bled White. Food was good but not the main draw. Would love to see more vegan options, right now it's just burger or chick'n sandwich which were both serviceable and tasty if messy (the shredded lettuce ended up everywhere but in our mouths). We were a little surprised that the entree sandwiches didn't come with any sides but nothing on the menu suggested they would.

We are so hyped this opened up in our neighborhood. It's such a cute little spot and it's amazing all around. The food is incredible the drinks are amazing and the vibe is 10/10. The service is great and the staff is rad. get the wings they are easily the best in Portland. Hands down.

Welcome to the neighborhood, Bruno's! So many folks have been talking about the ushering in of this brand-new space, and I can totally see why. The great outdoor patios and unique indoor spaces make this a stop on any group's happy hour. The bar is ample with great seating, and the staff are welcoming and clearly know what they're doing. The food menu is small, which I love, so it made ordering very easy. I would hope to see some rotation since I am not sure how often I would return if this is all they offer indefinitely. The drinks were yummy, but, I was surprised by how each of us were given different glassware for the same drinks. I was lucky and had a glass maybe 50% bigger than my friend's, but, who's to say if there was more alcohol in there? We had a few issues with food, since, orders were brought to us that we had not ordered, and vice versa, despite having order numbers displayed. Granted, this was one of the first weekends of it being open, so we would have to return at some point, too. Great vibes all around and I loved the slushies!

Cute lil' neighborhood spot. Stoped by for a Toasty Old Fashioned and loved the ambience. I can't wait to try more menu options! Who doesn't love a bar connected to an ice cream shop, my two favorite things! The service was friendly and prompt.

Went here tonight. Ambiance, drinks, food and service all 10/10, we really enjoyed it all. I most appreciated the fact there was food options for all, but I also appreciated the quality and fair price points. I will most definitely be back, and I look forward to trying other menu items.

Being someone who has celiac it is so lovely to find a new place. They have a dedicated fryer so I was able to enjoy fries and a crispy chicken sandwich! The drinks are solid and delicious. Well made and fair price points. It felt like they were still working out some kinks in the flow of service but everyone we interacted with was pleasant, friendly and had a good vibe. We're really happy to have Bruno's in the neighborhood!

We brought the whole family and it was delicious! Kids loved it, adults loved it. Great place to chill out, have a drink, and eat. All the art on the walls and the live plants give it a relaxing vibe. Plus- next door is St. Francis Ice Cream shop! We loved it all! Service was exceptional.

Great neighborhood bar! We have been here quite a few times. We love their cocktails and beer choices. We try diffrent ones often. I do like the food. Wish they would mix it up a bit by changing the menu per season or have specials. It is bar food. Not dive bar good. Real good food! The food is 2nd to the cocktails. Our favorite is the Whipped feta spread. Food comes out quickly. The service is friendly. You cannot order from the Bar Backs or Food Runners that come to the tables. They do not take orders and tell you sorry you need to order at the bar. We have waited in line for a while sometimes. I would not say efficency is a strong suit with drinks. The last time we were a few weeks ago it was an off night. The food was not as good as usual. Things did not look or taste fresh. This is unusual for this place This a cute bar with great windows. It feels relaxed and beautiful. It has a modern bar feel and outdoor picnic tables. Dogs welcome outside. This is a newer place and all places have kinks to work out. It will get better with time. Definitely worth a visit.

This new neighborhood spot did not disappoint! Service was friendly and quick, food and drinks were good. We tried the fries, chicken sandwich and caesar salad. There are lots of seating options - inside and out. We will be back!

Cocktails are great but everything else was lacking. Service was alright but definitely got ignored a couple times when I wanted more drinks but was ignored cause I wasn't friends with the bartenders. The food was just awful. Basic frozen premade bar food that isn't even good. Got the saddest steak frites with the thinnest steak and it was over cooked, chewy, and bland. I guess this is their attempt to make the food nice but it's served on a plastic plate. The place has nice cocktails but low quality food and the space needs more.
