"Brunswick House in Vauxhall is delivering everything from fried chicken sandwiches, to DIY 12-hour glazed lamb shoulder, and set menus for two. You can also get wine pouches and cocktails delivered straight to your door." - heidi lauth beasley, jake missing, rianne shlebak
"OTT foliage and dramatic chandeliers in a rustic Georgian mansion are scientifically proven to induce feelings of love. Or at least strong ‘like’. And conveniently, this British restaurant in Vauxhall has both of those things. Despite having more light bulbs than a lighting showroom, the mood at Brunswick House is always set to romance. The menu, filled with delicious things like wood-fired monkfish, grilled cauliflower, and whipped burrata with chilli crisp, makes this a memorable meal in a romance novel-worthy setting." - rianne shlebak, jake missing, sinead cranna
"Brunswick House in Vauxhall has recently launched Brunswick at Home where you can get their British food delivered to your door. Pick between the à la carte choices, or order a set menu dinner for two starting from £35. You can also order cocktails, beer, and keg wine pouches." - oliver feldman, heidi lauth beasley, jake missing, rianne shlebak
"Part of Sessions’ drama lies in its artfully distressed walls, flickering candles, and general aura that a modern day Miss Havisham would hold up the bar here. Brunswick House in Vauxhall has more light bulbs than a lighting showroom, but they’re dramatic chandeliers and the rustic Georgian mansion setting feels like this is where Miss Havisham lives. The menu, with British dishes like courgette fritters with coconut yoghurt, crab egg noodles, and a burrata omelette, all mean that you’ll have a memorable meal in a romance novel-worthy setting." - jake missing, heidi lauth beasley, rianne shlebak
"It was at this charming British restaurant on Wandsworth Road that we decided to name our first-born child ‘potato bread’. Partly because we think Tato would make a cute nickname, but mostly because our feelings towards the glistening, fluffy grilled potato bread at Brunswick House are the closest we’ve felt to unconditional love. This Georgian mansion is ideal for a birthday or a romantic date night over Brixham crab egg noodles and burrata omelette. With dramatic curtains, OTT foliage, and more hanging chandeliers than a lighting showroom, this is a spot we’ll always happily spend an entire evening in." - Rianne Shlebak
