I've gone here now 3 times. The doctor, who's name i have forgotten, is the best, most consistent part of this business. He is very accommodating and fast. He has now fixed my last dentist's mistakes. I've had a couple really good receptionists help me. I've had some only not-so-good ones too. This last time, the hygienist, who seemed to be quite new, did not say a single word to me. At all. Very strange. Maybe she's shy but that probably needs to change if she's going to work with the public.

One of the best dental experiences that I've ever had. I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years. They made me feel comfortable. They were honest and didn't charge me for any unnecessary services. I highly recommend them!

I have an overwhelming fear of the dentist to the point where I avoid going unless absolutely necessary. I really need cavity fillings but at my consultation, the dental hygienist was not very friendly at all and seemed so rushed with me. How am I supposed to trust these people when I am already at my most vulnerable and they are dismissing me? I am hoping my next appointment goes better than before but as for now, I can say that I do not like this place and do not feel safe in their care.

I gotta say as a person who is afraid of dentists Dr. Whitney is a great dentist. Very kind and professional. The entire staff makes the place feel lighter and easier than a normal Dentists office.

Dental office insisted Medicaid didn't cover root canals for my tooth (tooth 31, 2nd molar) despite contacting Medicaid (Dentaquest) multiple times telling me yes, it is covered. Medicaid told me to not let them pull my tooth out. Went back to the dental office and they still refuse to listen to me and never went out of their way to double check if they were wrong. Told me if I want Medicaid cover it, then I will need to get a tooth extraction instead. Luckily I decided to walk away and went to another dental office that was at least willing to listen me. Now I have a saved tooth with a crown instead of being toothless. The big takeaway is do your homework and don't default what the dentist office says. They don't know everything and when proven wrong they refuse to acknowledge they are wrong.

This is literally the worst dentist I have ever been to . I’ve been wanting to share this for awhile . My first experience with the root canal went smooth . But then I wanted to work on the cavities I have . They told me I had 3 cavities he literally took 20 mins from numbing to drilling and filling these cavities . Charged me 1500 plus dollars and sent me on my way . Not even a month later I felt a hole in one of the cavities he “fixed” between the teeth and terrible pain from hot and cold so I reached out and returned and they agreed to fix it with no charge of course and not even a few weeks later the hole was back again and the pain . I found a new dentist in the area a wonderful dentist with nice caring people . I had x rays done and come to find out every single cavities was filled so poorly and have a thing called over hangs . They recommend I get all the cavities re done to avoid future issues but did not want to send me back to the brush dentist . The one with the hole has been exposed for so long and irritated from the over hang left by previous dentist that the new one I found tried his best but could not repair . So now I’m looking at a root canal on a tooth that was once a simple cavity . Be careful who you trust teeth are not a joke and this guy seems to be in a rush and only out for the money as I was told I had multiple other cavities I actually never had .

The staff is always kind and helpful, making scheduling appointments and visits simple. As a college student they are always willing to work with my schedule, and work with me to fit in visits during my short times at home. I've never had a bad experience here, and continue to come here instead of a dentist closer to my college because I know I can trust the experience I will receive here.

EVERYTIME we go to Brush Dental we have a WONDERFUL experience! Doc explains everything he is doing and why and is so great with kids! My kiddos are 100% comfortable going and even look forward to it! All the staff are helpful and super nice and we are in and out with no issues in a decent time frame.
