This is the second dentist appt I've had rescheduled this week. This time because the dentist did not want to come in because were supposed to get 1-2 inches of snow in two days! It's 60 degrees outside right now. Are you kidding me? Rude and unprofessional front desk staff. The younger one is very nice the older one needs to find a new job! She refused to stop arguing with me about time when the dentist left early for my first appt this week. This time there's no snow, theres no late excuse just a cancelation. If I hadnt already paid for a cleaning that was only halfway done and a crown to delivee. Which i was blindsided with and charged prematurely. I wouldnt even bother coming back! Dr. Whitney was a great dentist now that he's partially retiring mark my words I'll be surprised if this office stays around!

Staff is not welcoming in any way. Was told multiple times to find a new dentist as the dental hygienist is not nice and others have terrible experiences. I went for a visit as I have seen Dr Whitney since I was little but sadly will not be returning. Dental hygentist has terrible bedside manner. I had a filling done here that came out and needed fixed, my mom had multiple fillings done here as well that all did not last long at all. We came here for Dr. Whitney but will not return due to staff and will no longer ever recommend family or friends to return.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed by the Staff’s Behavior I took my 16-year-old daughter to Brush Dental for a checkup, and from the moment we arrived, the staff was cold, unkind, and judgmental. The hygienist who cleaned her teeth was rough and dismissive. When my daughter showed signs of discomfort, she became even harsher instead of easing up. My daughter left the office in tears and said, “If I had to go to this dentist my whole life, I’d be terrified to go back.” No parent should have to hear that after a simple cleaning. We didn’t meet the dentist himself, so I can’t speak for him, but based on the staff’s behavior and lack of compassion, I would not recommend this office. Kindness and patience go a long way, especially with kids—and unfortunately, that was completely missing here.

I've gone here now 3 times. The doctor, who's name i have forgotten, is the best, most consistent part of this business. He is very accommodating and fast. He has now fixed my last dentist's mistakes. I've had a couple really good receptionists help me. I've had some only not-so-good ones too. This last time, the hygienist, who seemed to be quite new, did not say a single word to me. At all. Very strange. Maybe she's shy but that probably needs to change if she's going to work with the public.

One of the best dental experiences that I've ever had. I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years. They made me feel comfortable. They were honest and didn't charge me for any unnecessary services. I highly recommend them!

Staff is very unwelcoming, rude and unprofessional. I walk in and they are all standing there looking at me up and down. Dental hygienist is very harsh. Never coming back again!

I have an overwhelming fear of the dentist to the point where I avoid going unless absolutely necessary. I really need cavity fillings but at my consultation, the dental hygienist was not very friendly at all and seemed so rushed with me. How am I supposed to trust these people when I am already at my most vulnerable and they are dismissing me? I am hoping my next appointment goes better than before but as for now, I can say that I do not like this place and do not feel safe in their care.

Dental office insisted Medicaid didn't cover root canals for my tooth (tooth 31, 2nd molar) despite contacting Medicaid (Dentaquest) multiple times telling me yes, it is covered. Medicaid told me to not let them pull my tooth out. Went back to the dental office and they still refuse to listen to me and never went out of their way to double check if they were wrong. Told me if I want Medicaid cover it, then I will need to get a tooth extraction instead. Luckily I decided to walk away and went to another dental office that was at least willing to listen me. Now I have a saved tooth with a crown instead of being toothless. The big takeaway is do your homework and don't default what the dentist office says. They don't know everything and when proven wrong they refuse to acknowledge they are wrong.

Yelp
I had all my bottom teeth pulled and a denture made, the denture was miss shaped and didn't fit correctly, he ground down the teeth on that denture but also on my top denture that fit me perfectly, three months later after my gums have healed the bottom one still doesn't fit correctly and i had to remove one of the teeth because it was rubbing my mouth so bad i couldn't wear it at all. now i can wear it for a couple hours but it still doesn't fit properly and i have no options. so i am stuck with a denture that falls out. very disappointed in this place!!

Yelp
The front desk was great. They made me laugh and were also friendly and efficient. Dr. Whitney was wonderful. He saw the problem, offered alternative treatment and made adjustments to my crown to improve my bite. I will definitely be back again so they can complete the process. Great customer service all the way around. Bravo!!

Yelp
Stay away. I went to them about four years ago for a cleaning. I had full dental insurance coverage and they agreed to submit the claim directly to insurance. Now FOUR YEARS LATER they come back demanding payment. I have no way of knowing if they ever submitted the claim, got paid, or anything. They are now charging $25 per month service charge and are also threatening to turn it over to a collection agency. Stay away from these fraudsters.
