California Boba Chain Teaspoon Opens in Texas | Eater Austin

"I'm reporting that the Asian World Night Market is back this week in Hutto, Texas, taking place Friday, March 31 to Saturday, April 1 from 4 to 10 p.m. each day at Brushy Creek Amphitheater; it features Asian food businesses from around the state serving items like dumplings, egg rolls, lobster tails, and ube banana pudding, and includes a marketplace, an anime area, and entertainment such as DJs, lion dancing, and kid activities. Advance tickets are $10 and door tickets are $15, and there is no list of participating restaurants yet." - Nadia Chaudhury

Beautiful huge park in Hutto. Brushy creek runs along the south end of the park and there's a beautiful amphitheater in the northeast corner. Huge parking lot and a good amount of mature oak trees. There's even a covered building area with a fireplace. Great place to go to getaway. My new favorite place.

I attended the night Asian market. It was amazing. Loved the atmosphere. Lines were long so I didn't get any food buy over all great experience

Great area for events! Tons of parking on site. Getting in for parking is easy but getting out is horrible. I wish they would have some kind of attendants to direct traffic flow out or hire police to do traffic control on the main road out.

Parking was nice, no charge for that but the general entry charge was way more than quoted online due to a "service fee" and still not sure what that was for... not much to do once inside, not worth almost $40 for one adult and one toddler. Venue has a lot of space to safely social distance which is why I gave it 3 stars

Came here for Kokefest, was a great time and a nice hill country location. Huge crowd without the venue feeling crowded. Lots of trees and well shaded. Authentic hill country scenery and amenities. Great location for hosting a concert or other event.

Great space for events! Went for the Asian food festival. It's a well maintained area and perfect for bringing a blanket to lay out and watch a show.

Wow! Brushy Creek Amphitheater in Hutto is an absolute gem. This amazing park boasts an enclosed amphitheater perfect for concerts, and it's been graced by some serious star power, including Snoop Dogg! The amphitheater sits right beside the beautiful Brushy Creek, creating a truly idyllic setting. But the fun doesn't stop there! The park also features several picnic areas and a lovely greenbelt, ideal for leisurely walks, relaxing barbecues, and enjoying the outdoors. Whether you're catching a concert or simply looking for a peaceful escape, Brushy Creek Amphitheater is a must-visit! I highly recommend checking it out!

Yelp
This review is for the Asian Night World Market that took place March 31st and April 1st. Venue: Brushy Creek Ampitheater made the perfect place for this event. The event was bigger than what we expected so it worked out well. R Parking: The event was from 4-10pm, and I'm so glad I made the call to get there by 4:30pm. There was plenty of parking spaces at the front when we arrived. Vendors: There was Thai, Japanese, Filipino, Vietnamese, Laos, Cambodian, and Indian food although I don't recall seeing any Chinese or Korean vendors though. Food costs: every vendor we went too, we paid about $25 - $30. Portion sizes were filling for us and to be honest we were stuffed and had leftovers. The boba was a bit expensive, about $7 per drink ..but still yummy. Lines: My husband and I got to the event around 4:30pm and we're so glad we did that. The lines were short or no wait at all. By 6:30 - 7pm the lines and wait time were long! I was hearing some of the vendors were out of food by the time it got dark. Overall: Asian Night World Market was great and hoping this will be an annual event.

Yelp
I was recently here for the New Power Generation concert and found this to be an amazing space. For openers there is plenty of parking available. Add to it, there are drop off/pick up spots for shared ride services such as Lyft and Uber. The entrance area was well organized, and everyone is screened prior to entering the concert area. Once inside there are food trucks and stands that serve beer/wine. Also, there was what seemed to be an endless number of porta-potty's available. I had a VIP ticket which granted me access to a 'VIP-area' that served beer, wine and liquor. The only downside was whatever was purchased there had to be consumed in the VIP area. The VIP area also had its own porta-pottys. From what I observed, lawn chairs can be brought into the venue and recommend doing so if you are not one to stand during an entire concert. The acoustics were amazing as the sound did not get lost into open space. All said, I had an amazing time and would return to this venue for more concerts.

Yelp
I came to this venue this evening to see a concert; Los Lonely Boys. This open venue provides ample space to spread out and bring lawn chairs to enjoy live performances. The acoustics from the bands who played sounded excellent in this setting. In addition, there is no shortage of parking at this venue.

Yelp
Loved the way they had this venue set up for covid restrictions. It worked well. Thanks for the show!
