Great spot in downtown Astoria with a well traveled and knowledgeable owner that curates awesome wine selections from around the world. Sommelier to some, Lisa to others, has a daily selection of wine tasting by the glass as well as huge library if you wanted to grab a few bottles for home or dinner party. If you have questions, she has answers and to guide you towards your perfect vino. Stop in for a quick glass or take a seat and order the wonderful cheese board or appetizers offered for wine pairing. Outside seating is available for the chance day we have some sun… Must try for everyone.

This absolutely charming wine shop/bar is an easy detour off the River Walk or a short stroll from the cruise ship dock. We thoroughly enjoyed the expert advice of the talented owner, Lisa, and savored several glasses of delicious wine on our beautiful day in Astoria. We are visiting Astoria and quickly became “regulars” here, meaning we came here all 3 nights of our trip — for good reason! The wine selection is excellent and quite diverse, with local / Oregon options alongside international ones. Lisa is also incredibly welcoming and friendly, and was great at recommending interesting wines that fit our palates. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone who finds themselves in Astoria – it’s a true gem!

We stopped in on a whim this past Friday and we were so pleasantly surprised! The woman behind the bar was very kind and let us try samples before we poured us a glass. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting and the selection of wines was great! We will definitely be back 😊

Very friendly location. Lovely wines and an incredible assortment. Super terras in front of the bar! If I would not live in Belgium, I would visit frequently! And yes… the cheese platter is also recommended to enjoy while winetasting!

First visit to Brut Wine Bar and Lisa is a treasure! Beautiful, cozy place and met so many incredible locals.There was a lot of post-election conversations and sharing of contact info., and most of all community. Lisa runs this place by herself and she is one kickass person. I almost want to keep this place a secret so it doesn't get any more crowded. Ha! Cheers to 2025 and the rest of this dreary year.

Such a cute wine bar with a great selection of wine. She also has quite a few wines on the glass pour list which I really appreciate. The owner Lisa was very nice and really loves what she is doing. Love this non- pretentious wine bar and can't wait to go back Only one complaint, the charcuterie board wasn't the best and very expensive for what you got.

Brut is known for their Wine, Wine and more Wine. On the low-low, you will find the beer on tap to be of a most exceptional quality, ie it's good. Enjoy when you like what you try. The two-tap variety stays fresh and goes fast so what's here today may be gone tomorrow.

Great , eclectic wine selection, warm atmosphere and Lisa, the owner, is super friendly and knowledgeable about the wines. Also, the herbed Marconi almonds we tried on the nibbles menu were totally addictive. Great place to buy a bottle or two or just pop in for a glass of something interesting.

I love this new lil wine bar! It is small and quant. It is romantic with low lights and chandelier lights above the bar. You can come with friends, as a couple, or solo. Lisa, the owner, is wonderful!!! She is so sweet, knowledgeable, and friendly. She is happy to accommodate anyone and any ones dietary we'd. She has nice little bites to eat that can be gluten free, just ask! She has a beautiful selection of wines to purchase and some cider, along with local beer on tap. Great spot, cozy and warm, Lisa (the owner) was pouring a Italian flight, Rose, White, and Red, all from the same winery and organic. All excellent, loved the white but the red grew on me and was my favorite. Lisa makes the place with her vast knowledge of wine and smile. Will make this a place to return to.
