Bruxie Original Fried Chicken & Waffle Sandwich

One of the best fried chicken and waffles I've had. Situated next to shake shack, I've always was curious and I'm glad to have broken tradition this time. Really crispy and juicy chicken that isn't too oily. The waffles were perfectly made, crispy on the outside and warm gooey on the inside. The Price was also pretty fair for a vegas establishment. There's typically a lineup, however they move really quick, especially with plenty of seating both inside and outside (note they don't provide service to outside seating). Interior is clean and spacious, with well maintained restrooms. I would definitely come back again.

The food is great here! The chicken and waffles taste delicious and the dessert waffles are tasty too. I like the strawberry and creme brulee' waffle. They even have salads and fresh fruit drinks. It's a nice place to bring your friends/ family. You can stop here then do some sightseeing at the park.

My sisters love this place. Everything here is pretty delicious. Green eggs and ham 👌🏼 Naked waffle 👌🏼 Chicken strips 👌🏼 The chicken strips have a little spice to them so might not be good for kids. Their honey mustard is bomb!

My friends and I had just come from a game at the T-Mobile Arena. Since we'd already shelled out the $15 for parking, we figured we might as well stick around and pick a place to eat. I mentioned fried chicken to my friends and they were totally on board! There was a bit of a line and I have to say it didn't move very fast - I think there was only one person taking orders. But once we made it to the front and were given a little buzzer, things moved quickly. It was a beautiful day, so we waited at a table just outside for our food. Our buzzers actually never went off, our food was simply brought out one at a time. I ordered the Irish Nachos. I'm a sucker for waffle fries and these totally delivered. They were absolutely covered in cheese sauce. My friends both ordered the traditional fried chicken waffle sandwich and I got to have a few bites. It was delicious! The chicken had crunch and flavor. The waffle was light, crispy and savory - almost like a bread instead of a waffle. The sandwich also had slaw and honey - so good! Both moistened the waffle just a little, which made for a nice texture and balance to it's crunch. I definitely want to come back to this place and try one of their dessert waffles, too!

This is an absolute favorite place of mine! Every time we visit Vegas, this is a must go to place. I tried to look for savory waffle sandwiches elsewhere but no one can make it like Bruxie. The waffle is just so crispy and love their filling options. I would suggest everyone to visit this place at least once when visiting Las Vegas strip. They have great waffle sandwiches.

This place is amazing! I had never had chicken and waffles , it out did my expectations. Apple smoked bbq sauce it had was amazing . I got “ the original “ . The taste between the sweet cole slaw and the crispy chicken, with spicy sauce was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Give this place a try you won’t regret it. The chocolate smoothie was very good too. Not so much for me because I don’t like smoothies , but my husband loved it .

The food was great! Be ready to wait in a short line, but it moves quickly. I ordered the Kickin' chicken, which has just the right amount of spice to it. And my husband ordered the Holy Chicken, which he said was good also. Both were great as good sizes. Both of us got combos, one with waffle fries and the other with a dessert waffle. The fries were good and taste great with the spicy ketchup. The Nutella and banana dessert waffle was so delicious. The waffles in general have a really good flavor. The restaurant is a good size and there is outdoor seating also. FYI the trash can is in the back of the restaurant on the right side. You do not leave your trash and dishes on the tables. We will definitely return.

1st time eating here eventhou there are couple others in here in SoCal, never even think about this place, passed by it many time but never have the guts to try it until now, and boy, am I glad to do so 😍 love your chicken, soooo moistened, the waffle is out of this world! Definitely my fav now😉 everything we ordered was deliciously good!! We'll be back!!
