I wanted to take a moment to share feedback from my visit to your store a few months ago. It was my first time stopping by, and I had an interaction that left a less-than-ideal first impression. When I asked the woman at the counter if you serve donuts, she responded that they are only available on certain days. That was completely fine and helpful. However, she finished the conversation with something along the lines of, “Since today isn’t one of those days, we don’t sell donuts,” in a tone that felt unnecessarily curt. It's possible she was dealing with something difficult that morning. Still, I believe that a warm and welcoming attitude can go a long way, especially when interacting with new customers. First impressions are important, and I hope this feedback can be helpful moving forward.
