B’s Soul Creations Breakfast Brunch Catering

Did a quick detour after a stay in downtown Charleston to grab breakfast before heading back to VA. So glad we passed on the trendy downtown coffee shops and meh hotel breakfast. I love supporting small and black owned businesses. The customer service and food totally reinforced that today! The hubby and wife duo were full of smiles and pleasantries and were sure to double check that they had the order correct. We received a buzzer to wait in the car and after a short wait our made to order was piping hot and the aroma filled the car. We couldn’t even pull off before digging in. We got shrimp and potatoes and shrimp,crab, potatoes with cheese eggs. Both orders came with a perfectly warm buttery croissant. The flavors were spot on. Not too salty yet seasoned to perfection. So good we debated waiting for another order to take home. Portions are shareable size, but you’ll want it all to yourself. Don’t let the surroundings deter you. This place is top tier deliciousness. Definitely making it a point to stop by if we’re anywhere nearby again!

I’d like to add to the mountain of 5 star reviews this business has. I’m out of town on business and took an uber to order food from this truck. This is some of the best food that has ever graced my taste buds, and the southern hosipitality shone through! Great customer service, wonderful suggestions from the cashier and all-around wonderful experience.

This is an amazing place. If you want some Real Charleston Southern Soul Food. I’m Definitely coming back, I would highly recommend anyone come here for some real soul food.

Very clean Top Tier food, always fresh and Well seasoned(Not over-seasoned) and the serving size make me wonder if they're making any profits for all the food you get for your order!!! Every time I eat here I'm never disappointed👑 My personal favorite- Shrimp & Crab Grits with a side order of fish🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

This food is made to order. The best home fries I've ever had. Croissant was soft. Eggs were fresh but I ordered corn beef hash so that makes sense! Can't be too salty. It was balanced flavors all over the plate. Bs punch was very sweet (too sweet for me but I'll cut it with some water). Pineapple lemonade, absolutely delicious. I love black owned businesses and this one is a 5/5 for me. Be sure to visit whenever you're in Charleston

The customer service and food were awesome. We enjoyed everything about the place. Don't let the outside distract you from enjoying the best shrimp and crab meal I have eaten in a long time. This is one of the best Black Own restaurant in Charleston SC. Oh yes BTW the food truck that Greg and Kabre (sp) Greg's wife operate is where we enjoyed the food from. If you in Charleston or visiting please stop by, I promise you, you will not regret it. Thanks to everyone there

Highly Recommend! 15/10! If I lived near by I would eat here 2 times a week!! Food delicious and plentiful portions! Service top notch!

Pros: For the price I was given an exceptional amount of shrimp (10+) and REAL crab meat Plated in a savory manner Cons: The food had no flavor. If a restaurant chooses to not season the food . They should have condiments and things for the customer to season to taste. Grits without cheese and/or some type of seasoning is hard on the pallet. No matter how good the food looks it will bring the taste and rating down tremendously.

Recommended!! 115/10! I was visiting from out of town and found this restaurant/food truck. Called at an early hour before opening and the owner answered. After a friendly chat she tells me they will probably not open due to a catering event. Was disappointed but understood... and then the magic happened! She CALLED ME BACK AND SAID SINCE YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN COME ON!! Say Less!! These were my orders -- chef's kiss!! Large quantity and excellent quality !! Aroma had my car lit and mouth watering! And the better part is I had leftovers! Run don't walk! Thanks for opening so I could experience this fabulous food!
