Order Details: • Faluda – 2 qty • Motichoor Laddu – 250 grams Issues Faced: 1. I received only 1 Faluda instead of 2. 2. The Motichoor Laddu was completely damaged upon delivery. 3. The Faluda received was tasteless and seemed improperly prepared. 4. The delivery person also acknowledged the issue, but when I raised the complaint through the Zomato app and shared all required photos, the complaint was not accepted. This experience was highly disappointing, especially given the quality expectations associated with BTW. I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest .

⚠️ Worst Experience Ever – Avoid This Place! ⚠️ I had the most horrible experience at this outlet. I ordered Veg Manchurian and Chilli Paneer, and what I received was beyond disgusting. 🤢 The food was served in the most unhygienic and careless manner. It looked stale, tasted horrible, and smelled like it had been reheated multiple times. I ended up vomiting after reaching home — that’s how bad the food was. 😡 To make it worse, the staff here is shockingly rude and arrogant. The so-called manager, Dinesh, was extremely disrespectful when I politely complained about the quality of the food. Instead of listening, he told me, “This is how it's served here,” as if I had no idea what Veg Manchurian or Chilli Paneer should taste like. 🙄 He acted like a complete ill-mannered person, lacking even basic customer service etiquette. I was shocked by his tone and unprofessional attitude. It's clear that the staff has zero training and no interest in customer satisfaction. 👎 I’ve eaten at countless places, but this is by far the worst experience I've had in years. This brand has completely lost its credibility for me. The food, service, and hygiene — all were a BIG ZERO. ❌ ⚠️ I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. Never again in my life will I eat anything from BTW.

Taste is awesome. No need to have any meal after that. And with so much care they make ....

I had a really bad experience with the food. It was cold, tasteless, and didn’t look fresh at all. The portions were small for the price, and even the presentation was poor. The service was slow, and it took forever to get the order. Definitely not worth the money — I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously improve their quality and customer service.

Suggesting not to come here before 2pm. In the morning they simply heat the thing and serve. They are lying on face. I never expected this. Chefs are not wearing Hair Mask and Face Mask. There hands are dirty. Place is dirty and filty.
