A hidden gem! What an amazing experience & meal. From the second we walked into the restaurant, Carlotta made us feel like we were at home. My friend and I came for a Sunday dinner, we each did 'The Classic' which was delicious with every bite. Our favorite dish was hands down, The Deer comprised of raspberry, mustard & crunchy chips. Every bite had a new burst of flavor. Cannot wait to come on my next trip to Milan!

Amazing Michelin listed restaurant in Milan, we ordered the Classic and Spring tasting menus and the winner for me was the Spring one (€130). Outstanding service, really nice staff! By the end of the meal, the chef came to talk to us a bit, book a table in advance. The only thing we believe could be improved is the portion of the main dishes, quite small compared to other similar restaurantes we went to.

Favorite restaurant of all time. I’ve been to 5 Michelin restaurants before this one, so I had a little experience before visiting. To be honest there was not a single dish that left me dissatisfied. Actually I’m writing this review almost a year after going so I can’t go into details about the dishes. However what I can tell you after 1 year, is that I haven’t found another restaurant that impressed me this much, and I have two dishes from this restaurant stuck in my head. One is the pasta con le vongole… Who knew you can elevate such a simple Italian dish to such heights. Second was the body temperature raw deer. Said like this it doesn’t sounds great, but the whole point of this dish was to awaken the primitive instinct by eating raw delicate meat at around 36 Celsius. If I remember correctly the dish only comes with a black edible looking net on top. A dish that I forever think about. Incredible I can’t wait to revisit!

Absolutely outstanding service, at par with many of my previous Michelin started experiences. You will no doubt be receiving your first star soon! For the quality of food and service, the prices were very reasonable as well. The only downside is the restaurant’s location, which does not look the best from the outside. Still, it does not matter once you enter. We also met the chef, who told us a little bit more about the story of the restaurant, which made the experience that much more personal.

From the moment you step in, you are enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance and impeccable hospitality. Every detail, from the sophisticated décor, elegant tableware, to the warm, attentive service is excellent. The menu is a testament to culinary artistry, with each dish showcasing a harmonious balance of flavors, textures, and presentation, telling a story with each course. The wine selection is equally impressive and reasonably priced. Dining here felt more like an experience than a meal. Without a doubt, Chef and Carlotta, deserve every accolade and a place at the top of any food lover’s list.
