This was my first dine in experience at Bubba Gumps since 2007, but I definitely won’t be going back. The service, managers and helping staff were great, the pricing and food quality was just expensive and terrible. We went after Universal closed for the day so it was busy, but we were told 20 minutes and only had to wait 12 minutes (a good start). We ordered drinks right away and our food immediately after that, but it took 40 minutes to get our food. Not only that but I ordered a filet and it tasted like hamburger and looked like a sirloin at best. My food was lukewarm. 7They forgot my portion of broccoli and brought it later but it wasn’t cooked, it was warm but it was not steamed. I was so disappointed with the portion sizes for the price! Thankfully the manager took $15 off the bill, but I wont ever be going back. So good staff, bad food and even worse prices.

Doug in Universal área was an exceptional waiter! He made sure my boyfriend and I had an amazing time—he was fun, attentive, and truly made our experience special. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I absolutely loved it. This restaurant is one of my favorites, and I can’t wait to come back!

Marquita Holmes

Google
Adrien was our server and she was amazing !!! Food was good, I prefer the chicken sandwich and a little seasoning on the chicken should be mandatory. I had to salt & pepper it because it was pretty flavorless. My fiancée ordered mama blues shrimp & they were pretty good just kind of small.

David Tharp

Google
The food was pretty good. I wouldn't rate it exeptional, but it certainly much better than we anticipated. The atmosphere is amazing. Everywhere you look is Forrest Gump themed artifacts, memorabilia, and props. The servers are really nice and attentive. We had a fun time. I HIGHLY recommend you check in online to this location or use a reservation slot as wait tines are usually well over an hour. Do not show up and expect to just walk in and be seated.

Google
Great food but 1:45 min wait was rough. Staff made it bearable. Heads up - Forrest Gump plays on TVs with some adult scenes, not ideal for little kids. Worth it for the stuffed shrimp though! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Google
Enjoyable lunch experience with decent food for our table of 7. Excellent and personable server, took our order promptly and kept us going with refills. Only downside was an inordinate delay for the food to arrive and when you have 3 younger ones along including a 2 year old, that was a bit unfortunate.

Google
Are here as a large group after visiting Universal studios. The team did very well in taking the orders and separate checks for 11 of us! I had the salmon and shrimp combo. Salmon was grilled beautifully, whilst shrimp was large and juicy. The rice and fluffy and the broccoli was just al dente - perfect! honestly, cannot grumble with the food, but was a little on the expensive side (anyone say tourist trap?) Great for lovers of the film and good food. Was great to see many props around the restaurant and had it not been quite as busy, I definitely would have taken a little time to look at more.

Google
We had a great time at Bubba Gumps. Our Waiter, Doug, was exceptional. He told us lots of jokes and was patient with our kids. You most definitely will want him. The good was great and didn’t take too long. We were able to get seated at 5pm on a Thursday evening with 4 people right away. Love all the movie props everywhere and atmosphere. Kids meals come in cute little paper boats.

Yelp
I can't believe I'm giving this five stars, but I am! This meal was surprisingly good and unique! The Mahi was cooked to perfection. The texture was great. Overall the portion was actually a good size. Not featured, but I ordered the New Orleans sauce that usually comes on top of the meal, on the side, and I ended up ordering several sides of the sauce it was so good lol. There's a slight sweetness to it, but it's also a little buttery and in general brings the entire dish together. Our server, though I can't remember her name was pretty good. She was kind enough to bring me different sauces to try with my meal to figure out which one I liked most and she was very knowledgeable about the menu. Not pictured, but the calamari was also really good! It was pretty clean at this location. No wait time to get in. I enjoyed my experience and do recommend if you're on the City Walk.

Yelp
Came here during our visit to the theme parks. The menu was actually a pretty decent variety of items. I ordered the Mahi & shrimp plate but found it very bland and lacking in flavor. Definitely was missing something. The kids burger was a veryyy thin patty, and tastes like Burger King. Now, I like BK, but I expected more from a place charging these prices. Hubby liked his food which was the salmon. My daughter did. It care for her Jambalaya. Don't bother ordering the garlic toast appetizer. Way overpriced for what you're getting. The only saving factor was the dessert. The chocolate chip skillet cookie was delicious. Service was good, and I loveddd this thing they have where you flip a sign from green to red when you need something. I flipped that sign and someone INSTANTLY came to help. They also all work as a team, so you can ask any server you see for help. Theming was adorable. Not fancy at all, but extremely Forest Gumo themed. Cute. Prices were exorbitant. Slightly more expensive than both Hard Rock and NBC Grill. Small portions. I would not go out of my way to return.

Yelp
With my childhood memory loving the coconut shrimp, I've been craving for coming back. Unfortunately the Coconut Shrimp here wasn't as good as I remembered. The flavor was there but it wasn't crispy and the better fell of the shrimp right away. The Gumbo was the winner of the night, on point. The sampler was okay, American classic journey.

Victor B.

Yelp
The atmosphere it's nice, specially if you like the movie. Waiting time was about an hour, but took 45 min. Our food took so long to arrive. Food it's meh, of course overpriced as is inside universal city walk, the ribs didn't have meat at all, mostly just the bones. The ribeye was ok, shrimp was good but some weren't clean.

Angeli N.

Yelp
If I could rate 3.5 stars I would. We came here after a long day of fun at Universal. Given that it isn't a busy season, we didn't have a wait for a table of 5. Seats are pretty spacious and had good selection of food for it being a chain restaurant. Our servers Erica and one who I didn't catch the name of, were phenomenal. They knew when we needed drinks refilled and came by just the right amount of times for us to feel taken care of. Now, for the reason of my star deduction: the food. I was not able to capture photos of everyone's food but I will recap. For the table we got Calamari, friend 1 got Shrimp Mac n Cheese and Broccoli and a Long Island Cocktail, friend 2 got the Stuffed Shrimp, friend 3&4 got the Ribeye and Shrimp, and lastly I got the Jambalaya. Friend one mentioned that the Mac n Cheese was phenomenal. Our server mentioned it was made fresh in house with is great. Broccoli was also well cooked although very inconsistent and not cut up very well. The Long Island was more sour mix than the alcohol. Not necessarily a bad thing if you like your drinks that way but definitely was not strong. Friend two also liked her food. The shrimp was stuffed with crab meat and topped with lobster butter. It came with 6 pieces and was filling. Friend 3&4 had issues with their steaks. They ordered it medium rare but got it medium well. Management was very quick to rectify the situation so it was resolved and they enjoyed their meal. I will notate that the steak was thin. So don't expect steakhouse level steak. For my Jambalaya, flavor was good. Had the right amount of kick. My critique was I asked for the shrimp on the side as I can't eat many shellfish - which was done HOWEVER, they omitted the ham and the sausage from my meal. I also let the waitress know which she also rectified. Overall, an okay experience. If I'm around universal and hungry for shrimp I would give them another shot, but definitely take these reviews with a grain of salt because they are located in Citywalk where they get their traffic from tourists.

Brittany I.

Yelp
The food was pricey but delicious. About as one would expect for City Walk. It was well themed and staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend and return.

Lauren F.

Yelp
Very basic subpar. You would think hot, gooey, and shrimp baked into it. Instead it was more like creamed spinach and cold shrimp on top! probably the most basic dip I've ever had. Mikaela asked if I wanted them to adjust, but I don't like sending food back unless it's completely wrong. Family friendly environment and wasn't too loud.

Carree W.

Yelp
This is my sister's favorite spot when we visit Orlando. This place is always packed and busy, but we were able get a table right away. Always great service and we love seafood! Giving it 4 stars because the seafood bucket was just dry so we didn't enjoy it as much this time. The place always has great seating and it's almost always full.

Kristi B.

Yelp
We arrived towards the end of the evening and it was super busy! We had to wait about 15 minutes for a party of two, which isn't terrible given everything going on at city walk. Once we were seated, we were greeted promptly by our server who got our drinks started. Their on draft tap list is pretty basic and limited with only about six beers total on tap. They do have a selection of crafted cocktails as well as bottled beers available. We had an order of the appetizer sampler which included the spinach dip, hush puppies, fried shrimp, and chicken strips. The food was OK. I opted for the shrimps heaven that included fried shrimp, coconut shrimp, and tempura shrimp. I love tempura shrimp, but was disappointed in this as it is 100% almost all batter versus the actual shrimp. The coconut shrimp was tasty, but the fried part kept falling off of the shrimp. The fries definitely tasted old like they've been sitting there for a while. While the food was average for us, we did have a great server. When she came back to check in on us later on, she actually stopped and chatted and asked us a series of questions about the movie, Forrest Gump. We thought it was a great way to have a connection with your guests! .

Leigh B.

Yelp
Love to go to Bubba Gump when I'm near one. Not much of a wait at all, and they were able to get us a table for a wheelchair. My big kid doesn't eat seafood, so got a chicken sandwich and fries. Husband ordered crab and shrimp rolls. I got salmon and shrimp. All was good! Server was great, but I forgot to get his name. He gave suggestions, and was attentive to our table. We like the trivia questions they give us while waiting.

Tharin W.

Yelp
A good spot, made better with a Landry's Select Club Card. Landry's is a $25 a year fee that comes with a $25 gift card. It only works at a few spots in Orlando, but it has nice perks. Special seats, some discounts and my favorite: front of line access to your table, no reservation required. This restaurant has good theming, great servers and an amazing idea - "I need service signs." If you need water, food or whatever you can flip an on table sign from "Run Forrest Run" to "Stop Forrest Stop" and your waiter or waitress will come over:

Samantha S.

Yelp
Davida was so attentive and friendly, we had a great time and the food was delicious!

Erica C.

Yelp
3.75 They take guest first come first served, but move tables pretty quickly. We arrived around 7:25 when the park closed at 7 and had no wait for a party of 5. Inside- lots of decor reminiscent of the movie. Table had a license plate you flip from Run Forest Run, to Stop Forest Stop- so you can grab the attention of wait staff that you need something. Service- Really great, attentive, funny, did trivia (was training someone too). Very personable- both of them. Drinks- Soda, Cider, Mango Mojito. All good, not too sweet but the mojito seemed more juice than drink. Food- Calamari with peppers, decent- not great, but did the job. Salmon in a lemon lobster sauce- looked plain, but was not. Not a heavy sauce but full of flavor- although it doesn't look that way, lol. Broccoli was crisp, rice had great flavor. 2 Kids had adult meals- a special, Banging Shrimp fried rice. Rice was great, shrimp was more sweet than spicy. Good, but not what any of us expected - they did give a lot, but we wasted a lot. 1 kid had the cheeseburger kids meal that they really enjoyed. Served in a paper shrimp boat with fruit and jello. Overall we did the touristy thing and while it was a bit pricey, it was an experience and good. We had come from the parks and were not looking or dressed for gourmet, but it was fun and casual. Salmon around dinner $28, Shrimp fried rice $25, kids meals $10, drinks range and were around $15 for cocktails.

Yelp
Was hoping for a descent experience but it didn't work out. Have a crappy experience after waiting 45 min stings. Let me start with the positive. The waitress was fun and the service was spot on. However getting into the food well not so spot on. We started with the artichoke and shrimp dip. It was like eating cardboard when it came to flavor. It absolutely had no flavor, not even a little bit. He chips were extremely stale. I ordered the Cajun shrimp which the shrimp was way way over cooked it wasn't even edible. My friend had the stuffed shrimp and within the rice there was a huge used piece of plastic. Now the gumbo was really good but everything else I'd have to say "Run Forrest Run!" The manager did come and discount the food. But that doesn't do anything really when you leave hungry and had an awful experience. Should have been free and allowed the waitress to get the money. After all she did well and didn't cook the food. I would say , save yourself the time and money and find another place to eat..

Yelp
After years of driving by every Bubba Gump, we finally found time to try one! It was super crowded but everyone here was super friendly and got to us as quickly as we could. Service was a bit slow as we couldn't find our server during time to pay, but they were just super busy and our server was doing an amazing job regardless. As we ate, people were announcing birthdays and anniversaries, it was so fun to watch it all. Fried Rice Bang Bang Shrimp - So much flavor, it was the right choice for me. It was also such a large portion that I had to to-go it into breakfast. I'm Stuffed Shrimp - We were iffy at first because it didn't sound like a big portion, but when they arrived? The shrimp were HUGE. Don't let the pictures fool you. The flavors? Out of this world. Just the shrimp got my fiancé full but he loved it.

Samantha M.

Yelp
Literally every time we come here we are always treated amazingly!! Food is always hot, fresh, and timely. We have never had a bad experience here!! We truly love coming here. Ask for Carrie and/or Mikaela they are the best made our night and anniversary dinner so much better!

Dave G.

Yelp
Stopped in for real quick bite with a vegetarian friend of mine a couple days back. Our hostess greeted us and sat us with absolutely no wait, as it was very slow at the time. If you are unfamiliar with the bubba Gump chain, all the walls are covered in faux Forrest Gump memorabilia. I was.ordering light cause I had a long drive ahead of me, so I stuck with a ceviche and fried calamari and he got the beyond burger as it was one of the few vegetarian options. Our waitress was upbeat, fast, and attentive. No issues there. My ceviche was good enough, if unremarkable, and was served with a mountain of chips. While my calamari was very good, and also had rings of deep fried (I think) pepperoncini which I honestly loved which more places should do. My friends beyond burger was apparently also just a very standard burger according to him. When it came time for the "Forrest Gump trivia" section, our waitress immediately saw we weren't having it and luckily didn't push any harder. Had a good time, and good food. On the list of corporatized family restaurants, bubba Gump is one of the better options.

Briana N.

Yelp
Really attentive service and a super friendly waiter. Make sure to brush up on your Forrest Gump trivia before you come because they do test you! Really fresh seafood and really good sized portions. So not much to complain about!

Geovanny M.

Yelp
The best place ever you will not regret coming here the best experience the food is amazing and steak is super tender. It doesn't even take a while to receive it. 10/10 the service is also very good and Joshua don't even get me started with this man the best server ever Super funny and outgoing.

Nick M.

Yelp
Food was great , jumbo shrimp was on the money ask for Marcus for the server he was fun , helpful and can balance cups very well. Great place to come and relax after walking through city walk.

Merary C.

Yelp
This was our first time here but less then 24 my husband and kids became sick not sure if the food was cook properly

Marty M.

Yelp
Food was average as well as service. I was surprised on the portion size. Ordered the fish and chips and tenders and fries and they look kids size.

Lucia C.

Yelp
The ceviche was amazing. The gumbo was delicious too. Service was entertaining and enjoyable. Doug was our server and he kept us laughing with his trivia questions and great attitude. The price was as expected. The ambiance was very warm and festive.

Erin M.

Yelp
The food here was great! The mac and cheese was a huge hit--super tasty and definitely kid-approved. My children had a blast with the quiz questions throughout the meal, which kept them entertained and added a fun twist to the experience. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Plus, the food presentation was on point! Overall, a really enjoyable meal for the whole family. Would definitely come back!h

Joshua C.

Yelp
The restaurant was comfortable and had good ambiance. But unfortunately we ordered the crab and shrimp rolls and they were 25$, and it was probably the size of an appetizer. Not worth the price. We asked for extra hush puppies and only got 4 pieces. While another one of our party ordered more and got 8. Very inconsistent on the portion sizes. Service was good at first, unfortunately there was a miss communication about our food and we got half of our partys food before everyone else's. Lastly we had a miss communication again, we were informed you get a free take home cup with purchase of an alcoholic drink. What we did not know is this is not a free take home cup, you have to ask for the charge to be added up onto your bill. As we went to the gift shop to redeem our cups we were denied and informed that it's an extra charge. I want to be loyal to Bubba but unfortunately we will not be going back

Jeanita O.

Yelp
I did not enjoy my visit to this location. I tried a new tiki tea, and Asian ribs entree. The drink was fruity, yet watered down. The ribs smelt delicious, but the sauce was not the original taste that I craved. Nice try, but no thank you! I should have ordered old faithful shrimp and fries. The service was mediocre. The ambience looked like a shrimp boat as expected. Forrest Gump gear in the gift shop was limited.

Brandon J.

Yelp
Great food, good price, great service! Ask for Chelsea, she was amazing. The wait time was good too!

Kaitlynn G.

Yelp
The food was ok. The only issues we had were a few issues with food allergies. The kitchen was able to remake a few dishes but it threw off the pacing of our meal. I would go here if it's been a long day at the parks and need something for everyone, but there are a lot better options on CityWalk and the parks.

Kevin S.

Yelp
We arrived late afternoon at the Loews Royal Pacific, checked in and headed to the City Walk. Decided on Bubba Gump's for dinner. We had received a VIP seating pass upon check-in at the Loews and presented it at the restaurant. We were promptly seated and ordered. Appetizer (Bubbas Far Out Dip-excellent) My wife ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp and Clam Chowder. I ordered the Bourbon Street Mahi Mahi with shrimp and mashed potatoes. Beer for me and Bloody Mary for her. Let's just say the food was excellent. Everything was delicious and cooked just right. The Bloody Mary was a little weak and not real spicy. Given the volume of people they serve, the food was awesome!!! Definitely a "go back to" restaurant while we are here!! The service was great too!!!

Joseph L.

Yelp
Very good from the beginning to the end. Service was great and fast. Friendly service makes for a fun visit. Food was good and pretty fast. Garlic bread was fresh and quick. Big place in front of city walk. Will return. They also offer Military discount. Great job.

Nick C.

Yelp
A staple when visiting Universal. Solid choice for good food and casual vibes. Lots of choices for all taste types. They accommodate large parties with very friendly vibes.

Foodie T.

Yelp
Expensive for what we paid. Small portions, almost kid meal size. Food was good but for a $100+ meal we didn't leave full. Our waitress was great though and none of our issues had anything to do with her. Great decor and Forrest Gump memorabilia.

Antonios Z.

Yelp
The location was well kept and clean. The food was delicious and served promptly. All staff members were friendly and courteous...but Brandon in particular was an AMAZING server. Fantastic experience.

Richard C.

Yelp
We have eaten there a couple of times while visiting Universal. Here's the pros/cons: Pros: -Not a bad wait at all. We went on two busy nights and were seated pretty quickly. They don't take reservations but you'll probably get in quickly. -Food is good. Not great. But good. This won't be the best shrimp you ever had, but its good. I recommend the New Orleans shrimp from all the different ones we have had there. Con: -They have no idea what a hush puppy is. Their "version" was what seemed to be an undercooked tater tot with some type of seafood seasoning in it. It was sad.....like, I felt sad when I ate it....and with every bite, I got sadder. And there was no warning of the impending saddness when I ordered them. I said, "I'd like hushpuppies" and our server said "great choice".....not "now, ours are a little different" or "how happy are you and how sad do you want to be?".....just "great choice". It was not a great choice.

Melody M.

Yelp
We have been going to this restaurant for many years and it feels like it's becoming more like a chain restaurant quality of food more than a stand alone restaurant. We had their fried pickles (ok), one of their dinner specials, (was good but nothing I would order again) and a bucket of peel and eat shrimp (always reliably good). The drink was pretty good but the dessert was the best! It was a lemon cake with blueberries and ice cream. I have to add the server Doug was awesome! He was very attentive and recommended what to order vs what not to order. He made the experience a 4 but the overall quality of the food made it average.

Angela M.

Yelp
I am normally like to look for local restaurants, but we love Bubba Gump Shrimp in Orlando. Our favorite is the Shrimp Shack Mac & Cheese. I finally decided to write a review after having their limited time menu item Bang Bang Shrimp Fried Rice. It was so good! It was so much I could not eat all of it. I would love a grilled shrimp version. Of course the atmosphere is great, casual and relaxing. Check out the movie related decorations and answer some movie trivia from the wait staff. The staff has always been friendly.

Toni E.

Yelp
Great service (as always). Stopped in after a day at Universal for my go to shrimp scampi. Service was great as they checked on me often.

David F.

Yelp
Food was fantastic! Great serving size and came super quick. Drinks were even better. Our waiter gave excellent recommendations during our whole visit. Clean bathrooms and great service.

Peter C.

Yelp
Cool theme and great service with friendly staff but the food just isn't that good. The taste isn't there the temperature wasn't there it was just not good food. On top of it not being good food they are priced as if they are serving high end food. Just wasn't good and wasn't worth the price.

Suhay R.

Yelp
After a long day at Islands of Adventure, we stopped at Bubba Gump Shrimp for dinner. We were sat down immediately and our waitress, Steph came to take our order. Even though they were extremely busy, Steph did periodic check-ins and trivia with us. She was very polite and friendly. Steph went over and beyond to fix one of the parties orders that was incorrectly made. Management came over to resolve the issue. When you're leaving CityWalk make sure to stop by and say hello to Steph!

Jim P.

Yelp
Place seems to be run by teenagers. I got put in a back room (if you see white paneling, ask for a new table) and I'm not kidding, the noise measured 100 dB. There's a table full of 7-year-olds right to us, screaming their heads off and no parent to be found.

Mia C.

Yelp
The place was really cute it's a perfect place if you like Forrest Gump. The waiter we got was really sweet Adrien. But the place is a little expensive me and my family didn't wait at all (But I think it was the time we going there ) The food was okay i wish it could be better. But the Service was great she was very nice and friendly.

Josh L.

Yelp
Service was good but everything we ate was extremely overcooked we didn't finish anything. Couldn't chew the calamari. The chowder was good

Luke E.

Yelp
this place was an absolute joke. it was very slow and they took our order and never came back, completely forgot about us and we wasted 2 hours.DO NOT COME DIRING SPRING BREAK WHAT A JOKE

Jennifer N.

Yelp
Always great service and fun trivia while you eat. Great end to your night after a day in the parks.

Brittany C.

Yelp
Jack was an amazing server and kept our group entertained with endless dad jokes. The Shrimp Scampi was very good!

Brooke N.

Yelp
Who doesn't love Forrest Gump? As we browsed the gift shop we then decided to grab a quick bite to eat. We grabbed some appetizers and I must say it def was not very good. The bang bang shrimp were decent but you could tell they were frozen then deep fried. We also tried the sampler and not one thing on this was good. The spinach dip was extremely bland, chicken tenders were dry and the breaded shrimp with hush puppies both had a really gross taste to them. They service was great but the food, not so much. The server also had our section play a trivia game. I was not expecting that. So he def made it be a fun atmosphere with everyone playing along. That is, if you're in the mood.

Allison E.

Yelp
Marcus was our server and he made our dining experience awesome. He's a value to your restaurant. I loved the Forrest Gump trivia he did between the tables. So much fun! He has amazing energy!

Kadian M.

Yelp
I went here on 9/1 around 9 or a little later. We were seated by a nice gentleman I don't remember his name but he had flowy hair and a inviting personality. So glad they had him seat us. The restaurant is low light space but lit enough to see. The booth we sat in was spacious enough for a family of 4. However it was just me and my son. I took a while to order my meal because they have all the good stuff scattered on the menu so you have to think really hard if you want shrimp with rice, crab legs, ribs, or steak and no rice or mash. There was a lot to choose from so I guess it's something for everybody. I absolutely loved how attentive and knowledgeable our waitress Caitlyn/Katlyn (I don't remember how she spelled her name) but she was appreciated. I ordered fried shrimp with mash potatoes and coleslaw. My son ordered the stuffed shrimp which came with rice and a slice of toasted bread. I had a pretty drink that was green, yellow and red. It was made perfectly and tasted even better. My son enjoyed the stuffed shrimp so much we ordered another stuffed shrimp and a Key-lime pie to go. Upon me leaving after I paid I got back to my hotel and realized I left my card. I called to tell them I leave to go back home tomorrow Saturday morning and would like someone to find my card. One of the managers named Michael Demonto was placed on the phone and I explained I need him to find the card. He said "I can't do that, you will have to wait until we go through them" I responded by saying "your the manager and all you have to do is find the waitress I'm sure she knows which card and I see you close at 11 I'm trying to come" he proceeded to say "I can't do that" and HUNG UP ON ME mid sentence. I immediately call back and Marcus answered and I told him " I was just hung up on. Just for asking can someone find my card. I mean I just easily spent $160 on food and do this quite often. How do you know you didn't just burn a potential loyal customer by him being so rude? Not only that I take extreme pride in my customer service I give when I'm at work so yo receive rude service from a MANAGER when I'm on Vacay when the rest of the staff was Amazing is shameful. I know you close at 11 I'm just trying to get my card before leaving tomorrow" Marcus: "oh we close at 11 but we will be here until like 1 a.m so we'll find it. Would you like to speak with the other manager?" Me: sure because I need the corporate number for Michael. Marcus: Sure I'm going to pass the call to EJ our other manager. Now! EJ was professional. She came on the phone told me they will find the card. Asked for my number to call me when they do. They found the card and called me and I went straight there. My last issue is I don't remember who gave me the corporate number but it didn't work. I will still search for a number and will call when I find it. There is no way Michael should be a manger. If he thinks hanging up on people because of whatever reasons he had was professional in any way, Especially such a high tourist area. You don't know who you're servicing. You don't know where an interaction can take you.
