This place has the friendliest and kindest customer service in all burrito grill places. Chris is a super friendly person and very caring of his presents there. Makes you feel at home the moment you walk through. Fast & quite effeminate food preparation. You get to pick from the menu then either have it as shown or make your own custom order add or changes things as you go. Relax with a nice colorful and chill setting, laugh, eat, Watch TV while you enjoy your time here. This is my third time there and i definitely have to give this place a 5 star. I've been to all the other places. Professional photos on the way are posted as i said. 😁😉

Decent spot for burrito bowls. The custom bowl I tried came with good portions of the meat and other toppings. They had some unusual protein options and sauces for a Mexican place, and I went with the hibachi steak with the sweet chili sauce. The steak was a tad bland, so the sweet chili sauce overshadowed most of the flavors from the toppings. Admittedly, the combo I chose probably wasn’t the best, and I would probably give them another try when I’m in the area.

everything is fresh & delicious the queso (can we talk about it) can you ever have too much queso? All I Gotta say is if you haven’t tried it you’re missing out. Enjoyed being able to support a business and its grand opening it didn’t disappoint at all!! forever a customer !!

First time here and definitely last. Based on the photos, you can see that the food is hair-seasoned. Lettuce among other ingredients do not look fresh and employee uniform/appearance was unkempt with both employees having hair all out and hair dipping into the food. This is a safety hazard and management needs to enforce standards. I ended up tossing my food right after my purchase.

Decent food most of the time, depends on who's working/ the team you get. I've been three times now and the first two times were great experiences. Most recently I tried the loaded nachos and that was a disappointment. As you can tell from the photo, they just added the cheese at the end, didn't try melting it, and there might be a few dabs of queso throughout. I didn't receive salsa, but had rice added? Maybe it's the way they do loaded nachos there, idk, I wasn't a fan. The person making my order seemed uncertain of the whole process. I had ordered a signature menu item, so you would think they make it somewhat regularly. I also got charged extra for the queso when it said it was included in the menu item. It's not enough that I wouldn't return, but I'll stick to the burritos and check who's working when I walk by next time.

Placed an order online on Saturday July 15th Came to pick it up to find out they were closing earlier then usual and I did not receive my food. Luckily was able to catch an employee and talk with the manager who told me he will refund my money the next day but did not receive a refund. Tried contacting the place and the employee who picked up my call kept hanging up on me after realizing I was trying to get in touch with the manager for the night when they closed early. Never received a proper response or my refund or the food I ordered. Service is getting worse by the day which is probably going to affect the quality of the food. Use to be a regular at this place but not anymore.

I've never had a bad meal from here. The portions are so good. I got a burrito bowl and it lasted me 2 meals! The selection of flavors is crazy.

Awesome! I have been watching this place getting built out and waiting patiently for it to open for 6 months. Finally got to go in today on my way home for pickup. It was great. Huge portions, everything fresh, super friendly staff. We both got the chicken burrito bowls and loved them. This is definitely going to be a go-to place.

To start off, I was expecting some high level of spice but didn't get much. I guess I'll have to try some of that ghost pepper sauce. The hot salsa wasn't hot at all. But flavor is there and decent! The boneless wings appear to be double fried, very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, the Nashville hot had a nice flavor, bit smoky. I lifted the container for the burrito bowl. It was heavy! I look inside and there's layers of barbocoa, good amount, and the flavor of it was also spot on!

It's like a chipotle with more sauces. It was our first time visiting the space so we decided to try a few of their popular recommendations. We got three items: The Hibachi shrimp and steak burrito (3.5/5) The general Tao's tacos (3/5) 8 piece chicken wings with mango habanero sauce (1/5) Service (4/5) Overall the experience was average: to summarize my issues - all of their protein options are really low quality. They rely too heavily on the causes to the the heavy lifting; so the moment the sauce is gone you're biting into dry & flavorless meats. Nothing is really marinated.

The quesadillas are delicious. I can't wait to go back and try their burritos. HUGE portions sizes and for a great price. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The environment was pretty nice, had California/Jersey surf vibes to it - which is a great place to eat for a summer hangout. A lot of food waas added to the quesadillas which left me with no complaints except that it generally gets really messy halfway through. The tortilla is nice and crispy in creating a sturdiness that supports much of the contents inside. Lots of meat filling, including rice and beans, so it's a full meal of its own.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS... I ate a carne asada taco from here on Wednesday of this week... the next day I was in the ER for the worst food poisoning I've had in my LIFE... My stomach was in so much pain that I now have to check in with the doctor to make sure my appendix doesn't burst. YES it was that bad I lost all feelings in my head legs and hands from my stomach clinching so hard. It was determined at the hospital that the taco meat gave me gastrointestinal for the next week and a MASSIVE hospital bill... if I wasn't in debt for so many test at the hospital today I'd be hiring a lawyer!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE

I'm not sure how to feel about this place. Pro: The portion size was pretty good for the price. The guy that helped me had a good attitude, was really nice and knowledgeable and made a lot of suggestions since the menu was confusing and overwhelming, so that was much appreciated. Cons: Only a few pieces of protein, mostly rice and veggies. Taste was decent, nothing outstanding. They have sauces like buffalo, sriracha, and sweet garlic so it's kind of a fusion place. I also got charged for queso without even being informed it was extra, so that was a pleasant surprise. Overall, maybe its my fault since I got the hibachi steak and shrimp bowl. I'm not sure how something traditional like a burrito or taco would taste here, but probably won't go out of my way to come back here.

Very tasty food with great price. When I picked up the order, the employees were very nice. The food tastes authentic, very much like how it is in California. The size is large. Overall very enjoyable

I just order my first burrito. I got a tex/Mex grilled chicken with bbq sauce and roasted corn salsa. It is really big and tasty. It was clean and the staff was pleasant.

Genuinely phenomenal. Chipotle can go die in a hole I love this place. Huge portions friendly staff quick assembly. All around great. LOVE THIS SHIT

My first time trying this place I didn't get food "poisoning" but I did get a BOMB ass chicken bacon Sriracha ranch quesadilla! Worth the visit and I didn't waste my money! The owner was a really cool dude! He's very personable! Love it here

This place is awesome! The food is super creative and there is so many options! I really enjoyed their loaded queso and bacon tater tots as well as their Jamaican jerk chicken quesadilla! The aesthetic of the place is super clean and bright. You can tell they spent a lot of time crafting this place! Definitely coming back

Worst burrito I ever had. Got a steak burrito today meat serving is ridiculously small and the rice and beans had no taste at all I wanted to give a try since they opened a new location in Allston but is not worth it didn't even eat it.

Great burrito with fresh ingredients and delicious sauces! Really nice crew in here also. Definitely heading back soon.
