Bubble Island Playground

We recently celebrated my son's 4th birthday at Bubble Island Playground and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The entire party was seamless. The party room was decorated beautifully with balloons, a banner and themed decorations all set up before we arrived. It looked incredible and made the day feel extra special. The staff was friendly, helpful and incredibly attentive throughout the party, which made everything stress-free. They even positioned the cupcakes into a large number 4, which was a thoughtful touch. My son's guests had the BEST time. There are so many fun activities to enjoy, including a huge ball pit, slides, trampolines, a play kitchen and dress-up area. Kids of all ages were entertained and having a blast the entire time! The space is the perfect size- big enough for the kids to explore and have fun but small enough that it was easy to watch everyone and never felt overwhelming. I would highly recommend Bubble Island Playground to anyone looking to book their child's birthday party. It was such a wonderful experience.

I had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party here yesterday. The setup and place was beautiful. My daughter and the kids really enjoyed themselves, but the reason for my star rating is the fact that everything was so rushed. Not long after we got there, the pizza was already ready. Some key points of disappointment. -After we sang Happy Birthday the pink bear came out and they had bubbles for literally what felt like 2 seconds. Like come on, the kids love bubbles that definitely should have been longer since you advertise this on the birthday package. -The room should be accessible to us during the duration of our event. Especially for the price we have to pay. -Staff was cleaning up a lot making me feel rushed. -clean up music and goodbye songs were being played 20 mins before the party was over. It’s a 2 hour party! The package is expensive, we are staying for the 2 hours!

I came here with my bother and cousins and they absolutely loved it. The perfect place to escape the heat this summer. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. They had such a blast and we will definitely be coming back. There are lots of fun areas to keep kids occupied through the full 2 hours. Overall a really great place, will recommend to my family

My daughter had the best birthday party here! The staff was very attentive, they check on us at all times, did an amazing job decorating and putting everything together! It’s totally worth it! So nice, clean, and toddler safe for our youngest guests!

Such a cute and fun place! I love that is not too big but spacious enough to let the kids run around and be able to watch them! Super clean and organized. Staff is super nice and friendly! Definitely recommend!

Went with my daughters and had the absolute best time, we had so much fun. There were snacks at great price, the place was clean and adorable. Will come back!

Great indoor playground for toddlers! I took my 2-year-old and she loved the ball pit, pretend play areas, and safe soft surfaces. The space is very clean, staff are friendly, and it feels safe. Perfect for little ones to explore and burn energy.

We had such a great time at this indoor play place! It was very clean, well maintained, and affordable, which is a huge plus. My 4-year-old son absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave. It’s the perfect spot to let kids run, climb, and burn off energy while parents can relax knowing it’s safe and tidy. Not to mention how cute it is. There’s a cute little dress up area (there’s costumes for boys and girls) and a cute little pretend make up area. We’ll definitely be coming back to Bubble Island!

Super nice playground, Very clean and staff super friendly. I had my sons 6 year old birthday there, Everything was well prepared and nicely set up. I didn't have to do anything. Definitely will bring my kids back

Terrific one of a kind place that this area needed. We came on a rainy day and it was a lifesaver. So many different activities to do. Bubble island playground is very clean and safe for your little ones.

Beware -- Do NOT book a party here. I recently attended a birthday party at this venue and was honestly shocked at how poorly everything was handled. The staff was completely inattentive to the children -- most of them looked confused and unsure about what to do, especially when it came to some of the play items like the ride-on cows. No one was there to guide or assist, and it was up to the parents to ask for help or figure it out themselves. Some older siblings were told they couldn't go into certain play areas, but adults were allowed in with their younger children, which made no sense. It felt inconsistent and unfair. The pizza was served right at the start, and then the kids went straight back to running around -- several ended up feeling sick because of this poor timing. When it was time for cake, the staff brought out a bubble machine that ended up covering the entire cake with bubbles before it was served. Extremely unappetizing and unhygienic. What shocked me the most was the way management handled the situation at the end. I overheard someone who seemed to be the owner or manager demanding that the hosts pay and then come back to "discuss" the tip amount -- basically implying the tip wasn't enough. Last I checked, tipping is optional and based on service... and frankly, from what I saw, I wouldn't have tipped at all. They said this in front of the host's guests, which made things extremely awkward and embarrassing. To top it off, when the party was ending, they played a song announcing that the "party is over" -- followed by a staff announcement basically telling everyone to leave. I was horrified for my friend, who had booked this place for her daughter's 1st birthday. Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable and disappointing party experiences I've ever witnessed. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

Today was my first time here. The place was super cute. My daughter really enjoyed her time. I am giving the place 3 stars because Al thought they have costumes in the dress up/makeup area they don't have much variety in sizes. My daughter is a little on the taller side and all the costumes were extremely small and a lot of the girl dress were in bad shape. I think you should refresh that section and stock it with more sizes. Lastly, at one point my daughter was playing with a little girl and the child gave my daughter a blue balloon. I had no idea where it came from but my daughter was happy to have it. At some point the little girl brought my daughter a second ballon and again I had no idea where it came from so I allowed my daughter to play with it. On my way out after putting on our shoes and getting ready to leave. The women at the front ( not sure if she's a manager or the owner) pretend to wish us a good day, then she proceeded to bring up the balloon that my daughter had in her hands. She told me that If we came next time she couldn't have a balloon because it's for the birthday parties.... I said to her my daughter didn't take this ballon another child gave it to her. I offered to give the ballon back and she said no that's okay. My issue with the conversation was why weren't the ballon's in a secure place where children couldn't access them and if her or her staff was paying attention then the little girl wouldn't have been able to take not one not two but three ballon. I suggest discussing something like this with your staff versus bringing this to a parent in front of a small child. The balloon probably cost one cent because I am sure she paid wholesale prices.
