Order from self-service kiosk, get a number tag and wait for your number to be called. I had ordered the UBE and Earl grey. The texture was smooth and creamy. Right amount of sweetness and the boba was perfectly cooked had the bouncy texture.

I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to discover Bubble N Tea. They’ve been open since 2016 and crushing it on the weekends! There has been a line consistently since arrival but it moves pretty quickly. The tea is very fresh, well brewed and delicious! Boba consistency is soft and chewy as it should be. I had the salted Jasmine cream and it was fantastic! I liked that I could modify the sweetness level to my preference. I can’t wait to come back!

This establishment has held up to its standards ever since they opened over 5 years ago. We love their limited menu and the generous portions of toppings. We also love that they keep their prices reasonable. We have been coming here for many years and not sure as to why we always forget to give them a review. Our all time favorite would be the matcha and their Thai milk tea. The kids like the fruity and chocolate flavored beverages. We hope that they will stay around for many more years now that competition is getting fierce with all the new boba shops popping up all over the place. We also like that they have self order kiosks.

Great service, a good number of different tea options(hot, cold, and blended), quality tea, and a very cute little shop. It always smells amazing when you walk in, sometimes the lines can be a little long but but even at the busiest times I’ve never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for my drink. But the biggest bonus is the taste and flavor of their drinks, truly a classic and delicious bubble tea shop. I only get Thai iced tea from them and no where else. Also the pink honey is top tier, think gourmet strawberry milk. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Also I’ve looked everywhere online and maps photos for a current full list of there menu and couldn’t find it anywhere so I took pics to add to my review for anyone wanting to know what they currently have. Keep in mind some of them are seasonal so a few will change depending on the time of year.

Bubble N Tea has top quality bubble tea and the flavors are pretty delicious~! They have limited options for smoothies. The honey lavender milk tea, pink lady, and thai milk tea are my favorites. They are so so delicious! I don’t think they use powder, they use tea bags for their bubble tea I heard. My absolute go to bubble tea flavor would be the honey lavender, it’s delightful! It tastes just like the honey lavender ice cream over at Salt & Straw, so yummy!

"The boba here is fresh and delicious, which is why we're frequent customers. However, we're giving two stars because we wanted to order a drink with no ice. The drink was for someone who wouldn't be drinking it until the next day, and we were surprised that no ice wasn't an option. Having a 'no ice' option would be great or we don't mind paying for an additional charge.

Hidden gem, so happy we discovered it!!! No artificial, unnatural flavors that we're aware of. This is the closest we've found to true traditional Taiwanese boba tea, where the tea is actually real tea (not powdered) steeped with real honey & real simple sugars, not fake syrups!!!

I got the Ube mango drink and I am still craving it to this day. 😂 They have non dairy options ! SO GOOD.

One of my favorite boba spots in the area. I highly recommend the matcha, Thai, and Ube milk tea when they have it available. I love that boba is a free add on. My only con is they give a LOT of ice. I ordered less ice and this was my cup after finishing. Ps. If you ever wonder what their vanilla milk tea tastes like, it tastes like if grass jelly was a milk tea flavor

My wife's new obsession. Oversized cups make you either love it or hate it. Variety of options to choose from. Their peach tea with the Jelly is the go to for us. Make sure you select the boba or jelly on the menu that's included. The menu can be a bit overwhelming. Service is quick and friendly. Parking can be tight at times but usually it's pretty quick to get in and out.

Man! This spot will never get old. My partner and I used to live in Beaverton, and this was our go to boba shop. We have since moved to SE Portland, and we STILL make the trek out to get drinks here. The quality is unmatched and you can really tell they use fresh ingredients. From the tea to the boba itself, everything is a step above other shops I've been to. My go to is the Jasmine green tea with grass jelly, but I do enjoy trying out their seasonal drinks that they rotate through. They do a great job of getting your order out fast, even when it's pretty packed. It's nice they have self order kiosks. I feel like it makes things flow better. The space is also very cute and cozy. Definitely a place you want to stay and have a boba date with a friend. It's always a pleasure stopping in here.

Can confirm, still delicious. Only issue is the cute stubby little cups may not fit in your car drink holder so come prepared.

A friend suggested to meet her as this is her favorite boba spot and I can see why! The parking lot is a little cramped and funky with multiple other businesses in this little L-shaped lot and it's easy to miss the turn to turn into here just FYI. Ordering is all through the kiosks and very user-friendly and easy with the pictures and the add-on options. There was limited seating inside and we came on a Tuesday afternoon so we quickly got a table but I was surprised at how many people came in and out during the hour we were there! They were definitely POPPING on a hot summer day! They are known for their delicious drinks and iconic large containers. So even though I feel like their drinks are on the pricier side ($7-$8) especially with the add-on ($1 for extra bubble) but it's totally worth it and they do have a rewards program as well. My friend got the Thai Tea with 50% sweet and extra bubble and I got the Mango smoothie with regular bubble - next time I'll also do extra bubble! Their boba is fresh and chewy and sweet. Service was fast and friendly and they are hustling churning out drinks for dining-in and take-out. Adding this to a new favorite boba spot! Come support them and satisfy your boba craving here!

Damn- such an amazing boba place. They were able to do strawberry matcha with no added sugar which is rare- they use fresh strawberries instead of strawberry purée. The dirty earl grey was amazing too - and they were lovely enough to adjust the brown sugar level. Highly recommend. Can't wait to get up tomorrow morning and get another one.

bubble and tea is always delicious and they did not let me down this time. the dirty earl grey milk tea was so delicious and flavorful. i love specialty drinks with some extra syrup, foam, etc... so this was perfect for me. i nearly inhaled the whole thing on my 25 minute drive home. be careful, this thing is dangerous.

Saw it was hyped on TikTok but was only okay. The strawberry matcha latte was sooo watery. The lychee tea was toooo sweet. Drinks are big for the price tho !

My kid is an expert on Boba, at least she thinks she is;). According to her Bubble N Tea has the "best"! This afternoon, I took my kiddo and her BFF who's also a "Boba expert" for an afternoon treat here. I had the Matcha 25% sweet with Oat Milk, and the girls each got the caramel with whole milk. Mine was very good and I usually don't like the Boba bubble balls, but I did here. I was surprised when I saw the girls caramel Boba's at the amount of caramel drizzled inside; it was quite impressive. The screen ordering system is easy and quick. Although it was busy, our drinks came out timely. The shop is clean as well as the bathroom. All good stuff at Bubble N Tea. 2025 #6

my favorite boba spot in town! they consistently deliver great drinks. my favorite is the jasmine milk tea at 50% sweetness as it is strong but not too overpowering. their pearls are always cooked nicely and have a good texture, not too mushy or hard. recently I have been loving their grass jelly as it's herbaliness pairs well with the floral jasmine. took some friends from out of town here and they loved it!

My go to spot whenever I'm in Beaverton! Been a fan since they opened. I usually get their matcha iced and smoothie kind, but when I want to try something new it's always on point!

Bubble N Tea has been one of the boba options in the area for a long time and when i first had it I didn't like it very much, I decided to give it another try today and I still don't think it's the best option there is around here. The after taste of some of the drinks I've had here have been unpleasant, but that might be just my choices. I might have to give another drink a try, but other than that service is quick and easy to get through when they aren't busy!

Tucked away in a small plaza, but so good! The drinks are very tasty and they have a good size menu selection. There are kiosks where you can look through the menu and order. You can also adjust sweetness level, ice, milk preference, etc. Service is pretty quick and there is a good amount of seating inside as well. The boba itself is not as sheet as I hoped, but the drinks definitely make up for it! Will definitely come back!

Came here yesterday and even the day before that. That's how good it is! My tea was very well made and I can see in the back that someone was making boba from scratch! Or maybe I was blind lol I would definitely recommend coming and tipping because it is well deserved!

I love their drinks and flavor options! However, there have been a few times I've gone where the drinks are very inconsistent. The last time I went both my drinks that I usually order were watered down and flavorless. This has also happened a few times before-- I'm a frequent customer and when the drinks are made right they are SO GOOOD, unfortunately they can be inconsistent with the quality and I feel like I wasted my money when I order and the drinks aren't good :( The service is always nice and quick so hopefully they can work on delivering consistently yummy drinks.

One word: AMAZING!! Nobody else's boba even comes close to how good this place is. If I lived nearby, I'd be here almost every week! The menu has great options, and the portion sizes are super satisfying. Honestly, there's not much more to say other than--you have to try this place. It's absolutely worth it!

Matcha here is super good. The sea salt cream is a great combo with the matcha flavor. Place was busy when we went, but the drinks still came out fast. There is seating inside, however, tables are limited and small. Parking can be annoying since it's a tiny strip mall parking lot, shared with other restaurants.

Ordering through the kiosk is super easy! The drinks came out fast and were perfectly sweetened to our preferences. I love the huge shape of the cup, it's different!

A solid boba spot! We made a stop here for some boba while in Portland area. The shop is located in a small plaza with some parking. The shop itself is small but has a cozy charm. I got the Thai Milk Tea and it was delicious, with the classic Thai tea flavor. The cup design is unique and made for a great portion. If you're making a stop in Portland and want boba, give this place a try!

The best boba I've had since living in LA! Didn't taste artificial or overly sweet. The ingredients were fresh and the boba was the right texture. It was perfect.

This place is so GOOD!!! We made a stop here while we were in the Portland area and there was a line out the door for their boba! You know its good when you see a line! Even with a long line it didn't take very long for us to place our order at their kiosk and get our boba! The cafe is in a plaza (so plenty of parking) but it is on the smaller end with limited seating. But great space to hang out with your friends! I got their matcha milk tea and it was the perfect sweetness and the boba was so good!! perfect texture! I highly recommend if you are ever in the Portland area.

So so SO GOOD!! Got the ube mango 10/10! The ube tasted fresh and the there were huge sweet chunks of mango. The flavors blended so well together. The strawberry matcha was delicious too! Also 10/10. This place was so small. Seats are very limited. Parking is extremely small too. Trash was located outside. Would definitely come back here for the drinks. One of the best boba places I've had.

I got the jasmine milk tea w boba 25% sweet snd coconut smoothie 25% sweet w jelly. The drinks were AMAZING. I'm a boba snob, and have easily tried over 100-200 boba places, i drink boba at least 1-2x per week. This place is GOOD! I was pleasantly surprised. Probably in one of my top 10. top 1-2 in portland area. The jasmine was perfection. The coconut smoothie at 25% sweet was a touch sweet (i'll get 0% next time) but flavor was amazing. It has a good coconut flavor (not the fake type) and it tasted slightly like toasted coconut. Not made w coconut flakes. I'll 100% be back. 100% recommend. Also the ambiance is nice too - very cute hang out place.

From the employees to the drink selection and the flavors, you can't go wrong here. Nice low-light setting and speedy workers make this place top notch. I got the Ube Mango and it was divine. Will definitely be coming back.

This place has amazing milk teas- I usually do the sea salt cream black tea and it's amazing. The sea salt cream is so delicious and creamy and the perfect sweetness. The boba are also really good. The service is quick with self service kiosks- sometimes it can take a little time to get your tea because it can get busy but never too long. There is some seating inside but it's not a huge place. Only thing I don't like is there is no trash can inside the place!

Idk y'all, Bubble N Tea's tea was not it for me. I come from a more traditional Taiwanese-style boba bish preference palette, so I'll start there. The Bubble N Tea simple boba milk tea tasted so...synthetic. Like I couldn't even tell you what milk tea I drank because it didn't taste like any black tea I know. The boba was not QQ, on the harder side of textures, and yes their cup sizes are on the pint-y side reminiscent of Bay Area's Purple Kow or for those who have been to Southern California's Half and Half. That's pretty much all they've got going for them, you'll have a drink to chew on for the next half an hour, but size isn't everything. They also have other options from matcha drinks to other flavors like Cocoa Mint and Coconut, and that kind of tells me that this spot is catered to a less traditional palette. Totally cool, given the demographics in Portland, so I understand. But if the standard boba milk tea is unimpressive, I gotta say there's no coming back from that. Service is pretty much when you pick up your order, as all of the drink interaction is at the self-service kiosks. Parking is in a tight little plaza, and there is very limited seating inside, like you literally have to cram alongside a wall and it's not a great spot for larger parties. I know there aren't many boba spots in the Portland area, but I think Bubble N Tea is a pass for moi. Clearly they have their fans, and go forth, just not for this gal.

Hands down after all these years, no other bubble tea joint can compete with this one. This place is on a corner of Cedar Hills. It is located next to the old Hmart supply store. Parking is a real pain since it's right next to a Korean restaurant and convenience mart. They share a small lot. What was once a stand with a cashier has been replaced by two automated machines that will take your orders, which are then fulfilled by staff behind the counter. Takes some time to get used to but I prefer it now. The machine splits the drinks into categories. It has all the combinations and ice/sweetness/topping adjustments you could think of. Once you have paid and taken an order number, the line actually goes pretty quick. Overall process is more expedited than it used to be. The quality of the tea has always been apparent. All the ingredients they use are the real deal. My top two favorites are the matcha and ube. For the matcha, it is so smooth and earthy. Combined with the milk and a little bit of sweetness it is just so delicious. The ube however, when it is seasonally available, is my ultimate go to. It's got this nice nutty vanilla undertone and is not in the least starchy. The cream and sugar mixed in really helps bring out these notes. And boy oh boy, when you get these small soft slivers of mango mixed in, they just complement each other so well. My mother always really loved this too. Never do I hesitate to stop by here when I'm in the Beaverton area. It is such great quality and so refreshing. Only minor gripes I have are the cups are so fat and short they never fit in a stock cup holder. Luckily the seals are great and I have not once had a leaking problem. Second, why are they closed on Mondays? Third, wish they had a delivery platform of some sort. Sometimes out of convenience I do not feel like I have time to go into the store to order. But these issues are just me nit picking. I will continue to be loyal to Bubble N Tea because they always outperform their competitors with exceptional flavor and customer service. Not sure how this was so hyped up, it was a huge disappointment. The interior design and ambiance was clean and amazing, service was quick and easy as you use a machine to order. Parking is a headache so prepare yourself for that. Thai tea with oat milk: 1/5, it was literally 80% milk with 20% Thai tea. Ube with whole milk: 4/5 Jasmine green tea with whole milk: 2/5, it was 70% milk and 30% green tea If you're ready to drink milk and love milk with cute aesthetics, this is your place. If you like boba, I'd give save yourself the disappointment.

The Thai coconut Tea is so delicious! It was creamy and the perfect sweetness. I highly recommend this place. My second time stopping here and will definitely be back!

Really not sure what happened here but we stopped by after Kigaru Sushi since they are in the same plaza. I ordered the Jasmine Milk Tea (added boba and oat milk) and my fiance got the Jasmine and Pear tea. I was very disappointed with my jasmine milk tea because I'm used to this drink with a strong flavor of tea and the milk and sweetness to balance out the drink. However this was NOT the case, my drink tasted like just milk water. I could smell the tea but couldn't tasty any of it. The boba was great though. The jasmine and pear tea was refreshing and had a strong tea flavor. Not sure if we'll be back again. We ordered via a kiosk and service was fairly quick. The interior was cute and when it's popping, it could be difficult to find seats. There is a small parking lot here and we came later ~4pm so we didn't have trouble parking.

Very unique flavors. Loved the wide large cups. I don't know why but makes it fun to drink. The mango slushy I got was very fresh. You can tell it was made with real mangos. Staff was nice and quick with service. Great spot for studying if you like moderate noise.

One of their few boba spots I love to go to! They use real tea and fruits in there drinks, which I love. The workers are always super sweet and will smile at you. Been going here for years but just realized I never gotten to reviewing it. The place is a little small and kind of in a hard location to turn into, but the vibes are nice and they got a clean aesthetic. Not to mention they change up the specials from time to time, my current go to special is there Thai sweet cream milk tea with boba. Recently they got machines to take orders, so it's quicker.

It's a small shop so a little cramped, but I don't really care bc the drinks are SO GOOD. This is easily the best boba shop I've ever been to, every other place I go to I just think, "hm, it's good, but not as good as Bubble N Tea." So worth it, I always beg my parents to grab something from there every time we pass by.

This is a cute boba shop where patrons order via a kiosk, which is extremely useful in customizing orders to sweetness/milk/boba preferences. I only customized the milk in my drink and kept everything else standard. The order came out pretty quickly, and the drinks themselves were well-made, aside from being a little skimpy with the boba. While the cups were cute, we had a bit of trouble trying to wedge them into the cup holders in our car. The plus side is that these cups are pretty sturdy and they stack pretty well, so I'm sure they can withstand transport even outside of a cup holder. Parking can be a little tight, but this is a popular location, and in my opinion, it's worth it. Overall, the boba tea here is good, I might just customize my drink differently next time to obtain that sweet boba to tea ratio that I'm looking for. I will visit again!

One of my favorite Bubble tea spots! it's a nice place to sit down and chill, a bit small and can get crowded at times but their service is quick!

This is definitely going to be my boba place from now on. I've tried a few spots here in Hillsboro and they just don't compare to bubble n tea. The drinks I've ordered tasted very balanced and nothing is overly sweet. Texture and flavor of boba pearls are great. The menu is not flooded with various items like you'd typically see on other boba places. They keep it simple, and they focus on the quality of what they have to offer. Service was quick, and they are hard working. Price, quality, quantity: 9.5/10 Sadly, boba prices are increasing to the 6-7 and even 8 dollar ranges everywhere. places are now even charging to add boba instead of incorporating it into the price. What I love about bubble and tea is that they don't charge for boba, and I think that for the price you pay for the quality is well worth what you're paying for. You're not going to be paying outrageous prices for quality drinks.

The boba was a good texture. I ordered the one with coconut cream and the drink reminded me coconut pudding you get as dessert. My friend got the strawberry milk one and that was really good too. Don't wait to drink it the next day. The boba texture will not be the same. Don't make the same mistake I did.

LOVE the teas. But they need to enable online ordering for pickup. The lines can be really long & it's frustrating when there are families hemming & hawing in front of you when you know exactly what you want, & all you wanna do is pick up your amazing tea & go.

Best bubble tea in town. Love that they use real tea leaves to brew the tea and also real milk! Or alternative milk instead of milk powder. Their specialties are so good.

I've been coming to Bubble n Tea since they've opened and they have never disappointed. I enjoy my bubble tea with more tea rather than sugar/sweetness and they always hit the spot! The tapioca pearls topping (black toppings in the photo) are always perfectly chewy as well. I can not speak for other toppings available since I have not tried them, but being that most of the toppings don't have to be cooked/boiled like tapioca pearls, I doubt they would be bad. My favorite is the Jasmine milk tea with 25%-30% or 50% sugar with tapioca pearls because it gives me the perfect amount of sweetness ratio to the tea. I believe they have their tapioca pearls soaked honey/brown sugar, but I may be wrong. I have tried the Thai milk tea and Thai smoothie, both are great. The chocolate smoothie legit taste like chocolate milk so great a great option for kids! The classic black tastes like regular black milk tea. And lastly, the jasmine has the hint of floral in the milk tea. They always have special seasonal flavors that always change too! I've tried the strawberry matcha latte out of the seasonal flavors and it was good but not something I'd get again. Don't be hesitant to try new flavors if you have the time and are willing! This location is hidden in a little corner plaza so driving in and out may be iffy on busier days and trying to find parking. They did remodel recently and the place looks great actually. There is no longer a cashier, but 2 self serve kiosks to order. There are still number blocks provided on top of the kiosks that you use in order to get your order once called. Inside is pretty small compared to other bubble tea places around Portland, but I typically see people in and out.

This place is incredible! The drinks are delicious and the staff are very friendly and understanding. I was recently there with my family and didn't even notice we had been there past closing time because staff was allowing us to finish our drinks inside since it was raining. I think this is the best bubble tea in Beaverton!

The drink overall was like a flat soda:( the coconut milk or cream? Didn't mix well with the drink at all and left an aftertaste. The jelly was a nice texture though. The workers were very nice and was helpful when ordering. The store has lots of seatings inside and has a nice aesthetic feel to it. The parking was easy. Also their cups are cute, don't get me wrong! BUT if you're trying to drink them while driving it will be difficult.

Ended up getting the classic milk tea with cream. You need to order via kiosk but guess i missed tuje option to customize ice or either is not there. It was decent but ended up with lot of ice which kinda dampened overall taste. I would suggest getting less ice. Overall 4/5 but there's limited options compared to traditional boba places.

I enjoyed my visit to Bubble N Tea. I visited on a weekday afternoon so I had no issues finding a space in the small lot. It was easy to order on the kiosk. I was a little concerned that the drink would be too sweet since the options were 100% or 0% sugar and since I get tea at 25% most of the time but it was not crazy sweet. I was happy with the sweetness of my drink. I liked that the menu had a great variety of drinks and that a lot were caffeine free which could be nice to have when I'm not wanting the caffeine boost. I got the Thai sweet cream. I loves the cream foam on the top and the Thai tea itself was balanced. It was not too strong and I felt that there was the right amount of milk in it. The cup was too fat for my car's cup holder so I put it in a bag in the truck of my car. I'm happy to note that no spill happened or leakage on the way back to Portland. Overall, I liked my drink and I'll be back at some point.

The small parking lot leads to a very aesthetic cafe. The tropical plants greet us. There are seating options outside and inside. You order on the tablet and pay at the counter. I've loved all of the different fruity flavors, as well as the milk teas! Bubble N Tea will fill your reusable cups to the brim, and their normal plastic cups are perfect to reuse as plant pots!
