I got the peach bubble tea and my husband got the tropical one. They were both good and btw if you’re planning to order the large one, let me tell you this place is not like others to fill up the cup with ice and they really serve you the drink. It was huge and I couldn’t finish it, I think a medium will be good for me next time. I recommend this place.

Google
Staff are off-putting. Got my mango tea boba and realized after drinking some (already almost home) there was a bunch of big black flakes at the bottom. Reached out to them and sent pics but got no response. I paid $7 for something I couldn't even drink because what the heck was in my drink????

Han S.

Google
The bubble tea was not bad and certainly generous portion for the price. However I could not really taste the tea. We had the vanilla and matcha milk bubble tea, but we could only taste the milk (even with the reduced sugar and ice). The tapioca pearls was ok but the straw was too small and as a result it was hard to use the straw to get the boba.

Went in there Xmas Eve wanted 2 hot chocolate and was hot water no flavor at all

All out of Assam!! When I went. Tried taro milk. Was ok. They went above and beyond and made me a new drink of my liking. Love this place. Come for the free smells. Baked waffle goodness.

Google
This was my first time trying the bubble waffle cone. The cashier was very helpful and patient while I decided which flavor to try. It tasted amazingly good and looked beautiful (before it started melting as I sat outside). Although I wanted to, it was too much for me to finish.

Google
Workers were very nice and helpful! Everyone else in the area, not so much. Some of the rudest people I've ever met and I probably won't be back. The bubble tea was good, but not worth the 45 minute drive I did to get bubble tea.. very artificial tasting, even the green tea.. overall decent

Ruby y

Google
Probably the worst bubble tea I e ever had. Doesn’t taste like tea at all. Had it 2 twice. Once is tasted like straight cream and another time it was watered down. Ice cream is nice for pictures only but nothing special taste-wise. Second picture looks better than it tasted. They have these fizz drinks which are basically fruit tea with sprite and the sprite tasted flat.

Yelp
My wife and kids love this place. They always tend to sneak away to grab a bubble tea, or one of these Bubble Waffles. They love them and say that "it's delicious."
google avatar

Freyhan D.

Yelp
If you're not craving a waffle cone, ice cream, or bubble tea, you will be as soon as you walk in. Because it smells absolutely delicious every time. The prices are pretty reasonable and the quality of their stuff that I've tried so far has always been good.

Yelp
My sister and I stopped in to get a treat. I got salted caramel gwltao with the waffle. It was a little diffcult to eat the igelato and the waffle at the same time. The waffle was delicious. It was super soft and I loved it. The gelato didnt really taste like salted caramel. It tasted off and I didn't really like it at all. I really tried to like it but it was hard to eat. I ended up pulling out the waffle and eating that alone. Maybe next time I can try a different falvor.

Yelp
I love this place it is delicious! And. Completely affordable! Wish the place was bigger but besides that's the service is fast and fresh! I love taking my kids, niece and nephew here!
google avatar

Yelp
Fun to try at least once since no one really wants to spend $10+ on an ice cream cone. We tried the summer crunch. The waffle cone is impossible to eat without making a mess. Maybe they need to make a bowl version. The vanilla gelato had flecks of vanilla bean and was good. The banana was not ripe. Overall I may be back to treat my kid when we come to play at the outdoor courtyard in the future.

Yelp
While walking around the mall, I saw Bubbleology and wanted to give it a try. The menu is minimal in regards to tea selections. They do have bubble waffles and gelato/ice cream. Seconds after entering, the person behind the counter asked what I'd like to order. As I hadn't been here before, I let them know as much and took a few minutes to make a decision. I got the milk tea. The boba were a nice consistency. The tea was ok. It tasted more like milk than tea. Would I go back...maybe not. It was somewhat expensive for an ok flavor.

Yelp
Me and my friends walked into the shop and were immediately met by a rude employee who rolled her eyes at us and gave us nasty looks. We waited for our drinks and she rolled her eyes at us as she made them. Once she was done she slammed our drinks down, gave us a final dirty look. We told her to have a good day and she just rolled her eyes again. Actually the rudest employee i've ever encountered. The ambiance was cold and miserable. Hope she's not there next time I stop in for a drink.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place for some time, but I don't go to this mall very often. I finally stopped in & I'm glad I did! It's a super cute little shop, their tea is delicious & fairly priced compared to other nearby places I've gone. I love that they offer 3 different sizes because the other few I've been to only offer 1 size. I got their Harvest Fruit Punch with strawberry popping bubbles & it was so good! The workers were friendly & the drinks came out SO quick! Definitely want to go back to try their waffle cones & gelato!
google avatar

Yelp
The young lady at the counter was amazing on both visits I made with my girlfriend. She was helpful and kind, with a big smile. The vanilla waffle cone is SO f'ing good. I DEF need to try the chocolate wafffle cone, which should taste similarly. The cone tastes like a waffle - somewhat firm but also somewhat soft. ALL delicious. Presentation for all of the ice cream treats have been really nice. The only thing that sucks is that there is always a line, but if you go with others it's well worth the wait.
google avatar

Yelp
The drinks are not good we ordered 2 bubbles and both were bad the first one taste like a faygo soda and the second one the tapioca was all I think was hard like a rock ‍ the kids just don't want give me my money back because is normal no apologies aghast never come back there I can give o start other wise I will

Yelp
It's been a while since I've been a customer at Bubbleology, but from what I remember, I would give the place a 3.5-4/5 s! I definitely would come back to enjoy the bubble waffles and to try a different flavor of boba :) Location: 4/5 s; Walking around Partridge Creek, it's hard to come by a place with Boba, so I would say that it's pretty nice to have that choice!! Drinks: 3.5/5 s; I'm a BIG boba person, and I would say that the drinks were a little bit below average/what I'm used to, but was still a good boba experience during my shopping time in Partridge Creek! Service: 3.5-4/5 s; The staff was friendly and quite helpful, but seemed a bit flustered when my family came in--and this is extremely reasonable considering it was busy!
google avatar

Jeongmin H.

Yelp
Cute little cafe but has limited seating so I'd recommend it for more of a take out rather than a sit down and chill kinda place. Tapioca pearls were delish!
google avatar

Stacy K.

Yelp
We love bubble tea, and I've had bubble waffles on my food bucket list for quite awhile now. As we are able to go out a little more I figured Partridge Creek, an outdoor mall, might be a good place for us to start. I have seen this place in the past, and put it on the to-do list, so when I saw they were open and had waffles I decided to venture out and try it. Honestly, I am giving this place a 3.5! It is a small store front, good size for carry-out customers. They had the door open and disposable paper menus in the front so you can decide what to order as you wait in line. People were very good about distancing and wearing masks to order before they were able to consume food/ drink. The workers were very polite and had masks and/ or gloves to handle the food. There was a consistent amount of customers, which is good for a business to stay open. (This is important for this mall since they lost both anchors, and I want to see businesses succeed). Even though the lines were long from time to time, the employees seemed to have a good system down to make the teas and waffle orders in a timely manner. They have a nice size bubble tea menu with jellies, boboas, and popping pearls. My husband got the blended mocha. He ordered the medium, which ended up being huge (which is nice, I love value)! As far as the taste, it was good, but a bit light and a bit underwhelming. He was hoping for a bolder taste. But the consistency was nice, good for people who are not looking for a coffee experience, but are looking for a coffee flavored beverage. The kids and I had the waffles. They are a bit pricey, and the toppings can add up, but I liked that they gave you two huge scoops of gelato and you could mix and match flavors. We tried the vanilla and the chocolate waffles. Not too much difference in taste, they were a bit dry, but pared well when dipping the ice cream into it. The gelato also did not have a very strong flavor. The dark chocolate looked dark, but was not very intense. The salted caramel tasted like vanilla. They were pretty light on putting on the toppings. So I do not think this was the best ice cream experience in the area. On the other hand, it was still pretty tasty and the kids would like to come back and bring friends next time. Inside they had limited seating, but they allowed us to eat there, and not too many people stuck around inside. Outside the mall had plenty of seating for people to enjoy their treats. It is a cute shop and while it is not the absolute best bubble tea/ gelato in town, it is a place I would recommend for a nice afternoon and a hankering for a sweet treat.

Yelp
I just love love love bubble Tea and when I walked by Bubbleology I just had to go in. I didn't even end up getting any bubble tea once I saw the Waffle cone, I just knew I had to have one. They all looked amazing so I wasn't sure which one to get but eventually I decided on the Lemon Berry cone that comes with strawberry gelato, whole shortbread, strawberries, blueberries and lemon drizzle. I ate mine so fast that I barely remember what it tasted like but it was very flavorful and everything seemed to go well together. But you can't go wrong with lemon, strawberries and blueberries. It was melting pretty fast so if you're getting a cone you'd better start on it ASAP but overall it was a tasty treat. Are they super cheap? No but I don't think I've ever had any bubble tea/waffle cone experience where I felt like I've saved a buck. Would love to come back and try some actual bubble tea.

Yelp
I do want to like you. But i cant... because you have everything going against you. You're in some wanna be booshie farmer area. Clientelle are people who say stuff like, "nothing past 8 mile for me." Well heck, i was hoping that your bubble tea would move mountains, but no. It was hella uninspired. The taro-coconut mix was so bland it was pretty much comparable to drinking water. At least it was cold and refreshing on a hot summer day. We also bought a Taro for my cousin and he said his was somehow a bit gritty. Ok so, your location is out there,,, then your boba isn't up to par. It might pass for a farmer that has never had boba ever in their life, but not me. Sorry guys,,, i wish you all the best in luck. Thank you so much for reading my review. I hope this helps with your decision making experience. Enjoy your awesome yelptastic day!!!

Yelp
I love this place so much. It is so cute inside and their teas are so yummy. I get the same order every time, passionfruit tea with mango boba. They are a tad bit overpriced though. I've also had the ice cream which was decent but the bubble waffle was super good.
google avatar

Mark C.

Yelp
Accepts both cash and credit card. Please note very limited seating. If you come here for a social gathering, you might want to consider doing it outside as seating here is very limited. Their drinks are okay. Please note toppings are extra $. The cashier said toppings come with the drink, but it's actually extra. The staff here are friendly. Just make sure you get the correct order. I discovered my order was incorrect and they were able to remake my order. The bubble tea was okay. Nothing too special. Their waffles seem to be a big hit here. Very clean interior though.

Yelp
Pros: Presentation Fast service Kind workers Cons: Waffles had been sitting out before I got them so they were rock hard Mediocre milk tea flavors Bubbles not super great Threw entire order away minutes after trying it
google avatar

Tamirah M.

Yelp
I don't normally go here just because it's in the outdoor mall and you have to walk around to get to it. This is a great ice cream place most definitely, mostly everyone goes here for that. I've had there boba a few times and it does compare to Quickly. I've only ever had their ice cream once and it was pretty good but I think it's more the aesthetic over food quality. The staff if very fast at bringing down the lines because they always have their line outside the door to the point they put up rope. I would definitely recommend if you stop by partridge creek or just in the area.
google avatar

Raquel T.

Yelp
This places takes a theme and runs with it. Waffle cones are super fresh and everything hits the spot. The store has a very relaxing vibe with some seating and hanging chairs. The counter is the main focus and a menu that gives you some options to pick from or a create your own. They take a lot of care into putting your cone together so whatever you choose you can't go wrong. Can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Yelp
My favorite bubble tea in the area! The lavender milk tea is my favorite and my go-to. Their ice cream (gelato? I can't recall) offerings look incredible, but I've yet to try one. Maybe next time ;)

Yelp
2020-08-06 Bubbleology @ Partridge Creek. Clinton Twp, MI. This is actually my third time here despite the lack of check ins. Each visit was actually intended to visit Bambū, but I can never seem to find the place. So we typically end up here. I keep checking the web and it constantly shows Bambū as being open, but when I get to the physical location, the place is shut down (closed forever). Before I go on, let's get the COVID questions out of the way... Their hours are in line with those of the mall Masks are required when entering and ordering I did not see masks being provided I did not see any hand sanitizer stations Employees are wearing masks Employees making your drinks are not wearing gloves Social distancing markers on the ground for reference The Dining room is open and seating is clearly marked to ensure social distancing Dining room is not sanitized after each customer (they were not staffed to do so) Take out is available No signs of delivery available Contactless payment not available Contactless curbside pickup not available Bubbleology is a fun relaxing venue to enjoy a drink with friends and family. With COVID, seating is extremely limited. Rather than tell you how few seats there are, I'll tell you that there are only 3 seating areas; on either side of the entrance by the windows and one lone 3 seater couch against the eastern wall. The areas by the entrance can accommodate 4-6 (2 seats, 4 standing), so if you're all from the same household you'll be fine. In addition to the obvious variety of fruit and milk teas, Bubbleology serves Gelato and Chinese Egg Waffles (Cantonese: Gai Daan Jai). They also serve Gelato in the Egg Waffles if you like! Or you can also enjoy them the traditional way with fruit or on their own. They're light and sweet, and if you try them, make sure you eat them straight away as they will quickly lose their crisp. Today my kids went with one of each, a Fruit Tea with Lychee Jelly and Mango Bursting Boba, and a Milk Tea with Lychee Jelly and Passionfruit Bursting Boba. Lychee Fruit Tea. The tea flavors were very light and was more of a lychee drink than a fruit drink. An easy drinking drink that kids would down in a matter of minutes due to it's sweetness. Kind of reminds me of those sugary drinks you always make sure your kids don't get too much of. 3 stars. Black Milk Tea. We went for the stronger Assam tea over the lighter Jasmine tea. I was actually impressed that they served Assam Tea as the region is not only the largest producer of loose leaf tea in the world, the region also produces some of the best tea in the world. And in case you're wondering, Assam is actually in the easternmost part of India by Bangladesh and Myanmar (Burma). I was expecting a nice strong malty flavor Assam tea is known for, and was a bit disappointed when it tasted quite mild, as if they used very little Assam and blended it with a mild tea. 2 stars. Overall, the place isn't bad, and I really wanted to like them. I was quite excited to see that they use premium ingredients like Assam Teas and Le Fruit de Monin syrups for their drinks (they also use the Torani syrups like Starbucks, but Torani is better for desserts in my opinion). But based on this experience, I'll stick with Bambū for my Milk Teas. The Fruit Teas are fine and they do carry gelato and egg waffles which I will probably be back to try some day. Prices are competitive and a small with a couple of toppings will run you just over $5 +tx. 3 stars this visit. If you would like to experience more, come dine-with-me.yelp.com I'd love to have your company... Bon Appétit!

Yelp
Cute little place (and I mean little) Love the interior, staff was nice and friendly, very helpful when I informed them it's our first time there, yes the prices are a little over the top but the portion of the cone w/ice cream and pretty big (toppings are extra) I'd say you'd be able to share one. Flavor was there, loved the cone, crunchy on the outside yet soft on the inside. Can't really comment on the bubble tea, we didn't try it this time, Ive read some of the lower reviews in this place and it seemed they were mostly about the tea...so idk, stick with the ice cream ‍. Will be back for sure.
google avatar

Christal P.

Yelp
The weakest milk tea I've ever had. I ordered the plain jasmine milk tea with almond milk and no boba and asked for the regular sweetness level to be cut in half. I didn't want a lot of sugar but I still expected my drink to taste more than water. My drink was watery milk. The interior is Instagram ready but the drinks are not worth the exorbitant price of nearly $5.00 for a large sized drink.
google avatar

Stephanie A.

Yelp
This place bubble tea store is awesome. Went with my daughter because we were craving bubble tea and ice cream. I did not expect not a ice cream but gelato in amazing flavors. They use not waffle cones but bubble waffle cones.! These bubble cones don't break or melt away. They hold there shape until you eat them or just peel them apart. Then they put extra goodies on top. The bubble tea are so flavorful with a extra punch with the flavor fruit popping bubbles popping in your mouth. Try them out you won't be disappointed!!!!!
google avatar

Patrick V.

Yelp
Wow so much hope for this place as it is the first bubble tea place to come to this area. But it was a let down for sure. My husband and I got a taro coconut milk tea with bubbles. When we got it and drank it, it tasted like water. I apparently ordered a water on ice and bubbles. I got my cousin a drank from here as well and all he wanted was a taro milk tea with bubbles. His tastes gritty. Let's just say I wont be coming back. Don't need your punch card because I do not want a free drink from here. I'll keep going to my regular spots for bubble tea.
google avatar

Sandy L.

Yelp
Came here during a work break around 1 pm on a Wednesday. Ordered a passion fruit milk tea with almond milk and tapioca, my sister ordered a mango tea with lychee, also ordered the vanilla waffle with pistachio and strawberry gelato topped with strawberries and chocolate chips! It was so good and fixed my craving for bubble tea! It was such a beautiful day at Partridge Creek so it made it even better! The interior had a cute chemistry theme to it! =) The owner was super nice and patient as I tried to figure out what to order.
google avatar

Jenny Z.

Yelp
My friends and I came for the opening event, so it was super crowded, but there was a good energy to it. Bubble waffle: decent ice cream options -- but would be fun to see them offer more unique/experimental flavors. I wish there were more topping options. The waffle itself was very nice, warm and soft and very tasty. White peach tea: this one was very good, and very sweet. If you get it, tone down the sweetness. Passion fruit and cucumber: I didn't like this one too much, the cucumber flavor was a bit overpowering. Again, you might want to tone down the sweetness.
google avatar

Damian P.

Yelp
The actual milk tea was pretty good however the tapioca pearls were undercooked, extremely hard to chew on and clumped up causing it to be very difficult to use the straw at all. The old Bambu place that used to be open was much better, this place should have closed down instead.
google avatar

BriAnn K.

Yelp
I was at the mall with an old friend and came for coffee. I walked by this place before but have never been in. I ordered an iced Carmel frap and it was amazing. Way better than Starbucks. It smells like waffles when you walk in so I definitely want to try their gelato in a bubble waffle cone. I would also like to try their iced mocha frap. I will never go to the Starbucks at this mall again when I'm craving coffee. I wouldn't try their bubble tea because I don't like the flavor options.
google avatar

Michael T.

Yelp
I came here while waiting for my device at the Apple Store, and honestly, I've experienced better. The cashier wasn't overly helpful with information, and they're a bit pricier than other bubble tea places, such as Detroit Bubble Tea. When in a pinch, it's good, but I'd prefer other places.

Roger B.

Yelp
My milk tea was watery and tasteless, with only a small splash of soy milk. It's been better in the past so they just need to maintain their standards better.
google avatar

Paul K.

Yelp
Waffles and Gelatos I've wanting to try this place since it's been open. I have been seeing it all over my feed! I have to say it was very good! I love this concept! I love it better with Gelato! It's pretty cool looking place when you walk in. It has different seating areas. High tops, couch and Tear Drop Hanging Basket Chair (shuck I want now at my home). The decor is super dope inside. I love the mathematical equation on the wall, the the rustic lighting is pretty cool. The staff were very helpful with the Items that they have. The Manager was very nice to me and my friends (we were the last customers, that came almost to closing time‍) But overall its a great place to get Waffle And Gelato. They also do Bubble Teas, coffees and fruit drinks. I had the Fudge-alicious which had Cocoa Waffle, Salted Caramel gelato, Caramel chips, Whipped Cream, Marshmallows, Caramel Sauce. Which was great! It was the right amount of Gelato Topping and caramel sauce. I highly recommend Bubbleology if you are in Partridge Creek Mall!

Yelp
I was looking forward to trying this place as I have been to a few bubble waffle places in other states. I was underwhelmed to be honest. The bubble waffle tasted really good and it was nice and soft/fluffy but for the price at almost $8 it seems a bit much for the amount of ice cream you get in the bubble waffle cone. With the that being said, it is a really cute concept and it looks very pleasing to the eye which I feel like attributes to the price point. Furthermore, they ran out of the sleeves that the bubble waffle is supposed to go in, so I got a clear plastic cup. Not as cute. The line was really long and there is not much space inside even though the interior is really nicely decorated. All in all, I will probably return to get another bubble waffle because I liked that the best, and hopefully next time there is a more reasonable amount of ice cream.

Yelp
The food and bubble tea was phenomenal. The down side for me was the customer service they came off as rude and they didn't want to explain things. But other than the not so welcoming customer service/hospitality the menu items were great the milk tea tasted the way it what supposed to and the boba was great. Please work on your hospitality you guys if you do that I think your ratings may go up. Keep up the good work

Yelp
Got the plain milk tea with tapioca boba and it was delicious. Fast service. Will go back to try their fruit teas.

Yelp
My friend took me here for a Birthday treat and it was delicious! Fresh fruit and creamy gelato. Will come back to try a bubble drink.

Yelp
Before I came here I had never heard of it. I saw someone else walking around with their dessert and I knew I had to go try it out. I got a custom waffle gelato ice cream. The toppings were so fresh and delicious. The waffle they put the gelato in was so good too! I would love to go back and try more things, but it's a little pricey.

alexandra d.

Yelp
Boycott bubbleology. Wish I could put zero stars. Drank our drinks in front of us while we were waiting, made two of the same drinks and one was white and one was bright pink, remade our drinks and tried to take the wrong one back (against healthcode) and found a long black hair stuck to the boba in my drink. Unsanitary and nasty. -1/10 experience.
google avatar

Yelp
Not the best not the worst. Toppings can be extended. Gelato subpar. Would I return? Maybe. Waffles not waffle tasting
google avatar

Yelp
I really enjoyed sitting in the big swingy chair by the window, eating a puffy waffle filled with gelato! The bubble waffles are popular in California but not here,so I was excited to see this open at my favorite mall! On the day I went it was crowded so it took a long time, but the employees were friendly. Cute place in a great location. I'd definitely like to go back to try more gelato flavors and the boba tea.

Yelp
Fun place for dessert. Long line but it moved pretty fast. The bubble waffles were huge, def enough to share. The waffles were made in advance and set out to cool I think, so they were not warm when served. I guess this is the point because it would melt the gelato, but the thought of a slightly warm waffle was kind of appealing. The basic option includes 2 scoops of gelato, so it's a hefty portion, plus a sauce choice, and you pay extra for the other toppings. They have a set of basic gelato flavors, nothing super exciting but they do have pistachio (although it was empty when I went). The gelato was good. I toppings were ok, but it was things like whole oreos, caramel chips, mini m&ms, nothing homemade or interesting. The sauces were also ok but not awesome, two criticisms with the sauce, I'm a sauce person and they put like two strips of sauce on this gigantic cone, and I got peanut butter and it was just a Reese's container, I can buy that in the grocery store so wasn't super exciting. The others sauces were the same. I would have expected hot fudge, similar to Menchies or other ice cream places. So overall not bad, good for basic dessert and probably kids would think it's fun.

Yelp
Came here with two of my friends. One friend had the gelato waffle, other with the milk tea, and I had a fruit tea. Both of them threw away their order after a few sip/bite; they couldn't even finish half. My friend's waffle gelato wasn't that good. Waffle was quite hard and the gelato tasted more like ice cream. My tea was okay. It's not bad but I've definitely had better. Felt like if you're in the area and crave for boba then it's fine. Price was decent and a good amount of choices to choose from. The worker that took my order (I'm assuming is the owner) was friendly and helpful.

Zac Z.

Yelp
I ordered a drink online and based on my experience, I think they have some room for improvements in terms of customer service and satisfaction. Ordered my drink: NO ICE, NO SUGAR; the drink came with both. Called the store and was told unless I went back immediately, there was no way for them to replace my drink. The traffic was horrible thus I could not go back. Patronage repaid with indifference to customer service. Long way to go.

Erisa K.

Yelp
Great service, awesome drinks. Finished the whole thing, try the mango fruit tea! Awesome place check it out! Definitely worth the drive.

Yelp
I think this place is a gold mine. The ice cream waffles are amazing. It's missing a star because the limited options of ice cream. Never had a bad thing there yet. A must try

Yelp
I'd love to have a review for this store but this is my third time waiting in line ... I work at the mall and cannot get a beverage on my 15 minute break. I even tried when I had 30 minutes left on my lunch and waited 20 minutes in line. The physical space hardly has space for the line too. Kudos on the place being so popular - just wish I could learn for myself what all the fuss is about.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place for a while and finally was able to find some time to do so yesterday. Before leaving I checked the hours online and saw that they closed at 9. My family got there just after 8 and the door was open with someone standing behind the register and someone else standing by the door so we assumed they were open. When we tried to enter we were shouted at saying they were closed and the man that was standing near the door shut it right on us! I'm not mad that they were closed (despite what the hours online say) but just with how rude they were to us for simply walking in an open door enough that they literally shut the door ON us as we stood there trying to get our 2 year old to turn around. Super rude and unprofessional. We won't be back which is a shame because this place looked fun
