Definitely! I'm so frustrated with this place. They have pictures in the walls and they don't have what they offer. Or don't have product, or is missing something from the drink. How can you open a business and to have a lot of things missing? I came like one year ago and the quality of the teas weren't good, and I came back again and is so Bad! I think they need to prepare better the drinks. More flavors and more consistency in the teas. I felt I drank a water cup with some flavor tea... Very terrible the experience. Think better before to go this place. Fake and contradictory information in what they have

First off, I'd like to shout the ladies, Lana, Celine and Nadia for making my sister and I's first time experience an absolute memorable one. This is quite possibly the best service we've ever received, which is an understatement. They were extremely sweet, friendly and know thier tea haha. Personally, having crohns disease makes me intolerant to most of their ingredients, however the ladies were able to mix me up a drink putting smiles for days for both myself and sister. This shop is absolutely a must to visit. Great atmosphere, lots of flavors for bubble tea junkies, great parking, fantastic dining and really good pricing for the quality you get. To me, the service is really out of this world and I give my hats off to the staff. Overall, couldn't have found a better spot on a freezing Friday night👌👌

Great boba place! First time trying it today and I was not disappointed. Staff was friendly and the Tiger Tea was so good! There's seating inside if you want to hang out with friends or do some work.

I got what I wanted but they were out of tapioca. I don't recommend if it's your first time having Boba. Staff was not very helpful. Other then that it was a cute little place.

Good range. I’m coming here for 5th time. Not much option as I stay in Dearborn. No much good places around to quickly grab. Boba are not of good quality. Some of them are terrible hard and some are soft. Not worth trying. Ambience might look fancy not the drink.

Had the Jasmine milk tea with oat milk and no sugar with lychee jellies real tasty! Staff are very friendly, welcoming and patient! Interior is very cozy. Pistachio gelato is one of a kind, must try! October: Must try! Hot oat milk with cinnamon awesome warm drink for the season!

They messed up my order(added the wrong boba) but were generous enough to offer the correct order at no extra cost. The place is decent and pleasant. However the amount of ice was half of the cup size which i feel is bad to enjoy the boba.

I did not enjoy my drink as I thought I would have! I am barely around this location but saw this place and turned my car around. I mainly stepped into this store to grab a boba drink and was not satisfied with their tapioca pearls! They were very hard in the center and hard to chew even the second time I went back to let them know they were hard! Usually tapioca pearls are very soft and chewy. Other than that the staff was friendly and the aesthetic of the shop was nice so maybe just tryout their ice cream instead of the boba drinks.

Today was my first time trying this establishment. I absolutely loved it, good menu choices and my drink was delicious!! I can't wait, to return in the near future!!

Bubbleology is always busy. Staff is wonderful straight to the point and know the menu well. Great job. I was informed immediately that tapioca would take five minutes, great customer service. I like taro milk tea with almond and tapioca. I haven't tried the waffles yet. I'll have to be back. I park in the parking garage across the street from la fork and there is limited parking in the front.

This place used to be great when actual adults worked here. I have been here over 5-7 times and each time my drink either tastes like watered down milk over ice or like liquefied cotton candy . I have no problem with teenagers working behind the counter and making my order, what i do have a problem with is when my order consistently is incorrect and every time I come in they are gossiping in front of customers without a care in the world! It wouldn't be an issue if orders came out correctly but jeez! Lol i only ever came here for convenience but last night was my last visit moving forward.

Improvement from that time I've been here!! I've been getting the dragon fruit-fruit tea the last few visits. Good! Right amount of sweetness for me, any sweeter and I wouldn't be able to handle it. You can adjust ice level but not sugar level. Tapioca was a bit over cooked, causing a mushy texture. I'd consider the topping add ons a bit pricey for the amount you get. Good for what you get around the area. Satisfied my cravings on a nice sunny day.

While waiting for car service recall decided to walk to Bubbleology. Blueberry Boba simply delish. Syoy

A small, fun bubble tea shop located right on Michigan Ave! The perfect stop for a cold treat on a hot day. Pros: lots of variety, customizable drinks, friendly employees, good location Cons: a little disappointed with the lack of caffeine-free drink options, I wish they had more options for toppings that are more Asian-influenced like coconut jelly Overall, there was nothing wrong about my visit and the drink tasted fine. I don't think I'll be back anytime in the future though.

This is an excellent place for bubble teas and coffees! I'm not a fan of bubble tea but they have some amazing flavors here like the rose and the lavender are AMAZING- literally tastes like rice pudding. And I'm always a fan of matcha as well which they also have. Staff is very friendly and helpful and patient which was great for someone like me. They also have incredible waffles!!!!!!!!!

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon. Wasn't very busy. A little bummed that they were out of ingredients for 2 of my 4 drinks but the drinks I did get were REALLY good. Great customer service. I will be back.

I wanted to love this place but I just did not. Maybe because I strolled in on a Saturday night and It was super busy. As far as the staff goes they were all very friendly. The drinks didn't take too long and the place was still clean even though It was full. But the drinks I was not impressed with. More so the tapioca bubbles. I think they needed more time to cool down. I noticed the warmth of the bottom of the cups and thought that was odd. Upon consumption the tapioca bubbles were wayyyyy to runny and gooey. The pomegranate lychee fizz was better than all of the rest. They ruined the drink. I'd maybe try It again on a calmer day.

If your looking for a refreshing tasty boba drink, look elsewhere. Got two and they tasted like a -melted skim milk with a teaspoon of cold boba at the bottom. And they made them while we waited. Not worth the money at all. Also more expensive than most places. Worst boba drink so far and I've been to many boba tea locations.

Super delicious bubble tea place! I have yet to try there bubble waffle cone desserts yet, but they look amazing & smell even better! The only downfall I'd say is both times I've went, they are kind of slow when making the drinks. /: But other than that, I definitely recommend it.

Just found this gem! They're super friendly, and knowledgeable about their drinks. Forewarning, and I saw this in other reviews..the tapioca/boba is made fresh! It most likely will be warm when you receive it. You can tell that the company soaks it in a brown sugar mix, which will make it sticky. My recommendation is..mix your drink! Ask them to shake it for you and help separate the boba. It's chewy and delicious! If you want firmer boba, find some place with golden tapioca, because they're doing just fine here. I got a honeydew milk tea, and rose milk tea with oat milk, boba, and blueberry popping boba. Everything was SUPER good and I got the honeydew "skinny" with less sugar and soy milk. I will be back soon to try more flavors and the waffles!

If you a drink with expired milk in it get the strawberries and cream. I go here all the time and when i went a couple weeks ago the drink just didn't look or taste right. I couldn't even drink it so i left it in my kitchen. The next day i look at it and the milk had separated so i'm pretty sure they used expired milk.

This was my first time having a bubble waffle - I can officially live without it. On top of that the worst bubble tea I have ever had. Didn't even have to go tops for the gelato. Here is what made it worse... no one in the staff wore gloves as they were preparing the food. The actually touched the gelato with their hand as scooping. You would think in this COVId world, the importance of wearing gloves would be understood, but clearly not. Then there was the congregation of their friends/family just chilling in the store, so much for adherence of occupancy levels. I'm really not missing anything by my never going back.

The pistachio gelato here is the best I ever had in my entire life. I don't eat the waffle cone tho, it's nothing special.. I wonder if the gelato has high fructose corn syrup in it or not..?

They open at 12. Went in at 12:20 and the store was empty except for a boy who.almost got up. I asked, are you open. He says no, we don't open until 12:45. So we left. When we came back at 1 he was surprised to see us and was still the only employee in the store. If I didn't like the drinks I would never ever go back. So incredibly unprofessional.

Stopped by here a few days ago to try their bubble tea as I'm a huge fan of bubble tea! I ordered the coconut milk tea with tapioca which is my absolute favorite bubble tea. The tapioca was a bit too warm for my liking. I've never ordered bubble tea that has very warm tapioca. Once cooled, the drink was very good. I would definitely recommend this drink to others. They also serve gelato and make waffles with ice cream. Customer service was great! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the young lady asked if we needed any help or recommendations since I did tell her this was our first time there. I knew exactly what to get and my brother was indecisive about one menu item which the gentleman behind the counter proceeded to give him a sample of both the tea and the coffee boba he was thinking about. They were so kind in helping us make our decisions. Definitely recommend this place!

The bubble tea size is great for the price . Tastes really good as well . I highly recommend this place .

When ever i go i ask for tapioca and they say ok then after 5 min they come and say we ran out of tapioca and they treat their customers very bad and dont have respect to anyone. And the boba taste like dog shit

I came here at 930 when they said they closed at 950 and walked in and they said they are done serving that's a whole 20 minute i was very mad

Had the matcha vanilla bubble tea and it was perfect. Not too sweet, just right. Also had the bubble waffle gelato. It was great! Freshly made waffle cone.The place is very clean with the staff cleaning very often. It's in a great location with parking right outside or the structure if the small lot in front is full.

Okay so I'm a big fan of bubble tea and I was craving some with my friends. But the first disappointment was when we walked in, it smelled like cigarettes. I'm not sure if they allow smoking inside but it sure seemed like it. Also almost All of my tapioca pearls were hard / not fully cooked. i understand that they can't check every single One but the fact that half of them were hard when they are supposed to be chewy really sucked. I recommend going to Z's bubble tea instead

Absolutely disgusted with this business. Imagine waiting for almost 10 minutes to place an order and when you go to order you are told "do you have a mask?" And when replied no because me and my friend were fully vaccinated was told "get out then because we can't serve you." Will not be returning.

The Dearborn Bubbleolgy is amazing. They are friendly and helpful. The drink are amazing. Everyone is always smiling. It is a joy to go there.

Definitely the best bubble tea in the area. They have a great variety of options and they're really fast
