Went there a few times because I love bubble tea & the last time I decided to have mine with my daughter inside I ordered toast with jam as I’m a vegan. While sitting there looking and waiting, we noticed a lot of dodgy activities going on there especially with men coming in randomly and going straight downstairs into the basement which I didn’t even knew they had until then when we were sitting in instead of taking away. Another thing which I found dodgy is that in the shop window their advertising for waitresses but stress that they only want females staff only. After that revelation I noticed the man behind the counter maybe a manager or something ordering the woman around quite harshly and giving her instas if she’s just started working there. The bubble tea I ordered was strawberry with bubbles, but it tasted quite strange this time around. Won’t be visiting them again as I don’t like to go to establishment where too much dodgy activity going on in my presence didn’t feel safe or comfortable there at all.

There is a gang of about 10 or so grown men that just loiter around the entrance all day. Don't know who they are or how they are connected to the bubble tea place but I won't be going anywhere near it.

We went especially for the Bubble Tea because my niece loves it. However,we were hugely disappointed.The lychee flavour was good but the tapioca balls were extremely mushy and it did not taste right.Would not go back here. Would rather got to T4 in Westfield.

Probably the worse experience when it comes to ordering food. Firstly 1 hour late, secondly I ordered a full English which includes "2 eggs, mushroom, hash brown, turkey bacon, sausage." They ended up forgetting the mushroom and sausage. They also spilled half of my coffee all over my drive and carpet. Food was ice cold and came up to £22.50. Even though I paid £10, it was not worth £5 as a third of my food is missing. I'd never order from here ever again not recommend. Especially if you're only 2 miles away.

Had one small yam bubble tea to satisfy my craving. Delicious! Good customer service too. But felt disturbed with loud chatter of other diners

Sadly they prefer serve coffee in plastic instead of ceramic caps because they are too lazy to wash. So much waste.
