The 15 Best Bubble Teas In London - London - The Infatuation

"Order: Mango And Passion Fruit Iced Tea With Lychee Boba This Soho spot has milk teas, fruit teas, and specials including a peachberry (white peach and raspberry) that we drank more than water at one point in our lives. You can mix any fruit flavours, and our go-to (as well as the aforementioned peachberry) is a mango and passion fruit fruit tea with tapioca and lychee boba. There are some tables inside, but it’s a little dark and dungeon-y, so we’d recommend getting your tea to go. Plus they’ve got other locations dotted around London (South Kensington, Shepherd’s Bush, Stratford, Kingston, and more)." - rianne shlebak

Been coming here for long time and staff members here are great. One of the staff members named Ali is really friendly and welcoming. He always serves with a smile, communicates clearly And properly, and makes sure you get what you want. My favourite is Oreo crush but tried this drink “dubai chocolate” today as recommended by staff and it’s really good, would recommend to everyone.

Tried the pistachio and brown sugar bubble tea — really good, not too sweet and tasted fresh. Devika was lovely and very helpful. Overall a nice experience, would come again.

Allergy Warning ⚠️ On Thursday 18th December at around 7:30pm, my partner and I visited the Bubbleology kiosk on the upper floor of Stratford Westfield, 3 gentlemen were serving. My partner is coeliac and informed the staff before ordering. She was assured that the pistachio bubble tea was safe for her to consume, something she has ordered there previously. After drinking around her small order drink, she began to feel dizzy, sluggish, pale around the eyes, with flushed cheeks - clear signs of gluten contamination. I immediately raised this with staff. Initially, we were told the drink was prepared in a separate container, but later they admitted that due to being busy, the same mixing container had been used for drinks containing gluten. This is extremely concerning. Customers with allergies rely on accurate information, and cross-contamination can cause serious medical emergencies. We were met with apologies, but this should never have happened. If an allergy-safe preparation cannot be guaranteed, staff should be honest and refuse the order rather than put someone’s health at risk. Very disappointing and dangerous experience.

My drink was made quickly and was delicious. I ordered a large biscoff bliss with soya milk. Alicia was very kind and made sure my drink came with soya milk. I also got to taste abit of the tapioca before it was put it in my drink. I heard Toufiqur made the tapioca and I thanked him as it was really nice.

The Bubbleology outside offers an excellent selection of fresh and fully customizable bubble teas in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The drinks are consistently delicious and prepared to a high standard. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special thank you to Sunandha for her outstanding customer service — her warm approach and helpful recommendations truly made my visit memorable.

Yelp
Tucked away spot on the second floor of the mall. Wanted some bubble tea so stopped in. I got their Tiger Tea which is brown sugar with some lavender. I got a large (they offer three sizes I believe). I was a little disappointed. There was very little flavor here and even the brown sugar bubbles had little flavor. It was totally fine and maybe you just need to ask for it with more sweetener but it was just okay in my opinion.

Yelp
The lychee tea was best followed by the mango tea. I hated the rose milk tea I got. The jelly was rose flavored, the actual drink wasnt. Didn't have much of a tea flavor either. This is a really busy location since it's in a mall. It took awhile to get 4 teas.

Yelp
I went today with my kids to bubbleology in Westfield Stratford. The guy charged me for 4 drinks instead of 2. The issue is not in that cuz most of us sometimes do mistakes, the main reason I will complain is about the supervisor of the store and her horrible behaviour with the costumers. In the first place I had to wait for her around 35 minutes cuz she wasn't in the store and her stuff didn't knew the password to make a refund. Finally when she appeared she was rude and her attitude was inappropriate, some stuff was making faces including the supervisor. I think her place is in reception so maybe she will learn how to behave with the people instead to be a supervisor in the store. Finally I get the refund after 50 min. Never will buy something from them and I will not advise anyone.

Yelp
Cute boba shop in Westfield mall! They have wide flavors that range from you're classic milk tea to smoothies like Oreo crush. My personal favorites are rose milk tea, coconut milk tea, and peach & cucumber fruit tea. I normally either take my boba to-go while shopping, or I sit in one of the comfy booths and work on homework while sipping on my tea. Bubbleology is located on the third floor near the end of the mall (by GAP and Adidas) so it is a bit quieter over here and you can concentrate on your work or have a conversation with a friend.

Yelp
This place is a hole in the wall in the mall. The line was moving fairly slow for the little amount of people there, but the bubble tea choices were so many to choose from! You can customize your drink any way you want which I loved!

Yelp
Shopping during Christmas season is the worst - and everyone knows this. 1. There are a ton of people in the mall 2. You are carrying a winter coat in your arms, on top of random gifts you have already picked up. 3. You're a bit stressed about your list and what to get people and most importantly 4. You know all this crap you're buying is going to get much much cheaper in the next few months.... So when you are sweating profusely in the fully occupied Westfield, arms sore from pushing peo...erm I mean carrying all the presents and your winter gear, and knees buckling from running back and forth on this three story building not including what's on the outside, Bubbleology's existence in a western mall seems like a Christmas miracle. I actually walked there because I wanted to know what the fuss was about with this long lineup and when I discovered it was for bubble tea, I decided against my better judgement and lined up. My better judgement was wrong though - the tapioca here is cooked fresh and just right, and the tea is actually good. It's an assembly line where you pay, the ticket gets passed to the next person, who adds the syrup or powder, the next person adds the tea and the ice and shakes it, and the last person adds the tapioca or other add-ons, pour the drink in the cup and seal it. It's not as fast as it seems though, and I did have to wake about 15 minutes between ordering and actually getting the drink. Price-wise, it's expensive. For a drink you can get for 50 pence in Taiwan, you would have to pay 5 quid for it here. But the options available here are pretty good. Tapioca comes with your drink price (even if you dont want it) and they have coffee jelly, and other flavoured things you can add for 50p more each. They do not have milk green tea, but have frappes and what not. I was impressed.

Yelp
Good bubble tea! This is the perfect place for a bubble tea lover to take a break at from all the shopping. The menu is extensive and also includes some quirky drinks. I took the coockies & cream bubble milkshake, do no really recommend unless you want something milshaky. You can customize your drink like in any other good bubble tea places. This place is very popular so be prepared to wait, even thought it is is located in the lesser popular areas of the mall. I had to wait roughly 5 minutes in line and 10 minutes for the drink. There are not really a lot of seats but you can always find somewhere else to sit in the mall. I really like the science theme they have, makes for a really memorable experience.

Yelp
Can't have a successful shopping day without a bubbleology drink my favourite I really recommend the boba popping balls I find them so cool. Delicious combinations you can try out

Yelp
Super delicious. Got a large white peach with raspberry popping boba and tapioca and took a stroll with it through the park. The tapioca to liquid ratio was spot on! All the flavours were to die for. I wanna go back and try more combinations!

Yelp
One of three Bubbleology locations I've been to. Being inside Westfield Stratford, this branch tends to be more busy and crowded than the other ones I've visited. They have cute bubble shaped seating, which have to be my favourite part of this location. The bubbleologists are helpful and friendly. I was a bit reluctant to get a drink from here, considering my first experience at another branch wasn't exactly the best, but it was much better here. They make your drink fast, and the drinks are delicious and bursting with flavour, especially with the large amount of options of flavours and toppings. This is one of two bubble tea shops in Westfield Stratford, and if you're not sure which one to go to: Bubbleology has more fruit flavours, customisability, seating, and friendly staff. T4 is more authentic, has fresher tea, and better tapioca.

Yelp
I think this is a bit of a fad thing I love the drink think it tastes great but the price is rediculous! Completely over priced and almost not worth it. But if you want to check it out I would recommend the passion fruit with lychee bursting orbs. So delishous and refreshing!

Yelp
First time I have tried fruit tea from Bubbleology and I was pleasantly surprised. The drink was refreshing and tasty. At the bottom of the tea, you have bubble- enthused flavours to eat. There is a variety of drinks available to meet everyone's tastebuds. I had the mango flavour with original bubbles. Next time, I will change the bubbles to a different flavour.
