I want refund now! I went there, and there was no one taking orders or anything. I waited for about five minutes, but no one came. Just as I was leaving, a guy finally showed up, so I ordered two large Oreo Crush drinks with boba and one lavender boba milk tea with almond milk. I paid $21.73 for the order. When I tried my lavender boba tea, it tasted horrible—so watery and bland, like honey water. The worst part was that it wasn’t even purple like it showed on the menu. I was so mad. I also noticed that he added extra tapioca even though I never asked for it, and there wasn’t even extra tapioca in it! I was so disappointed. I’ve been there before, and everything was perfect that time because there was a woman working who took my order carefully. She asked every single detail, like what kind of milk I wanted, but this guy didn’t ask anything. And He literally came from the restaurant behind the counter. I’m honestly so mad and disappointed. Maybe it’s partly my fault for not asking, but I’m an introvert, and that woman before was friendly and made it easy to order. I would never recommend going if it’s empty—maybe only come when there are other customers. I posted two pictures, the first one is the lavender Boba I ordered and the second one is the taro Boba I ordered when I went before.

The service was sooo nice! They lady was very helpful and patient with us. Thier boba is amazing honestly. I got the pomegranate one, it tasted so good! Will try another time!

The boba tea is not exactly bad but it’s definitely not up to par with the price you’re paying for. The drinks are about $6-7 plus tip, but the quality of the teas, both milk and fruit teas, and boba is noticeably inferior to that of other boba tea shops. I can say that the fruit teas in particular tasted artificial and overly sweet, if that’s a concern for you, I’d give this place a pass.

This is one of the best boba shops I have ever visited. They offer a wide variety of boba choices along with flavors. One of my favorite flavors is Bobatella, which is a Nutella flavored drink with boba pearls in it. Worth trying it!!

The Hong Kong egg waffle was undercooked. The inside felt like raw batter mixed with water, which made it very unpleasant to eat. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Best boba shop around! The white peach with strawberry bobas literally taste like a peach ring! The staff and owners are amazing, down to earth, REAL people. Great place for lunch! The deli is also amazing, still craving another Rueben!

Bubbleology opened up near my house and I'll probably be here so often they learn my name. It's dangerously delicious~ The employees and the owner are so sweet! They even have special cups for allergies, which was super cool to find out! Today's drink is the Electric Yuzu! It's carbonated, sweet and fun, and very citrusy! We also tried their bubble waffle ice creams~ They let you pick your flavors and customize your waffle treats, and my friends destroyed them heartily~🩵 It was an impromptu hangout night and totally worth it~

It's not the typical bubble tea experience you might expect. It's unique in that sense. As for the flavored boba, I assumed it wasn't popping boba (because other bubble tea stores have handmade flavored boba), but it is popping boba. I think it is family owned though so it feels good to support someone's endeavors!! I ended up getting a fruit tea and it tasted retty sweet despite lowering the sweetness. Also, I didn't know that Assam tea was a type of black tea but yea, I wish they would include that in parentheses so that it's made clearer is all.

Came here on a Saturday night for some boba. There was only one person working and manning two of the food stalls so it made it a little difficult to order, but she was very sweet. I got the lychee fruit tea with strawberry jellies. I thought it tasted great and the price is very fair for the size. I got a small and it was more than enough for me. It is very clean inside with lots of seating. Parking is sort of difficult but there is a hodge podge of tiny lots surrounding the building so you should be able to find something.

First of all this is connected to a food establishment and shares bathroom and service. The guy who made my tea was nice and helpful he had to go back and forth from the bubble tea side to sandwich side. Best selling point is the late hours this place stays open till. Was still pretty busy after 10pm at the restaurant side but emptier on bubble tea side. About 3 tables on the tea side but I'm sure if you wanted to you could side on the other side. Ambiance more of a restaurant feel. The tea was alright nothing really to rave about. They did have a lot of different boba flavors I thought was cool. I got the blueberry boba it wasn't bad wouldn't get it again though.

- noticed others mentioning you cannot adjust. I've never had a problem. You just ask lol. They have the best Assam Ive tried in Collin county. It's not bitter or cooked at too high of temperature. I sadly live too far to come often now. My guest accidentally ordered wrong by getting the milk version & the friendly woman today insisted to make it correct with no charge though it was our fault. She also refused to let me adjust the tip since he's a child - insisting customer service & loyal customers are worth more than $5 lol. We are happy anytime we are close by to stop by here. Not often as I'd like. I have not tried their connected burger place but they are always busy so that's a good sign!!! Every staff member has always been kind & happy to answer questions about any combo they offer or help you make your own. :)

Love a late night boba joint but unfortunately our experience was a little subpar. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and the shop itself is very clean but the boba was not cooked well. Just since minor tweaks and it could be a very good concept.

I drove here from oak cliff late last night because my friend and i needed bubble tea. Basically everything else closes at 11 and there are open until 1 am- biggest selling point. My fruit tea was decent. Nothing special. Service was ok. I would probably only come back if i needed a late night fix.

I came in and got a peach tea with passionfruit Boba. It was absolutely delicious and the lady was so nice! Can't wait to come back and try more drinks!!

I'm honestly not sure why people are giving this place bad reviews. The service was great and the milk tea was amazing! I got the honeydew boba and it's honestly the best honeydew drink i've had in YEARS. This flavor is so hard to find. Most places have the standard yet limited menu, but Bubbleology offers a wide variety. I also saw that they had a bunch of different options to pick from when it comes to popping boba. I also love how they're open until 2 am. I will definitely be coming back!

Nice staff but came here for just normal boba and they were entirely out... not sure how a bubble tea runs out of their namesake, woulda gone to a different location had I known.

Looks like this place just opened, so we were excited to try. The tea itself was good, refreshing, but a little sweet. It would have been nice to offer customers a scale to vary the desired sweetness, if one was available then it wasn't offered. We had the nutty professor gelato, which is basically chocolate gelato and waffle cone with some extra toppings. Would never purchase gelato from this place again, we both felt the gelato had ice crystals throughout and wasn't smooth on the tongue, so I don't know if they didn't store it at the right temp or if it's old gelato. The waffle seemed a little burned on the inner side, but I'm not sure if that's intentional to give it the firmness to hold the gelato and ability to snap off. I do like that the waffle was able the snap. I think it's worth trying their drinks, but maybe not a place for everyone.

This place is awesome. Luckily it's walking distance so I can come often. The drinks are delicious. I love the white peach and mango slushee. You can add jelly or bubbles. There are also deli sandwiches with lots of choices. I personally like the club. It has layers of meat, veggies, bread and cheese. I haven't tried everything on the menu but I will. I'm most excited to try the dessert. They have ice cream and waffles. I hope more people try it , they will love it like my family does.

Still working the kinks out of a new business, but friendly, reasonably priced, and best of all... BOBA!!!

I got a really good chai tea from this place. They didn't have brown sugar milk or 5 stars would have been in play. Good stuff at 1 am

Had the tiger boba and it was all milk. No tea flavor at all. The tapioca boba had no taste and felt weird. The vanilla milk tea was thick and too sweet. The service was slow and the cashier took forever coming to the register. I would give 0 stars but that's not an option.

This was so yummy, the waffle has such a nice flavor and crunch. The gelato was amazingggg, and the guy who took our order was so sweet and helpful. It's also pretty affordable.

Wow oh wow! If your like fruity fun drinks this is the place to be. Not a lot of "boba" places have good popping boba. Bubbleology has EXTREMELY good popping boba!! We got the white peach with strawberry popping boba and it tasted like I was drinking a peach ring. Hands down the best bubble tea I've gotten ever. We also got the wild punch with passion fruit and we couldn't put ether of them down. This place is the real deal. They have so many other fun things from bubble waffles to sandwich's and a full deli inside. The owners were so incredibly nice and definitely made you feel at home in their shop. 10/10 will definitely be back to try more items!
