Sooo delicious. Most yummiest bagels in ALL of California !! The young lady who helped me and my friend was super friendly and sweet. Inside looks very clean and comfortable to sit and enjoy your bagel !! Definitely coming here again

My absolute favorite bagel place in Livermore. Went for the first time today after my family raved about it, and it did not disappoint. The customer service was just wonderful and super kind. The food was delicious! Bagels were fresh and the coffee was really really nice. Would come here again and again.

Went inside to grab a drink while my car was charging. They have an extensive menu of specialty coffee so I got a maple pecan latte. It was incredible but a little on the sweet side. I also got a toasted jalapeño cream cheese bagel with the scallion spread and an egg. It was very filling This place is squeaky clean and has a large wheelchair accessible restroom. Staff are super sweet. I will definitely stop by here again.

While staying in the area, I was craving a breakfast sandwich and found Bubb’s. Unfortunately the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on everything bagel did not live up to my expectations. On a positive note, the bagels were quite large. Unfortunately, the there was hardly any filling - it looked as if there was one flattened fried egg and minimal bacon which made each bite extremely bagel forward. On top of that, the bagel was very tough and chewy. This was very unexpected at 10:30 am on a Friday. The highlight of the meal was the mocha latte I got to accompany the sandwich. I’m not a huge coffee drinker but this was probably the best coffee based drink I’ve ever had. The mocha was extremely flavorful and rich.

Gluten free bagels?! And flavor options?! I am shocked and ecstatic. This was my first time coming here and I am so pleased with my food and the experience. The staff was very friendly and told me they can make any flavor GF bagel if I order in advance. The GF bagel didn’t disappoint… I will be back soon!!

Besides easy parking there is nothing redeeming about Bubbs Bagels. I went there today and tried 3 things, all were disappointing For starters ordering was extremely slow even with a short line and then it took forever for food to come out. There were 7 people working, it wasn't a staffing issue I ordered my usual anywhere which is sourdough bagel with bacon and scallion cream cheese. The bagel they forgot to toast, it was stale and hardly any sourdough flavor, almost had the blah wheat taste. The cream cheese was excessive and gloopy, it was far too thin and splooged everywhere. Like they just tried whipping some green onions into cream cheese and didn't let it set. One measly piece of bacon for $2. Overall this was flavorless and messy disappointment. My husband had a bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel. The bagel was very salty. We also got a blueberry bagel with butter. The butter didn't even melt, it was so poorly toasted. The bagel had little flecks that I guess resembled blueberries, but definitely seemed like they took a plain dough and as an afterthought tossed some blueberry crumbs into it. I do not recommend this place at all. Bagel Cafe and Bagel Street in Pleasanton are such better options.

I had a fantastic experience at Bubb's Bagels! The bagels are absolutely delicious--fresh and great tasting. The service was impressive; they got my order out quickly without sacrificing quality. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The overall atmosphere is amazing, making it a great spot to start the day. Highly recommend!

It's been about 2 years since I last tried this place and wanted to give it another go. Loved the customer service! But the bagels fell short again. The thin layer of egg and a very small amount of shmear on my breakfast bagel left me wanting more. The bagels themselves are very big and will take some time to chew through. Now my preferred style of bagel but I'm sure some folks would appreciate it.

Solid and staple here in Livermore for friendly service and good bagels! Bubbs is located right across from Tesla superchargers, so my charging sessions are always accompanied by a bagel from Bubbs! Love that they open early and you can also order online if you're in a rush. Many times, ordering in person might take longer than you expect. But they do make everything to order and every bagel I've gotten always comes out hot. This includes the bagel sandwiches or just a toasted bagel with smear. They slap it on thick, so you can ask for light smear (because who does that) if you want! Prices are extremely reasonable and I love the variety of protein and smear options that they offer. In fact, they even have different bagels of the week! Not in the mood for breakfast bagels or want a sandwich for breakfast? Bubb's got you! You can order anything on their menu. And with every morning run, you probably want some caffeine. They have it all from black coffee to your sugar filled espresso or blended of choice. There's bathrooms, indoor and some outdoor seating - overall a great environment. Super clean and always smells delicious inside. Make sure to check your order because sometimes when they get busy, it can be easy to miss.

This place is right down the street from my parent's house. Every time when I come and visit, I have to stop here for my Iced oat milk latte with sugar free vanilla. It tastes amazing!!! I've tried it at Starbucks and it's not the same at all. I've never had their bagels but my kiddos have and they are just as amazing. Super great atmosphere and wonderful service! A must try if you're in the area.

This is a very special place! They are courteous, friendly, and they pay attention to detail. I wish the coffee and hot chocolate would have been warm or preferably hot. The bag we ordered had a very interesting taste, and they give you a very generous amount of Schmear. They could elevate their service by making their drinks just a bit warmer and they use it. The thermometer would be highly recommended.

5 stars- Food: jalapeño bagel with jalapeño schmear were excellent with just the right amount of heat and a generous filling of cream cheese. Bagels and lox were perfect, cucumber included but not needed. 5 stars- service. Courteous and prompt 3.5 stars- ambiance was ok.

Quaint little bagel shop with a few tables. Nice and clean. My family each ordered sandwiches and they were delicious. The bagels themselves were good. Nice chew. I love all the different flavored shmears. Service was great! Sandwiches were made to order.

I just got a jalapeño cheddar bagel toasted. It sounded good. But the bread is so tough to chew thru. My jaw hurts now. I don't know if it's the bread or how thick the bagel was. Probably the bread itself. Maybe consider a recipe change or ask your employees. Maybe it was just the type of bagel I got. Just sharing my thoughts. Otherwise the place and the employees are nice.

One of the worst bagel sandwiches I've had. Everything is dry and as you can see there is very little egg and cheese. The bagel itself is ok.

Stopped by again. Tesla charging stations are working now. My wife & I ordered a BLT on sesame bagel & I an Adrian on sourdough bagel. Both sandwiches are stuffed with ingredients and great tasting. We both ordered iced mocha's which are probably the best we have ever had. Staff is friendly and efficient. Very clean rest room. This is a gem.

Kinda stumbled upon this shop while charging my car. What I first noticed was that the inside was quite packed , which is always a good sign. I took a few minutes checking out the menu as they have a nice variety of food and drink options. I ended up getting the "Anastashas sandwich" on a cheddar jalapeño bagel and an iced cinnamon dolce latte. The sandwich was really good, and all the ingredients paired together well. The latte was also very good and I enjoyed the sweetness but very present coffee flavor. I'm glad I came in and got to experience a few of the menus items. Will come again soon.

Good service and gluten free, vegan options but below average bagels and bagel sandwiches. We got a an egg and cheese bagel sandwich which was supposed to be toasted with butter - it came out heinously dry and there was hardly any cheese. The eggs were overdone and crunchy on the outside and there was completely no taste to it. Worst part is the bagel was super chewy and dry to where it didn't taste fresh...and almost raw. You had to keep chewing and chewing to get into it. Not sure how they can charge $6 for something below par like this. For two bagels, a bagel sandwich and some cream cheese, we walked out paying nearly $20. Really wanted to love this place bc it's so central in Livermore, but just didn't live up.

Always enjoy going to Bubbs! The bagels have great flavor options and I've enjoyed the ones I've tried, although I normally go with the classic everything bagel. All the workers I've come across are so kind and helpful if you have questions. The coffee is great and from a Santa Cruz shop I loved going to in college which was a fun surprise. My orders have always come out in a timely manner and times when it took a little longer they warned me they had a big pickup order or something before I paid so I could back out if needed. Definitely recommend!!

Visited again after more than a year since they've opened. Bagels are very rustic - not smooth like a regular bagel shop. The chew is pretty good after I toast in my oven - flavor is decent. We bought the salmon cream cheese which had a ton of dill / they def don't skimp on that and ordered a veggie cream cheese. It pretty good - the cheese containers were filled to the top- they were creamier, maybe a little more watery - do they add sour cream ? Price wasn't bad for a bakers dozen which included two shmears. I'd prob come back again.

Go to restaurant - great selection of bagels and smears - love their chia latte. Generous " sandwiches "  - bagelwich " ? Always friendly service.

This place is amazing. Delicious bagels at a reasonable price. Kind of worried that their prices are so low they might go out of business. I've had their breakfast sandwiches and they use real whole eggs. They also have specialty beverages and a good drip coffee. Looking forward to having a lunch sandwich soon. The staff are friendly and it feels like they take pride in their craft.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the excellent service! To the restaurant team, I truly appreciate the care and effort you put into preparing my order--The Lox and Pastrami & Swiss sandwiches were absolutely fresh and delicious when they arrived. The Strawberry Chip Cookie was a bit hard, but the taste was excellent. Overall, the service was great--thank you so much!

We love the bagels but can't handle the insanely slow service. The team gets overwhelmed and orders are delayed by an hour. This is a bagel shop. We aren't ordering beef Wellington. Either retrain your employees for more efficiency or close your doors. Waiting for over an hour for a bagel with cream cheese is just ridiculous.

Bagels were good, but service was really slow. It wasn't a packed there was 3 of us but between ordering and get the bagel it was a very long wait. I would go back to get a bagel again.

The people here seem very nice, I was helped by and she took the time to ask me how to spell my name correctly for the order, which I thought was nice. There were about 3 other small groups here when I visited but the service was still quick. I like how clean this place is-- the floors and counters all seemed very well-maintained and it felt like you were in an environment that cared. As for the food, I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and bacon and it was good! I feel like everyone's everything bagel tastes a little different and I enjoyed theirs. I also got an iced mocha latte with almond milk and it was very chocolately! This place automatically emails you a receipt without you putting your email address in... a little weird haha. Definitely a great place to stop! My bagel and drink was 10.71 so that was a good price I thought.

The parking is accessible and the place was really clean and welcoming when I arrived. I ordered the egg, meat cheese bagel with swiss and sausage. As well as a single jalapeño cheddar bagel with jalapeño schmear. A dirty chai latter with oat milk and a vanilla cafe macchiato with caramel drizzle for my friend. Both bagels were delicious and packed! The dirty chai was flavorful and my friend enjoyed her macchiato. The food and drinks came out fairly quickly as the morning rush had just started.

Favorite bagel spot in the Livermore / tri valley area. My bagel preference really comes down to three pillars: is it large, thick and fluffy and is it a reasonable price. And Bubb's exceed expectations. They have a huge flavor variety that is delicious and unique - some of the gems are Italian herb, sourdough, sun dried tomato basil. I'm usually not a huge chocolate chip bagel fan but these have a layer of sweet gooeyness in them that makes them an excellent pair with tons of peanut butter. All of them are worth a trip out of your way.

Love this local, bagel shop! FRESH and amazing selection. Nice to support a small business. Has all coffees, which I think it's their own and packeged for sale. Very friendly employees. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and was delicious and toasted perfectly.

Service was good but the bagels were not. I ordered a jalapeño cheddar bagel with plain schmear. I'm not sure if it's their recipe but the bagel tasted very stale and chewy. I looked at other reviews and people seem to be saying the same. I think they really need to change their recipe.

First time here, cute and clean spot. I tried their maple bacon bagel and their sourdough bagel. The maple bacon fell a little short for me, it just did not have enough of either- it was more on the outside then a plain bagel on the inside. I took it to-go so planned to toast it when I got home but I did not realize how large they were and it didn't fit in my toaster so just had it plain. The sourdough bagel (not pictured) was really good and just as large as the other. The bagel was $2.25 and $3 if you want butter or $4 with shmear. I will go back and try some of their other flavors.

They took extra care in preparing the dozen gluten free bagels we needed !!they were delicious as are their regular ones!

This place is amazing! They have extremely good bagels and the staff is very friendly. The owner is always attentive and is extremely friendly. I highly recommend this spot. Go and enjoy! They also offer online orders for order ahead. Mmmmmm tasty!

This place is a hidden gem. First off, every single staff member I've ever encountered here have been the most genuinely friendly people I've ever met. It's blows me away every time, where did you find all of these amazing people? Second, their bagels are amazing, always so fresh, it's so cool to watch them make them there behind the counter! Lastly, their prices are amazing and I'm so glad to get a meal with my husband for less than $25 in total. We love Bubb's bagels and are so happy to have them in Livermore.

Bubb's is still our go-to for bagels and coffee. We are here at least once a week. Friendly and efficient service and quality food keep us coming back consistently.

Visit this new place in Livermore for huge and varied bagels. Located in the new "The Well" center at Conannon and Holmes. The schemers are also vast in type; unique items. The staff was helpful as everyone was taking a little time to acquaint themselves with the variety of choices. Nice interior that is clean and well lighted. There is seating inside and out for your enjoyment. I loved the Asiago bagels.

Great little bagel spot right near me. The employees are fantastic and super kind. There's a bit of a crowd now in the morning which I'm really happy for the owners. I will say that the bagels are rather large and fluffy so you could always request to cut them in half or make them thin. I will say this if you're coming to pick up a bagel make sure you grab one of Chef Debbie's Chia seed puddings. They are divine and quite literally the best part of my day.

3rd time here! The drinks are always amazing, but it's the staff that keeps me coming back. Super welcoming and always goes above and beyond. You can really feel the difference in their service.

Sunset Office Plaza, yes the ambiance of a bubble of office spaces and business. But in that little bubble, you'll find Bubb's Bagels & Coffee. Home to some familiar lunch and breakfast favorites with bagels. A good staff and who knows, one day they may serve spaghetti as the coffee stirs are literally dry spaghetti sticks. Delicious and fun.

So happy to find this bagel place gem! I'd seen a review on Yelp that they had gluten free bagels and I had to give them a try! Reasonable prices and the GF free bagel? Well worth the stop. I got it to go, un-toasted as I had several errands to run before I was able to get home and give it a try. Maybe I just haven't had bagels in a long time as I haven't found any places that have GF.. but it was fantastic.. very generous on the toppings, the GF sesame bagel (the also have regular) was flavorful and the scallion shmear was full of flavor. The bagel would probably be better toasted to make it a little less chewy and will sit down and enjoy it there next time we go. Let me just say, neither of my kiddos usually eat bagels but they sampled mine and said they wanted to order some and dine in next time too with their own toppings. Lots of bagel choices and toppings! I already had my coffee, but my kids won't say no to a drink with whipped cream. No frappacinos, but a good amount of warm and iced coffee drinks. They ordered peppermint mocha and the other had eggnog with decaf and whipped cream. I sampled them both and loved the peppermint mocha! Yum.. the eggnog was good too, but I'm not a huge eggnog fan so could take it or leave it only for that fact. I am very excited my kids liked it too as I LOVE bagels and being GF.. also dairy free and they have oat milk, so it's a win all around. I did ask if they had coconut milk and the answer was "no", but said they could put in a request to get some. Wow! Super nice service, very clean and happy all around! We went on a weekday afternoon and were able to order quickly.

Went to Bubbs Christmas week for some bagels before holiday shopping around 9 am. There was a good line and morning crowd. We ordered a Peppermint mocha, oatmilk latte, and a few bagels, including the lox sandwich (my fave). There was a long line of people waiting for their orders, and it looks like some ordered a half or full dozen to go. We got our food and drinks maybe 15 minutes later. The drinks were lighter than we liked, not super flavorful. The bagels were really chewy (maybe overboiled?) although the filing was good. The staff was really nice and got to everyone as quickly as they could with the holiday hustle and bustle so we thought maybe they were rushed and we got a bad batch. Would give them another chance next time.

Was really excited to try this place as they have gluten free bagels. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches this morning with cheese, bacon and eggs on both. I had a gluten free one and my boyfriend had the Italian seasoning. Both of the bagels were really thick at the bottom and very dry. I would personally not recommend getting a breakfast sandwich we both just ended up eating the top of the bagel with the egg, cheese and bacon. Store is very clean, staff are friendly and parking is easy.

Not only are the bagels/coffee/overnight oats great but they are the most friendly staff you could ever imagine. Im loving the gluten free bagel sandwich with 2 eggs and avocado, and you can't beat the coffee!

Great addition to the Livermore breakfast scene! The bagels are fat, chewy, and full of flavor. I enjoy the salt and asiago bagels. The bacon egg and cheese is great as well - awesome bacon. Their shmears are awesome - I recommend the everything shmear. This place gets busy on the weekends, so go early. The shop is bright and cute - a nice spot to enjoy breakfast.

One of my fave breakfast spots in Livermore. The staff is friendly, there is plenty of parking, the coffee flavors are abundant, and the bagels are awesome. I love that there are so many varieties to choose from. I normally get a breakfast sandwich but they have great cream cheese flavors too. Enjoy this gem!

Many breakfast options. Bagels were very well done. Awesome coffee. It was our first time here. It certainly looked like a very happening place in the morning with many people. That is a sign of a good eatery.

One of the few places around with dairy free cream cheese alternative, and the portion size is awesome for the sandwiches. I had to call and verify the mocha sauce is dairy free (it is), and the person who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. I GrubHub'ed this order but would absolutely go in person to get my fix while not being able to eat dairy!

Omg, I'm a regular here! I love this place because they actually offer vegan breakfast sandwiches (which are DELICIOUS), and a variety of milk options and etc. They also serve (and sell) Cat & Cloud Coffee, which is my favorite coffee out of Santa Cruz. It is the little options and variety that honestly make me feel so happy and welcome because it shows that they are really thoughtful to cater to a diversity of customers. Finally, service is great and the workers there are so kind and go above and beyond.
